I ask one of croma's salesman for best camera smartphone under 40000 and he suggested me lg g7+ thinq and he told me that it is the best smartphone and he misguided me. He told me that it has 7 hours of battery backup and he told that it has fast charging in its charging jack but when i asked the same thing from our lg 's service centre they said that it has fast charging in its charger only. And i had only 2 days of buying this product.

    extended warranty repairs are not progressing at all

    I have purchased lg lcd tv from croma electronics with extended warranty for 1 + 2 total 3 years. Now i am in my last year of warranty and my tv has stopped working since 2-nov-2018; for which i made request for repair with croma call centre and they provided me request number bof011118ew00202.     I bought a jbl t110 earphone from croma stores in mantri mall, malleshwaram on 3/11/18. The earphone jack bent within 3 days of purchase so i went to their stores and they blamed me of intentional damage though their website has several reviews for the same product of being faulty. I have purchased 55 inch 4k uhd croma tv but when i checked its not 4k tv again when i visited croma shop south extn and checked all croma tv (49 and 65 inch) all tv are only hd tv (1080 p) also all demo engineer's have lack of knowledge. If customer don't have technical knowledge croma company make fool to customer. Please take a legal action also i need compensation which i have facing.

          Hello sir/madam,

          I booked 2 ton hitachi split a/c on 5th nov-2018 (Invoice:sla[protected].
          I was promised delivery on 6th nov-2018 but the a/c was not delivered.

          After follow up, your delivery team delivered today a wrong material –
          They delivered 1.5 ton split a/c which is meant for some one else (
          Picture attached).
          We trust croma, being part of a trusted group company while we
          Have several options to purchase the appliances, but croma has not
          Lived the customer’s trust.

          The a/c was to be installed on diwali but it has not been even delivered till now. I am writing this on the evening of diwali festival as a customer whose trust in the brand has been taken for granted.

          Hereby, i am asking for compensation for the trauma caused by your
          Inappropriate services and not delivering / installing the a/c within
          Your committed festival timeline.
          We request you to refund the paid amount and take back the incorrect a/c and equal amount should be paid to me as compensation for causing trauma during festival time.

            Worst service ever!!!

            This is with my recent purchase of a water purifier on 14 october for which the installation was done in 2 days

            The purifier started leaking immediately for which i had put a complaint but the service person were unable to resolve the issue for which i demanded the replacement of the product for which they denied

            Post that the croma juhu, mumbai team has been overlooking my call putting me on long hold denying further actions on my complaint

              Feel cheated. All 3 croma products turned out defective and the management couldn't-care-less. #croma 1.5 ton ac showed error within a few months and stopped working within 3 years.

              Worse, the staff behaviour is suspect : they won't share names or be willing to put on record what they verbally communicate. The reason is obvious). Also, most were found unprofessional.

              A customer service desk man was found plain rude while a manager called david was ruder.
              One mr. Y patel tests your patience with his inconsistencies : apologies one moment and blundering the next.
              Someone called sagar bilare actually tried to justify all 3 croma products turning out defective by implying that with electronics its always a gamble! (Someone needs to let him know that all three croma products turning out defective cannot be a coincidence!)

              If you do not wish to feel cheated or have a nightmarish buying experience, keep away from croma. (Please feel free to contact for details, emails, recordings that are telling of the experiences shared here over multiple instances, over time)

Also jio dongal which was to be supplied along with unit is not supplied.. Lg service person has just walked off saying pl contact croma — we do not have any thing to say.. Croma person who came to deliver the product was totally drunk.. He could not walk.. The product came without remote.. Service engg.. Brought the remote from somewhere.. Remote came without cell/batteries.. Service engg of lg just walked off without demo.. Without configuring the system...

                  I purchased amazon alexa eco plus from chroma store saket on 24 oct 2018 where the information that was provided to me earlier stays that amazon and chroma have same price value and offers but on the day when i actually went to purchase the same the product was having the difference of 1000 rs and the no offers were there
                  Secondly at t he time of billing they did not ask me about the emi conversion and had charged in the full payment
                  Thirdly they told that the amazon cash balance which was 1 offer they were providing will come in my account where later they said that it will come after 41 days i mean so much misappropriate information

                  After being so much hassel when i visited store again that i do not want this product i want to return it or give me some other product so that i should not feel cheated they clearly said we cant do it as they have opened the product at the time when they cheated on me and missapropriately sold me the product with the wrong information

                    I bought an "8 ltr pure it marvella water purifier (Veg)" 13th oct from croma - aditya city centre, indirapuram, ghaziabad store. Two days later to installation, i saw a leakage from its base. I instantly called the service center, a technician came and fixed it. Just after three days of service, it starts leaking again (See video attached).

                    It's very disappointing that croma is giving such a hard time to their customers. Totally no response at all. Even after escalating the issue.

                    I've made about 5-10 phone calls to your call center in the past fourteen days for following up. These calls have averaged about 10 minutes each. Another irony, i actually bought a one-year extended warranty for the water purifier. Every time i call. I've been waiting for that call from last 14 days.

                      We made a complain to croma customer care for repairing our front load 7 kg croma washing machine on 12 october (Complain no. Slf02a[protected]. We waited for almost 15 days and called several times in the call centre but every time we were told that someone will visit us in next 24 hours. But till now we have not received any support and no one has visited.

                      We were loyal customer to croma for last 5 years and purchases so may appliances, including croma washing machine. But with this kind of behaviour we will never purchase their product again and will escalate this to other social networking and consumer forum.

                        I bought a google mini from croma online store. I was given home delivery option. After a few days i got a call, they said that i need to pick this up from store.
                        So i bought a chroma card as i had a few award points with me. After i reached at the store, they said the croma card cannot be used, i asked for reasons, and for that they said please come back tomorrow. Next day i recieved a call that my order has been cancelled. I bought the google mini in sale, now i have to make the full payment to get the product.

                        I would like to know the reason of all this. And, why my order has been cancelled. I had to half day from office to got to the store, and see nothing going fruitful.

                          Hello team, i had purchased a lenov laptop and lenov tab worth 71k from croma, koramangala, bangalore branch on 10 june 2018. I was promised a 2000 rs voucher which i will get over email.
                          I have not yet got an email with the voucher. I have made visit to the branch and each time the executive and the branch manager tell that i will get a call and issue will be resolved.

                            I have purchase croma 39 inches. During purchase i have ask for android tv. But they give normal tv with airtel smart set top box and commit "sir you can use all feature of android in your tv. And after 2 month using this product i can't use android features in my tv. The product is use less. And your croma person not give me solution. Please look in to this matter asap.

                              I have a tata croma sbi credit card and have over 6000 points for redemption. Yesterday (21st oct) when i went to buy some electronic goods from the store and tried to use the card it didnot worked at ghaziabad store and also at the east delhi store and none of the croma employees including the sbi representative were able to answer. It was quite insulting experience. Due to sunday their call centre was also closed. Today when i made the call to the customer care the executive was not able to understand the issuse, after making me hold for more than 10 minutes his senior cam eon line and said that we have noted down your compalint and will revert by 5th of nov.

                              Are they joking... Its a serious matter and who is going to pay for my insult at the store and harassment i faced.

                                  Hi sir/ma'm,

                                  This is a complaint for cashback not received and how croma staff manipulate everytime also complaint for the horrible and pathetic experience with croma store (Bel road, bangalore - 560054). This is the worst experience that one can have from croma store staff.

                                  I have purchase a mobile (Oneplus 6) from this store as the croma sales executive told me about rs.1000 cashback offer on that mobile (Oneplus 6) if purchased through hdfc cards on friday. I had multiple offers on the mobile (Oneplus 6) from the brand store however, i was interested in cashback offer so, before making the advance payment of rs.10, 000 on[protected]Tuesday) i have re-confirmed with the croma cashier and croma sales executive if the offer is on both hdfc debit and and credit cards "they said the offer is on both hdfc debit and credit cards". I have paid the remaining amount of rs.24, 999 on[protected]Friday) and collected the mobile (Oneplus 6). When i confirmed the tat of cashback croma sales executive told me i will get the cashback of rs.1000 very soon.

                                  I have sent an email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 1 month. Croma customer service called me and said i will get the cashback within 90days as per the offer.

                                  I have sent another email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 90days. Croma customer service called me and said i will get the cashback after 90days as per the offer and to send an email if i don't receive rs.1000 cashback by[protected].

                                  I have sent another email to inquire when i didn't see the cashback after 90 days on[protected]. Croma customer service executive umesh v (Emp.1428) and shiv kumar call today (I. E.[protected] and said there wasn't any offer on that product (Oneplus 6) so i will not get any cashback and can't do much so will close the ticket.

                                  When i asked the croma customer service executive (Umesh v and shiv kumar) to compensate for their false commitment and misleading they said can't do anything and will close the ticket. I told them as it's them who has mislead so they will have to compensate for the same however, they were least bothered rather lousy and said will close the ticket.

                                  I need the cashback as promised by croma store staff along with compensation for misleading, false commitment to to make sale and for manipulating.

                                  I would also appreciate if croma store (Bel road, bangalore - 560054) franchise license is cancelled or if they has to pay penalty for misleading and manipulating with customers. I would not mind if i have to file a case against this croma store branch.

                                    Sir, this is anvesh kumar reddy studying msc, i have purchased dell laptop from croma electronics on 22 august 2017 lb nagar branch, hyderabad. It's not performing well i have taken to company authorized service center then also i am facing same problem, now i can't invest 35k to buy new laptop please help me out to solve this issue, i am suspecting that the company has given a demo piece to me.
