Damaged product received which I had covered with insurance. The team is not responding and the support number mentioned is unreachable....

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the services provided by Delhivery. I had a shipment with Shipment ID:[protected] that was supposed to be delivered within 24 hours, as assured by the customer support team through Ticket ID: [protected]. However, it has been three days, and my parcel is still undelivered with no valid reason provided for the delay.

The lack of communication and failure...

My shipment ordered my amazon is a gift shipment for my family is pending from last 13 days. The shipment is not moving from a hub from 23rd july. Tracking number [protected] i have already called up customer care of delhivery but nothing changes. No positive response from them....

I had placed an order with delivery with pickup from Mumbai on 25th July 2023 and delivery address as Ahmedabad, The tracking number is[protected]. Earlier the date of delivery was showing as 29th July 2023. However it reached Ahmedabad one day later, as per transit updates on the app. Ever since then, the delivery is only getting delayed by another day and there is not support from the customer service team either....

Ordered some products from nyaka on 27th July and expected date for the delivery in Himachal Pradesh was 30-31st July, today is 31st and the package is stil stuck in Bangalore.
I'm have to go out of station within 2-3 days
Even they don't allow cancellation of delivery after shipment.
Delhivery always gives late services, always disappoints the costomer

I have ordered the candes 350w ctpl90swm 9kg semi automatic washing machine online thorugh moglix shopping site. But when we got our product delivered it was damaged from downside and wiring has many cuts off . The order id of my product is [protected] . Tracking id of delhivery company awb[protected]. I have given video proof on same date of delivered to exchange our product . But it has so many days that our damaged product is not picked...

My client has paid 17500/- through the scanner but they are denied to receive any amount...

Why seller should only pay the overweight charges

Or otherwise ask the buyer to return my product

Delhivery courier service must charge from buyer also...

I didn't get any mail or message regarding over they are tied withup freeup app to cheat customers in overweight

I want full amount and otherwise tell them to send proofs...

My parcel with AWB #[protected] shows the status ‘pickup pending’ since the last 10days. I need delivery ASAP...

I have booked a courier on 03 July 2023 from Delhi to Delhi only.
Daily delivery date is getting updated to next day. I waited for many days then finally cancelled it.

I made a payment of Rs. 2498 to Delhivery through phone pe app and the payment was successful also but the Delhivery person told that he hasn't received the payment on his Delhivery app and it is showing unsuccessful. He then said me to Pay in cash and told that I'll receive the refund within 24 hours. My Delhivery AWB no. is [protected]. I've attached the proof of payment as well....

Update shows delivery attempt was failed.. But nobody called for delivery

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding an order that was picked up by your delivery agent but never reached its intended destination. Despite the fact that I have a CCTV video recording confirming the pickup, the order status has been unjustifiably updated to "cancelled." I've been trying to contact the customer support but they haven't been helping me with this. They lost my package and delivered some random box. Even after sending them the video, they are not helping with the issue....

I had booked ab express courier from Bangalore to Kolhapur Maharashtra.

[protected] and it was picked up on 7th July. Estimated delivery date was 2-4 days.. but the courier is still not delivered. Current status is still showing Bangalore. And delivery date is day by day increasing....

We have sent a package for delivery containing personal documents with AWB[protected] on Delhivery direct. Status show it has been delivered on 10th July but it has not.
Our work is impacted due to this. Please help ASAP....
