[Resolved] Croma — horrible experience after buying a croma | |||
I bought a window ac on may31, 2014. the ac was delivered on the middle of night next day. i requested at croma to expedite the installation process as i i was in urgent need. I was assured that the ac will be installed by June 2, 2014. Since june 2, i had been regularly calling the cust care at [protected], there is no response i have yet received about installation of my croma window ac. I first time bought a croma product but the experience is totally non professional and horrible. i am now regretting buying a croma product. Was this information helpful? | |||
