I have Purchased Redmi 9a (3+32) on 28h August 2021, The order get automatically cancelled by seller and returned. But After 22 Days No Refund Initiated, whenever i contacted Croma Through Phone or mail they are asking 24 hours, it almost 10 times via call and Email. they have not initiated the refund. Now my credit card bill statement is coming, so i have to pay from my account which product not recieved. Such a Pathetic Service a TATA Group Company

      Hi,

      I am looking forward to save my money. Croma/Apple cheated me. They are such big brands and I am a very small customer. I am not sure who can help me in this matter. Below is a sequence of events that happened till now.

      1) I purchased the iphone 12 68GB BLUE colour.
      2) When I opened it, I found a BLACK colour iPhone 12 with different IMEI No.(video captured while opening the phone)
      3) Reported back to Corma, They refused to accept.
      4) I raised the dispute with the bank immediately.
      5) Called the police & filed an application against them.
      6) Next day, Went to the Apple store with Haryana police & croma personnel. Apple store confirms the iphone i received is brand new iphone12 128GB.
      7) Evidence submitted to Haryana police. which are provided by Apple store.
      8) Asked Croma to provide the either provide the bill of the iphone i received or provide the iphone for which i got the bill.
      9) They said they will send mail to Apple to replace the iphone.
      No solution so far even after 20 days.

        I have purchased UTOPIA HT783 model Fabre hub on 04th September, afterwards they requested me it will be delivered on 13 th September but not delivered it is delivered on 15 th sep but installation not done till today made so many complaints through customer care also.now chroma, chennai Mogappair shop not attended the calls also .we are behind the product since 4th to till today 20 th sep .no one is responding

          I purchased this laptop on 4th July. Received on 8th July. Have been getting blue screen error since purchase.
          Went to Croma and they said I have not updated certain things and if I don’t update, laptop won’t work at all (unheard of in normal scenarios)
          I took their word for it but very next day, faced the same issue. This time they said to restart windows OS, which I did.

          Again, same issue.
          Then they said uninstall and reinstall graphics card drivers. I did it 5 times but didn’t work.
          By this point I knew that laptop is defected and no amount o[censored]pdating will fix.

          Called ASUS and their technician came home and said they will take it to centre to uninstall and reinstall graphic driver (which I did 5 times and didn’t work) so I declined.
          Next day decided to send to Service centre through Croma so they keep a tab on things.

          In 2 days, service centre calls me and says they need to change Motherboard and RAM and it will take 1 week. I agreed.

          5 days later, they came home to deliver the laptop and made me sign a paper. The guy was in a hurry and didn’t let me read or even test the laptop to my satisfaction. After signing I read that only RAM is changed.

          As I said earlier issue is with GPU not RAM.

          I got another error as soon as I started using it and same day, went to Croma and gave it to them saying they should replace motherboard as well.

          They had provided only half a solution initially and had a ‘chalta hai’ attitude to the problem. They didn’t even address the issue in the laptop.

          2 days later, Someone from Croma called and said they have refused to replace motherboard. Despite them telling me and Croma they will change Motherboard and RAM.

          Someone senior from asus said they can only repair and not even replace the unit (the warranty agreement on their official India website says they have to Repair OR replace, not just repair)
          I asked for a refund because they are not helping me or resolving the issue, they said no.

          So basically, they are not repairing the laptop, they are not replacing it and they are not even refunding my money.

          They took my money and now are acting like it’s not their problem.

          I have been in constant touch with their regional service leader but he too does not care at all.

          They are willingly ignoring my issue.

          Their idea is, give half solution, let consumer do all the work of setting up the laptop, downloading necessary apps, and if it fails they will take it again for a week and give it back without any data.

          They think I can give my laptop for repair for a week every month but that is not the case. I purchased the laptop to use and not to make rounds of the service Center only for them to provide fake solutions to the issue.

          I have consulted with many people, they say that RAM change is a useless solution and at best it will work for 2-3 days (didn’t work for that long even) and motherboard change even doesn’t guarantee it will work.

          ASUS is neglecting their customers and not providing proper solution for a defect in their own machine.

              Rate difference between online and shop purchase

              On 03rd i purchased subjected mentioned laptop, now i come to know that mentioned laptop which i purchased is 1000 rs higher than online.

              With this specification and rate only, we approached shop for our immediate need.

              On june also we purchased the same laptop - on that concern only another we purchsed.

              On purchase time due to time and other reason - we missed this comparison.

              Had ordered an LG Solo 20L microwave from Croma online. Microwave was received with entire front glass door broken. Croma then took 2 days to ask an LG technician to review this. Who then informed Croma has to arrange for a replacement. Croma then took 1 week to pick up the microwave. They informed us that post pick up the will analyse this and will provide a solution. They took another 5 days to analyse and said there's no stock available. While both online and well as Croma stores showed stock available. After 2 days Croma again informed us that stock is available and warehouse team will raise an invoice. It's been another 5 days now and warehouse team has not yet raised an invoice. My suggestion would be to never deal with a company like Croma when it comes to online purchases. Flipkart and Amazon provide better service, better support and faster delivery and pickup. I don't think I ever want to shop with Croma again. And I would urge others not to as well.

                I received 2 croma gift cards on 30th october 2020 and card said expiry is after 12 months . So I tried using my card today on september 13th and clearly it has not been 12 months of receiving the card and there is no expiry date mentioned. But today if I check online to buy items it says expired. How is one supposed to know what is the expiry date without anything printed on card and I thought I had time till october to use the card. I have reached out to their customer care and awaiting a response. There was no help provided on phone as they don't have any way to know the card expiry date. Don't know how they conclude the card has expired and also without printing the expiry date on card they are fooling many.

                  I have ordered a laptop on 30th August night and then i realized better option available in croma so decided to cancel this and order again another laptop. I have called the 31st august morning to customer center and requested to cancel the order as i was not getting cancel option on online portal. I get informed that i will receive refund within 5 to 6 days but today is 9th September and no refund initiated. even no change in status on croma portal. called customer center and email also but concrete resolution yet.

                  I was provided a tracking ID for delhivery courier and said that your laptop get shipped and once it get back to warehouse then refund will get initiated but on tracking ID showing that no pick-up done and finally courier partner canceled the shipment.

                  40K is huge amount for me and i ordered it with CC and now i have to pay bill for CC.

                        I had purchased a Asus laptop for Chinnar Park croma on 31 July 2021, after 10 days o[censored]sage there was some hardware problem I contacted the store immediately but didn't get any response. The same problem persisted in 5th Sept 2021, 35 days after the purchase. I went to the store the same day with the laptop. The IT person confirmed that there is a major hardware problem. I also shared the video when the laptop was showing an error while I in between an online lecture.
                        My disappointment is that noone has contacted me with regard to the status. I regret purchasing an expensive product from Croma as the support I have received is very dissatisfying. I work from home and take online classes on the laptop. I ha e missed several classes and important work schedule. If the problem is with the laptop you must expedite the service or replace the same.
                        Very bad customer service. Will never purchase from Croma.

                          GST invoice denied

                          I had ordered a printer from Croma on the 27th of July online, the invoice provided by Croma did not have a GST number.

                          I have purchase washing machine(Invoice No:SLA[protected] dated 13/07/2021 but it has not properly working their after I have complaint washing machine for repair on dated 19/08/2021 and service technician had came and try to repair but he couldn't repair it, he told to us further compalint to croma for replaced to washing machine because it is totally faulty washing machine.then after I have also again complaint to croma dated 31/08/2021 and again service technician had came and replaced new drum in washing machine but washing machine not properly working there is water lickage problem in washing machine. so I have request to you please replace new washing machine to us as soon as early.

                            I ordered an iPhone 11 on 15 August 2021.i was told that i will get my refund within 7-10 days. it's been 20 days now . They are playing with me whenever I call them they ask me to wait for another 5 working days.they keep on initiating refund but I get nothing .This is for the 4th time my refund is initiated according to them . But this is really not helping me .I don't know what to do now. No one is answerable there . Shame on this company . I am really frustrated now .I am writing mails calling them just to get my own money

                              I booked a HP laptop on 30th August . It was cancelled by Croma on 31st August without any notification to us, not even an email. I contacted the customer care and they gave me the reason that the Product is out of stock. But if we visit the Croma site the product is still available for my pincode as well.

                                I am Jessan Chacko and I had bought an croma ac two years ago and recently thought to service it. So i went to croma store from were I had bought the ac and told them to book a service time they told in two days they will send the technician but almost after 10 days and after repetitive calls from us the technician come and take the ac with him for service.
                                And keeps the ac with him for a day and does the service and comes back to fit and after he goes we noticed that the ac is leaking water and the ac is not turning off it is showing F6 error and also after calling the store many times and personally visiting the store their has been no response from them.
                                So I am writing this mail to you expecting some help from your side.

                                  Croma janakpuri centre is at sorry state. Yesterday we ordered a whirlpool refrigerator the deal was done, emi set, with bajaj finserv on thr frst floor of the unity one mall. We were there for more than an hour.
                                  On repeated requests we were not even served water. Once told no glasses, another time no water in the dispenser. At last we went to the ground floor, wherein a staff took us to a corner to share 1 glass among three o[censored]s to drink and quench our thirst

                                  our bills were raised, we were about to leave. The sales man had not given us our bill. So we asked...Payment is done..Give us the bill and tell about the delivery time tomorrow.
                                  He excused himself, cane after 10 mins., saying we have to 1500...1700 etc for delivery. We got annoyed and said not done, we should have been told before the order and requested to see the manager

                                  he came with a bald headed man, whom we addressed our problem...This man said we can cancel the deal.

                                  We got agitated and were worried about the finance deal that was already done. So we went upstairs, but the bajajfinserv person was not there. In the first floor there is a room customer care...We went there, and found a man, he said he was the manager. We told our story and the msnager said not to worry no charge would be there for delivery.

                                  However in the morning today, when the refrigerator came ...The person said he would leave on the ground floor and not bring to second floor.
                                  We haven't taken the delivery.

                                  It's a terrible experience in visiting the croma store on buying anything feom there.

                                    The customer service while purchasing the croma ac was excellent and was told sicne it is a croma product the after sales service will be excellent . this was purchased from Andheri croma on[protected] with one year warranty and had taken additional onsite for one year. As told was i would be getting 4 free services for the ac. But even after repeated calls and visits had ony service in the first year and the onsite was terrible and pathetic just one service after repeated calls and twice the technician has cancelled the visit. The Air conditioner stopped working on[protected] when i called on customer service they were not at all willing to assist nor take responsiblity of why the servises were not given. If this is how a TATA employee is treated and given service it really hurts. I have been purchasing all electronics from crome but after this i have second thoughts about future purchases.
                                    I have spoken t the store as well as called but no response, let me know the seniors i can reach out to have this resolved
