I have bought 2 daikin ac from croma and the ac which i have kept in my office is not working properly after the free service and on may 14th i have raised a complaint 15th they didn't come and 16th on person came check it he says that the gass is not not there that is why it is not getting cool he could not do it properly he said another person will come next day and 17th another person came he said that there is leek some where and he will fill the nitrogen and will come 20th to check it and i have asked him that 20 my classes starts so come by 1;00 pm and he agreed with me but still now i have not received any calls from his part and the ac is not working now there is no response form there part so sad to say all these thinks again i will not go for daikin ac and will not allow my friends too if it is not rectified on these dates i will go for further process and i will keep posted on social media too

    I have purchased nokia 3.1 plus in your store which was your representative suggested and motivated me to purchase the bloody model with extended warranty sold by croma. Initially it was working fine after two months the product started creating issue in touch/cursor movement not moving up and down.in you tube i am not able make forward the cursor with this product.
    With this issue i visited your store your where i am purchased the product near kalyanagar branch, bangalore, karnataka, 560043. I explained my issue one of your manager mr. Shabhaz, he washed his hand crome can’t do any thing we will send it to nokia show room they will take a call. I didn’t trust nokia but i trusted croma based on trust only i purchased croma tv, cooler, and mobile and i have plan to buy croma home theatre and air conditioner but i lost trust when croma washing their hand.
    Coming to the point what was the solution for my issue i don’t want that bloody product i want refund or other product. I am expecting the positive response from croma. Do you want me to be customer or not if croma cant do anything with this issue i have to through the mobile infont of croma store where is purchased.

      I want to complaint about the pathetic service received from croma. I was interested in buying a croma brand vaccum cleaner and i bought a gift voucher to buy this product from croma. Later when i wen to store they did not have it in stock. Next day it was available online so i ordered it online. After following up with croma for 6 hours i was told it was not in stock and only 2 pieces in stock were returned / defective ones. When requested for refund for full amount in my bank they refused even after requesting them multiple times. Its been more than 10 days and i am following up with croma (Spoke with laxmanan pillai id 14326 and supervisor jyoti shetty) they wanted me to follow up with the bank as they claimed they have processed the refund and they could not help me even though i did not get the refund in my account. Totally unhelpful staff and most pathetic shopping experience of my life. Think twice before you decide to buy anything from croma

        Bought a gift card last yr for 10000. Now i notice that it has expired as it was for 12 mnths only. A company like croma shouldn't be doing this. Taking our money and not providing service for it. I ve had the same issue with shopperstop and westside. They take the card from us after the period and give us a voucher worth that amt. And give us a. Period of 3mnths to shop. Vry dissapointed with tata. My request to everybodyto not buy any gift card from croma. Can anything be done or will go to consumer court instead

            I have 3 gift cards from croma. One of them was in return for an induction cooker under warranty, that had stopped working.
            Unfortunately i didnt know about the expiry of gift cards. I shop from croma a lot but when i went there, i forgot to take the cards along.
            I was told about this by the juhu croma customer service. Didnt have the time to talk to them, so here i am, trying to get in touch with croma online to help me out.

              So this employee told me that we will get one time screen replacement by samsung if damaged within 12 months (Only pay gst rs 990) now this is the 10th month (May 2019) since i have bought my samsung galaxy j8 worth 19, 000 rs and the screen has broken (Because it fell on the ground), croma is now telling me that the service was only for 9 months and i had written all what the salesman had told me back then (July2018)... They are not accepting the salesman's mistake and telling me to pay the full amount, (Rs 6800) i want them to replace the screen and i am ready to pay rs 990 as gst.

                On 23rd september, 2018 i have purchased a refrigerator from your showroom. After installation it was working fine but then its cooling system has broken down.

                I first made a complaint (Complain no.- del110519fs01359) and one of your engineers came and did the inspection. He advised me to change the complete set of freezer as there was hole with the cooling system which could not be fixed permanently so you change the freezer and the cost of freezer is rs.-3250. But my refrigerator is under warranty. So why i pay for this issue

                Therefore, i request you to kindly suggested me what can i do for. Change the freezer as it is still in the warranty period. Hope that my request will be entertained very soon.

                  I have bought air conditioner and it’s under warranty and extended warranty. During purchase, they've assured us they'll provide quarterly service.. Unfortunately no such service made till april 2018.
                  I was register many complaints last year and this year, my last complaint was (Del300419ew00048). Logged this complaint after 2 days engineer visit and told me compressor needs to replace,,, now three weeks and every day i am following with them and they just simple said contact you after 24 hours and nothing and i don’t know when they going to repair or replace compressor. I just bought because its made in india but i guess it’s my biggest mistake. I already use other croma product which i purchased same day its working fine but this window ac is not working since installation.
                  Now i logged another complaint del050519ew00215 bit still not call from support or technician side. Logged another complaint del110519ew00158.. Now waiting call from croma side.
                  The worst service i’ve experienced with crime... Even they not called for 2 free service which the promised at the purchased time
                  Please help on this issue either they change or resolved my ac issue

                    We have purchased croma inverted 2 ton ac on 24.04.2019 from as. Rao branch.
                    At the time of purchase they said there is a cash back available and they make us to sit for 3 hours for that. At last they said we got cash back of rs. 7, 000/-. We took extended warranty also. They said they will adjust the amount to extended warranty of rs. 5, 349/- and the balance amount
                    We can transfer to our bank account. But in the evening they said that it was not a cash back and the amount whatever 7, 000/- received by us will have to be paid in 8 emis. We said we dont want the ac and we want to return the same. But they said once the billing is done they can not take it back though the ac was not delivered yet. They delivered the ac on 7th may 2019 and said the installation will be done within 48 hours. 3 days passed and till now the installation was not yet done. Each time they are telling some silly reasons. It is my bad experience with croma. Please dont buy any product of croma. I dont know about the product but the service is very very very poor.

                      Croma food processor- Worst product and service. I bought food processor from croma and after using for a few minutes it is giving smoke and burning smell. I want to return it but they are not taking it back. The same thing happened 3 to 4 times. It's useless. Very slow food processor. I will never recommend croma to anyone.                         This is with regards of my last purchase in croma (Prozon mall, aurangabad),
                        I have purchase croma 1ton ac from croma store, prozone mall aurangabad with current offer 2500 paytm cash back which will suppose to be add to paytm wallet within 48 hours and can be use for any of the wallet transaction which was informed by your executive i have registered complaint 2 times still i have not received cash back and now i have been informed that i will get monthly 250 rs for electricity bill payment and 250 rs for movie ticket which is completely different from initial offer, i am requesting you to credit 2500 to paytm as initial communication else i will file complaint to consumer court against croma.

                          Purchased a30 sumsung mobile phone from juhu croma branch mumbai, just after purchase when we reached home we were shock to see phone was very hot as if it's about to blast and also the display had gone immediately we rushed croma juhu explain them but they refused to replace after checking they said now its working fine, why should i accept such defective piece? This is ridiculous from croma and not acceptable.. I want another mobile or give my money back else will go to consumer court.

                            After purchasing m30 sumsung mobile from croma juhu i went home and movement i saw mobile it was off and was heated to such an extend that it could blast. I immediately went to shop croma juhu they refused to exchange i told them i just brought few minutes back.. They told me they will send it to service centre and check, i told them it's my new piece brought just few minutes back they clearly refused to exchange this is something not acceptable.. Cant believe croma is such arrogant store.. U cant trust croma at all..

                              I bought super general portable ac 6 weeks back from croma in phoenix market city chennai. The sales person convinced me about the product and sold the product to me. But i am completely dissatisfied. The product has no value for money. It does not cool the room like promised. Highly dissapointed and dissatisfied. I am a director of an e-commerce platform. If i were the company i would satisfy my customer need rather than increasing the frustration o[censored]ndergoing process. Kindly give me a solution, exchange or credit the money back. So that i dont file a complain legally. The croma store is not providing me proper response on this.

                                I've purchased window a/c in an year back at croma with extended warranty. During purchase, they've assured us they'll provide quarterly service.. Unfortunately no such service made till sep 2018. It has happened after the reminder mail. Again, it was happened after the reminder mail dated 1st apr 19. Now they are giving the reason that quarterly service will be done only on request basis. Also, when i complaint about board issue (Power on &off) at the same time, it wasn't yet resolved even after repeated mails and service request.
                                The worst service i've experienced with crime.

After 10 days laptop is not working properly and each time laptop is hanging. This is worst laptop from croma. After complaing, no one give proper resposne. They manage only situation. Really i am very disappointment. Litterly and laptop and croma are very worstttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt. I will suggest many people that don't buy anything from croma plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and they give too many finance option.All product are very bad. Very worst comany and theire service. I lost my Rs 42, 000.

                                    So i bought this ac lg dual inverter on 29th april 2019 at around 12:00 pm. We were told that the ac would be installed by 30th between 12 pm to 5 pm, turned out that it was supposed to be delivered between that time slot.

                                    So it did get delivered at around 3 pm on 30th april 2019, we were told that the installation would be completed by the same evening.
                                    Nobody shoes up or any calls for details. We called the common customer care no. On 30/04/2019 6 pm about the details.
                                    Now they tell us that the ac will be installed within 2 working days.
                                    Calls to the customer care every morning and evening and they are like your request for ac installation is submitted on 30th, it will be installed within 2 working days.

                                    But till today 3/5/19 no one has showed up. We did get 2 calls confirming for if the ac has yet been installed or not but no actions taken yet.
                                    Today when we called they tell us that it will be installed within 2 hours, but seems all like their previous claims.

                                      I recently started facing a display issue where the pixels had started to blacken from the lower part and was continuously increasing, with my microsoft surface pro 4 purchased with extended warranty from croma. The issue was reported and a ticket was created.
                                      Without even calling, i received a message that the pick up schedule had been postponed where as i was waiting at the residence for the whole day. The following day the item was picked up.
                                      At the time of pick up, the only issue was with the display. The performance check which i had done on the device using the settings had shown a good performance of the battery, and even on the day i had been able to use the device for nearly 4 hrs on battery power, as with the usual case of day before etc, when `i attend meetings or classes.
                                      Today i get a call from microsoft service (Or the agency assigned) that the battery is gone and needs to be replaced and it is not in warranty and will need to be paid.
                                      When i told that the battery does not need replacement, they are telling me that the device will not power on even after the other parts are replaced as the battery is gone.
                                      Please ensure that i get the device with the display issue resolved, and the device should be working on battery power for the usual 4 hours with normal use, as i did not have any issues with battery discharging fast or other such problems.

                                        I purchased usha cooler from croma on 7 may 2017, with one year extended warranty, i have raised a service request for the same on 8 of april 2019 related to some problem that i have been facing with the product. Since last 20 days i have been following up with their executives on the daily basis but no one has visited the place nor they intend to i believe, every day their customer care executive just give me same explanation that wait for another 24- 48 hours someone will contact you but no one has ever contacted me till now.

                                        I think they know that since the warranty for my product expires on may 7 they are trying to delay it so that they can charge me for the service.

                                        Very cheap tactics from a brand like croma/tata.

                                        Now another pathetic feedback of their service, their customer care executive has started disconnecting my calls when i ask them to atleast update me the status of my service request.

                                        The worst experience i have had with any of the companies in my life. now they are not even ready to listen to my request.
