The product was never delivered however showing delivered even after trying to reach the customer support through the email no proper solution was provided.
I need either the package or the refund as it was a prepaid shippment

Have purchased a costly product in hyderabad which is above 10k rs and thought to ship it to my bangalore address. Have selected delhivery since i thought they have partnered with flipkart and amazon. Have booked (Awb no:[protected] for home pickup on 22nd june morning. The delhivery person came to my our hyderabad home and picked the package on 22nd june itself. Later i was checking the portal for daily update. It reached the last dispatched center within 3 days and from then no update. Its been around 24 days and when ever i contact them they say that the package has arrived the last dispatch center but untraceable and they are looking into it.

My package that was parceled from pune to my home town and is stuck at a place 5 hours away from my hometown that too since the 7th of july. Something which was guaranteed to be delivered in 10 days has taken 20+ days and still no clue where my parcel is?

Not getting any particular information about my parcel so that i can go and collect it at that place.

My parcel was picked up on the 11th of july from surya electronics116 raja garden ring road pincode 110015. But unfortunately, it shows that delivery boy went out for pickup till date which is14 th of july.
I had already mailed you regarding the issue and your support team has assured me to help within 24 hrs but very sorry to say that still my parcel is untraceable and we are very much short of time.

This complaint is against the courier company named delhivery and vendor true elements.
I ordered a food product worth inr 501 from trueelements.com on[protected] which was supposed to be delivered within a maximum of 10 days by latest delays and challenges. It has been 2 months undelivered now and when i track the order it shows returned back to seller for 3 consecutive times and keep on extending the delivery date to unacceptable time frames without my consent. They even dont make any contact or provide any information about my product and its delivery. I have already paid for the product and they never delivered. I have not been made a refund. It feels like i have been cheated, mislead and scammed. The product is of nutritional value and comprises a major part of my diet and well being which has been seriously hampered by the courier service delhivery mishandling. Please help me, i have shared screenshot of conversations with the vendor true elements and courier partner delhivery. I wish to oog a complaint for both

A delivery boy named anu has denied to come to my address to take return of parcel. Because now he tells you are is not serviceable. But they delivered. My product is not working so i want to return

One parcel from bangalore containing perishable items - vegetables and fruits has been sent to panvel maharashtra on 24th june. Its reached to bhiwandi maharashtra location on 27th june and then its still not delivered to panvel address. Its really shameful to have such ridiculous service by shiprocket & delihivery courier services who handled the consignment.

Sir i got a message that my order is out for delivery on 6 of july but the delivery agent didn't call me but he posted unknown reason in the tracking website that is 'delivery rescheduled by customer'. But i didn't ask them to reschedule my delivery and i was waiting whole day to receive my delivery. So please resolve this query.

Sir i order mobo screen magnifier, we are recieving order from delhivery, which is cash on delivery. This is rediculas as this is somthing bluff and damaged. Please return our money back rs 549, please do as early as possible

We have sent a consignment through Delhivery AWB number is[protected] . This is not delivered to customer but status is showing delivered . I have raised a query in my client panel . Ever after a week the issue is not resolved .

I did not expect this kind of Service from Delhivery .If the issue are not solved through Client Panel, how can client will continue with you .

This shipment was not delivered yet to the amazon seller hub.

Problem - i has self return amazon parcel through this courier company on 24 june but till day amazon warehouse not received his courier but when he track his courier they showing his parcel was delivered. So he contact to the amazon order#[protected] but they investigate about his parcel or they given him all proofs of non delivery this time company denied to help the consumer.
Amazon not refund his money till if they not received parcel.
Kindly investigate on this issue and refund the money.
