    D2h customer supports keeps on calling me for their product advertisement even if i tell them not interested in your product anymore. they keep on giving a call every hour until i talk to them. d2h is very irritating in this way..

    Attaching my call history SS how many call i receive daily, you can see how irritating they are..

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am a registered customer since 4 years and have been using continuously but since 2 months I am facing lot of signal issues quite often.

            I had complained on 11th June 2021 and till now it is not resolved. Even after calling several times on your customer care number, your engineers didn't visit and are denying to visit.

            I had called customer care to take the matter seriously but they disconnect my after putting on hold.

            This sort of behaviour and services are not acceptable and I am forced to change my operator to other cable tv operator.

            What a worst and horrible service by Videocon d2h which gives a mental torture of complaint with no resolution.

                I am your D2H Customer form more than 7 years. Now I am facing an issue from your side that from Last 10 days I am not getting Mazhavil manorama channel .Today i called your Call center with my compliant. The officer named Prajeesh is not taking my compliant saying that for taking compliant I have agree that i will pay 200 rs when your officer visit my place. I told that i will not pay 200 for not getting the signal for one channel. its not my issue its your problem that we are not getting the signal for one channel.He never valued that i was with D2H for last 7 years plus . Is this your customer servicing policy. I told them i have optical fiber connection of airtel , they are always insisting me to take their plan. but as i was your customer i never think of change. your officer told me that you can take that connection. Is this your customer servicing policy of a officer of yours. If your service is going like this your officers are digging their graveyard.
                Its quite disappointing service from your Side in service parameter.If your attitude is this this how can you compete with your competitors
                Correcting the Signal and ensuring good vision to the customer is your primary role in selling the connection For that charging fee from the customer is not at all fair, For that charging fee from the customer is not at all fair

                  I'm a user of Videocon D2H, daily receiving promotional calls and can't able to block them. I have raised complaint long before even then these promotional call and message haven't stopped. I've also registered do no disturb service but still these call continue.                           I had recharge for three months pack on 01/06/2021 based on amount that I had recharged three months back say in Feb'21. When I checked the due date I found I have not got the extra free days. When called to consumer care they said you have done recharge with lesser amount hence you will not get the free days. I asked then how, they said now the amount of subscription has changed. Then I ask them if you can inform me that my subscription in due for renewal why didn't you informed the change of amount.Also without my knowledge they had activated some channel also. My question here is why should I bear cost of their mistake. I want my free days. I wouldn't have done three months recharge if in case I was not getting those free days.
