My shipment was picked by delhivery pick up boy on 12june and when i checked the status its still showing its not picked up. When i tried calling thier customer service number it says they are not working due to on going covid19 issue. I have sent an email to their customer support but not received any information or even confirmation that they have received my email.
Please help me

      My product has reached to final delivery destination on 12th june from nykaa
      One more product is from ajio, msg is received as they are out for delivery on 18th june when i checked in the evening they status was updated as customer cancelled the order.
      Two more products are from flipkart.
      Status is delivery cancelled due to restricted entry on 22nd june..
      Seriously guys, ecom has delivered my products yesterday they didn't have any restricted entry issues??

        Hi, i have ordered masks and sanitizer machine from delhi in mid may but i didn't receive my courier till now. When i went to delhivery office they told me it was missed. I filed a complaint in delhivery website many times but no use.

          One of my package from cosmicbyte.com was shipped via delhivery on[protected].
          It was to be delivered on[protected]
          In patna, bihar.
          But from last one week they have stopped my shipment in bhiwandi thane hub and not processing my shipment to me.
          Even after complaining till now my order is not delivered to me... The extended promised delivery date given by them is also passed but still the shipment is at same location.

          Awd no[protected].

          The product is at same location from last one week and they are doing nothing even after emails and tweets

          Please help me...

            I had given a shipment to the delivery centre in pune for mumbai in 5/31.
            The shipment is still not delivered and the customer service number is turned off and i keep getting same response via email to wait for 24 to 48 hrs.
            No one cares about the customer.

            They are just giving me assurance that it will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours.
            Does it make sense if someone does not get the product or shipment on time when it's needed? I had such a big inconvenience i can't explain and my shipment is I think lost.

              Ordered a microwave from TATA CLIQ which is shipped through Delivery Courier tracking id :[protected] . my item is not getting delivered from so many days it's in the wrong hub looks like it's misrouted. I filed several complaints on delhivery helpline but no resolution. My pincode is 148021 & its delivery centre is Malerkotla. Malerkotla is a delivery centre hub where my parcel will be out of delivery & delivered to my home address but this time the item reaches Ludhiana hub which is the wrong hub. please send my parcel to the right hub so it can be delivered to me. my item is stuck in ludhiana hub from 13 june 2020 its over 7+ days now no resolution provided by delhivery. Very worst service from delhivery . i have also file complaint on consumer forum.

                Hi team,

                Tracking id[protected].

                This shipment was not delivered to the amazon warehouse.

                Problem - i has return amazon parcel through this courier company on 22 may but till day amazon warehouse not delivered his courier but when he track his courier they showing his parcel was delivered. So he contact to the amazon order #[protected] but they investigate two times about his parcel or they given him all proofs of non delivery this time both company denied to help the consumer.
                Amazon not refund his money till if they not received parcel. (Courier boy name - manish kumar contact no - ([protected]).

                Kindly investigate on this issue and refund the money.

                  Problem- He has return Amazon parcel through this courier company on 22 may but till day Amazon warehouse not received his courier but when he track his courier they showing his parcel was delivered.                     How can your service guy return my product without consulting me? I needed my shipment very urgently when i call the courier guy and asked about it he says that it was auto returned service guy named ajay singh delhivery office chunar, mirzapur the guy said go and complain anywhere nobody is listening

                      My parcel from delhi had been picked up on 11 june, and was supposed to reach hyderabad by june 14.

                      It is the 17th, and the parcel has not moved from delhi since june 11.

                      The customer support is non-existent. Emails are not read for days, no human can be reached on call, and the pickup guys ignore my call when i asked for help.

                      The parcel contains highly valuable items, which you are liable for.

                      A non-existent customer support like this only makes me feel the parcel has been misplaced and i would have to take legal action.

                          Hi i had recently bought a motherboard from vedant computers and it was to be shipped and delivered by buy a courier company named delhivery with an order number - ecz507496
                          Tracking number[protected]
                          I was scheduled to receive the delivery on 16th of june. At around 7:00 p. M. I received a call from the delivery guy saying that he could not deliver because of his issue with the transport vehicle. He then said that he will be delivering it the next day that is 17th of june. But even after inquiring he failed to deliver the product. After repeatedly calling him on the number he did not receive it and one time he rejected the call. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and i want stringent action to be taken against him for wasting the customer's time. This is his mobile number[protected]. I'm providing it because i couldn't get his name.

                            Hello team,

                            This is with regards to a shipment which was supposed to get delivered on 08.6.2020. It has been more than 10 days. No proper response on email. Customer service doesn't answer the call.

                              My parcel was shipped from pune on 2nd of june 2020 and it was supposed to reach my location siliguri -734001, tracking number[protected] on by 8th of june 2020. But today it is 17th the parcel has not yet reached me and its location is still show as it is somewhere in their bhiwandi wearhouse. And i have no idea when and how am i going to receive the parcel. I need my parcel as soon as possible. As it is harming my business.

                                  I am a delhivery client. I ship LEDs through delhivery to other states.
                                  This month they damaged 3 of LEDs ( 40 Inch LEDs) i sent. Whenever i send mails to their client support, they never reply. The are just running away, Just avoiding my mails. Last year i faced losses because of their lame behavior too.
                                  I am paying them to ship my products safely, not to damage my product and avoiding my mails related to damaged in transit.
                                  They don't even entertain their clients who pay them, what would they do with customer who receive goods. funny.

                                    Ordered an electronic device 1 week ago. Still hasn't come. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, tweets and even dms. Worst company ever. I wish this # never even existed. Pathetic organization with the biggest # in the entire country. They never respond to any complaints. Sent emails, calls, tweets, dms but i never even got one reply. My device has been lying in a warehouse nearby for days now. It hasn't moved. These dumbos don't deserve #. Next time, if the company i'm buying the device from ships using delhivery, i'm not buying their products. #. I hope this company goes bankrupt asap. This is a big scam. They are fraudsters. They never even update the shipping status. Bunch of losers if you ask me.

                                      I requested my boat headphones to be replaced so boat company initiated my pickup by delhivery but they kept on delaying my order and then automatically cancelled my order.
                                      When i tracked my order history then i got to know that they are saying customer delayed the pickup and later customer cancelled it but i never did anything.

Already been 7-8 days still not delivered, my packet still in noida, i had sent it to my sister who is in agra, that was an emergency, is this the courier service???
