His is to bring to your kind attention attention the extremely unprofessional and pathetic response by Daikin service team against my service request no 25886032, raised on 22nd of March 2022 for Customer Ref Id DEL[protected].Cx.
The product (1.5 tons window AC) was purchased on 11th April 2021 and is still under warranty but suddenly stopped cooling this season. Thats why I lodged a complaint with customer care number on 22nd...

Poor after sale service

I bought 2 Diakin's AC this year and it is in the warranty period and now servicing is required but Diakin customer care service is pathetic they keep on giving the assurance that the Engineer will come but that does not happen....

Misbehaviour

I installed daikin splits with daikin gurgoan authorised service center mahadev aircondition after installation they gave me bill with pre told installation charge of 800rs which includes (all sorts of labour charge for installing)
2-Now comes the part where mahadev looted us i gave them my own copper wire n splits stand for which they charge me extra labour 250 for stand and 150 for wire ..what the heck man what comes in instalation...

AC issue from Start of purchase

Daikin AC worked only 3months after i bought and it stopped working after that and till now daikin service centre repaired it so many times and kept with them for almost 6 months in a year but still issue is not resolved, i pretty doubt that service center people are not educated properly because when they are not able to fix the issue permanently then why there is a service centre, it's been near to 3years but no solution, I'm surprised...

Inspire of raising numerous requests and calls to call a technician from Daikin, no one has ever turned up to acknowledge or repair the split AC... From which water is constantly dripping. Complain was assigned to unique Cool point Noida where the people are highly unprofessional. They just don't respect the time of customer. Every day they assures to send the technician but never sends anyone... Highly Disappointed from Daikin won't ever...

AC PCB Issue

Dear All,

I have changed the flat and reinstallation of Daikin AC done by Daikin Authorised service center i.e. Mountcool services.

During installation due to wrong wiring done by Daikin technician my house MCB got tripped and after correction in fuse wiring MCB was found OK due to this wrong wiring My AC PCB got failed. But now the Daikin person told me pay the charges and they are not accepting the Technician...

Worst Daikin AC

I have purchased this in 2020 and after an year the problem started, almost 3times they have done repair but not use, I hav purchased Daikin bcoz of trust even though cost is tooo high that is 57k but what is the use, again for repair it cost 13500 but still AC is not working, I don't think Daikin is the right choice for anyone, worst brand and worst AC which I have ever seen, if your AC is not working properly for one and half year then...

Outdoor PCB Issue with in 2 years

We have purchased DAIKIN ETKL50TV AC from Reliance Retail Limited, on 15/10/2019.

With in 2 year the AC Outdoor Unit PCB was fault with the cost of 12k (Purchase price 38K). After I came to now this was the COMMON fault for all the Daikin customer in India since they Incorporated in India.

We believe Japan company won't cheat the customers like china. But the Business culture has been changed now all the company...

Excess Installation Cost

I have purchased Daikin split Air Conditioner 0.8 tonne through Flipkart.

When the service team has come for installation I have suggested a place in the 1st floor itself to install the outer unit but the team has suggested to fix the same at the terrace.

And they told me only couple of meters of copper pipe is required, I believed them and ask them to proceed.
