I ordered selfy-stick with power-bank from Telesin website on 6th Jan 2024. As per the tracking info from Telesin Delhivery received my package on 17th Jan. Since then I was tracking the package in delhivery app and as per tracking update Package arrived in Pune on 24/25th Jan, I assumed I will receive the my delivery in couple of days. But when I checked the tracking update Package was sent back to Delhi on 26th and On 27th Package was marked...

I have arranged for a parcel to be picked up from Mumbai 400033 my friends's place and to be delivered to my address in pune 412307. I have paid money in the app through online mode for their pickup and delivery service as well.
I made this order on 23rd January. It was supposed to be picked up on 24th. There was no update on it on 24th. I called them to raise a ticket. On 25th around noon it status of the order changed- it said...

I booked product for Chennai client and I booked on 16th Jan 2023 and from Mumbai office they told me that product will be deliver within 4 day but till today on 23rd of Jan product is not delivered and also they stopped just because of 2800 Rs amount and at the time of delivery they did not called to the party for the payment and they just answered that party was not ready for the payment and that's why they did not delivery product. Also, the Chennai office they did not pick up the call on any number. Just because of this behavior and pathetic service of delivery.com I lose my client and also, I lose my business.

I am exhausted with this company there is no way to reach the customer support executive of this company. I received my order from Nykaa Fashion via Delivery on 14th of Jan. I wanted to return the product and created a return request on that very day. No one showed up to pick up my order on 15th and on 16th the delivery guy refused to pick up my order due a problem in my phone number and I couldn't give him my OTP. Nykaa Fashion told me if the 3rd delivery attempt oe on 17th of Jan fails then they would cancel it. And Delhivery people still didn't cancel my order even after Nykaa Fashion requested them to cancel it. Every now and then a delivery guy shows up at my door and refuse to take the parcel. There has been no resolution and I am tired of contacting customer service. No one is taking action to cancel my return and every other day there is a guy outside. Kindly help

I am vey upset its been 2 months i ordered a service from delhivery.com to send a parcel i paid 105 rs and its been picked up but after 7 days i got amail says its not been delivered and coming back to the origin its returning, but day after day i got email that my address was wrong then i send them my address then after few weeks its show your parcel hase been delivered but I didn't receive my parcel and didn't get any call from the delivery boy i am 101% sure the delivery boy someone from your company has stolen my product I can't contact any human person for solution because they are no option to contact here is the awb number - #[protected]

Shocking service! A month has passed, and my parcel (AWB[protected] hasn't reached its destination within India. This is beyond frustrating. Take immediate action!

The manager of our nearest logistics company(Delhivery)hub is his name Vijay and his contact number.[protected] You have told me that he will not do any of our return or reverse pickup pick up or is creating issues in our delivered products also or when I asked him for the complaint he told you that it is my wish or you told me to complain. No pickup will be received.

I have not received my shipment while it has been marked delivered

My bank had sent me a KYC document which was received at the Asangaon/Shahapur (Pin code - 421601) facility of Delhivery.
This service provider always refuses to provide door step delivery even for important banking documents despite charging the entire delivery fees.

I have encountered 2 instances with this guy (contact - [protected]) wherein I was to receive my cheque book which he asked me to collect from his godown...

I sent my friend C.P.U as an helping gesture to his problem, but soon before delivery he decided to buy a new, that lead to me canceling the delivery and requesting it back buy its been a week and they just keep on change return dates

My vender has couriered my parcel to pune on 29th Oct 2023.And product costinng Rs.2000.I am attaching the proof for your persual.
And it is to be delivered to me by 4th November 23 according to tracking details .
But I have not received the courier on that day and it is showing status parcel received. Since last one month i am behind the vender and delhivery courier service provider from Mumbai. But that courier service provider were not responding properly. At last after a month today I got POD and showing my name that I have received the parcel but it has not happened.

Sir, Kindly Inform the Delivery Boy to Attempt the Home delivery of my Order AWB NUMBER : [protected] Today Itself as Soon as Possible, Since the Delivery Boy Refused the Home Delivery of my Order Yesterday.

The delivery guy called me today for the parcel AWB [protected] and I said I don't want the product, he said there is a gift to it which I won't get if I cancel the order and I said okay. He said he wanted the cancellation code which I didn't get in my phone and I again sharing any codes since there are a lot of scam with the code sharing and Nykaa (which is where this parcel was from) says not to share any code. He then showed up at my house, even when I had strictly asked him to cancel. He kept pushing that he wants the cancellation code, and I didn't get any code. We (my mother and I) asked him why is he here when I have cancelled the order then he said that he is here to give me the gift, he had told me clearly on the phone that I will not get the gift if I cancel the order and still he was there which is very scary and I am concerned about this situation. His intentions didn't seem to be the best and his tone was bad as well

My shipment is not pickup since 2 days by delivery boy delivery boy didn't come at my doorstep than also he updated worng status by delivery boy Please take action about it so my shipment is pickup today
