Hi Kindly address the issue and take necessary action against agent at Aunrihar.
I neither received call nor message and in the night got message stating delivery cancelled couldn't be delivered.
Also in delivery tracking showing shipment cancelled or refused by receiver however it is not the case.
Kindly ask him for call log or some evidence to prove he attempted to deliver.
It is really inhumane and disgusting to blame the receiver for no reason.
Kindly take the necessary action and shipment should be delivered properly as I waited so long for the product

      Through this email, I would humbly like to bring to the knowledge of the authorities of the highly esteemed courier service in Bharat – Delhivery, about the crude and surly behavior of the Delhivery agent at Lawngtlai, Mizoram who goes by the name – R.Laldingngheti.

      This email is long overdue, but due to my own goodwill and the welfare of the mentioned agent, I had refrain from writing it so. However, it is high time now, as the populace of Lawngtlai has had enough of her churlish behavior towards customers, especially to those who went to the establishment to collect their parcels themselves, as they (Delhivery Lawngtlai) cannot deliver any item bigger than 2X3 ft in dimensions, which is also quite unusual and unseemly in and of itself, seeing how Delhivery being one of the biggest courier service in Bharat. This can be attributed to the fact that all the delivery agents they have are delivering via motorbikes and not scooters as it is done in other places in Mizoram such as Aizawl, Lunglei, etc. This issue also needs addressing.

      Going back to the point, the agent at Lawngtlai seems like she has no sense of duty towards customers and no loyalty towards the company itself and what it stands for. This, to me, is a big indicator of incompetence and arrogance of the said agent. It is extremely hard to resolve at issue with her as she is aggressive at any turn of conversation.

      Therefore, I sincerely implore Delhivery authorities to reprimand this agent and take serious steps in providing the customers the service that Delhivery actually provides; not this crude and untoward behavior of the said agent.

        Lost Packet by Delivery Boy

        Have you not even seen my ticket? Why did you closed it without checking on Delhivery panel? I had raised the ticket because my package, which the delivery boy had already picked up, had no updates for two days. When I called my nearby Delhivery office, they informed me that my package was kept at their office, and now it's missing. They either need to return my package or provide a refund.         Please refer to the trailing mails from your customer support team, my order no
        AWB[protected]. Till date my parcel is not delivered, everyday your customer support team is giving excuses by stating your complaint is registered and it is on top most priority.

        customer support team is not responsible, till date i did not receive my package. My package is lying at my nearest location since 10-Nov-23.

        I hope you will look into this matter seriously not like your Karan etc.

        Iam going to file a complaint against your service.

          We send to boxes of courier to our customer with Awb no[protected] and[protected] .
          1 box with Awb no[protected] is RTO by courier boy without attempting. Customer was waiting for his courier and talked to delivery boy but even though he did not deliver and done RTO.
          and 2nd box with Awb no[protected] is still with delivery hub, customer asked for hub address so that he could collect it from there, but they had not given yet. Please take immediate action.

            Hello i ordered an package on the 6th of november it was originally supposed to be delivered by the 10th now its showing the 14th and on the delhivery day the package is still showing in transit.. last update was 2 days ago and it is showing its in greater thane when its supposed to be in chennai. i urge delhivery to help in this!

              Dear Team,

              My Order ID : #C[protected]
              AWB No :[protected]

              My shipment was out for delivery from the morning, Didn't receive the consignment over and above I got a message that customer has requested for change of delivery date. I never made any such request to change the delivery date. Your Delivery guy never picked my phone I tried thrice. It is highly disappointing as I wanted my consignment as I am travelling and that was Diwali gift for my brother.

              Only request please deliver it today. Deliberately don't say that customer has asked for change of delivery date. It is fine to not deliver on time but putting the blame on customer is pathetic.

                  Placed a order to be picked up from home with the clear mention of AWB number on it . The product that reached destination was a wrong package and we declined to accept it . When contacted with the Pickup person, he said package is misplaced and therafter stopped picking the phone .
                  Opened a ticket with Delhivery but they only send autogenerated mails . Neither anyone of the team has reverted with the resolution .
                  It has been more than 11 days and the important package remains misplaced with no resolution in foresight

                    This is my tracking id on delivery and the package was scheduled by me to pick up on 1st of Nov. I had made the payment for the same on 31st October and received the confirmation mail.

                    But now its already 3rd Nov night 11:11PM and nobody has come to pick up the order. Already I have submitted complaints on customer care. the ticket tracking id is 68455034.

                    I have to send the product back to the company (from which I purchased the product) within 3 days after receiving the order. And the 3 days begin from 1st Nov as otherwise the company will not give me the refund of Rs 4000. As soon as I received the product on 31 Oct 23, I did not like the quality and submitted the pickup request on 31st evening only.

                    Because of Delhivery's negligence, I am about to loose my money. please help

                      Shipment not available with merchant

                      I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant".                       We have provided all available proofs with Delhivery team and team has informed that refund is initiated, and refund amount will be credited with in 5 to 7 working days on 5th September 2023. But refund is not yet processed and no responding to the mails sent to Delhivery in this concern.

                          Return has been created twice by Flipkart. Everytime the Delhivery exec refuses to pick up items and so return has been cancelled twice.
