I K.Dakshinamoorthy purchased DELL Laptop Model No.dell 15 G3-590 9G15 8GB4X 512SSD Worth Rs.79, 000/- at Tata Cromo Store, South Extension New Delhi on 07/06/2020 vide Invoice No.SLA[protected] with a warranty of one year. Due to fall of small mobile over the laptop partial portion of LCD was damaged and backside of the laptop was intact which was in a condition it can be fixed. Due to which I have approached Tata Croma Store, South Extension New Delhi on 12/06/2020 and requested to make arrangement to repair the laptop. The representative of the said Customer Care Centre Mr.Harshit Kishore told me that a minimum of Rs.1392/- will be charged for inspecting charge further if any spare parts is required to be replaced the whole cost will be intimated to me through Phone or E-Mail if willing to go for further required to pay the charges through online to the Dell Service Centre.

2. I have not received any message or call from your Customer Care even after depositing the said laptop till 17/08/2021 delay of 06 days. Mr. simply received and kept as is is without taking any steps for sending the laptop to the service centre immediately. As such I have requested to Croma Customer Care but I had not received any information from the Tata Cromo Store, South Extension New Delhi. Hence, I had visited your Store on 17/08/2021 and requested to your Customer Care Centre representative Mr. Harshit Kishore to send it immediately as it is urgently required for online class study of the student.

3. After my enquiry the above said person informed me the following parts are required to be changed and the cost will be Rs. 18, 030/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Thirty only)

Inspection charges Rs. 1392/-
Further informed me that it will take two to four weeks as the spare parts are required to be obtained from Dell Company Bangalore. I was reluctant to change the Motherboard as it was in good condition and requested to replace the other two parts without loosing the datas of the Laptop. They told that the data cannot be saved. I told that it is only a matter of changing of body cover of the laptop viceversa how can the data be lost. They did not given assurance of the saving the datas of laptop.

4. . Considering the more time period asked for obtaining of spare parts I have requested to return the laptop without loosing of datas and further damage and paid Rs.1392/- (Rupees One thousand Three hundred and ninety two only) through online and asked to return the laptop on 20/08/2021 as it was urgently required.

5. After payment of Inspecting charge I have not received any information on return back of laptop upto 23/08/20210 till 11.00 AM as such I himself made a call to the Tata Cromo Store, South Extension New Delhi but the same was not attended. Then after a hour Mr. Harshit Kishore informed me that the Laptop was received back and asked to getback the same from the store.

6. As such I have visited your Store on 23/08/2021 at about 1415 hrs and asked to return the said laptop. After receiving the laptop I have noticed the laptop could not open and found it was fully damaged and some spare parts of the back side of the laptop are missing. (Photos attached). So I have asked Mr.Harshit Kishore to call any person and handover me the laptop in a condition when I was deposited for repair. But he simply said is your willing to receive or not. Further Mr. Harshit Kishore not a polite and not giving any satisfied answer. So I have approached the Manager of your store and given complaint. He had taken the photos of the laptop and told that he will send the complaint to the concerned service centre and will inform further progress.

7. My question is that the Charge of Rs.1392/- collected from me by Dell Service Centre is to make further damage to the laptop and made loss of the spare parts. I have seen the many Laptop Service Centres if the customer approach them with any grievance are redressed politely and tried to make better of laptop without collecting of charges. I have seen only this Dell Service Centre who has collected the charge to make further damage without any mercy and grace. Since I have not agreed for replacement of the Mother Board of the Dell Service Centre persons locked the laptop willingly and missed the back side of the spare parts. My complaint is against is only to the Dell Service persons and your Customer Care Centre representative Mr. Harshit Kisore.

Further my opinion is that Mr. the Customer Care centre representative of Tata Cromo Store, South Extension New Delhi is so careless and not redressing the customers politely and his service is not satisfactory. He has taken undue delay for sending the laptop to the service centre and not tried to return the laptop in the open condition as it was deposited and not taken any steps about the lost of spare parts. My suggestion to your Tata Cromo is to check the genuine of the said Dell Service Centre and immediately close the MOU or breakdown your contract had with this centre to prevent more spoiling of image of Tata Cromo store.

9. It is my request to take steps for making the laptop as like the condition while it was deposited by me also make arrangement to fix the missed spare parts of the laptop as earliest so I can approach other Centre for further repair. Also it is not confirmed the condition of the other spare parts of laptop. It will be confirmed only after sending this one to another service Centre. If any other spare parts are found damaged and if any breach of datas occurred it will be the sole responsible of the concerned Dell Service centre. Expecting good justice.

10. Further I am requesting to forward my grievance to the Main Dell company to take action against the concerned Dell Service persons for handling over of the laptop of worth Rs.79000/- in a careless manner and for lost of spare parts of the laptop please.

I WANT TO GET THE PREVIOUS CONDITION OF THE LAP TOP. SERVICE CENTRE PERSONS DAMAGED THE LAPTOP FULLY. REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE MISSING SPARE PARTS AS WELL AS TO MAKE GOOD OF THE SPARE PARTS OF LAPTOP BROKEN BY THE SERVICE CENTRE PERSONS. REQUEST TO SEND THE REPRESENTATIVE TO MAKE IT GOOD OF THE LAPTOP.     I ordered oneplus nord CE phone through croma but they cancelled my order on very next day. Order was placed on 09 Aug and I got a cancellation email on 10 Aug. I spoke to customer care on 14 Aug and they promised money would be back to my account in 5-7 days. Since money was not received, I reached out to them again today and they are talking all nonsense now and asking for another 5-7 days for refund. Poor customer service, no escalation matrix and poorly managed store. I would suggest never ever go near this name when you think about any new purchase. This name is real shame to TATA group

      We, being a long term customer of Croma, have purchased multiple products from Croma last year and we were happy with every product we purchased.
      Keeping that in mind we opted for Croma to buy Tablets for our child as schooling is online now.

      We did buy LENOVO TABLET (MODEL: LENOVO TB-X505F) from Varthur Croma Center on SAT, 14th of AUG along with Couple more items as mentioned below:

      - 224230 Lenovo 10 Tab X505F 2GB 32GB BLK. RS. 10, 211.55
      - 231437 Croma Earbuds TWS CREA7311 Black. RS.1, 044.05
      - 170684 Sandisk MicroSD 32GB card. RS. 369.55
      - 214582 STUFFCOOL 2 car chrgr 3.4A+cable 1.5m wt. RS. 474.05
      - 234144 SAMSUNG LED 80CM 32T4450 SMART. RS. 20, 415.50
      - 207524 2 Yr Ongo EW Televisions-20K-30K New. RS. 1, 857.60
      TOTAL OF RS. 34, 372.30

      However, post purchasing these items we realized that the
      1. LENOVO TABLET (MODEL: LENOVO TB-X505F) is very slow in terms of downloading the applications (eg: TEAMS for School) even when our n/w is quite fast as we connect to our office using the same network. So, we did not like the tablet we got from Croma and wanted to get replaced with either SAMSUNG or iPAD. But on MON, 16th AUG (2 days after the purchase, that is when we checked the product) when we went to the Varthur Croma store to exchange the Lenovo Tablets the representatives over there did not provide us the flexibility to exchange the tablet with SAMSUNG or iPAD which is usually possible when we purchase product from ADISHWAR or GIRIAS or AMAZON.

        I cancelled an order on 15 aug 2021 for iPhone 11 and they said I will be receiving the refund within 7-10 days .I haven't received the refund yet and whenever I call them they say I will have to wait for another 5 days ..This is not done 51k is a big amount and if I don't receive my refund in next 2 days unfortunately I will have to take strict actions against them

          I ordered an i phone 11 64 gb from croma then I cancelled the order since there was some problem with gst invoice. It's been 10 days I haven't received the refund and whenever I call them they say I have to wait for another 5 days, o don't know for how many more 5 days I will have to wait ..this is not done 51000 is a big amount ..I will be taking legal actions if I do not receive the refund in another 2 days

                    We bought our Samsung Ac from Croma Ghodbunder Road (Thane) branch on 28th March 2021 on EMI of Rs.4024. We were told there was a cashback offer where we would get Rs.3000/- cashback in our third EMI. We did not receive it. We contacted the loan bank (IDFC) to check why there was a delay who told us they did not receive our product details on their cashback list.
                    Spoke to Croma executives but no help yet.

                        Croma customer support, an email to the grievance officer doesn't seem to be working. The customer support doesn't have any information, contact details of the store/warehouse where the product is going to be delivered from. therefore they can't even check the status. They see what I see on the website. The grievance officer hasn't even gotten in touch with me yet regarding my complain.

                        The Airpods were suppose to be a gift for my husband and I was suppose to gift them to him today. Had I known the bad online service of Croma, I would have gone and picked up the product myself.

                        Please help me get the delivery today.

                          I have purchased a HISENSE 50 inch tv on 10th August and it got delivered next day and at the time of installation and setup we came to know that one side of TV panel/screen is broken/damaged from inside.
                          That installation guy told me that call to customer care and they will send the new TV as it was sent damaged one from Croma guy..
                          I called up customer care and did everything and requested for delivery and pick up on same day as it has been more than a week and they have already done wall mounting.
                          It has been 10 days and no further update.

                          I also see the same TV is still available online. Please find the attached screenshot for proof.

                            There are so many problems from starting
                            1.Power button was not working
                            2.Touchpad is not working properly intermittently
                            3.Speaker stopped working once

                              I purchased Croma fire tv 43inch on 9th August 2021 from ghod dod road surat, Gujarat.the technician come and fit the tv but he didn't start my tv (he didn't pair the remote from TV). I was call him then he come at evening after so many calls otherwise he didn't respond my call. He came 3times but not solve the problem today is 14 August after 5 days he didn't solve. From today he is not answering my calls

                                  I ordered an electronic product from online store of Rs. 4155 on 13th Aug. I use eGift card of croma for payment and rest from online banking. Payment deducted from my account but didn't receive any order confirmation. Not able to see anything in order history. Order Id[protected]

                                  I bought a LG AC from croma store. Store assure to deliver and installation this within 5 days. It is surprised to see that ac delivered at other state address. No one is ready to help. Extremely pathetic experience with croma. Need to report.

                                    I had the same issue . My card got expired 4 days back 10aug 2021 from today 14 aug 2021 . I asked customer care to give me solution or renew the card. Card amount is 5500 .
