Tracking shows my package is delivered but i haven’t got it. The delivery guy must have lost my package or this company did. They don’t respond to messages, emails or calls. Tried contacting them on Facebook and instagram as well. But no response. AWB[protected]

    Awb:[protected] with the above mentioned tracking number my order was expected today (26/08/20) (Guaranteed delivery) but still its in another state and for the past 3 days (Coimbatore hub) there is no movement im concerned because item is bit expensive and i have prepaid for it escalate my issue and there is no proper channel for customer vare. Fully dissapointed next time dont choose delhivery

          I had placed an order on Samsung website on 17/08/2020. Product was supposed to be delivered by 23/08/2020 as estimated. 'M/s Delhivery' shipped the consignment and the product reached destination city and hub by 22/08/2020.
          The item was out for delivery on 24th early morning instead of 23/08/2020. I was tolerant keeping in view the covid-19 constraints. But the status was not updated since then. It is 26th early morning now. Nobody knows where my item is. There are too many incidents with evidences, on fraudulent activities featured on the internet. I am quite worried for not knowing whether my shipment has reached back the wearhouse or not.
          Delhivery didn't share any realtime updates even after 2 days of the scheduled delivery date. Their what'sapp customer care group doesn't respond properly (copy of snapshot attached). Stating Covid-19 constraints, theybhave shut their customer care telephone number. I have submitted my query regarding delay in delivery to their customer team email id for which they promised to contact me through email but never did. I'd escalated my complaint to samsung customer care twice and they couldn't solve the issue.
          Thus i am left with no options other than consulting consumer complaints forum for aid and immediate justice in this case.

          Please help me and resolve my issue.

          Product got delivered only after escalation. Response of Consumer complaints team & Delhivery team was quick. Invited samsung engineer for inspection of the package wrt tampering and physical damage if any. Everything was ok. Since the job is done, marking the issue as resolved.             I ordered a phone, when I checked the order the item came to my district but now I see that the phone is back, it has gone out of my account, emi will give it back to me and solve this problem

              I had made an online purchase of Mi 4A TV from Flipkart Order ID : OD[protected] on 12 Aug2020 and the cost of Rs. 12499 was debited from my Paytm account UPI REF. id[protected]
              But the company refuses to have received my online payment and has thus, chosen to delay my order. Kindly refund the money or make a successful acceptance of the money so that I can get my delivery at the earliest.

              i made to a payment to delhivery through an online payment link via Phone pay but the delivery boy refuses to have my payment received and so i made the payment through cash of 2097 inr and assured me that the money would be refunded in a day or two but i havent received my money. kindly refund my money ie 2097 Inr.

              Dear Sir, I am a SBI CARD HOLDER, Went to PNB ATM fow withdrawing cash. After the transaction ATM didn't dispatch cash even after counting sound but my account was debited.                 I ordered for 2 waybills. One to bangalore and other to kolkata. One of them
                Only had 3 glass bottles. Their weight were less than 500 gm.
                In the dashboard i could see the weight mentioned as 995 gm and the amount charged was 90.86.
                How can you justify extra 400-500 gm.
                For the other parcel had only 2 pair of slippers whose weight was again less than 500 gm.
                In the dashboard the weight shown was 1344 and amount charged as 138.06 miles.
                From where can i get the weight measurement of my product. Was the measurement done correctly??
                How can we reconcile the weight as both the measured weights were different.
                Please let me know.

                  Tracking no[protected],[protected]. I am waiting for the products from last 20days, as per tracking it shows tbe goods are at Destination hub but they are not delivering to my home neither there are any customer care number to call them nor they are responding via whatsapp support. It's such a harrasment. Upon checking one of the tracking no last evening it shows that they have placed returned to it.

                    Delhivery Tura branch has been cancelling many items without the buyers consent and it is not fair at all for the buyers because we pay for shipping charges and for their delivery service but Tura delhivery has yet again cancelled my item without calling me even once I urge to please look into this matter. Enough is enough and it is not just me who have faced this!!!

                          Res sir i am purchase of hisense 108 cm (43 inches) android smart ultra hd 4k led tv 43a71f (2020 model, black). Tv by parcel is pack on 11/08/2020
                          And he say me your parcel is deliver in 17/8/2020 but not deliver to till date, i complaint in delivery courier service but no response to me delivery courier.                             Hi, after picking up the shipment with the above mentioned tracking number, the package is still idle for 4days at your processing centre Bangalore. The package was supposed to be delivered on 17th August. When raising a query to your customer care, you're only giving false information or fake promises that it will reach in 2 working days for the sake of replying, and no action is taken further, for the movement of the package. If you can't deliver the package, why would you accept the order. Rather than mail conversation there is no customer care contact or any other means of contact, I haven't seen such a irresponsible courier company with Awful delivery service, who has no care about their customers, I'm only able to see all other customers who are complaining about your courier service everywhere. Please take some necessary action on delivering the package and deliver it ASAP. I don't want any of your apologies, I want only the package. If you guys can't Deliver it, kindly return it to the shipper. Please don't make any further delays, Kindly do the needful at the earliest, THE PACKAGE IS ALREADY DELAYED ALOT.

                                I shipped an earphone using DELHIVERY COURIER from jhumri telaiya (825409) to visakhapatnam (530008) on 29 july 2020. Next day they picked up the earphone and the earphone reached Bilaspur-HR on 1 August 2020,
                                And from that day they does not update any update regarding to the package.
                                I tried to call the Delhiver, But i can't. Then i write on their what's app but i did not get any help.
                                So I write them about my problem on their website support https://www.delhivery.com/support/
                                but they does not provide any help they only email me that (they have escalated my complaint to their concern team and are taking a strong follow up on this case.)
                                After few days i further write but again they only email me that (they have escalated that matter to the concerned team to resolve this issue on priority.) but they does not do any think.
                                It's 20 August 2020 (It's 20 days and my shipment still has no further update).
                                They only increase the delivery date.

                                    The entire address of the delivery to be made is correctly mentioned on the order box. Only the pincode needs correction, as it is incorrectly entered. No one from merchant's end (Tasse de Thé, Mumbai) nor from Delhivery team is responding to my multiple calls, messages, nor emails. So now the package is in Pune, but still not delivered to my address, and I'm trying to get the pincode rectified, but no one is available to help me out in this matter.

                                      Dear Delhivery Team,

                                      I had shipped my 2 packages from Hyderabad to Kolkata using Delhivery.com services. It has been a month now and I have not received it. I have logged multiple complaints to them over email and there was no response. There is no contact number for customer service. The mobile app is showing me different estimated delivery dates for 18 days now but I never receive my shipment on the mentioned date.
                                      My shipment tracking ID is[protected].
                                      The packages contain important items that I need urgently. I want the packages delivered in 2 days. Please do the needful.

                                        I ordered a wrist watch of fossils and i got wrist fake wrist watch delivered by delhivery . This couriers service is equally responsible to exploit lots of consumers.All the websites and address written on bill are showing invalid.
                                        Kindly tale stern action against them.
