[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — untimely delivery and no updates on my 43 mi tv

I ordered a 43” mi tv online (Mi website) and delhivery is the logistics partner. The order was placed on 1st of october, 2018 and was supposed to be delivered on 5th of october. Today is 7th of october but delhivery is not picking up my phone. Their number on the website is always busy. Also even today the status on delhivery website says that it’s scheduled to be delivered on 5th of october. I feel like my money has been stuck and no one is responding. Delhivery has acted so irresponsibly and i’m not sure if they are even going to deliver my tv. My tv tracking number on delhivery is[protected].
