I have not received proper service from your croma store, kandivali west. While booking the air conditioner on 22nd of may, 2018; it was the concern persons commitment that the ac will get installed by the next day. But, on top of it what i received was wrong compressor.
I ain't got any technicians call. And from today that is 24th of may, 2018 time 5:28 i haven't received any call or msg from the store. And the store person...

I have got a tata croma ac. Motor of its fan got dysfunctional. I called the customer care. That came and changed the motor. It started working but they they did not close the ac. That took money for new motor but did not close the ac which they had opened to repair. That said that they will come next day. I have registered a lot of complaints with the customer care but every time i visit their store they say that there is no complaint registered...

It was humiliating and frustrating.

I purchased Hitachi led 55 inch TV on 19th may 2018 Saturday, I got the delivery next day i.e20th may .

The installation engineer visited my location today, when he opened the box there was no back panel behind the TV, also many wires where hanging around(PFA, images for the same)

I tried to call customer care, somehow I was able to connect with customer care after multiple calls, they logged a service request...

I have ordered water purifier last friday. Since then called customer care 3 times, and everytime they say that it will reach tomorrow. But still i haven't received my product.in every call i told them that tell me exact date instead of saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. Now, i have to waste my weekend to wait for it and 99% chances are that they will still not deliver it....

I have purchased two laptops from croma, one on september 25, 2017 (Acer one 12 pqc) and the other on april 16, 2018 (Asus 14 e402na-ga022t). Both laptops worked fine for about 1-2 months. They have been on warranty. Both laptops have issues associated with the hard disk. The one purchased in april 2018 does not even start. I have logged several complaints with the customer service desk of acer (Case id: 2674078i, 2707864i)....

I purchased an ac through croma (R-mall, thane, maharashtra) on monday (14th may, 2018) and it got delivered on 15th may, 2018. From 15th may onwards, customer care is telling me that the installation will happen soon.

This company has the worst customer care services. I hope my issue will be resolved soon.

For others, please do not buy from croma if there is a dependency on the appliance with croma (Like installation)....

Its been over a week since i have complained for my tv which is under extended warranty. After 4 days techician came and told me that they will pick my tv for service center and now another 4 days have passed and nobody has bothered to call or come. Please resolve this matter at earliest. Please don't offer extented warranty in future and make your customers feel like fools....

I had visited croma showroom at infinity 2 mall, malad on 18th april 2018 as i wanted to buy tv for our home on auspicious occasion of akhaytritya. We were looking out for models in tv and 1 sales person name deepak assisted us. We selected 1 tv model dled worth rs. 12990/. Sales person deepak was purposely deviating us for other models and confusing us for no reason. After spending 1 hour we still sticked to the dled croma tv of 12990/-...

I have made request for servicing for 2 croma window air conditioners (One in service period and second as paid service) on 08.04.18 and regularly asking for the same but a single reply engineer will come today but no one come.

I have no alternate to do the same job thru available sources in market and paid the money.

But till today no response from croma.

This is not good customer service by tata...
