I have purchased washing Machine from Chroma along with Extended Warranty .In last year aug when i complained on croma extended warranty cell, they informed me to collect 1000rs which is balance . nov when i had gone to the chroma outlet they informed me that the money can be given within one month but no such information was given by any executive earlier n phone ...i have visited many times times outlet but no one is helping me .

    I went to saket croma store near PVR cinema (E-150) on Feb 14 2016 to buy a bluetooth speaker. That model of speaker was not available but available in warehouse. I was advised by the people in the store to buy the speaker online and redeem by gift card online only . I was indeed guided how to redeem online. I did as they guided me. Online transaction was successful. When I called customer care to ask about delivery details they told that my transaction was cancelled. But I got no intimation that it was cancelled. They reason they are saying is that gift card had problems with online. If they are having problems why are they keeping the option. The customer care is also highly not responding. They say gift card can be redeemed only in store. When I go to store they guide me to transact online.

    From Feb 14 2016 . They said they will solve and get back to me in 24 hours but it is now more than 6 days the problem is not solved and Croma people are enjoying sucking customer money and not responding to complaints . They have no toll free number and I spend around 150 Rs calling these people without any use

        I bought HTC Desire 728 g 3 weeks back Croma Anna Nagar I've been a customer for over many years but this time I have been fooled and cheated by handing over me the defective product buy your Croma people I took phone on the 11th day of purchase to the Croma showroom from where I have bought because the phone was running very slow even though I had half of space available on internal memory but you people say that day phone won't be replaced

          I ordered a croma headphones order no. SLA055EC0000242 with express delivery (100 rs extra charge) which official have 24 hr delivery time (As per their official website). It was a gift to my husband on his birthday but they did not deliver it in even 2 days.
          I make n no of calls and mails to customer support but they were not able to tell the exact position of my order. After that I puchsed headphones from outside and claim cancelation and refund for my order of on 22 Jan 2016.
          Today on 8 February the status is same neither I got my refund nor customer support gives me any satisfactory answer.
          This is the most pathetic online service I have seen ever. Kindly help me in settle my refund.

            Hi team !

            As i have bought so many acquition from croma but I have been facing troble with al the apliances I bought from there .
            My latest acquition was Microsoft mobile fone since the day of purchase phone is over heating You can't even hold the phone.

            Croma and microsoft have denied to assist futher . I have written a complait to CEO of both respective company but that is unheard by them .

              I purchased a coffee maker from Croma's online store. The same was delivered to me on 20th Jan 2016. The product was received damaged. I called the customer service on the 21st and also emailed them with images of the broken product. Thereafter I have called at least 6 times in the past 8 days and sent 4 e mail reminders and all I've got is one mail saying they are looking into it. Even after talking to a senior today, Mr Kamal Kumar, all he could tell me is that they will "probably" pick up the damaged product tomorrow. I am appalled at the level of service of Croma. Would never recommend anyone to purchase from their online store.

                Dear Sir,
                I am sad to say that the customer service at your show room on Nungambakkam High road in chennai is really pathetic. On December 19, 2015 i purchased a Bajaj Baking oven and a cake mixer-Croma product. I very clearly told the sales girl in attendance that i am 65 yrs old and please dont make me come again for the guarantee card and baking oven instructions. She assured me that every thing is checked and packed inside the box. To my dismay when i opened the container i was aghast to see that there was no instruction booklet nor the two year warranty card. I was also told that i would receive a mail.
                Till date i have received nothing, neither a bill nor instruction booklet nor guarantee card for the product. I paid a sum of RS10399 totally thru my HDFC- CARD.
                I request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure i receive all my documents.
                I would also like to add that your sales persons are a reluctant lot at this show room.
                I have purchased goods like a fridge, etc from your Hyderabad showroom and i must say i received very good customer service.The reason why i decided to buy these products from CROMA. It turned out to be very disappointing.

                  I registered a complaint on Jan 1st 2016, techincian visited 2 or 3 days later anf said motor was fault and will take 7 working daya to replace it, I waited fr 7 working days amd he said it will take another 7 working daya I waited fr another 7 working days but after that the tichnician was noy answering my phone call so i called customer care and they asked 24 hr to get an update, but no update, i called agai and they said another 24 hrs i still waited and same story so i I called them again and spoke to a floor supervisor, she arranged a call frm the service team and they said replacement part was shipped ans it is in transit will reach by saturday or sunday ie 23 rd or 24th. I called them on 25 th morning to check the status and they said will check and update me immediatly but no call frm them and they too not answering by call. Called customer care again and they are saying it will take another 7 working days to get the replacement. so i have to wait more than month yo get my Croma washing machine ready not sure will they get it fixed within nxt 7 days. Are they waiting fr my warranty to get void so that they can charge me? or this croma service works like this ? Im sure i wont get any reply or call regarding this issue by writing it here. Anyways if it will visible fr other customers please do go for any Croma products, their service will be like this, the wrost everr service in my life time

                    Dear Team,

                    This is in reference to the order no 237711, Invoice no SLA010EC0000077, I have ordered one memory card on dated 23.01.2016 with option available PICK FROM STORE.After online payment done successfully I got an invoice no SLA010EC0000077 and I was informed to collect the product within 48 hrs.

                    When I had visit at mentioned STORE address GHOD DOD ROAD, CROSSWAY MALL, RAM CHOWK, SURAT, GUJARAT.

                    I was waiting there since last 45 minutes but they just keep telling me that it is in process please wait.and after 45 minutes they just told that its out of stock and how is it possible that you got the invoice no.

                    After that on Saturday dated 23.01.2016 I have lodged a telephonic complaint with Service Request No. SR[protected]. The executive told me to get a response a within 24 Hours but till today dated : 25.01.[protected]@10.50Am I have not got a single call.

                    Please suggest me what I should do.Very much disappointing with this.

                      Y day- 23.1.16 at 2.45 i had booked & paid the money to buy Eshaver in Croma. It was suggested by the site that i may collect in Malleshwaram, Bangalore branch. When i went there in the evening to collect the product. It was told that since invoice was not raised by Croma OL, Branch cant process the order. Further they said there is no such product matching the order & asked me to collect in Banashankari or Rajajinagar branch. Now i.e. 24.1.16 at 4 pm also the invoice was not mailed to me. It was informed me by the Help center needs 24 hours to resolve. "Falthu systems, attitude of branch, Croma, time waste, , agony, tension of customer...can any body plug the gaps...?

                        We have ordered Dell Inspiron 5558 from croma online on 3rd Jan 2016. There was no updates till a week after that the chain of follow ups have started. We have followed up multiple time and after 10 to 15 days we got a response saying the laptop is out of stock. Few other laptops were given as a option for replacement with low configuration and high price. At first place if the laptop was out of stock why was it in online display? We have bought it with EMI option and our 1st EMI is cut also the credit card statement is generated. Now they are insisting to cancel the order. Who will bare the processing charges of the bank.. reply to this question was they are not aware about it. Very disappointed with such a pathetic service from croma. Would spread it to max people as possible to not to buy any croma product.

                          My Order No. SLE001EC0041199. booked on 11th January and paid in full. its been 8 days now, still i have not recieved any intimation about the status of my product. Tried calling croma call centre several times and the only response i get is you will get the delievery in 7 days. I guess Croma is losing its accountability and credibility in ecommerce business.

                            Again on 17/1/16 I had to submit the above croma tab wrt service no- MUM170116WS00005 at croma, Kharghar, navi mumbai as battery drains very fast (shows back up time only 1 hrs at 50% charged level) Many times tab does not get charged and does not get ON. Again request to issue another new tab in liew of this tab or a credit note to purchase alternate tab( which had to be submitted 3 times since last 4 month of purchase

                                Hi, My name is Sasi prabhu A T, Thanks for making me write this. I am writing this note in a heavy hearted, even im not sure whether the employees of TATA will take care of the common man issues regarding the products we purchased from you. I rush towards Croma its not because of the offers you run, its only because of the trust worth since I was an employee of TATA. I purchased more than 4.5Lakhs of products from the same store and also I referred my friends. You can also check the same with the executive named Mr.Irfan. I am also one of the person in the list who bought this utter cheap product named "Croma 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner" in the below mentioned store. CROMA Khanna Building AA-5, 2nd Avenue, Annanagar, Chennai-600040 The sale executive sold the AC stating that the AC can be used for commercial purpose.I bought this product a year back and I have been complainting from the first month.The device is not able to chill the room, even after continuous long hour’s operation, and eventually it is heating up the room ( the device is running for a long duration with out cut off). Regarding the issue I have raised several complaints to your customer care.Several technician has visited my place and tried verifying the problem which dint solve till date. Later I visited the branch and complaints directly to the Manager named Mr.Karthik in the month of Feb-2015. He tried convincing me by saying that he will directly speak to the service centre and arrange for the Sr.Technician to resolve the issue and also he placed several mails to higher officials to replace the Air conditioner. The same was been told by him for next 8 months.Later we came to a notice that everybody trying to earn money out of the complaints we make. It become my regular routine to speak up with the customer service and to the Manager. Lastly I visited and spoke to the Branch manager named Mr.Bala. He also tried to convince me by saying the replacement will be done for the AC but it will take time. I 'm totally fed up with the croma service and the product.Do you people think we are fool buying your product which are not working even for a month.I think its not worth speaking to your customer service team. Hoping to end the conversation through this Complaint forem. Why the hell customer need to suffer for your damage products. After a year I am loosing my temper and writing this and I make sure the problem need to get resolved after this. If a police complain or posting in social media will solve this problem kindly let me know, I am ready to do that as well .I don’t want to stick with croma anymore because of their worst annoying product and the customer service.

                                  Hi Team, Order No : 222582 TransactionNo: SLE001EC0039892 I purchased Panasonic LED 81cm TH-32C400D from your DT Mega mall, Gurgaon outlet on 19th October on a condition that even though I am paying in Gurgaon my product can be delivered from Pune store in Pune. The salesman confirmed me that the product is available in Pune and it will be delivered in the next 3 -4 days. He also gave me a visiting card of Mr. Pratish from DT mall store and mentioned that in case of any issue I can contact him. I paid the full amount of 23, 900. I was informed that I will receive 5% cash back on the amount paid through SBI Card and a croma coupon of 5% of the value. I haven’t received any one of this I haven’t received remote with the sound bar 20th October I received a call from croma mentioning that product is not available in Pune and it will take another 5-7 days. I also received a copy of Order no- 222582 and came to know that someone from croma has ordered it online. I don’t understand why a product for which payment was made in outlet has been ordered online now. 25th October I called Mr. Pratish to check the status of the order, he mentioned he is on leave and will check on Monday and confirm me on my phone no. 26th October No call from Mr Pratish 27th October I called Mr. Pratish again, he said he will check with operations manager and get back to me. I also shared my email id with him to confirm me over email. 28th October No call or email 29th October I again called Mr. Pratis h to check the final status of whether the product will be delivered or not. He said don’t call me again and again, the product delivery will take another 10 days. 10th November The product finally got delivered but without Philips woofer box, without remote and the 5% discount coupon. I raise the issue with customer care After few days, I received a call from [protected]. He introduced himself as Service manager for DT mega mall outlet and said he will take care of the issue and get back. I didn’t received call from him in the few days. 18th November I called him to check the status, he said he just not got the confirmation that woofer will be delivered in the next 2 days and online coupons in the first week of December. 22nd November As instructed at the time of purchase, I called on the Panasonic customer care to request then to send someone to install my television. They said that since the purchase was made on 20th October, they will not charge for installation. I called on [protected] to speak to service manager but he never picked up my call I called customer care and they logged a ticket for this 23th November I called customer care again to check the status; they said incorrect request was raised. They raised another request and asked me to wait for another 2 days. I received the woofer in the next few days I am not sure why I am being made to suffer so much, is it because I have done a big mistake of trusting Croma and buying a product from them.
