Please be informed that i bought a brand new Samsung A7 handset from croma (Rajouri Garden) on 14th Feb"16 which didn't work well since initial days and now has stopped working completely. The phone is burning and the temperature of the phone is keeps on increasing like anything.
I spent Rs 23, 000 and would say, wasted Rs 23, 000 on this handset which doesn't work after 15 days. When asked, your team suggested to go to samsung and waste your time (which you would sure have since you are a fool who has bought something from us and we are sure you are a waste of time) roaming here and there and beg for replacement or may be repair.
I have put my families life in danger by buying something from croma since it can gets blasted anytime. I have kids at my place who can go near to phone anytime even when I am keeping them away from the phone. I can't be keeping the outside my home too since it would be stolen neither i can keep it inside the home nor outside now. I have seen Samsung sets blasting and people getting injured and have died as well but I never thought that a phone bought in just 15 days would give me this pain and my family would go through all this.
This was my first purchase as a customer from Croma and have got enough as a first time customer.
Your team is not interested in the complaint and the supervisor won't come on the call. The executive says that the supervisor is busy on the other call and your complaint is not important to us. Your manager came on the call after 45 minutes when the complaint went to consumer forum and wasted another 45 mins on the call giving me vague suggestion.
The phone is burning like hell and the supervisor suggests to take it to the croma center and get the repair done. What a kind suggestion??? Its more like taking the bomb to the terrorist and asking for a repair for the bomb and keeping it back to yourself to wait for it to get blasted.
I feel pity to be a customer of such brand like Croma. I need a replacement of this Samsung galaxy A7 with a different handset since you guys gave me a faulty product which has put my life and my families life in danger.
I need my phone to be replaced with another handset which doesn't have the same threat which this phone is giving me every second.
I want a strict action against your team and an RCA to be done for below mentioned employees. Below are the details :

Also, the today i received 2 calls from their team and below mentioned is the summary.
I have got a call from one of your executive Daljinder from #[protected], who tried to pacify me about the issue however the kind of harassment i had to go through is up to the mark.
Your executive doesn't have a way to talk and keeps on interrupting the customer and doesn't listen to the problem. He hung up on me and treated me like a beggar and even said Thank you before disconnecting on me. I received an sms last night from him wherein he mentioned that he is taking this issue ahead and in the morning I received a call to discuss about the issue however he wanted the discussion to be one sided wherein he wanted to suggest wht he prepared for.
As a customer I have been insulted a lot. He suggested to come to croma and handover the phone for the repair however i already mentioned and explained numerous times that I am not gonna keep this bomb with me anymore since it was burning like hell last night and I am afraid of my family's life. On the top of it, he interrupted and said very coolly that he has been using a samsung phone over an year and that has not blasted. I mean what an understanding he has shown towards the sensitive issue and made me feel that my life and my family's life is not important to you guys.
He interrupted me almost 20 times during the conversation and was not in the mood to understand and listen. Please do not make me speak to anyone from your store who has so much of etiquette which i am not able to bear.
Stop harassing me more please guys, stop it.
I was suggested to handover for a repair but I do not have time to handover the phone coz i need a replacement for this bomb.
Then lady suggested me to come to croma and hand it over for the repair. My question is that when I made myself very clear about no repair and a replacement then how can I get it in your executives head that not to suggest me more about this only option.
She was least bothered to listen to me and again hung up on me since she could not help me. I asked for a written document wherein you guys can commit that this phone won't be dangerous for me in near future if it gets repaired, however she bluntly said a no to it that they can't commit anything. Moreover they can't give any replacement either.
