Hi,

I am been getting non stop calls from Videocon D2H from different land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

    Humare setup box me software downloading ki problem aa rahi thi uske liye humne customer care par call ki aur setup box me software downloading ki problem ke bare me bataya to customer care walo ne bola ki aap engineer visit karwa lo aur visiting charge bataya 200 Rs.

    13.01.2021 ko jab engineer 4 baje ke lagbhag aaya to usne setup box check kiya aur bola ki aapka setup box replace hoga aur replace charge 250 Rs lagega jisme aapko setup box ki warrenty 6 month hojagi

    agar aap 142 Rs aur dete ho to aapki setup box ki warrenty 1 Year ho jayegi yani ki 6 month + 1 year,

    humne engineer ko 592 Rs setup box replace karne ke liye de diye.

    uske baad humare setup box ka recharge 21.01.2021 tarikh ko samapt ho gaya fir humne 21.01.2021 tarikh ko setup box ka recharge phonepe se kiya to wo nahi chala jabki mere phonepe se recharge successful ho gaya tha lekin videocon d2h nahi chal uske baad humne customer care par call ki aur bata to unhone bola aapka recharge pending me aa raha hai

    fir humne 23.01.2021 tarikh ko fir se phonepe se kisi aur account se recharge kiya to videocon D2h fir bhi nahi chala. jab humne customer care walo ko bola to wo bole ki aapke dono recharge Videocon D2h ID[protected] par recharge nahi ho rahe hai, wo dono recharge pending show kar rahe hai

    ye sari pareshani humne engineer ko batayi to wo bola ki aapki Videocon Customer ID[protected] recharge nahi ho rahi kyuki aapka Videocon ID ka Card Number change ho gaya hai setup box replace hone ki wajah se aur new wala Card Number humare record me update nahi hua hai.

    Jab humne engineer se pucha ki problem kab tak thik ho jayegi to wo humhe ek ya do din kar kar ke ghuma raha hai .

    East Delhi (Area Pin Code 110091 trilokpuri) Mukesh Engineer Bhejne wala person aur Mukesh ki side se hi setup box ki problem hona start huyi hai kyuki Mukesh ne setup box replace hone ke baad hone wale process kuch galti kar di hai ya replace kiye huye setup box ki details update nahi karai hai.

      From 10 -15 days i continuously getting calls from videocon d2h. My DND service is also ON but dont know how the ara calling me. I am getting depressed now. Thoughts like sucide are going in my head because of this company.

            I have done a recharge of Rs. 200 on 9 this January 2021 at 01:35 PM, through BHIM app and transaction I'd is[protected]. At that time amount debited from my account but not credited to Videocon d2h account. I have enquired at BHIM app customer care, they have said that amount already credited to beneficiary / merchant 's account. Today is 7 th day but yet Rs.200 not credited to my Videocon d2h account. So solve this issue as early as possible. Thanking you.

              Monthly recharge amount of Rs 450 increase to Rs 526 without my concern

              This Grievance is related with VIDEOCON D2H DTH Service provider. My Customer ID is 30680532 and I have 1 Primary & 1 mirror connection. I had been continuing monthly recharge of Rs 450 since 4-5 months for my 2 connections. Since yesterday morning my family with 2 connection (Primary + Mirror) users have not been viewing any TV Channels due to nil recharge amount, which happened due to VIDEOCON D2H tele calling agents wrong activation...

                I am a user of videocon d2h and this is the biggest mistake I ever made. D2h is shameless and I have been completely harassed by the call centre people. These people call me around 30 times a day. I have made complains to stop these promotional call and messages but nothing have happened. I am also registered to do no disturb service but stiill these calls continue. Either stop calling or terminate my connection.

                  I have recharged videocon d2h on 18/12/2020. for a sum of Rs 309 at 11:00PM through NetBanking. Money got deducted from my account but I got that the recharge is not successful and to wait for an hour to get the refund. It has been more than 6 hours and still not got the refund amount.                     In Nov2020 I recharged 1 yr subscription after calling customer care. They offered a free set-top box replacement [only engineer charges]
                    After replacing set-top box they charged ~700 RS from my d2h account balance.
                    Neither customer care nor Engineer informed us for set-top box charges. They clearly said, replacement is free.

                          Hi, I booked a new connection approximately 25 days ago after hearing that the service is good, I paid for the connection through the D2H website, and waited for my connection, after two days I was contacted by the technician, and was told that I could not get my connection due to some issue with my local cable provider, and was rudely asked to apply for a refund. I did so after contacting the customer service where I was told to mail to a specific address for the refund, after waiting for 7 working days for the refund, I was neither contacted again regarding the refund nor for my feedback, I tried contacting the customer service multiple time after that, where I was hung up on, or rudely ignored when I was talking, or both, I have never seen a worst service than this, at this point I have no hope of getting refund, I just wanted to leave a review here so that no one else will be scammed in the future.

                                We have logged complaint 59715216 with Videocon from Nov 25, 2020 till date but it is not being addressed. Even after making multiple calls and escalating the request, Videocon closed the complaint 59715216 without providing any resolution. Hence we logged another complaint 60733432 but even that is not being looked at. Some one from videocon has called 5-6 times us in last 10 days and asked for our address but has not send any technician. Even the nodal officer email id nodalofficer.[protected]@d2h.com provided on TRAI website does not work. How many times we call customer care, they repeat the same thing that we wait for 24 hours and some technician will come but no one comes to fix the problem.
