[Resolved] Croma — Pathetic and worse customer service. Say no to croma | |||
Very poor customer service.I had purchased CROMA washing machine last year around august.Now i see cracks in drain hose.I have registered complaint on nov 10th. Case id is 5K11-26854HYSC[protected].I've got message saying engineer mr xx will come and service the washing machine.i waited for 2 days again followed up with this case.They said they have escalated the complaint to higher authorities and engineer would come within 24 hours.We followed up with engineer as we were given engineers number in the sms, He says he will come but never comes.Today again i followed up twice about engineers visit he has not come yet.I have 2 years of warranty from manufacturere and 2 years extended warranty.BUT WHAT'S THE USE???I can purchase a drain hose with the amount i am spending on mobile calls.I would definitely pass this word about bad service within our friends circle Yours sincerely 5K11-26854HYSC[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
