Croma — Extended warranty support - Poorest | |||
Submitted my phone under extended warranty to Croma - Indirapuram on 22nd May. Everytime I visit Croma centre, I am given different excuses. Promises were given for a callback with status update or to make me talk to the repair centre. But didnt happen. Assitant Department Manager - gave me his Business card. But he never picks up the call. After 25 days.. I am not sure when I will get my phone back. Dont ever go for Croma Extrended warranty. Was this information helpful? | |||
