Poor customer service of croma customer care

I have ordered a led emergency light from croma on 10th mar, they send a message that the product got delivered. But when i complaint they said that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but now it becomes more than 18 days. I have called them several time also mailed them but no response want to legal against them.They are just big lies and thief in the name of tata....

This is with respect to a delivery of a Cooler that was expected to be reaching my house between 1200 hrs and 1700 hrs yesterday is still not traced anywhere in your system.
I had bought a Symphony Cooler on 26 March 2016 with a printed delivery date of 27 March 2016 in the mentioned time above from Croma, Wakad.
As I write to you, no delivery has happened nor a call to apologies. No one informed when this would be done.
Frustrated, I called some time back to Customer Care Number and it was mentioned that the product had moved from the warehouse. No further input they had nor they have any idea why it is not delivered. The only input I have received was they will update me in next 24 hours time. I was not happy of the service. 1st no one cared of my product delivery and the status, 2nd no one bothers the value of my time.
I requested to either log a complain or escalate it to any person in your esteemed organisation to give me the assurance of my the product I have purchased will be delivered. Unfortunately, I did not get that too. I was put on hold and have been informed that I will receive a call in next 1 hour as the person is busy.
I know this could be an everyday thing for you. Delay in logistics could be possible. But don't you expect the customer to be informed and updated. At the least you should have a process to track where the product is to update.
I have been a TATA employee myself and feel proud of the same. I don't want Indian brands to loose reputation like this.

    I lonched complaint of my washing machine on 1st march, 2016. service persone visited and retured giving assurance of returning with faulty part within 5 days. but still today he never returned and no feedback from croma. washing machine is daily using equipment and it is not working from about 5 weeks. i also called croma two times but poor responce from executive non other than sending reminder to service department.

      Croma bhayander store do not have this product FTKM50 as available on online retail store. When they put the code of the above mentioned product in the system the product is actually FTKH50 ECO SERIES. Which is not the latest product of daikin and what croma is claiming to sell online. I always had great respect for tata company. But it saddens me to see such incompetence and probably a fardulent activity going on. A customer if orders the product he will not getcthe same product. Product. This aggravate him to return the same. Or just keep what he has got.
      Hope tata company keep vigilance on such acts.

        I had purchased one lenovo tab miix 2 8 model from croma, malad mumbai store. After plenty of research online i found that the specifications of the tablet is quite impressive and good under a budget. The croma price was on rs 9999. I purchased the tablet on 14 january 2016. After few days o[censored]sing per say 10 days, the tablet started freezing and several hanging problems there. Tnen i started calling lenovo customer care. They gave me some temporary solutions like how to switch of and switch on restart etc kind of hints. Nothing worked. I told them only 10 days happened. Return back my money..I don't want this tablet. They told the warranty is not updated. Drop mail. I dropped mail with real croma invoice, screen shot of box. They took 4 days to reply. Every time they were forwarding mail to another mail ids. 15 days got over but they didn't update my warranty on their portal. Then i went to croma on 20th of feb 2016. They firstly told me that it will get repaired in a week. On 27th i called them. It was centralize customer care number, not malad number. The executive told me that it will take another 3 or 4 days. Then i got a call on 6th march 2016. Then they again told me that it will take another 4 or 5 days. Then days passed. I again made call to croma customer care number on 10th march. The executive told that they will accelerate the complaint. I was not getting any single call from croma malad branch. I decided to visit the store on sunday march 20th 2016. I was showing my rage and crying that they should give me back my money. They again consoled and told that my tab will get delivered on 21st march 2016 that is monday. Monday whole day passed. They gave call on 7.30 pm. And said your tab will take another 4 or 5 days. And now on the top of anger, today that is 23rd march 2016, got call from lenovo service center. They told that it will take another 10 or 12 days. It was like to whom and what i abuse. I had obtained a assistant manager's number from croma malad named chiranjeet. I directly called him and asked for help. The manager again request for another 3 -4 days time due to holi season. My money lost. Uselessly by thinking a affordable tablet i bought with my credit card on emi basis. Every month i am paying 1200 for this hell. Please suggest what should i do. Absolutely i can't afford 10000 rs. Therefore paying emi. At 1200, i could buy some food for me.

          I bought Samsung television exactly 1.5 years back. I understand my warranty period has expired. However, the television piece that was dispatched to me was already defective in terms of the Panel that had dust. Initially (1st year), I thought there was only small dust particles, however, over time, the black spots have circulated and I have dark spots on my TV, with just 1.6 years of its life. I was told by the service person today that I need to change the Panel that would cost roughly INR 25K. Now, this is a big 'investment' for me and I find Croma responsible for not delivering quality product although I had paid a big price for this television (INR 64 K). The warranty period was I believe 1 year, however, I had this problem right from day 1 of buying the product (although it did not seem like a large issue initially). Over time, the panel is showing lot of dark spots.
          The onus is on Croma to deliver a good gadget and not harass the customer for paying up for the faulty Panel.

            I bought a tablet and imported it to the U.K.
            After some time, the touch screen stopped working. I have been trying to get another screen for it but apparently, the company does not have the facility to ship to the U.K.
            I cannot believe that a large company as such cannot ship items internationally.
            I now have a tablet that switches on but I cannot do anything with it because certain areas of the screen don't work.
            Very poor quality!! Not a happy customer.

              This is to kind into your notice that I am facing problem with my laptopp from last more than a year The problem is that it is not working properly as senser of volume button is creating problem so becoz of that system got hanged. I submitted my laptop to croma center also for near about a month but issue was not resolved. So please solve my issue on ASAP Basis as per Croma service promises.

                I have requested(request no - MUM050316FS00036) for servicing of the CROMA brand split AC installed at my place on 6th March. But sorry to say that till date Croma service guys are not interested to call/come for the servicing. I have been calling regularly on the customer care no and every time they say that the call will be attended in 24 HRS. This is the worst service I have experienced compared to all the appliances in my house. Croma is just not bothered to service their own products. CROMA...SHAME FOR TATA!!

Past 2 weeks i was behind the croma for the service of my washing machine and till date it is not happened. The washing machine manufacturers keep away from since it is under extended warranty.                     My complaint id is MUM010316FS00018 on 1st march, 2016 for washing machine. it is very disappointing experiance with Croma Service. the Service person goes with assurance of return with required part within 5 days, but still today he never returned and no call back from croma, just the person vanished.
                    in between i called croma two times but poor responce from the executive stating that he will send reminder to service department and i will get call back within 24 hours.

                        Purchased Dell laptop on 15th March 2015, within warranty period i have faced lots of issues. Main is,
                        -Expired warranty, six months back in Nov 2015.
                        -No proper response and mail from any croma manager even after calling lot of times.
                        -being a Dell product, they are not taking any responsibility towards product which was sold out by croma.
                        -When inquired about warranty and faulty piece, no reasons are provided via any communication.
                        -After complaining, got reply after 8 days that too after lot of followups. It has wasted my office hours with suffering my personal and official tasks.

                        Being a reputed brand and service provider of all electronic gadget world but no where satisfied with the reply.
                        that may be a Faulty laptop or was sold second hand which is giving problems all the time.
                        I feel like cheated by croma.

                        Action: I wanted to take croma to take action from their end being the item was sold by them.

                        My complain is no where considered on a serious note. Croma reply was very disappointing. The action was nominal.

                            Worst and Pathetic Customer Care.

                            Hi Sir,

                            Writing this mail to you as got no response from customer care after dropping mail and calling multiple times

                            I have ordered a refrigerator from Croma Retail Online, Model No:RT27JARMESE
                            Product is damaged back from back side.(Attached Image)

                            As already spoken to Croma Customer Care regarding this. (SR[protected])

                            I will be in office on working days Monday to Friday, asked Croma representatives to collect this damaged piece today by evening or night and they ensure it will happen today.

                            But I have got no response from till now, I am working and cannot take leave daily and wait for the delivery boy to come and take the product back.

                            We are calling at the customer care and not getting proper response from Customer care, I have no other way than to drop a mail to you in disgust.

                            If you can collect this product this will be great help as I have taken leave from office for today just get the Fridge Delivery Installation its very difficult for me to take the leave again.

                            It would be good and appreciated if the product can be picked before 9 am tomorrow morning

                            Request you please expedite the process and refund the money back.

                              Please be informed that i bought a brand new Samsung A7 handset from croma (Rajouri Garden) on 14th Feb"16 which didn't work well since initial days and now has stopped working completely. The phone is burning and the temperature of the phone is keeps on increasing like anything.
                              I spent Rs 23, 000 and would say, wasted Rs 23, 000 on this handset which doesn't work after 15 days. When asked, your team suggested to go to samsung and waste your time (which you would sure have since you are a fool who has bought something from us and we are sure you are a waste of time) roaming here and there and beg for replacement or may be repair.

                              I have put my families life in danger by buying something from croma since it can gets blasted anytime. I have kids at my place who can go near to phone anytime even when I am keeping them away from the phone. I can't be keeping the outside my home too since it would be stolen neither i can keep it inside the home nor outside now. I have seen Samsung sets blasting and people getting injured and have died as well but I never thought that a phone bought in just 15 days would give me this pain and my family would go through all this.

                              This was my first purchase as a customer from Croma and have got enough as a first time customer.

                              Your team is not interested in the complaint and the supervisor won't come on the call. The executive says that the supervisor is busy on the other call and your complaint is not important to us. Your manager came on the call after 45 minutes when the complaint went to consumer forum and wasted another 45 mins on the call giving me vague suggestion.
                              The phone is burning like hell and the supervisor suggests to take it to the croma center and get the repair done. What a kind suggestion??? Its more like taking the bomb to the terrorist and asking for a repair for the bomb and keeping it back to yourself to wait for it to get blasted.
                              I feel pity to be a customer of such brand like Croma. I need a replacement of this Samsung galaxy A7 with a different handset since you guys gave me a faulty product which has put my life and my families life in danger.
                              I need my phone to be replaced with another handset which doesn't have the same threat which this phone is giving me every second.
                              I want a strict action against your team and an RCA to be done for below mentioned employees. Below are the details :

                              Also, the today i received 2 calls from their team and below mentioned is the summary.
                              I have got a call from one of your executive Daljinder from #[protected], who tried to pacify me about the issue however the kind of harassment i had to go through is up to the mark.
                              Your executive doesn't have a way to talk and keeps on interrupting the customer and doesn't listen to the problem. He hung up on me and treated me like a beggar and even said Thank you before disconnecting on me. I received an sms last night from him wherein he mentioned that he is taking this issue ahead and in the morning I received a call to discuss about the issue however he wanted the discussion to be one sided wherein he wanted to suggest wht he prepared for.
                              As a customer I have been insulted a lot. He suggested to come to croma and handover the phone for the repair however i already mentioned and explained numerous times that I am not gonna keep this bomb with me anymore since it was burning like hell last night and I am afraid of my family's life. On the top of it, he interrupted and said very coolly that he has been using a samsung phone over an year and that has not blasted. I mean what an understanding he has shown towards the sensitive issue and made me feel that my life and my family's life is not important to you guys.
                              He interrupted me almost 20 times during the conversation and was not in the mood to understand and listen. Please do not make me speak to anyone from your store who has so much of etiquette which i am not able to bear.
                              Stop harassing me more please guys, stop it.
                              I was suggested to handover for a repair but I do not have time to handover the phone coz i need a replacement for this bomb.
                              Then lady suggested me to come to croma and hand it over for the repair. My question is that when I made myself very clear about no repair and a replacement then how can I get it in your executives head that not to suggest me more about this only option.
                              She was least bothered to listen to me and again hung up on me since she could not help me. I asked for a written document wherein you guys can commit that this phone won't be dangerous for me in near future if it gets repaired, however she bluntly said a no to it that they can't commit anything. Moreover they can't give any replacement either.

                                I had purchased tab from Croma Ghatkopar location in month of November 2015, on which I got gift card worth Rs. 1800. The card was to redeem on 5th Dec 2015, but when I visited the store on the same day, it was told to me that it got already redeemed and the value is zero. Informed the store manager how can it be redeemed as before 5th December the card was not active then how can it get redeemed before 5th Dec. Complaint logged in both the location Ghatkopar as well as Mulund branch. Both the branch managers have sent mail to Croma Head office, but no resolution till date. We are just told to come on every alternate days and end up wasting our time as need to repeat the same story again and again.
                                Even after giving a written complaint to the branches, we are not getting even response on the same.
                                Such pathetic response is spoiling the name of Tata organization

                                Kindly look into it and awaiting for positive response and quick resolution

                                  Today i have seen the dirty face of TATA firm CROMA which i used admire for their ethics, social works and value. Unfortunately today sad to say that it is money making company without any value and ethics:
                                  Issue:
                                  1. I had redeemed my points of HDFC card against 4 croma cards 1000 each.
                                  2. At the time of redemption nobody had told me about expiry of card.
                                  3. Expiry date is not embossed / written on the card like any gift cards.
                                  4. Earlier i had come to croma to purchase table fan and coolers at Malad shop but, could not use the card as the shop did not had the stocks.
                                  5. Today when i had come for purchase i have selected few items so that i can use the card but, the team at SHOP says card is expired and to use this card i have to top up Rs.500 each on individual cards that means to use my Rs.4000 worth card i have to charge Rs.2000 which is 50% of my card value.
                                  6. When i explained i don’t have extra need as i don’t have any immediate need of buying for worth 2000 in electronics item, i requested them to consider the card as nowhere it is written expiry information but, the staff denied saying this is company policy, i strongly feel cheated and found this is unethical practice.
                                  7. My image of TATA group wiped and decided to close all association with TATA groups and returned the GIFTS card at the shop.
                                  7. Irony is nobody at shop were clear about the expiry logic few were saying its 6 moths another few staffs were saying 365 days, the staff at your shop was no were not clear about the validity of but, the croma team expect me to Guess the expiry of the card without any communication and writing on the card.
                                  Contrary, i had issued with a HDFC gift card, which had clear embossed expiry date, in spite of all these explicit information after the expiry when i approached them they reissued the new card with extended validity . I salute their customer centric approach and good practices and i feel pity about CROMA business model for cheating practice.

                                  Sorry to say that I have not heard at CROMA MALAD branch . I have left the gift cards at your shop as I did not find any value in 50% of value of the card to revive.
