Delivery date passed and still dont know the status of the product. unable to reach customer care number [says invalid number / switched off]. Online portal does not showing any courier tracking information. Order ID :[protected]

Complaint marked as Resolved No action is performed by company. But courier came by 2 days delayed from as mentioned in the Croma portal. It would be better to track further if update courier [Tracking / AWB number] along with courier agency name in croma portal against the order.
Croma customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
