[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — the item is idle at the hub and your team has marked it as rescheduled by customer without even informing me | |||
My shipment reached the hub on 16th morning and the same day they simply marked it as delivery rescheduled by the customer without even contacting me over the phone or visiting my place. It's been almost 5 days since it's just idle at the hub and no update on the same. I'm calling your support for the last 5 days but they are simply asking me to 24 hours over every 24 hours. Even they are not providing the hub's contact number. Even i don't know where the hub is That was a really urgent parcel and this service is so pathetic.
