My RTN against my customer id 7266664 has been unset. Hence I am not able to use any of the online Videocon d2h services. Let me know how can the RTN be set again....

I'm a user of Videocon D2H, daily receiving promotional calls and can't able to block them. I have raised complaint long before even then these promotional call and message haven't stopped. Yesterday i have recharge d2h but customer id is mistaken so plz informed amount refunded plane if it is possible id[protected]...

I had recharge for three months pack on 01/06/2021 based on amount that I had recharged three months back say in Feb'21. When I checked the due date I found I have not got the extra free days. When called to consumer care they said you have done recharge with lesser amount hence you will not get the free days. I asked then how, they said now the amount of subscription has changed. Consistently unwanted calls being received from d2h service....

Videocon d2h representatives are making too many calls. Even after I have told them Plz do not call me, I do not want any offers or subscriptions. I just do not want more calls from them.My d2h id is[protected]....

Hi it's Rakshit Pathak, customer I'd[protected]. I have complaint about siganl issues for some channels but d2h customer care is not responding anywhere. When I called them they told me that they are transfering my call to senior officer after that call was disconnected. They are not even responding for my mails. All time they just send their technician which takes money without of any fault from my self. Is that any new style to grab money...

The problem is that D2H telemarketing calls daily 3-5 calls regarding videocon telemarketing. Therefore, very hard to get a few hours of sleep without being interrupted by a videocon telemarketing call.
