I had bought a croma iron on 23rd december, 2018 from their sion outlet. I had gone to the store with the intention of buying a philips iron. The sales guy convinced us to buy croma brand iron - while it being at par with philips brand but very competitive on the price front. We also bought an extended warranty to it. Further, while i was buying, i was categorically told that if there is any problem, the product will either be repaired or immediately replaced without asking any questions or any harassment.

To our utter disappointment within 2 weeks of our usage, there were sparks coming from the iron along with water leakage. I took it to the sion outlet on 4th january, 2018 (Friday) wherein i was told that they will keep it till wednesday-thursday, as your technician will be coming only on wednesday. Last week i received call from the sion store and they say that the iron is physically damaged and they cannot do a replacement of the same. I was fine with this but asked them to just repair it and give me. To which i was told that it cannot be repaired.

I just fail to understand if this was case why was i not told during my purchase that croma products are not repairable. The customer service agent says that the only thing that they can do is give me deprecated value of 15% of the iron. Further, if croma products are not repairable, then why don’t they say it upfront that it will not be repaired if any damage happens.

Last saturday, i again got a call from their customer service desk of sion store saying that if i don’t come and take my damaged iron then they will put it back in their lost and found section and henceforth i may not get my iron also back.
Frankly speaking, the attitude and tone of the agent was very disgusting to say the least. Honestly speaking i am really disappointed with this kind of attitude from tata group employees.

I got the Gift Card and now when I try to check the validity it says expired. Unfortunately I did not buy anything. Card has 1700 amount. Please let me know how can I rendeem this.

    I have purchased croma (208567) hdr 39 inch (98cm) led tv crel 7336 from croma store prozon mall aurangabad on dated 11/01/2019. When i started tv in home on 12/01/2019 the display shows pink colouring led tv is not working, video of led is looking as fogged type now tv is blank
    And when i calling shop owner contineously he didnt responded your service is very worst.
    Again i request you please regretting my dead led tv as an earliest

    Iam not getting tv on or off Via both remotes

      I am hereby making a complaint against the croma ref dc 190l crar0212 3s purchased by me on 25th january 2018 (Invoice number sent to croma). I have purchased this refrigerator from the croma malad store. From the beginning, the refrigerator has been giving many problems like water collects on the outer surface of the fridge and on the first shelf of the fridge always remains moist and this used to happen despite of the temperature being adjusted as per the season. My vegetables get moist within a day which is why i can't even keep them in the fridge. The electricity bill also comes high due to this defect of the refrigerator. I purchased the fridge on 25th january 2018 trusting that the fridge is from an in-house brand and would work well but it was not the case. Since the beginning we are facing issues with the fridge

      I have shifted to another place last month and the trouble still continues. I called the technician from croma and he said he'll replace the regulator of the fridge. On the same day i asked the customer care to exchange the croma fridge since the regulator is defective and has to be replaced and i requested for replacement to a godrej refrigerator. Customer care told me that they will look into the matter and will consider the replacement. The technician replaced the part and after three days when i purchased a vegetable and dhaniya and put it in the crisper as per the instructions of the technician, the vegetable was moist and the dhaniya got spoiled and i had to throw it out.

      I again complained about the problem and again the technician visited and left and asked to us test the dhaniya and vegetable. We again purchased two lots of dhaniya where one was 2 days old and one was 1 day old and both were moist and spoiled. The dhaniya was kept open in the crisper.

      This is a serious problem and despite of the part being replaced, how can croma sell a fridge which is so defective? The fridge is itself defective from the beginning and now since the warranty expires in 12 days, i am concerned about the refrigerator and need an exchange with godrej single door refrigerator or i want my money back. Croma doesn't care for the customers and the customer support says that they will repair the product when it's defective and won't replace it in spite of two to three technicians visiting our place thrice and the problem still existing. I just want a replacement to godrej fridge or a refund as i am highly disappointed with a brand like croma selling defective products.

        Hi bought a phillips sound bar from croma store rdc ghaziabad. When reached home and open the system found no remote was there not any cable was provided. Same day that on 1st jan 2019 a lodged a complaint of it. I was given assurance next day engineer will come. I waited no body came i even visited store twice nothing fruitful. I didnot even got call from service engineer. Meanwhile i got call from croma customer care i told them the problem. Today morning i got message that my problem has been resolved. That is really pathetic. Very bad service. By croma

          I had purchased dell inspiron laptop from croma preetvihar store vide invoice no. Sla[protected] for rs. 54, 000.00 on 9.12.18. While purchasing we were inclined to buy hp laptop but store representative named jay lead us to by dell laptop instead qouting numerous advantages with assurance that we stand support for the product. It was assured that in case of any problem with the dell laptop within guarantee period croma provides guarantee to get it repaired within 24 hours or the customer will be refunded money vouchers of equivalent value to buy alternative product. Considering the attractive offer attached with only dell laptop, it was purchased even costlier and with extended waranty of 2 years and new piece was supplied by croma.

          On use the laptop speed was very slow, it took 5 mins to start and 1-2 min to open any application. The speed was slow even when compared with 8 years old hp laptop i have. When the laptop was taken to croma, the problem with laptop was agreed by store but store informed that replacement offer was valid only if product was brought within 7 days, though no such duration specified at the time of sell. Croma declared that this will be attended by dell and will be sent to dell service.

          The laptop was deposited with croma on 29.12.18. On confirmation from croma that the laptop has been repaired i went for collecting the same on 05.01.19, only to find that all the application even preloaded softwares like ms office, antivirus were removed leading to some faster response of laptop but not satisfactory. It was assured that the other softwares will be loaded in few hours and the speed will also be improved and the store will again all back when the laptop is ready. I have to return empty handed.

          In the evening on 05.01.19 croma store informed that still there are issues with the product and the are again sending to dell service.

          I am still without laptop after having shelled out rs. 54000.00. I feel cheated by croma and their representatives.

            I ordered a sony earphone during a offer period. I confirmed the dispatch three times. But they later called me that they won't deliver it due to discontinuity of the product.

            Irony is the earphone is still available but they decline it by calling it a technical glitch.

            They didn't want to give the product at the discounted rate. That's the issue so they cancelled the order.

              I was boarding a flight to lko from delhi bearing from t-1 indira gandhi airport. I purchased a saregama carvaan from croma store and thereby, decided two pay the amount in different parts i was charged 2500 indian rupees from my axis account and subsequently instead of charging the remaining amount i was again charged a fee of 5990 from my hdfc account.                 I had purchased one washing machine/ mixer grinder/water filter from your store in r city ghatkopar mumbai on 16-12-18 which was delivered to me on[protected] as per my request. Request for installation was made by on 19-12-18 itself, the water filter was installed promptly within stipulated time however the washing machine is still to be installed. I had telephonic talk with your call center official every day from 21-12-18 they were reluctant to give the phone number of croma ghatkopar branch, after daily phone calls the guy on the duty on 23-12-18 at 15.00hrs connected me over conference call with lady in mumbai back office who i requested to kindly take the machine which is lying in my residence unused for last few days in state as it was delivered to my residence. By your staff and refund the amount i have paid to. She requested me to kindly allow allow her some time as it is sunday and nobody from the side is available, she also told that she will call back on mobile phone number. As of now i feel cheated by your sales persons in getting me believe that at croma you will be getting good quality appliances and after sales service. But i am now worrying that how will i be able to get my any other services if required done in future. There fore i once again request your kind self to refund my money which have paid for purchase of said washing machine immediately.

                Rice is burnt on first cooking itself in rice cooker.its cooking even hard rice not soft.
                Unpleasant loud noise it creates while cooking.

                I have not been using this for sometime b'cos of all this issues.

Sla[protected] dated 20 oct 2018 (19:12:45) and purchased whirlpool refrigrator costing rs 46551/- through sbi card and eligible for 5% cash back. But amount has not yet creadited o. Sbi card. Request support. I guess tey are not intrested to give 5 percent cash back, everytime they behave in same manner, poor customer support by croma as well as sbi cards

                    Bought a power bank from chroma in crown interiors faridabad through the executive mr shoaib. On the pack of power bank special offer worth somewhat 650 rs adapter free along with power bank. Chroma executive asked me that it would be inside the pack so i bought without opening the box. But when i opened it there was no adapter in the box, asked the executive he simply said he does not have any accessories loose along with pack.

                    Kindly provide the accessory that was meant to be along with box. As chroma people on showroom are denying for any help.

                      Taken panasonic washing machine on 9 dec 18.. Till date i. E on 19 dec18 not delivered.. Also nobody knows from caller team and sales team about my product transaction..
                      Also asked about refund... Answer was it will get refund after 7 to 8 days.
                      Both things not confirmed.. From last 10 days i am taking followup i am not getting my product nor my amount.

                      I call logged for my SMART LED TV on 13th December 2018 my Complent no. 131218EW00015. I am calling everyday on helpline no. but everytime customer care executive telling that we will send technician today. But still not a single technician visited my home. I am very dissopintred with croma. I will never purchase any product again from croma.

                        Bought sony party speaker from croma bhy branch. At the time of delivery on 9th dec, on checking the system it was found that it was not functioning properly and so i requested the croma sales person (To take the speaker back but he refused saying that it was a setting problem which the sony tech person would visit within 24hrs to check and give a demo explanation. But it is over 9 days that nobody has bothered. We have been following up with the croma sales person on the mobile number through which he called us. Also a complaint was lodge twice but the complaint number was given only on the 2nd call of 15th dec. (Rsr[protected]). The service of croma is bad... Their only target is to sell and deliver product which are not working. I want a refund... And money back. Service is bad. At the time of buying sales person promise one thing and on complaining the customer service denies. She said that there is no demo for this product sold... How can it be... We are buying a system costing rs.53999

O smith geyser from croma attapur on 13.12.2018, after confirming it with them on phone that the product would be delivered nexy day and would also be installed on the same day. I especially went this store driving for more than 10kms because they promised the delivery next day. The product was not delivered on 14th dec as promised. After repeated calls i was informed about the break down of the vehicle at 7.30 pm...

                          I had purchased a whirlpool double door fridge (Model inv278) on 8th november 2018 from croma showroom in velachery, chennai. It was delivered on 9th and installed by croma people on 10th november.

                          After installation i noticed that there were scratches on the bottom lining of the door. I immediately took pictures and sent it to the croma technician who installed it. After many follow-ups they assured they will ask whirlpool company to change the door. After four weeks, finally i lost patience and asked them to give me a solution. The whirlpool service center (Ramanagar, chennai) called dheena and the croma agent called jaykumar got into a conference call with me. They accused each other of negligence. After a lot of shouting they hung up the phone.

                          The croma agent jaykumar finally agreed to give me some compensation. He has not mentioned the amount so far and he is dragging on this without resolution.

                            I had purchased a whirlpool double door fridge (Model inv278) on 8th november 2018 from croma showroom in velachery, chennai. It was delivered on 9th and installed by croma people on 10th november.
                            On 10th november whirlpool technician visited our house and said that the fridge stand provided by croma will not support the weight of the fridge. So he refused to install the fridge and went away. So finally i had to call the croma people who installed the fridge.

                            After installation i noticed that there were scratches on the bottom lining of the door. I immediately took pictures and sent it to the croma technician who installed it. After many follow-ups they assured they will ask whirlpool company to change the door. After four weeks, finally i lost patience and asked them to give me a solution. The whirlpool service center (Ramanagar, chennai) called dheena and the croma agent called jaykumar got into a conference call with me. They accused each other of negligence. After a lot of shouting they hung up the phone.

                            The croma agent jaykumar finally agreed to give me some compensation. But so far he has not responded at all.

                              Raised complaint in Croma for my laptop issue in extended warranty but from past one year not got any proper resolution on it and now extended warranty got over without any resolution or use.

                              While purchasing Croma people told me that to take extended warranty from Croma as laptop got discontinued from Sony.

                              As I submitted my laptop as per Croma people told me that in Sony service center many times but not got proper solution only I faces many challenges and wrong direction.

                              First time they told me that Sony people will come to my place to see laptop but nobody came then I info that I need to submitted laptop in Croma store.
                              I visited Croma store they told that If you submitted laptop in Sony service center that will get quick resolution on it.
                              I went to provided location details on Mehdipatnam Sony service center they told me that they stopped providing services for Laptop.
                              They again I submitted my laptop in Chandrapur Sony service center but some part was not available any they provided other part installed invoice bill that too not refunded by Croma. As per them will get refund later after final solution.
                              Later Croma executive people told me that provide Sony complaint number to take follow-up on it I resubmitted my laptop for 3 month and provided that complaint number to Croma but no action taken on it and closed all complaint in extended warranty.
                              Now again today they are saying submit laptop to Sony so that Sony can provide you some solution or some money on recycling laptop.


                              Now my total invoice billing pending with Croma to get incash and laptop also not repaired fully from 29-Nov.-2018 which was in extended warrenty.

                                I bought new honor play mobile from croma, belapur, the mobile slipped from my hand and display was cracked. I contacted customer service they said "display screen cost + service cost + gst" will be payable by me. I don't really understand what's the use of giving guarantee card, the # not covered anything. I really did mistake for choosing to buy electronics in croma.

                                  I bought this Grinding Machine from Croma sarjapur road, bangalore. They confirmed installation of the machine within 48 hrs of delivery, It's 3 WEEKS NOW and surprisingly they don't send anyone for installation.

                                  I had called Croma more than 50 times but everytime the customer care says the same thing as they have been mugged that person will come. When the person will come ONLY CROMA knows and not even God.

                                  I had bought products from several stores but never seen such lathargic approach. It seems they don't care.

                                  Now I want to return this product and get my money back with the harassment and trouble they have created for us.

                                  As the machine is heavy I have already asked them to take it back and refund the amount but again NO RESPONSE.

                                  Please suggest how can i lodge a case against them in Consumer court and get my money back.

                                  I will suggest all NEVER to buy this product from CROMA. Your hard earned money will go and you will be harrased.

                                    I had bought croma refrigerator 215 litres in 2017. We found that a small cup which collects the water from the freezer and send it to bottom container was missing. I have raised multiple complaints and its been alomst 2years, no resolution at all. Few complaints are still open. I have visited the croma outlets multiple times but no use of it. Technicians call when i loose my patience over customer care number and thats it. I am fed up as a customer. Please do not buy croma goods. The worst service.

                                      Hi... I had visited croma - store at phoenix mall on 14/10/2018 to buy a sony smart tv. Mr imran was the sales person who was attending me. I saw few models of sony led tv. But he convinced me to buy panasonic led tv (4k) by saying that it would work very well with iphone x. Also he told me that this panasonic tv would operate verygood with your iphone, it is specially built for iphone users. Unfortunately i trust him. Now technician who came for demo told me that it will not operate with iphone, its built for android phones. I was shocked yo hear this from panasonic technician.
                                      Hope you would send a technician who could teach me to operate this tv with my iphone. Hoping co operation from your team to resolve my issue.
