My Name is Sajid Ansari I had Dell XCD35 Mobile handset. I have geven my handset to Dell Service Centre for it is not working properly (handset ear pice voice is cracking) scene 20 days is gone and I have visited service centre twice but the answer is same (come after one week). Please do the needfull

DELL — mobile not working

i purchased dell xcd28 mobile through home shop18 IMEI[protected] rs8000 on 8 march 2011 and now
my phone's touch screen was getting problem to operate , .I went to service center at Nehru Place ( Digicomp Complete Solutions ltd.,) but now there is no service center of dell ,, can someone one help me pls
no one pick the phone call on service center...

    I am seriously frustrated by the dell people .i purchased dell laptop from my 5months salary saving on 13june 2012 worth 45000rs and within 30days my hard disk got crashed and i lost my whole office data , and in next 15 days my HeatSink was replaced because there was a heating issue which is still not resolved and they even brought a motherboard and a Heatsink after 10dayz when heat sink was changed. please help me each and evry part they are going on changing 3 parts were changed only screen is left to screen to change but problem not resolved. And now they are telling me that Will take your laptop to Bangalore but even taking my laptop to Bangalore they were telling me (No matter we take the system to Bangalore or send engineer we will not be able to confirm that this system will start working without any defects in future) All this thing are going from 2 months. This was the dell person who said me Sujay Jadhav , Dell | Executive Customer Support Team, Office : +[protected]. i Need a laptop replacement As in 2 month there are so many problems ,i don't know what would happen in future.     Dell / Inspiron 15 R Laptop — Not able to operate / starting

    i guess the problem might be with the OS,i tried to update it but to no avail,since even to update it has to restart and it doesnt. i am trying to avoid reinstalling the OS in order to save my data. and after that it has also started getting extreamly hot.have not been able to anyhting for that.

      The person told me that we cant help you out for this problem.

        i purchased a dell inspiron laptop about 40 days back, which started giving hardware problems one after the another with in a month.after reporting a complaint, the dell people agreed to pick up replace the defective laptop in 3-4 business days.now its around 12 days and i get only assurance that some one will come the same day for pick up. many executives call up in between and promise that the problem will be solved by evening, but nothing will be done.its a waste of time and money to invest in such laptop, where u get frustated and loose ur work.its a negligent and a highly non professional act being displayed by dell services to really looked upon...

        Sir,
        I've bought dell vostro 1015 model laptop with fy69rn1 tag number in month of november dated on 27. It has got some technical problem regarding display with one just 3 weeks and the total display is gone. Its no more working. I've given compliant on dec 25th and i have received service on feb 9. It took nearly two months for replacement of the part & also no one is giving a responsible answer for that delayed sevice.

          this is Bhuvnesh from J&K ..i have purchased dell Xcd35 mobile from dell outlet in jammu.
          After 5 months from purchase, its display stop working i contact the dealer(as the mobile is under warranty period) he told me that the service center is been closed here and soon they will open new service center here in jammu, so i have to wait..after next one month they started their service center and its been 45 dayz my mobile is with them and they are not returning it. As according to them, its not been repaired and is at their chandigarh center .my mobile number is [protected] please call me so that i can narrate you the whole story..please please help me....lots of hope from ur side.

            When I face the Battery Problem I contacted Dell services I Found

            1) Silver System has Not Given Original Bill as Per Dell Service record the Laptop is Purchase
            From Canada Country which is Legally Is not allowed. So Dell are not to give any kind of service as the Laptop is Purchase from Canada Country and Dealer is not register the laptop
            With DELL SERVICES.
            2) When I contacted the shop regarding this problem of Battery as well as the original Bill,
            I had forwarded the Scan Copy of the bill but shop keeper is not agreed.
            He is given oral assurance But no action is From His Side as I had given written complain
            In shop for original Bill as well as for battery replacement. He is denying for the thing
            Battery replacement as he know the he is not liable to give replacement after 19.09.12
            So he intentionally postponing thing.

            I am pursuing the thing on mail as well as the telephonic communication but he is intentionally avoiding the thing even i had send this problem to consumer forum but
            He is less bother and so I have to reach the higher authority kindly take the action aginst
            This complain and even please let me Know where should I approached so I get resolve

              I had bought a Dell laptop ( Model :- Dell vastro 1440 ) march 2012. I got a warranty on the purchased laptop for 1 year. Recently after 2 months I started having problem with the speakers. Problem in the sense that the right speaker was working and the speaker on the left was not working. For the problem I talked to the Dell care. I had a talk with Mr. Dhawan and was told that as you were using some software which might have damaged your speaker and at that condition they are not going to change the same free of cost.
              Then I argued to them that first of all there is no as such recommendation in your site or was told by your retailer about the do’s and don’ts o[censored]sing software as to such you will use this software and you will not use that software. Than after much arguing when I asked for his employ id as I want to lodge a complaint, then he told to talk to his manager and forwarded the call to his manager Mr. Nevielle.
              I had a long discussion with Mr. Nevielle but the matter remained the same. He was also on the same point as that you used some software which damaged your speakers. Whatever so after a long discussion I realized that as I been cheated and trapped after purchasing. Then I agreed to the terms and said that I am ready to pay. SO in reply they send me a quotation of what I need to pay for the replacement of the speakers including service charge. The amount came to be Rs. 450/- only. I did the payment. Then they asked for the address. I verified the same. Then they called me up and told that we cannot courier it to your address as we need a transit form to transfer. They are right at their condition. But the thing I asked them that why you didn’t mention these conditions in the quotation send by you. May it be that after seeing your quotation and such transit form I would have not made the payment as I am in such a area that for the only form I had to make a whole day harassment and better I would have opted for buying external speakers.
              When I said that I will be unable to provide the form and asked for some optional solution they told me to give someone’s address residing other than Uttarakhand where I am currently residing so that they can courier it to the address provided by me. Then the concerned person whose address I will be providing will courier it to me.. then I said that when the concerned person can courier me why not they. And more over I will not be bear the amount incurred in courier. During my argument I was told that the service engg. will visit place where I am residing and change the parts. When the service engg. is to visit my place than why all these transit form and courier and all.
              I asked them to refund me my payment with a written document that due to unavailability of transit form from the customer we are not able to courier it. They straight away denied me telling me that there no other option other than giving the transit form.
              Now I am feeling totally cheated on purchasing of Dell. So please see towards my problem of replacement of speakers.
              My point is that why should I spend a penny when I have got a warranty and there is no such recommendation that you use such and such software. So I want to get it done free of cost and want my money to be refunded…

                demanding some refundable security amounts which is not legal and they also assist to provide air tickets and job
                call letter after the successful deposition of amount.

LATER I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS A FAKE INTERVIEW LETTER. SO MY DEAR FRESHERS AND FRIENDS, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY SOMTHNG THAT BE AWARE OF SUCH FAKE LETTERS AND PEOPLE WHO ARE EARNING MONEY BY CHEATING FRESHERS LIKE US. PLS DON'T IGNORE THIS MESSAGE.                   I am very upset with Dell Customer Service, it is the worst, people do not buy dell products because i had bought their laptop they had assured me that if any damage would be their everything will be covered if it was within the warranty period and they would look into the matter immediately but no, nothing like that happened at all. I called the customer service sent them the pictures of my laptop to show them the damage after that i did not hear from them at all, one email was sent to me and i replied to it, later again nothing so i went to the Dell Service center in J.C. Road and when i got there and showed them my laptop which was within my warranty period, they simply said that the parts are not there and since my warranty period is about to expire in the next 12 days, i need to extend it, how easily they said it. I do not understand, so Is it my fault if the parts are not there or what??? Is it not their headache..?? If they simply cannot deliver what they have promised why lie, tell the customer beforehand and do not make false promises. I will suggest all the people to not go for Dell Products because once its damaged and that too within warranty period DELL does not care.

                    This grievance is in regard with my Studio 1558 Laptop that i purchased from Dell. After few months of its purchase the system started creating all sorts of problems i.e. Firstly its mother-board went out of order, than hard disk and soon it was realized that its DVD derive has also problem in DVD writer and so on.

                    The Laptop position at the moment is all its parts have multiple replacements that include mother board twice, hard disk thrice, dvd derive thrice, display panel once. Thus if we give a close look to all this it indicates the system has some inherent problem and has not been given the right kind of required support/assistance.

                    In the latest scenario, system is suffering from repeated display driver failures probably caused due to faulty mother board replacement (not accepting video cards/driver upgrades ) done in the month of Feb 2012 by DELL and despite of all the trouble shooting done from dell support the problem remains un-resolved. How this case has been handled during almost last three months i.e. 21 May 2012 when i first raised this issue and until now can be understood by the below details.

                    Reply From Ivan Sharath on 09 Aug 2012 : The person seems to be from DELL Incident Resolution team just gave a brief call of 5 seconds or so and just dropped a mail saying that i was tried to be contacted but was unable to reach. This clearly indicates the lack of Customer support attitude that DELL seems to have for its customers which can not be taken as positive for DELL which was once known for customer friendly assistance and support.


                    I hope people from Dell must understand the gravity of the problem that is being faced during the last almost one year now and take the much needed corrective action.

                      i have been a Dell user since 8-9 years and due to good experience till now, i had purchased DELL STREAK last year. Since then somehow i m facing problems. and now there is some screen problem. I consulted the service center in our area, they are asking for damage charges. I informed them tht my phone is under warranty and if problem occurs on its own, i m not responsible. There is no physical damage on the screen, smething has happened inside. hten also nothing was done by the company.



                      Plz look into the matter ASAS as warranty will expire on 20th August,2012

                        I purchased this Inspiron Laptop from Dell for around Rs 34,000 last year but the experience has been a nightmare. I have changed parts three times within a span of a year through their warranty but now when the warranty has expired there is again problem with the hardware driver. Inspite of several complaints to replace the product as its faulty there is no proper respnse. Though they come & change the parts if its within your warranty for Free but you never know when that part will again stop working. If you call their Toll Free Number they will try to sell you extended warranty but wont listen to your complaint until you pay them money. It has been really a pathetic experience & I am planning to file a complaint in the Consumer Forum against Dell India.

                              Dell people cheat me

                              Dell LED 20" Computer Monitor(3yr Warranty) Billed on June 2011. At the time of purchase dealer offer me that any complaint within warranty will be replaced with a new one. Now its not working and registered the complaint and they delivered an old monitor and it is not working too. I am doing online freelance work.

                                DELL — problem created by technical support of dell

                                i have purchased my dell laptop on 27/11/2011 after 5 months my laptop doesn't work properly i contact the technical support of the dell team they formatted my laptop but till now it is not working properly. They have formatted it on 27/4/2012 from 11:00 am to 12:30pm and on 28/04/2012 from 09:00am to 12:00am but till now they are not able to solve my problem. They have formatted my ms office , dell stage win zip . I have buy all these product.                                 I had purches dell inspiron 15 N5010, which having very interesting problems. after 4 yrs of purchesing the laptop, one it shows blue screen error, shut down & restart automatically. then i have changed it'setting to safe mode.but still not working properly .As it was out warrenty, I handed over this laptop for repairing to local dealer from where it was purched.He repaired it with built in mouse, speaker & audio jack not working.
                                After a year it shows very interesting problems, Once it is shut down, afterword power buttons not working.means laptop doesnot switch on., I put this laptop in almirah after two to three days, I had pressed power buttons, & laptop becomes ON, same cycle is repeated several times. every time it does't switch on i put it in almirah, now it does not respond me for four months, after 4 month i had taken out laptop for dismental but surprisingly it switch on when power button is pressed. Will DELL company /it's technician help me to find the cause behind it or to resolve this problem?

                                I purchased a 24" LED monitor (S2415H), bearing serial no.CN-08CN3Y-74261-4BQ-OKVL (manufactured in 11/2014 ) for my assembled desktop computer, from SADHVI Computers, Chandernagore, Hooghly, West Bengal, on 06th November, 2015. A warranty period was allowed for the said Moniitor when, unfortunately, it defunct on[protected]. Suddenly the light emission stopped and the screen became blask. The matter was intimated to the shop wherefrom it was purchased. An authorised technician called at my residence and after different examinations he expressed his opinion that the product was not repairable locally and advised to contact you for necessary action. I had, therefore, contacted your technical support executives[protected] extn.6 ), on[protected] at around 10-00 AM and narrated my difficulties. I would be obliged if you would kindly accord an early intervention in my case and extend all possible helps.

                                  I have purchased Dell Inspiron 14R laptop 3 months ago from the online store of Dell, but m not happy with the performance of the system, its having number of issue which makes it hard for me to use regularly

                                  I am facing following issues in my laptop:-

                                  Battery back up is very low, maximum of one and half hour
                                  Sound is not good, bass is too high i have seen many cases for this in dell... i think speakers are gone...
                                  Shut down screen button is not working
                                  System is getting black out as and when i pick my finger from touchpad
                                  Color is getting fade from the touch pad just in 3 months as like i have scratched it from there.

                                  Please suggest me some solution to replace the laptop and get me some better quality laptop... i am ready to bear the loss if any.. i have spent 43k on this. please change my laptop.

                                    I have purchased one Dell Laptop Model T[protected]") with Express Service Code : [protected] and Service Tag No. 61VV77BS from Northeast Frontier Railway Consumer Co-operative Society Ltd., Rest Camp, Pandu, Guwahati-781 012, Assan. It was purchased on 15.02.2011 at a cost of 24 EMIsxRs.2377/- But the same started malfunctioning consequent upon non-functioning of back up. While purchasing I was given a name Sri A. Banerjee, a Guwahati based technician with his telephone number but despite numerous efforts, I failed to contact him and compelled to lodge the complaint to the DELL on their No.[protected] and their attendance is awaited.
                                    Obviously, the Railway Consumer Co-operative Society Ltd., Rest Camp, Pandu, Guwahati-781 012, Assan did not guide me properly as regard to its post sale maintenance and service of a costly equipment costing above Rs.50,000/-. While the DELL, being an agency of repute, would have ensured an instant service to its customers. You are hereby requested to kindly initiate appropriate step to prevent such apathy and misleading acts as resorted to, by the seller and the manufacturer.
                                    I would request your forum to kindly intervene in such apathy on the part of both viz. the seller and the manufacturer, as well and extend an adequate help so that my laptop is inspected and repaired by an authorised DELL personnel. The laptop is well under the warranty and the cost of any component, if not covered under warranty or consumable, will be borne bu me.

                                      I bought a DELL Inspiron N51 laptop in June 2011. The warranty expired on 22 June 2012. Very coincidentally, the laptop developed an LCD issue on 20-Jun-2012 and I brought it to the attention of DELL and they replace my LCD and motherboard free of cost.
                                      But, it has developed an LCD issue again, because of which the display screen is out of service. Now, DELL is demanding Rs. 11,000 for replacing the LCD screen.

                                      I had problem with a new laptop which I purchased in feb. 2012 I allowed engineer to change speakers but problem was not resolved and then dell support team asked me for change of motherboard of laptop which was not used even for a single day.Any how they could not convince me and they had to replace the laptop.

                                      I am just quoting incidence to let you know that I understand electronic item may fail and that is why I allowed dell engineer to change speakers of a new laptop for first time itself .

                                      Then I received new laptop(after replacement) in march2012,which is again having problem within 4 months.I reported problem of sound driver but my hard disk was changed.I could not understand connection between hard disk and driver even then it was fine.For the first time when i started the system problem was resolved,but when I restarted I had same problem.Now again support team wants to change the mother board of laptop.

                                      Frankly speaking i am not ready for change of motherboard after hard disk.Warranty is provided for convenience of customer not for convenience of dell so that they may provide poor quality of product and change the parts every

                                      time system fails.I cant let engineer open my system every now and then.And repairing system frequently affects performance of system.I see replacement of system only option available rather than changing each part separately.

                                      I really had horrible experience with dell product and don't wish to buy any product from dell in future.All hopes that I had from dell product's quality are shattered.And customer satisfaction,I cant even talk about it with reference to dell support team.

                                      DELL XPS — No Response after Taking Money

                                      Sir,
                                      I Booked a DELL XPS Laptop at one of the Dell's Exclusive Store which is in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 18th January,2011 but i not recieved it yet and when i talked to them on 21st February,2011 to refund my Money as they are unable to make the laptop they agreed to give my Money back but i haven't received it yet which is 1st March,2011.

                                      I have same problem with DELL. I placed a order on 21 march for a xps 14 first they replaced my order and then they canceled my complete order.

                                      DELL — POOR QUALITY

                                      I had purchased a DELL INSPIRON i5 LAPTOP from CARE, Ahmedabad. I was gifted a DELL Laptop bag along with this purchase.
                                      I would like to put forward a complaint toward this LAPTOP BAG provided by a reputed compnay like DELL. The quality is very poor. During the first gentle use itself, all the chain starters have got broken and bag is of no more use.
                                      Such poor quality is not expected from DELL..

                                      Kindly look into the matter and take note that such poor quality things may not be supplied that would harm DELL company image.
