My waybill number is[protected]. Track show it out for pickup still from 2nd august. I contact my merchent they said it shipped 1st august. But 4 days passed i do not get my product although tracking shows out for pick up agian and again please look into my issue. I need the product very badly. Please help me i contact their phone number but no one pick up it. Please loged a complain and help me as soon as possible.

I am a customer of Delivery courier and the courier is always delay and misroute the parcel and when I complaint them they just generate a complaint number and the shipping charges I have paid 500 above in all parcel but they always slow to reach destination and my customer cancel the packet

I was supposed to get my package from delhivery on 27th August 2018 but could not get yet. The package is in mahmurganj still it is not being delivered to ramnagar Varanasi. Customer care services are not responding. It's really disappointing to see such type of careless behaviour from well known courier company. Kindly resolve this

It's been 4days since the status is showing pick up, there is no change whatsoever in stays, I have contacted the seller they already ship t.
It's really urgent, I m in need of it, kindly see to it, don't be like post offices, from next time on I won't recommend my sellers to choose delhivery as courier service if I have to go through hassle like this in order to get my package.
