Bought sony party speaker from croma bhy branch. At the time of delivery on 9th dec, on checking the system it was found that it was not functioning properly and so i requested the croma sales person (To take the speaker back but he refused saying that it was a setting problem which the sony tech person would visit within 24hrs to check and give a demo explanation. But it is over 9 days that nobody has bothered. We have been following up with the croma sales person on the mobile number through which he called us. Also a complaint was lodge twice but the complaint number was given only on the 2nd call of 15th dec. (Rsr[protected]). The service of croma is bad... Their only target is to sell and deliver product which are not working. I want a refund... And money back. Service is bad. At the time of buying sales person promise one thing and on complaining the customer service denies. She said that there is no demo for this product sold... How can it be... We are buying a system costing rs.53999

    product delivery and installation delay

    I had purchased a 12lt a. O smith geyser from croma attapur on 13.12.2018, after confirming it with them on phone that the product would be delivered nexy day and would also be installed on the same day. I especially went this store driving for more than 10kms because they promised the delivery next day. The product was not delivered on 14th dec as promised. After repeated calls i was informed about the break down of the vehicle at 7.30 pm...

    I had purchased a whirlpool double door fridge (Model inv278) on 8th november 2018 from croma showroom in velachery, chennai. It was delivered on 9th and installed by croma people on 10th november.

    After installation i noticed that there were scratches on the bottom lining of the door. I immediately took pictures and sent it to the croma technician who installed it. After many follow-ups they assured they will ask whirlpool company to change the door. After four weeks, finally i lost patience and asked them to give me a solution. The whirlpool service center (Ramanagar, chennai) called dheena and the croma agent called jaykumar got into a conference call with me. They accused each other of negligence. After a lot of shouting they hung up the phone.

    The croma agent jaykumar finally agreed to give me some compensation. He has not mentioned the amount so far and he is dragging on this without resolution.

      On 10th november whirlpool technician visited our house and said that the fridge stand provided by croma will not support the weight of the fridge. So he refused to install the fridge and went away. So finally i had to call the croma people who installed the fridge.

        Raised complaint in Croma for my laptop issue in extended warranty but from past one year not got any proper resolution on it and now extended warranty got over without any resolution or use.

        While purchasing Croma people told me that to take extended warranty from Croma as laptop got discontinued from Sony.

        As I submitted my laptop as per Croma people told me that in Sony service center many times but not got proper solution only I faces many challenges and wrong direction.

        First time they told me that Sony people will come to my place to see laptop but nobody came then I info that I need to submitted laptop in Croma store.
        I visited Croma store they told that If you submitted laptop in Sony service center that will get quick resolution on it.
        I went to provided location details on Mehdipatnam Sony service center they told me that they stopped providing services for Laptop.
        They again I submitted my laptop in Chandrapur Sony service center but some part was not available any they provided other part installed invoice bill that too not refunded by Croma. As per them will get refund later after final solution.
        Later Croma executive people told me that provide Sony complaint number to take follow-up on it I resubmitted my laptop for 3 month and provided that complaint number to Croma but no action taken on it and closed all complaint in extended warranty.
        Now again today they are saying submit laptop to Sony so that Sony can provide you some solution or some money on recycling laptop.


        Now my total invoice billing pending with Croma to get incash and laptop also not repaired fully from 29-Nov.-2018 which was in extended warrenty.

          I bought new honor play mobile from croma, belapur, the mobile slipped from my hand and display was cracked. I contacted customer service they said "display screen cost + service cost + gst" will be payable by me. I don't really understand what's the use of giving guarantee card, the # not covered anything. I really did mistake for choosing to buy electronics in croma.

            I bought this Grinding Machine from Croma sarjapur road, bangalore. They confirmed installation of the machine within 48 hrs of delivery, It's 3 WEEKS NOW and surprisingly they don't send anyone for installation.

            I had called Croma more than 50 times but everytime the customer care says the same thing as they have been mugged that person will come. When the person will come ONLY CROMA knows and not even God.

            I had bought products from several stores but never seen such lathargic approach. It seems they don't care.

            Now I want to return this product and get my money back with the harassment and trouble they have created for us.

            As the machine is heavy I have already asked them to take it back and refund the amount but again NO RESPONSE.

            Please suggest how can i lodge a case against them in Consumer court and get my money back.

            I will suggest all NEVER to buy this product from CROMA. Your hard earned money will go and you will be harrased.

              I had bought croma refrigerator 215 litres in 2017. We found that a small cup which collects the water from the freezer and send it to bottom container was missing. I have raised multiple complaints and its been alomst 2years, no resolution at all. Few complaints are still open. I have visited the croma outlets multiple times but no use of it. Technicians call when i loose my patience over customer care number and thats it. I am fed up as a customer. Please do not buy croma goods. The worst service.

                Hi... I had visited croma - store at phoenix mall on 14/10/2018 to buy a sony smart tv. Mr imran was the sales person who was attending me. I saw few models of sony led tv. But he convinced me to buy panasonic led tv (4k) by saying that it would work very well with iphone x. Also he told me that this panasonic tv would operate verygood with your iphone, it is specially built for iphone users. Unfortunately i trust him. Now technician who came for demo told me that it will not operate with iphone, its built for android phones. I was shocked yo hear this from panasonic technician.
                Hope you would send a technician who could teach me to operate this tv with my iphone. Hoping co operation from your team to resolve my issue.

                  I purchased 1 Croma power bank, 1 sony usb, 1 car charger and 1 Samsung charger that I spent 3000/-
                  The Sony cable gave magically stops working within 3 months but fortunately is replaced within the 1 year warranty.
                  Now the power bank and Samsung charger cease to function properly. And when I go to the stop to replace them as they are still in warranty. I get to hear, "Madam Samsung ka charger Samsung phone me he chalega na." Like what the hell, why didn't the sales girl tell me this while selling the product. Also had the audacity to tell me that the charge is good because it works on her phone but phone is faulty.
                  The guy at the help desk tell me to go to the Samsung service centre now to get it replaced from there and tell me that Croma gives 7 days warranty only.

                  WHY WASN'T THIS EXPLAINED TO ME? CROMA ONLY MISLEADS CUSTOMERS TO BUYING THE WRONG PRODUCTS.

                  THE WORST SHOP EVER TO BUY ANY ELECTONICS

                  I'LL MAKE SURE I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP EVER.

                    I purchased a morphy richards otg. The otg did not contain a user manual. It is pretty sure, croma retail delivered me a opened box or a demo piece of the product and not a fresh piece.
                    Not ready to entertain me anymore. Even morphy richards is not listening to me. While morphy richards has clearly asked me to contact retailer directly, retailer has denied action on this, stating missing user manual is not a big deal.

                      I have purchased croma washing machine from croma electronics with extended warranty for 1 + 3 total 4 years. Now my washing machine has stopped working since 09-nov-2018; for which i made request for repair with croma call centre and they provided me request number mum231118ew00039 / mum271118ew00001. For this request i have been following almost every day more then 2-3 times, but there is no action being taken by croma electronics to resolve the issue. Every time i call their support centre they keep promising me that request will be serviced in 2-3 hours or half a day or in a day or two. But there are no actual effort put towards resolving the case. Now i am tired of making many calls every day and raising the matter to you as i cannot keep my self tensed for this matter. Kindly support.

                      Yes your Service engineer Mr. Shaileder ( Mobile no- [protected] ) has visited on 01-12-18 and done repair work, but still machine is not working properly and giving horrible sound after service, even i have called to Mr Shaileder, he told gradually sound will not come after use but if machine is not working then how can i use. I dont understand and it is taking lot of time to repair one simple washing machine. So request you to please arrange expert engineer and do the needful at the earliest. Kindly support and resolve our problem immediately.

                        Unprofessional behaviour by croma, malad-mumbai and one plus, defective product sold/multiple repairs done

                        A phone oneplus6 was bought 3 june, 2018 from croma, malad. Soon after it was bought, no voice could be delivered or heard.

                        Visited croma for the complaint sometime in july. They sent us to service centre of oneplus in borivali. How unprofessional! Service centre did something and started the phone. No service receipt was given to us. Again problem. Went to croma in august and service centre again. Service centre did the same again but problem rose again. Staff was rude and also did not provide receipt.

                        We visited service centre again on 20 sept, 2018 (Receipt is with us). This time we had to be harsh to get receipt. After using the phone, it again stopped.

                        Went to croma again on 13 oct, 2018 (Receipt is with us). They should be responsible for such a product. They took the phone and returned it back in a week with voice working. Same problem occurred.

                        We visited to croma again on 19 nov, 2018 (Receipt is with us). We had to literally shout. We submitted the phone. They reverted on mail saying that phone is fine and there may be network/sim issues. Never earlier they gave this reason. They are cheating and contradicting their receipt dated 20 sept, in which they mentioned the mike issue and mike replaced. Sim and network issue is their after thought. Phone had voice issues since beginning. The sim is working fine in other phones. To prove this, we called to croma representative tanveer from same number and network but other device and he talked. Hence, reason of sim / network is a lie. Several tweets did not impact to such a company and croma. They like to talk on dms. They even messaged that “your problem has been resolved”. How lie. Two visits to service centres (No receipts given) and then three receipts of continuous visits and issues in phone beart the testimony that they sold defective product. We asked for replacement/refund. Enough proofs and visits made and multiple repairs and checks done by them. We do not want anything else less than replacement/refund of this phone. We have gone through hell for five months. Phone was virtually not used at all.

                          Hello,

                          I have purchase 3 one plus 6t gift cards on 29th october 2018 from south ex 2 croma branch, out of 3 i have already used 2 gift cards and shopped worth 84000.
                          Now when i want to use my remaining 3rd card and want to buy one plus 6t in purple color, but i am facing issues with that as shop sales person are now telling me that this gift applicable not on purple color, since its a new launch. Whereas while purchasing gift cards they said it will be applicable on any one plus 6t model /color.
                          Also while i was purchasing cards, croma representative told me that advantage of pre booking phone and buying cards for rs 1000 is that i will get additional 1000rs discount, bullet headphone free and also advance amount which i am paying can also be redeemable while buying phones, whereas when i went to buy phones later i was told that there was some mi-confusion from company side so now they can only now give headphones free and no as promise additional 1000 rs off offer will not be provided.
                          And again this time while purchasing 3rd phone i am told that they cant give headphone also since its a new color launch.
                          I fail to understand why every time a new policy comes in where no such thing is written on my gift card or now i was informed such while buying. From a customer point of view this is very annoying and feels like company is cheating its own customers.

                            My order number is[protected]. I had placed the order on 27th october through their site and was told it would be delivered by 29th. They later revised the delivery to 3rd november following which i cancelled the order.

                            After initiating the process on 29th october they finally cancelled it on 5th november following which i was supposed to receive a refund in 7 working days.

                            It is 19th november now and i am yet to receive my refund. Whenever i call their customer service number they say the refund is processed by them and that my bank is causing the delay. I went to my bank to get the issue resolved but they do not have any record of the refund being initiated.

                            I am terribly dissapointed by these lies and delays. If it goes on much longer, i plan on contacting the police.

                            Re-escalated? What about the first escalation? Nobody from croma contacted me about the issue.

                            It is nearly a month since I cancellled the order. This is really shoddy service. I expected more from a reputable brand like Croma.

                              I have bought a rs.10000 gift card and now the gift card is showing expired. I know that i should have remembered to utilize the giftcard within the a specific time, but forgetting not to use my cash card doesn't mean croma has the right to take my money. I never expect it from a tata group company. Gift cards are like cash locked for a purpose, and should not be allowed to be expired. Request croma to please look into the issue and activate my card so that i can make a purchase.

                                I have already emailed croma customer care with the detailed explanation but no one responded me yet. I called customer care department and registered the complaint, they told me that I will get call with in 24 hours but still I haven't received any call.

                                It's been more than 2weeks now, I don't have my product. Really disappointed by the service. I could have purchased mobile from some other store.
                                Huge difference between the employee of croma malad and croma infinity. I never got any complaint from croma malad.

                                  I dont think you deserve dear sir or madam start...
                                  Let's keep it very straight
                                  1.
                                  I have purchased a croma led smart tv 40 inches in august 20 th and it took 10 days instead of 7 days and several calls for dilevery.
                                  2.
                                  Then took 3 day for installation instead of 1 day.
                                  3.
                                  After using 2 months (Oct), suddenly tv stop working and i file a complaint for reparing.
                                  4.
                                  Guess what technician took 15 days to come after many calls. He said there is problem in motherbox and take it to his service center for reparing.
                                  I don't understand it's a new tv in 2 months it's damaged.

                                  5.
                                  He take 2 days and came in evening put it back and very next day in the morning the same problem appears.
                                  6.
                                  I filed a complain agian and next day he came take the motherboard and said he will put the new motherboard.
                                  7. He took almost a week to put new motherboard.
                                  8. Guess what he forgot the tv sensor in his office and said i will put this next day.

                                  And his next day is come yet.
                                  15/11/2018. 25days still increasing...

                                  I complained this in croma show room rajori garden
                                  Where i purchased this tv and they also said by tomorrow your tv will be working, don't worry.
                                  And their tomorrow is still seems very far.

                                  This whole situation taught me a lesson,
                                  Never buy a tv from show room atleast from croma tata product tv because this whole thing is prooved that tata product (Croma tv) is not worht for your money and its service is even worst.

                                  I also don't think they worry about this and hope the will also do this in future because there is lots of messages about complains only.

Finally after giving up an expectation of recieving a service, i am writing this email, i have purchased croma led tv and a philip 2.1 speakers from croma goregaon last week, at the time of purchase your executive gave me an assurance and promise that i will be getting hassle free and a prompt service...
