Hiii croma team, i have bought a slr camera of canon sx400is from oberoi mall, goregaon, mumbai on date 28 january, 2015. As i am from jogeshwari, mumbai. I have lost bill because it drained off while my mom washing my pants. So i want duplicate copy of the bill of the camera urgently please help me. I have also submitted the photos of warrenty card. Thank you!!!

    Dear sir/ ma;am
    I purchased sony led 32 inches on 07.04.2019 from croma centre at pacific mall, kaushambi, ghaziabad. I requested to bill with gst no but your centre is failed the same. Billing person asked me to take your bill in your name without gst and will be modified after accepting the system. But i am sorry to say that after regular follow up with representative of your croma center, kaushambi no response given. Pl take up the matter and modify my bill with gst.

      I have been chasing croma for the installation for a week now but no one came.
      Call centre is as useless as brand.
      I called multiple times for installation and till 19 april the job is not done

      And supervisors are not able to justify why they are hired.

      Jyoti one of the supervisor vanished after promising call back.

      First of all these supervisors should be removed from these jobs then only they will understand how it feels to call everytime.

I request you to please send an expert as soon as possible to my address and revert back. I had even requested for the same on the 13th as well as 14th. But i got an sms stating that the request was cancelled both the times.

          I was given a call and SMS about A/C installation. I called the number and the person said that they will reach my apartment in an hour.

          This drama has been going on for two days and i have been waiting at home for the technician who never turns up.

          Once i call the number of the technician he blocks my number!

            Date of deliver of ac 10th april 2019.ac installation was supposed to be done in 48hrs but still not done.

            My ac installation is still pending. More than 48 hours gone after delivery but still no one has turn up from hitachi to do installation. Infact i have called more than 20 times to hitachi and croma customer care and literally bagged for installation on 12th april because on 13th april it was my office opening. I feel like i have been cheated by croma and hitachi. I dont know when my installtion will be done.

              We had purchased voltas ac from croma. It was delivered today at about 6:40 pm.
              The delivery van post delivery, when he was leaving the society premises broke a light wire.
              The watchman tried to stop him and call us to check, but the drive was rude and drove off past him.

              This wire requires fixing which will cost about rs1500, an additional cost on my head.
              I tried to call the hotline number about 25 times, either it was busy or if i got through then was kept on hold and never got to speak to customer care.
              Please can some action be taken and complaint be filed.

              Such rude delivery people and drivers doesn’t help and only reduces confidence in buying further things from croma.

              Ive been writing and communicating with croma kandivali stores on warranty issue of the product after committing warranty while purchase. unfortunately their is no response from croma.

              Regarding servicing for window A/c (2 units) which is under warranty but Engineer denied to do the service & spoke rudely.

              Take immediate action & get the A/c service done on priority to avoid any legal action.

                I bought symphony air cooler from croma online..the manual was missing, the valve of air cooler was missing, and the warranty card was also missing.
                When u are purchasing something for paying 6k u definitely do not expect such poor delivery..the service was really bad.
                Also I connected to customer care to ask if I will get someone for installation, they asked to just do it myself..Now I see parts missing..product is delivered 2 days back and it's sad to say that I am still not able to use it

                  Recently went to croma store in indirapuram, ghaziabad on 6th april. We were to buy a mixer, grinder and we ended up purchasing a philips one. Once we paid, we checked the product with staff and figured out that one of the jars had some problem. The manager and staff told us that they will replace the jar the very next day, once they get the new supplies and told us to take the product home and come the very next day to get the jar replaced (Anyways we had paid). We believed and reached the store very next day around 3 pm. On inquiring they made us wait and in the end, all they said that was, they have not got the supplies (However a day before they told us to come any time once store opens at 10 am and we reached at 3 pm). We asked for reimbursement of our money and the only option they had for us, was to take cash. If you ask for online reimbursement they said time will be 15 days, another option they gave was a cheque for which customer only have to come to their store on a weekday and collect the cheque.
                  Very disappointing solutions and behavior. We had no option but to collect cash. Wasted so many hours for our product and our money
                  Please always check the product quality and croma and never believe them if they make promises of helping you with a defective product.

                    I have bought a so TV, Refridgerator, washing machine along with mixer grinder recently from croma. I faced some minor issues with the grinder so I took it to the shop on 31st March, I got a response that I will receive a call from their technician within 72 hrs i.e 2nd April, and by 3rd April I will receive the product bach based on the resolution either a new product or the repaired one. I didn't receive any call from anyone till 3rd April, So I decided to call customer care executive, I got a response that they have escalated the issue and will contact me by 24 hrs, No one called again, I have to call similar response for 3 days. Then yesterday I tweeted there also the same reply, I mailed no response yet. Submitted a complaint on the official website no response yet.

                      I ordered kindle paperwhite on 13th march, first i received a different product and upon inquring with the delivery agent i received a the original product and that too the accessories was missing, on requesting the return, they issued the pick-up. The pick up was done on 28th march. After two days i received the call from customer care that they have received just the outer box and not the product and thats why they are denying the refund. Please help as it has been so long.

                          This is to bring to your notice about the pathetic services offered by the croma service center. Below are the details

                          1] i have logged complaint mum250319fs00811 for my faulty tv remote on 25th march. Engineer visited to site and inform that this need to be replaced by new remote. He confirmed it's in warranty so no charges will be levied.
                          2] i got message on 27th that complaint closed but there was no replacement made. I called service center and asked them to book complaint again mum 270319fs00982.
                          3] again i got message on 1st april that complaint closed so i again called them to lodge complaint.
                          4] today engineer visited to home and asked for rs 425 as remote charges.

                          It's really frustrating for me to experience such a pathetic service from croma, it's really annoying to see brand like tata is offering service with such a lackluster approach.

                            Product purchased on 26th january 2019.
                            First problem with remote sensor on 11th feb 2019. The wire was loose pointing to gross negligence at assembling and lack of quality check.
                            Second problem since 24th march 2019. After switching on tv, voice is distorted with either no picture or frozen picture.
                            Seeking replacement as i have paid for a new product and do not want a defective product.

                              I had purchased a voltas 123v mzo2 3s (Magna) split ac on 31/3/19 from croma ghatkopar (R city mall). The sales representative who was attending me was santosh budhakar. While purchasing the product i was told that i would be getting a fresh 2019 made product. Also the price charged by croma was for the 2019 product. They claimed it to be the most running product and the most selling product. When the product was delivered at my residence, the manufacturing date was 2017. Like seriously? And when i enquired about the product from other vendors i came to know that it’s a discontinued product. Though i got the refund from croma, but i did lost the opportunity of march ending offers from other vendors which i would have received if i had not purchased from croma. And what in the case if someone doesn’t checks the product manufacturing date. This is very unprofessional behaviour from croma. I want serious strict action against the sales representative santosh and his manager devendra who deceived us in buying an old product. This is a serious issue of fraud as per section 17 of the indian contract act, 1872. The sales representative were aware that they don't have a 2019 manufactured model with them. But still they assured me that i would be getting a new product delivered. Because of this incident, i was not able to visit any other store where i would have received a genuine product. Now i have to bear the heat in this summer because of croma.

                                Today (30th march 2019) i entered your croma aundh store at 615pm and bought 3 items (Invoice number sla[protected] dated 30.3.2019) worth inr 113, 985 for fridge, washing machine and dryer, one each. I am sure this is a high value purchase by any standards. Invoice was printed at 7.32pm

                                I entered the store at 615pm, decided on what i wanted to buy as 2 weeks back my wife and i had done pre-study. Products were confirmed to the sales person by 630pm. And from 630pm onwards the nightmare for me started. Sales person was going around different computer terminals, asking different people, calculating bulk discount etc - by then it was 715pm and i lost it. Only after i started shouting that the store manger (Gaikwad or someone) turned up and helped the teller to complete by invoice and my payment. There were another 2 customers in the line for small purchases who also lost their patience.

                                Despite being a tata group company and tcs also one of the companies, you guys really need to revamp your pos and sales handhelds. Your sales people should be given tablets to book orders on their tablets instead of running to outdated terminals with 16th century key boards. There are one has to wait. Sales people tend to waste lots o[censored]nproductive time in chatting and going around in circles.

                                This is not my first experience. I am a regular customer and just bought 3 ac's recently. Everytime we decide never to come to croma again but somehow we do come.

                                Trust me, this is the last time we came to croma for any white goods purchasing. Enough is enough.

                                I hope you guys take serious note of it and take action, and give me feedback. If i do not hear from you, i will be writing to bombay house and that will not be pleasant.

                                You guys need to understand who the customer is.

                                  Hi team,
                                  This is very bad experience i had with croma this time, i had bought one hair dryer from croma centre oberoi mapl, goregaon east.
                                  Its been 12 days i havnt recieved my product, it was told that it will be delivered within 2 days at your address.

                                  I dont know why you people make false promises to customer just to sell your products.

                                  So please initiate refund for my payment asap or else i had to write letter directly to main branch head.

                                    I wanted to purchase a fridge today, and the girl staff offered me a price and when i asked her for another discount options she said this is the final price and then i asked her about myperks where additional 8 % disount was available but she said its is included in the final price, how can she offer me a false price and without taking my number in my perks, i was really upset and walk off the show room, later i purchased same fridge from vijay sales 1500 rs less, what is the use to buy things from croma i[censored] cannot give good discounts to regular customers.

                                      I have purchased croma washing machine. It is in guarantee period. I encountered issue with washing machine performance so I raised the issue with Croma customer care on 07th March. Since then I have connected croma team 19 times but neither the issue is resolved nor anyone has come to help me. Apart from that the issue has been marked resolved multiple times without resolving it.

                                      I did not appreciate this kind of behaviour from the croma team.
                                      I will take it to consumer court if this is not given immediate attention by 23th Mar.
                                      I want new machine in exchange and compensation for the harrasement by croma team.

                                      I bought a laptop make: lenovo model: ideapad 530s from croma on 12/03/19. invoice number SLA[protected]. and i did not received the soft copy of the on my email id. i request that copy of bill may please be email to me on my following email Id: [protected]@gmail.com.

                                        Croma mobile air conditioning equipment purchases from you sparingly used not working now. Complaint made in person so far no action taken.
                                        I have purchased it from your chennai anna nagar branch about 4 years back. I have been using it only sparingly. Personally visited and made the complaint. But so far no action has been taken by your people.in this situation how do i propose proceed further.
