    I am a delhivery client. I ship LEDs through delhivery to other states.
    This month they damaged 3 of LEDs ( 40 Inch LEDs) i sent. Whenever i send mails to their client support, they never reply. The are just running away, Just avoiding my mails. Last year i faced losses because of their lame behavior too.
    I am paying them to ship my products safely, not to damage my product and avoiding my mails related to damaged in transit.
    They don't even entertain their clients who pay them, what would they do with customer who receive goods. funny.

      Ordered an electronic device 1 week ago. Still hasn't come. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, tweets and even dms. Worst company ever. I wish this # never even existed. Pathetic organization with the biggest # in the entire country. They never respond to any complaints. Sent emails, calls, tweets, dms but i never even got one reply. My device has been lying in a warehouse nearby for days now. It hasn't moved. These dumbos don't deserve #. Next time, if the company i'm buying the device from ships using delhivery, i'm not buying their products. #. I hope this company goes bankrupt asap. This is a big scam. They are fraudsters. They never even update the shipping status. Bunch of losers if you ask me.

        I requested my boat headphones to be replaced so boat company initiated my pickup by delhivery but they kept on delaying my order and then automatically cancelled my order.
        When i tracked my order history then i got to know that they are saying customer delayed the pickup and later customer cancelled it but i never did anything.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I just want to know that why not my courier delivered yet?? Already been 7-8 days still not delivered, my packet still in noida, i had sent it to my sister who is in agra, that was an emergency, is this the courier service??? Very very bad experience with that courier service. Do something.

            I self return one product of amazon through delhivery courier service on 20 may and by tracking it show delivered on 26 may than k call amazon customer care and he told me that they not get any confirmation of delivered product and they send a mail to warehouse for confirmation but warehouse staff told that they don't recieved any product. Now the amazon asking for proof of delivery than i apply for proof of delivery on delhivery through mail and submit a google form regarding proof of delivery but they not reply on my mail and don't send me any proof of delivery. Till date i apply 3-4 times for proof of delivery but i didn't get so please help me

              The items were picked up on 8th of june from gurgaon from lenskart (As emergency) and same was supposed to be delivered by 10th of june. But, the product is at hub only and i can't get a hold of even a customer service executive when i tried calling the customer care number. The items has shipped from gurgaon on 8th it is in bilaspur hub for so many days. I'm in dire need of the delivery. Now they've changed the expected delivery as 14th june and when i try to call... No reply. Wanted to complain to make sure that the courier service doesn't make false promises.

                I order my airpods via dealer and courier partner delhivery.
                When i receive product there is an watch of lowest quality. I order online airpods via whatsapp from an unknown dealer. Now this crime done from an delhivery delivery partner. I have also proof of photos and chatting.

                  Hello team,

                  This is with regards to a shipment which was supposed to get delivered to me on 06.3.2020.

                  I have not received it yet. The awb number is[protected].

                  I checked the status via watsapp its showing expected delivery by 05.27.2020, however on site the status is showing as reached destination city as on 06.11.2020.

                  I checked the status on ivr and received the sms that product will be delivered by 06.13.2020.

                  Today i received a message that i have requested for reschedule of the delivery. This is absolutely false.

                  What kind of services are you providing to customers.. I never received any call or any kind of communication from the courier boy then how is the delivery rescheduled.

                  Further i asked you to send me the escalation matrix alongwith the respective email. Address but no response.

                  Worst services ever.

                    I ordered a device from official site of vivo which they dispatched through delhivery. It was promised to be delivered on 5th of june but since then they are just giving new dates. Also poor customer support ignoring tweets and not recieving calls.

                      The items were picked up on 6th of june from gurgaon & same was supposed to be delivered by 8th of june but still now the same has not been delivered & i am not getting any positive response from them. The items has shipped from gurgaon on 7 & on 8th it was at my destination city again on 8th evening it has again moved to gurgaon & on 9th it has again been moved to the destination city but from the last two days it is showing the same result & the distance is not more than two hours. It seems like the package has been lost i want my full refund back.

                        They are not delivering the package and are updating false information on the shipment number.
                        It has been 8 days since the product reached the nearest hub and their customer service is of no help.

                        Called them twice in 5 days, every time they said 'Please give us another 24 hours'.

                        This has been the worst cx experience ever, no one is listening and no one is answering.

                          I have ordered one product from flipkart that is coming via delivery courier since 26th of the last month i am waiting for my product on 26th that was next to me... And they did not deliver it
                          Reason for non deliver - containment zone (What a joke is this... Where we do not have even a single patient of covid -19)
                          After that they are playing with my product.
                          At this temperature my parents are old and they can not take this much heat.
                          Please help me.

                            A parcel which is being sent from raipur to kapurthala, pb has been stuck at bilaspur hr warehouse for 5 days without any updates.
                            I have been trying to contact them but their customer service number doesn't work and they provide fake assurances on their twitter account.
                            I wouldn't have resorted to posting this complaint here as long as i knew where my parcel was and if i could have atleast had some sort of way to communicate with the company but this is unacceptable when other couriers are able to deliver.

                              Hi,
                              I have received a fake product through your logistics service. It was cod and your company recieved the money but there is no option to create a dispute. The seller seems to be a fraud as he has is not answering my calls. Why doesnt your company do background checks of your sellers. Do you get their identity proofs like aadhar card etc.?

                              I think delhivery is a creating a platform where scamsters and fraudsters can cheat innocent people. I think i will get a few newspapers to write articles about your process and company so that people are careful when they see your name.

                                A parcel which is being sent from meerut to bangalore has been stuck in one location without any updates.
                                I have been trying to find ways to get into contact with delhivery, but their helpline number doesn't even work and they won't reply to any of my queries on twitter. One of my parcels has been stuck in bislapur for the past 3 days and i have been trying to find out why. Now, i know that courier services are having some difficulties delivering parcels but not even informing the customer as to why my parcel is stuck, and the service number doesn't even work.

                                I wouldn't have resorted to posting this complaint here as long as i knew where my parcel was and if i could have atleast had some sort of way to communicate with the company but this is unacceptable when other couriers are able to deliver.

                                What resolution do i ask for :- fix your helpline.

                                The only step taken by Delhivery was that they escalated my complaint. With a few calls to the offices near my house i was able to get them to actually deliver my product. In terms of contact support, they never sent any emails or called me at all. If it wasn't for the complaint i made here, i don't think anything would have happened

                                Update :- The parcel seems to be somewhat moving again, i am getting new updates in the tracking section so that's good. Will continue to update till i get the parcel

                                Final Update:- Finally Got my parcel Today.I thank the team behind this forum for making such a place or else consumers like me and others would have never gotten their problems resolved.
                                Still disappointed at how hard it is to get in contact with Delhivery support but nonetheless i got my parcel

                                  I placed an order on bajaao.com on 10/05/2020 (Order was done through online payment). Parcel was sent through delhivery ground. According to tracking details it was shipped. Now its been around one month and till now bajaao.com and delhivery ground has not provided any information regarding the delivery.

                                    The delivery person called yesterday morning, which i missed, but called back at 10:30 am about, he said he will deliver today. When i connected back today he says consignment is sent back, and he was very defensive and abusive.

                                    I need
                                    1. Consignment to be delivered today
                                    2. Delivery boy should be given deciplinary actions

                                    Have raised a complaint in their portal, but no constuctive response just we are sorry bla.. Bla..
