Too many repairs on the laptop

Hi,
I bought ta laptop which is purchased in US by my brother and he gave as a gift it to me. He purchased it and sent it through his friend to me. I got it in February. I had a Lanport(Internet port) & LCD screen issues from the day I received the laptop.
I called Indian dell support so that they can do something for the laptop in order to fix it.
I had an international warranty.

Warranty Issues

HI Sir,

I had purchased a DELL adaptor slim 90 Watt from flipkart.com, which offers a 1 year warranty on the product directly from DELL. Recently, the jack of the adaptor ( connecting the adaptor to the laptop) has been behaving strangely. I have to wriggle the cord to get the charger to supply to the laptop uninterrupted. Battery Down

Replaced Hard Drive Faulty -Crashed within a couple of months

Sleep Mode & fan problem

Poor customer care service

Battery change in warranty period.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R laptop one year back. My warranty finished on 29th of March, 2011. My issue is that the laptop battery is not giving proper backup if it is showing that it is 70-80% remaining but it doesn't stay for more than half n hour.
