    Hi sir/ma'm,

    This is a complaint for cashback not received and how croma staff manipulate everytime also complaint for the horrible and pathetic experience with croma store (Bel road, bangalore - 560054). This is the worst experience that one can have from croma store staff.

    I have purchase a mobile (Oneplus 6) from this store as the croma sales executive told me about rs.1000 cashback offer on that mobile (Oneplus 6) if purchased through hdfc cards on friday. I had multiple offers on the mobile (Oneplus 6) from the brand store however, i was interested in cashback offer so, before making the advance payment of rs.10, 000 on[protected]Tuesday) i have re-confirmed with the croma cashier and croma sales executive if the offer is on both hdfc debit and and credit cards "they said the offer is on both hdfc debit and credit cards". I have paid the remaining amount of rs.24, 999 on[protected]Friday) and collected the mobile (Oneplus 6). When i confirmed the tat of cashback croma sales executive told me i will get the cashback of rs.1000 very soon.

    I have sent an email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 1 month. Croma customer service called me and said i will get the cashback within 90days as per the offer.

    I have sent another email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 90days. Croma customer service called me and said i will get the cashback after 90days as per the offer and to send an email if i don't receive rs.1000 cashback by[protected].

    I have sent another email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 90 days on[protected]. Croma customer service executive umesh v (Emp.1428) and shiv kumar call today (I. E.[protected] and said there wasn't any offer on that product (Oneplus 6) so i will not get any cashback and can't do much so will close the ticket.

    When i asked the croma customer service executive (Umesh v and shiv kumar) to compensate for their false commitment and misleading they said can't do anything and will close the ticket. I told them as it's them who has mislead so they will have to compensate for the same however, they were least bothered rather lousy and said will close the ticket.

    I need the cashback as promised by croma store staff along with compensation for misleading, false commitment to to make sale and for manipulating.

    I would also appreciate if croma store (Bel road, bangalore - 560054) franchise license is cancelled or if they has to pay penalty for misleading and manipulating with customers. I would not mind if i have to file a case against this croma store branch.

      Sir, this is anvesh kumar reddy studying msc, i have purchased dell laptop from croma electronics on 22 august 2017 lb nagar branch, hyderabad. It's not performing well i have taken to company authorized service center then also i am facing same problem, now i can't invest 35k to buy new laptop please help me out to solve this issue, i am suspecting that the company has given a demo piece to me.

        I have purchased this phone on 16th oct and i m facing this issue since the purchase. Current and heating problem. When i ask oneplus service centre they say it is normal to hv heating and current issue because every one plus 6 phone is different or they even say that they have not found any issue. I clearly need replacement of this phone and i will not pay any installment further to capital finance for this phone.

          It was friday, as per offer i should get cash back 1000 with in 90 days. I didnot get any cashback still yet. After followed lot of times in croma customer care there are no possitive response.

            I puchased whirlpool machine from croma last week and they told technician will come for demo. He came and told he check the machine and he told he coem back in after 30 min as this guy from whirlpool but still this was responsibility of croma team to provide proper support.

            The worst part is while i call in support line to raise a concern i did not get proper support.
            She old she raise a complaint srd[protected] and i asked to i want to talk with senior manager or tl if any one there because i am wasting too much time from the morning. She told they will call you after 2 hours i told i need immediate support thats why i called here. She told this is our process which is not acceptable. This is not help the customer but just making fool to customer. Not at happy with croma service i will never suggest to anyone go for croma better go for direct center of lg or other you will get faster service. My number is [protected]

              I ordered whirlpool refrigerator from croma.com on 20 sep 2018. I got a order no with delivery date by 24th sep 2018 4 pm. On 26th sep i started calling to customer care for delivery the status was ready to ship took a service request, but failed to ship till 28th, wrote on tweeter but no proper response, on 29th mr john from escalation team called and said product will reach you on 4th oct 2018 but its still failed no one has a proper reason and status. Never ever buy anything from croma.com very pathetic, ridiculous customer service

                  I have purchased an Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner from Croma online site(www.croma.com) on 24th September 2018. Just after delivery when we opened it, we found few accessories like Hose Pipe and Demo CD was missing. I immediately registered a complaint with complain number (SR[protected]) but 3 days past no one is actually trying to resolve concern. Every time i call they say someone will call you. but nobody called except once.

                    We have purchased a fridge from croma, so on the bill they have mentioned customer gst no. Without saying anything and they were telling that you can avail the gst etc.

                    And when we had filed the gst then it was not showing which means they hv collected the tax from me and they have not deposited, thats totally wrong and unethical.

                    Also when i rushed to the store the guy told me that igst has stopped and they can't do anything about it. Really??

                    But they never charged igst on my bill, also if they have taken cgst and sgst then should file with my gst number, more or less they are taking the tax from customers and not
                    Depositing to the government, and when you complain then they will be really inconvnient and will resolve your query without asking you.

                    Its really sad they are so dominating and taking the advantage of innocent customers.

                    I would never ever visit them, they are cheaters.

                      I had registered a complaint about my Croma tv the service centre vide complaint No. 090918FS00234 dated. 09/09/2018. The mechanic came to see it and said that he will come back with the replacement of defective part.. It’s been 15 days and till date nobody has come to repair my TV. I have called the Croma Service Centre twice they always says we will refer your complaint to the concerned department but no body calls back..

                        My sony headphone MDR-ZZ110AP BLACK (Sr. no. P95483221G) was not working hence I had given it to the company back for repairs. I could not collect the same later and so I had sent my friend to collect it from Croma. But, the manager of croma did not issue it to my friend. I had visited the same store recently but the manager was trying to show as if the company cannot do anything and they were not aware about the whereabouts of my product.
                        I followed up many times but could not get the headphone.
                        Hence, I will be taking up the matter with higher authorities.

                          Last week I purchased a Croma fully automatic washing machine and a Samsung led 43 tv from Kothrud branch pune. When the person came in for installation of washing machine both o[censored]s found out that the pipe was leaking and promised me to replace it. But it’s been a week and there’s no response from that person and Croma itself. And the Samsung led tv while purchasing it a person by the name Raj suggested us to get the Airtel dish connection with it as this model of Samsung contains a inbuilt set up box of Airtel. So I agreed with it. Then the very next day of the delivery the person came for the installation plus a guy from Airtel came in for the connection. When everything was done we checked if everything was ok but there was no channels coming up as the Airtel person told us that your tv software was not updated. And the installation person said it’s not on our hand. So if no one is responsible than who is? Then again I called crom regarding the same all the time they asked me to wait. It’s almost been a week but no necessary action has been taken. I have already registered a complaint with their customer care but still response has been received. Pls take some necessary steps so that I can make use of the things I have purchased.

                            2 week ago i purchased a water despencer from croma preet vihar. They told us if there are any defects or any faults in despencer you can easily replace it with in 2 years. After two days of purchase the normal button of water nozzle gets stucks and all the water came out side. I called to croma regarding this and they send their technician. They opened the despencer & checked and they also found same problem. But after set up all the three buttons (Hot, normal & cold) are not working. Now we called many time to the croma customer care they always say that "we registered you complaint & we will call you regarding this" but till now there are no message or call from their side.

                            Please help us regarding this. We want to replace this despencer because i am not able to use it.

                              I bought this powerbank and has been using it often along with another powerbank.
                              This powerbank was sent back with my helper 1 month before the warranty expired because it started to tear from the sides.
                              They sent it back with him saying that it’s a physical damage and cannot be exchanged.
                              When i returned from my overseas trip i began to follow up with their resolutions team, but they kept buying time and saying we are looking into it.
                              Atm the battery pack seems to be expanding more each day and this was highlighted to the team via facebook (Their preferred form of contact).
                              They are refusing to take responsibility for th le fact that it’s a power pack issue.

                              If i remember right, they told my helper that it’s happened because of overcharging! I think this is the lamest excuse ever given, cause the days of overcharging expired 15 years ago!

                              I require you to step in and pull these guys up for cheating and not taking responsibility!

                              We bought a croma tv of 55 inches and it got dead because of motherboard issue and then the next day croma says we will replace the motherboard and they replaced the broken motherboard to another broken motherboard and it lasted 2 min in front of the croma guy such a bad service from croma

                                On 14 sept 2018, bought samsung microwave mw7000k, 15th sept (Yesterday) demo & installation done. After that, found numerous scratches in turn table in this fresh newly purchased item. Contact with croma store phoenix mall chennai. Kindly replace the entire microwave item since defective.                                   Purchased one plus 6 in your borivali outlets, that time vodafone exicutives in your outlets given me sim and told that this sim is free there is no any changes, i refused several time than he requested he got taget please help, and promised me if i activated than it will charchable, but i am not activated, now vodafone sending me bill and not agree to cancel the sim, i am all ready 4 activated vodafone no. This is very bad to say croma like reputed stored allowing vidofone in your store,

                                    We had purchased panasonic led 165cm th-65fx600d on 31st august, 2018 from infiniti retail limited trading as croma retail, mumbai - phoenix-a027. The engineers while doing the installation found that the tv was defective and they said that it would be replaced with a fresh piece. After that panasonic service center engineers came took the inspection of tv as per their procedure and now 15 days have passed we are still waiting for the tv. This shows how bad is the service of panasonic company and also of croma retail. They keep on saying that we need approval from seniors.

                                      Purchase of dell laptop and microsoft office home edition lifetime package was done on 12.11.17. The croma person of growels 101, kandivali created new login id and password for microsoft sign in. Later when asked for sign in details he says he forgot password and not able to recover even. Till date i haven't received password. Kindly help me in this matter, my law exams are close and i am not able to access microsoft office.

                                        I had purchased above fridge from croma store pacific mall ghaziabad on 02.8.18 which was delivered on 02.09.18 and installed on 03.09.18. After installation i am observing following:
                                        1. Cooling of the fridge is not effective.
                                        2. Color ordered was not delivered.
                                        3. There is provision of two vegetable tray whereas only one delivered.
                                        4. No ice tray keeping provision.
                                        5. There is scratches in body during transport.
                                        6. No side tray in refrigerator.
                                        7. Product is two star rating whereas i promised four star rating.
