I had forwarded a request regarding service of my 310l fridge. The first time I called up the executive didn't even bother to ask my address and hung up. Thereafter after speaking to almost 7 executives over a period of 5 days regarding the status of my complaint, a service executive turned up that too ill equipped. The reason stated the first visit is only to assess the problem, then we solve..hats off. Pathetic service..can't believe its a tata venture. Was this information helpful? | |||
