I purchased 1 Croma power bank, 1 sony usb, 1 car charger and 1 Samsung charger that I spent 3000/-
The Sony cable gave magically stops working within 3 months but fortunately is replaced within the 1 year warranty.
Now the power bank and Samsung charger cease to function properly. And when I go to the stop to replace them as they are still in warranty. I get to hear, "Madam Samsung ka charger Samsung phone me he chalega na."...

I purchased a morphy richards otg. The otg did not contain a user manual. It is pretty sure, croma retail delivered me a opened box or a demo piece of the product and not a fresh piece.
Not ready to entertain me anymore. Even morphy richards is not listening to me. While morphy richards has clearly asked me to contact retailer directly, retailer has denied action on this, stating missing user manual is not a big deal....

Worst service ever!!!

This is with my recent purchase of a water purifier on 14 october for which the installation was done in 2 days

The purifier started leaking immediately for which i had put a complaint but the service person were unable to resolve the issue for which i demanded the replacement of the product for which they denied

Post that the croma juhu, mumbai team has been overlooking...

Feel cheated. All 3 croma products turned out defective and the management couldn't-care-less. #croma 1.5 ton ac showed error within a few months and stopped working within 3 years.

Worse, the staff behaviour is suspect : they won't share names or be willing to put on record what they verbally communicate. The reason is obvious). Also, most were found unprofessional.
