Respected sir,
I sonyaa ayodhya had booked a tv on saturday march 16th at the oberoi mall gorgegoan croma store, my bill number... Order sle004ec1058480
. There has already been a delay in delivery of my tv. Now they have not even send a person to fix the tv. I with so much faith in croma booked this tv expecting it to be installed today. I was super excited about watching netflix and had invited all my friends for a party tonight but to my utter disappointment ur store manager has bluntly refused saying we forgot to generate the call for installation. I
Am heart broken and would never ever come to croma if my tv is not installed today

    Dear team,

    I finally had to write this as incompetence of team croma is at its height.

    With reference to your order id[protected] placed on[protected] with www.croma.com

    I never booked an electronic gift voucher but ibought 2 mobile phones.

    Details were updated on your website.
    A confirmation for the same with delivery date of 15th march was sent to me by croma after placing the order.

    When called to your team to confirm date of delivery i was told following

    1. We can not deliver the product it is for store pickup only.
    2. I agreed to pick it up from any store in india.
    3. I was told again that it can not be delivered as croma has sold out the product and they do not have anymore stock of the said mobile phone.
    4. Again i was informed by croma team that they have discontinued the product.
    5. All this information was given to me after that customer care executive had directions from from manager.

    After several follow ups i started receiving calls mentioning

    1. Croma website updation team messed up and uploaded incorrect information, incorrect product as well as incorrect price once again on the website.
    2. There, was not a single mention of gift card or gift voucher on that webpage or even on the order confirmation sent to me.
    3. After talking many times to customer service i managed to have a talk with floor manager vishal arora.
    4. Literally disappointed in his way of handling the issue.
    5. I asked for email id of appellate which was denied by vishal.
    6. Finally he had agreed to send me an email mentioning what had transpired and had agreed to send an apology email mentioning failures of croma and apology for the inconvenience caused.
    7. More than a week has passed since than and i never received any such email.

    I called up infinity retails head office, and talked to people there.

    Outcome zero. Finally on 13th i was assured that they will listen to call recording and then get back to me with a resolution.

    Suddenly on 19th march i received an email mentioning below 2 points, which are contradictory in themselves.
    1. Request you to kindly revert with your confirmation within 24hrs of receipt of this email.

    2. Since there was no response, we have to unfortunately cancel your order and process for the refund.

    My question is :-

    1. How can you request a response within 24 hrs and then in the next line mention that there was no response and you are cancelling the order.

    2. How can you cancel the order without resolving the issue from your end?

    3. May be you could not reach me for over a week on call which is unbelievable, did you bother to write an email to inform first and then cancel if no response is given?

    After multiple calls on 19th to crime head office finally i managed to talk to somebody there.

    1. I asked them one question why croma team lied to me in the first place. No answer for that.

    2. I wonder how many customers have been lied to by team croma.

    3. Why was the order confirmation sent to me if your website updation team uploaded a utterly and entirely wrong content, wrong price, wrong details and wrong product.

    4. I requested for an apology or acknowledgement email mentioning the failures of team croma (As i had asked earlier as well), but no response on that part as well.

    5. Kritika from croma said we have cancelled your order and refund your money along with a 2500 rupees gift card of croma.

    6. I would like to very much inform you that though i am not as rich as tata i still have my self respect.

    7. I bought a product, either give me that or give me an apology or acknowledgement on email mentioning and accepting your failures and apologise for lying to me.

    8. If you cancel my order then for sure i will get certainly get my money back as per the system.

    9.in such case i will for sure make a dd of the same amount along with your croma gift vouchers and send it to mr. Avijit mitra as a gift for incompetence and lying habbit of his croma team.

      Hello,
      I ordered kindle paperwhite e-reader worth 13049/- from the croma webiste on 13th march, i received the delivery on 15th march, but as soon as i opened the packet, there was logitech wireless mouse instead of kindle. I imidiately emailed the webiste with the snap of the product that i have received, i am calling daily since then and i have gotten no response from their side, all i keep hearing is that they have escalated the issue and get back to me in 24hrs which they never do. Please help asap

        I have chroma gift cards in the amount of 7500 which have already expired. How can i use it or to whom i need to contact for my matter. Is there any team assisting in this matter from chroma side. Looking for a favorable reply. Customer care team is not assisting i don't know what a customer care team which is pathetic and no knowledge about their products. Chroma people needs to at least train their reps before handling calls. They are just spoiling tata's name.

            I bought the aircooler from Croma (Total Mall -Sarjapur-Bangalore) on 10th March'2019. The Product got delivered the next day. However, its a defective product with Water oozing out, They sent me a replaced product which again found defective. Now, i asked for Refund which they promised over email that i will get my money back by 14th March'2019. But still i have not got the money.

            Also none of the managers or executives are picking up my call. Need help to get my money out of this fraudsters.

              Hi,

              Myself and my wife visited the tata croma – grandmall – velachery chennai, on 22 dec 2018. We were planned to by an new washing machine for our new born baby and we have enquired about the new washing machine with the sales executive, we asked the washing machine with best hygiene washing quality machine and mentioned it’s for my baby, after heard our requirement the sal exe explained the front and top load with cost, we informed him suggest for best hygiene washing quality us as per our requirement, he asked us to buy lg 6.5 kg – jet spray washing machine and he mentioned this is the best in market will solve your requirement.

              Then we purchased the lg 6.5 kg – jet spray washing machin at tata croma –velachery chennai. The delivery and installation has been done on next day, as soon the washing machine installed the technician asked to load some cloths for demo purpose and he left with in 5 to 10 minutes. We have loaded some cloths in the machine and the washing process has been completed after 1 hour. After we have checked the cloths and we got shocked the quality of the washing is very pathetic and we called the sale exce immediately and informed him the washing quality is very bad, the sales exce replied the product sold to you, we can do anything and the product delivered in good condition and there is no damages. And said you please call lg people for address the issues. Again i called the sale exce and asked him to connect to his supervisor, the supervisor also given the same feedback and asked me to call lg for the repair. I informed him this is not right way of response i believed your word and bought the product and now you are telling me to contact lg is not at all acceptable.

              Then i had informed my wife to not to use the lg washing machine, and we been using the whirlpool semi auto washing machine because it should not affect my baby.

              I was on continues official travelling till this tuesday, i had called lg customer service on 14 mar 2019 and informed them the washing quality is very pathetic. Lg have arranged for tech visit and the tech came to my home same day 12 pm, we have loaded 4 cloths in lg machine and another 4 cloths in semi auto machine, lg have taken 1 hour and whirlpool completed the wash in 30 minutes, we put the cloths in two different bucket of water and showed to the tech. Whirlpool semi auto cloths washing quality is very good and the water is still clear condition in the bucket, lg cloths putted in the bucked the water color changed / lots of dirts / lots of dust particles and some kind of sediments on water. After seen the quality of washing the tech taken the video and photo of the same and informed us i will take it to next level and he left.

              Again i called him around 5 pm and asked for the status of the compliant, lg tech replied i am coming with senior tech and will be resolve your compliant. They arrived at 730 pm and the same experiment has been shown to them and the senior tech simply said lg machine is working and i can do anything if there is any repair only. He meant this is the washing quality of lg (Water color change / lots of dirts / lots of dust particles and some kind of sediments on water). And both of them left without proper solution.

              Since this is my fifth product in tata croma, i bought the lg washing machine on name of tata croma and the sales executive word. I have spent my 24000 and the purpose of investing the product is not worthy and i need to buy best hygiene washing quality for my new born baby, i am ready to return the product back and request you to please refund the money.

                Visited croma showroom at kharghar to buy a 1.5 ton ac. I wanted large format (39"width) indoor unit. I was shown that type of lg ac and the order was placed. The next day when it was delivered, in the packing i could make out that the indoor unit was smaller than ordered. Within 30 mins of delivery the installation persons arrived and i let them work in the room. After the installation i realised that the indoor unit was of standard size (33" width).

                Croma has refused to solve the problem, and the person who visited for inspection says that exchange/refund cannot be done, since the unit has already been installed. Should croma penalize the customer for their own mistake and hide behind the fact that it is installed?

                I demand that they should refund the money and take back their product, or should replace the indoor unit to the size for which the order was placed.

                  I ordered oneplus wireless earphone from croma and i received it today. While unboxing it i found that item was dead and it's not at all turning on and i was very disappointed with the croma. I called the croma customer care support they are very helpless and not even listening to my issue. My money 3990 is totally wasted here. I want a proper solution from croma. I want croma to replace my earphone. Croma is telling me to wait for 24 hrs but still now i didn't get any calls from the croma support. This issue should be solved by croma as soon as possible. I'm here without a earphone.

                    Bought two mobiles from croma kharghar. A7 and j6.
                    I am told if i purchase a7 with hdfc credit card i will get zero emi installment payment facility along with 2000 cash back after 3 months. The same facility is applicable for j6 but i cannot use the same hdfc credit card. 2000 cashback applicable but not 0% emi if i use hdfc debit card. I agreed to the term, and that is why used hdfc debit card for the second mobile j6 so that i get 2000 cashback after 3 months. Till now cashback is not given for the j6 mobile and emi % are deducted. Your same person mr. Vaibhab called twice and doesn't talk anything material. He has been not cooperative during the mobile repair of a7 too and has perplexed us intentionally. Last time he called with his friend, who claimed that he is accountant of store, but was asking me my issue and was totally ignorrant when mr. Vaibhab gave the receiver to him.

                    In last two years i have purchased most of my electronics items from croma, but did not have the idea that your customer service and commitments are so poor. I promise i shall never visit your store or site. Please provide remedy for the above case otherwise i will take legal action against you.

                      I purchased a croma 32 inch smart tv from bangalore banargatta road - royal meenakshi mall. We specifically asked if all the you tube channels will work and he confirmed the same. Subsequently on delivery the picture quality was very poor, and we called to complain he mentioned that online contents will not have proper image in product. The picture quality is so very poor for all online videos that it can hardly be seen and the channel quality is also not upto mark. Overall its very very poor product sold and there are no exchange available either for me to buy a better product. The product is very different from the way it appeared in showrooms. The salesman further mentioned that the tv was android equipped when the installation team came home they said its android version 1 in the tv when the current version is 8 and hence downloading of apps like amazone prime was not possible.

                          Dear sir,

                          I had visited with family at tata croma store, jalandhar at 1730 hrs 07 mar 2019.

                          I had selected the items and reached at billing counter, i was told card is not valid, just for checking inr 08 transactions was done at croma store and was successful.

                          I had to redeem my tata card points as well.

                          I was made to wait for 50 minutes, while cashier was making calls.
                          I requested them to call manager.

                          They called called sandeep. He was helpless.

                          I requested for customer feedback register for sharing my experience in tata croma.

                          There was no customer feedback register, i was told i can do online. They tried to login pc for, but i was told their net is not working.

                          I again requested, please call store manager, then mr. Parminder singh, came, he tried login store pc, then he disappeared without any word with customer.

                          Then i approached to s. Parminder singh again, he said there are 04 managers namely

                          Sh sandeep

                          Sh. Naveen

                          No one from staff was keen to resolve the problem.

                          Finally after 60 minutes, i wrote complaint on piece of paper, no manager mentioned above was ready to accept the complaint.

                          S. Parminder singh was very aggressive when asked for help, exihited poor values, and said in store, there are 04 managers not me alone.

                          I requested him to tell me his tata id no, he threatened me to call the police in store, other staff pacify him and took him away.

                          My family has a nightmare for 90 minutes in tata croma store jalandhar.

                          Now they are saying they cannot accept the complaint.

                          Whole croma staff was watching helplessness of managers, who were were struggling to provide and solution, of justifiable answer, why they cannot accept the complaint, when they have no book for complaint as well.

                          All the managers mentioned above were on phones.

                          Please check the cctv footage of tata croma.in store how rudely s. Parminder singh was behaving with customer.

                          After a wait of 90 minutes, mr gaurav thakur accepted my complaint.

                          My family was deeply upset with poor customer service and way problem was addressed my managers, no way seems there are tata’s employees.

                          It is matter of disgrace and shame to to tata croma has such managers, who put no sincere effort to address the issue seriously.

                          I would like to mention on 07 march 2019, three transaction were done on same card without any issue, why problem in tata croma. Store only.

                          Please enquire the matter, if you need any assistance from end while addressing the problem, i will expected all possible co-operation.

                            Extremely pathetic service 😡
                            They sale you the product & when it comes to service they turn their back.
                            We bought washing machine from croma - growell's mall kandivali east outlet. The salesman maneshwar - [protected], convinced us to buy croma washing machine, so we bought it & then we wanted a stand to keep the machine, he did mis - selling & gave us a wrong sized stand. It was dec end where we got our refrigerator, washing machine & stand, he wanted to complete his target, & must have done misselling. My mom is trying to reach him, he is so stubborn, rigid that he doesn't even picks up the calls now.

                              Hi,

                              I am cilivary, i have purchased a one plus 6t mobile phone. It’s has been only 15 days and used it for only 10 days, when i use camera portrait mode the device makes buz sound.
                              I went to the store where i have purchased croma vikrampuri kharkhana, hyderabad, the managers vijay and satish are not helpful, it’s customer service i had in my time and wasted 2 hours. As it’s only been 10 days i have used i want a replacement phone or s refund.
                              And, i have spoke to 3 agents and their response is same.

                                I purchased the machine in july 18. I got a used machine. Raised a complaint, which was not taken care. Last saturday on 15 feb 2019, i visited ur kamla nagar store and got to know that replacemen was already approved a long time back. Which i was unaware about. finally tday i got a new washing machin, again used one. How can you send old product to your customer?

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have purchased a sony led model r35f on february 9, 2019 from croma showroom at sector 26, chandigarh.
                                  When i visited the showroom i was shown and told the mrp rs. 49900/- of the product and on that they offered discount of rs. 3610/- and net price of rs. 46290/- and they further offered discount of the day @ 5.00% and further discount @2% for being existing customer (Due to previous purchases) of croma and gave me the product @ rs. 43049.70/- but when i received the product next day the product has mrp of rs. 47900/- which is rs.2000/- less than what i was shown and told at the showroom and thus the discount ratio varies from the deal which was given to me.

                                  Request for refund of rs. 2000/- as discount ratio is varying from the product mrp which given to me rs. 49900/- and actual product given to me has mrp of rs. 47900/-

                                    I bought iphone 6s before 5 months, and replaced after 3 months because of noise in the phone at iplanet. Again after 2 months the phone is with same issue. What can be done for this? When i called the customer helpline of croma he told to talk to croma store manager. I want refund for this instead of getting replaced for every 3 months. Please be responsive for the words are thrown at the time of purchase.

                                      Yesterday I had been to the Jayanagar store to purchase this OTG.. I was told they would deliver a freshly packed piece by today[protected]
                                      After it was delivered I open the box and the over was upside down
                                      I kept it on the table and see it has a dent on top and it was totally dirty.. the piece looks like it was sent for replacement and I was sent that.. is this how products are delivered ? I’ve spoken to one person and said if I’m not getting the fresh piece in 24 hrs I want some sort of compensation. I’m attaching photos for the same reason
