My order was supposed to be delivered on 29 January 2022 but it wasn't. The delivery boy made a false claim that i wasn't available. He didn't call me and said that I didn't pick the call. He never came to my house. I complaint and i was told that my order will be delivered in next 24 hours but it hasn't been delivered. My Complaint reference number: 31835386
The promised delivery date was 29 January 2022 and time mention was 9:00...

Tracking ID[protected], delhivery partner called me to collect the consignment from his primises which is 30km far away from my PIN code where the product should be delivered. he refused to deliver on my premises and if not taken by his premises he arrogantly told that he will cancell the order due to consignee not ready to recieve parcel is the reason.product reached office on 20 th jan 2022 till not get delivered...

My return pick up for product having AWB[protected] was scheduled today. Your agent cancelled the order himself without consulting me. I am facing trouble and I want compensation for it. I also want strict action against the agent whose mobile number is [protected]. I request you to reschedule my pick up again as soon as possible....

I have booked the Delhivery Limited courier service on 28th Dec 2021 for a package of around 1.0 KG, from Mumbai to Surat, tracking id:[protected]. While booking the expected delivery date was 31st Dec 2021. The company has failed to deliver the package as of today (03 Jan 2022). I have ordered one Mobile phone on Amazon and the sent mobile phone is different so I replaced and the Delhivery boy has picked up the parcel but he misplaced it and sent to another address with another tracking ID. And they are telling please ask Amazon customer service for further information.

I placed a return on www.adidas.co.in. The Delhivery guy refuse to pick up the return in first attempt. We placed the return again and the same person showed up for pick-up, this time he picked up the parcel.

He came back to my door after half an hour saying "Keep this item with you, I'll come back tomorrow for pick-up". We refused to take it back.

There is no update on where my product is right now and the Delhivery...

I have ecommerce business and I use different shipping partners to ship across India. Whenever I ship via Delhivery I have major issue with pickup. The pickup executive calls and confirms that shipment is ready but never shows up. Later if you try to call him he doesnt pick his phone. Executive number is [protected]. My package is already 7 days late i asked on twitter and on mail but they are only saying ill get it son the package contains my new router my old one died and today was my first exam i somehow managed it but they aren't helping when i asked them to give me address of the place where my package is near my location so i can pick it up they just ignored it i am just frustrated my exams are stopping in between i got warning coz of bad internet...

The Delhivery agents in my hometown never deliver at the given addresses or even to the closest location. I’ve always had to go to their office which is a bit far from my place to receive my parcels. This is not the situation in other Delhivery locations in nearby towns. I have sent a courier from the UK to Pune India via Delhivery one of the retailers from the UK. The name of the retailer is "Best Choice Cargo" He committed that it will get delivered within 14 days but it is still showing in transit.
