I ordered a McCoy cooler from Croma online. At the time of order they promised delivery within 7 days, however it has been 10 days now and yet the product has not been delivered. I have contacted the customer service several times and all they say is that it is in shipping stage but they dont have any delivery information or tracking details. Very poor customer service from them....
