still not getting the same,
whenever I try to know status of

its 23rd day from booked date
but still not getting laptop or
suitable response, this issue effects
my studies.

serious action for the same or

Dell India Pvt. Ltd./ Inspiron Laptop — Delivery of my laptop

Sir

With due respest, this is to say that I had made payment for my new dell laptop dtd 22/01/2010 to Dell Exclusive showroom located at 65A, Guru nanak Pura, Viukas Marg, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092. As per Company norms laptop should have reached my Shipping Address within 7-10 working days. On 8/02/2010 I had a talk with customer care and was told that my lappy would reach by 16/02/2010. A foolish thing told to me was that process of my order began only on 4/02/10 and time limit for delivery will start after that date only . He also told me that everything is right on Company's part also that making a transaction with Dell is not such purchasing anything from any shop. As a result, I am facing huge problems with my office work.

So please look into my matter and do the needful. Also let me know what else I should do against the Company so that such misbehaviour is not repeated by the Company with any other Customer in future.

I HAD TRY TO CALL ABOUT WHEN DELL DELIVER THE DESKTOP AND LALTOP.

AFTER THAT EMAIL THEY DID NOT REPLY US, I TRY TO CALL ON ABOVE SAID BOTH THE NUMBERS BUT NO RESPONSE. AND I THINK THIS IS BEST WAY TO SUBMIT THE COMPLAINT AGAINST DELL.

THEY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT THROUGH CREDIT CARD PROCESS.

    I bought the dell streak in march 2012.Within a month i had some dead pixels on the screen.I did not drop the fone even once.There is no physical damage on the fone(or tablet whatever).On the top left side of the screen black mark appeared out of nowhere.I decided to go to the service center but had a very hard time to locate the address as the service center was located in a very remote location.When i reached there i found that the service center had been shifted somewhere else.Nobody seemed to know where it was shifted.I tried to contact the customer care a lot of times but the cal would be on waiting and ultimately it would get disconnected.It took me about a month to locate and spare time to go to the place where the service center was shifted.By that time the black mark spread to the lower portion of the screen.Around 30%of the screen had become black.After talking to the 'only' guy at the service center he said that the fluid inside the lcd display has spread and i will have to pay 10.5thousand bucks to get the phone replaced as they cannot solve the problem.He said that when you keep the fone in your jeans's pocket because of the pressure on the screen the lcd panel inside bursts because of it and the liquid spreads over the screen which appears like a black mark on the screen.And he said it is considered as a physical damage to the fone so warranty would not be considered.I tried to explain to him that i did not drop the fone even once and how could i be held responsible for the damage.Also the manual did not warn about the fact that the fone should not be kept in ur pocket.Besides where should i keep the fone if not in my pocket?I own a dell xps laptop and i love dell and thats the reason i bought the fone.However this unreasonable demand for 10.5 and the indifferent attitude of your service has left me stunned.These things really affect a companys brand image.Customer should be the priority.I request you to look into the matter as soon as possible.Kindly reply on sanjay.[protected]@gmail.com.

      SIr,

      My Laptop Screen was broken. Currenlty It is under warranty so I called up Dell service support and
      requested them to look into the matter. I furnish them with all necessary details on 20 June, 2012. But till
      now no action has been taken every time I call they keep on changing dates of service.

      They even didnt notify me when they make any necessary changes I myself had to call and get details
      about it. Any laptop in warranty is ensured to be serviced in 24 hours but my all complaints are falling on
      deaf ears.Kindly look into the same.

        gallaxy p.l. sharma road meerut on dated 17th April now i am facing
        frequent problem of window currepting. we have 4 visited on your
        dealer for this problem but problem could not be resolved . now same
        problem reflect again. i am very much in trouble. i have spent approx
        Rs. 32000/. we heard good respnce about del company that is why i have

          Hello All,
          I purchased this on December 2011 from Guwahati Dell Showroom (Assam). I am quite an impulsive buyer and when I entered the showroom and saw an android at just 8500, i couldn't just control myself. I have a 3 years old Dell Laptop and though it harassed me earlier a lot but as I built a hidden fascination for the brand DELL, I never looked back & purchased Dell XCD 35 (Later I found, it is manufactured by a Chinese company.
          Gradually I developed a good amount of insight over researching about Androids, their specifications details and value for money. Many of my friends has bought Androids later after consulting me but I found no other phone with this much RICH of Specification like my Dell XCD35. But, but, but, I have never recommended this phone to anybody else and the sole reason is - This phone RESTARTED without any notice in any time, any moment, any where. It will not give you time to take any precaution and surprisingly, this RESTARTING habit sometimes happens to be more than 3 times a day. There is not a single day I passed with having this SUDDEN RESTARTING of this phone. I love my phone so much or you can say I am a Lazy Assamese guy, that is why I never turned up to any Dell shop for replacement or maintenance though I have a One year of Warranty.
          Sometimes I feel like, Its just a Bad marriage where both party don't want any divorce but want to stay with as far happiness as possible.

            Hi,

            My Dell Laptop Inspiron N5010 Service Tag # BVZY5BS,I lodged the complain for loose battery or play in battery on 9th June 2012.Dell CC had send me bottom base in order to rectify the problem.
            The dispatch number of the complain was[protected].
            On Wednesday,Technician Mr. Pankaj Nagpal visited my place.on replacing bottom base,the problem remained the same.
            Then,technician called Dell Customer Support & let me talked to Mr. Kabeer with whom i had normal discussion.
            On not satisfying,he transferred my call to Floor Supervisor Mr. Vivek Singh( he called him as floor Supervisor) was really rude and awful in his conversation.

            With the initiation of the call , he was awful,rude,impolite,unprofessional & to conclude rubbish & no right to be in Dell if he communicate to a customer like the way i mention here.
            He told me that they cant satisfy me,we cant manufacture the special parts for you from Dell.if your problem is not rectified then they cant help me on this,Blah-Blah.
            He was interupting my conversation and not allowing me to speak.
            I asked me neither I abused you or said anything wrong then why you were speaking to me so badly.Does Dell taught you to speak to the customer in this manner. I mentioned that I will complain against him.
            He bravefully said that I can do that & also sarcastically asked me to follow xyz statements.
            He mentioned case id as[protected] & his name as Vivek Singh,Floor Supervisor.

            This is awful & gruesome,I was not so dismayed with my technical problem not resolved but the experience talking with Mr Vivek Singh landed me in great dilemme and distrust for dell service.

            I feel that there are still responsible people in Dell who can take care of such activities of defamation conducted by people like Vivek Singh.
            For reference,I request to kindly listen to conversation happened between me & Vivek Singh.

            Looking forward to hear from Dell Official who can take care of such matter & penalize people like Vivek Singh.

              I had ordered a ultrabook vide Customer No:[protected] Booking Date: 25/05/2012.I have a written confirmation from the Dell sales executive at the store that delivery will happen in 7 working days.Suddenly after a lot of impressive looking mails I am verbally informed that the product is not available and my money finally returned on 9th June.I think it is a great revenue model to keep the customers money for a few weeks without any obligationor apology and then return the money and pocket the interest.I will defintely share my experience with friends/associates without fail.

                I bought this mobile one year back and used for less than 5 months and started facing issues in the internal speaker. As usual I took it to the Dell Service center and they promised to replace this mobile in 7 days and they did. Again after 4 months I started facing issues with the external speaker and again got a replacement. After 3 months (3 days after the warranty expiry date) I started facing issues again with the external speaker. When contacted to technical support they said it was an manufacturing issue from Dell but this time they are asking me to pay some amount for the replacement. Why should I pay for manufacture issues? If they mobile gone faulty because of my usage I would be paying for replacement. For manufacturing issue why I should pay and they should have replaced my old piece with a better one instead they replaced it with a faulty one. I don’t say that Dell Service is not good. It’s very good. But there is a problem with DELL itself. There is no Reliability & Durability in any Dell product.

                I have asked them to replace it with any other model and I am ready to pay the difference amount if any. But they said they cannot replace with any other model.

                1 year - 3 mobiles - 2 replacements...

                Dell sucks... I hate this mobile... Do not use or buy this mobile.

                Even Dell XCD 35 is not good. Do not buy this mobile too....

                  I had booked a laptop vide customer order no:[protected] on 23rd May'2012.I was committed delivery in writing in seven working days.However soon I started getting calls from customer care informing me that it will take four weeks.Finally without any correpondence I was informed the laptop is not available and I was given a refund on 11th June'2012.So for all practical purposes Dell keeps the customer's money for weeks and then returns the same without an apology.If they do this with 1000 customers all India every week,that is a neat package in interest that they get.A great idea to make a few extra bucks without any hassle.

                    Hi,
                    I bought ta laptop which is purchased in US by my brother and he gave as a gift it to me. He purchased it and sent it through his friend to me. I got it in February. I had a Lanport(Internet port) & LCD screen issues from the day I received the laptop.
                    I called Indian dell support so that they can do something for the laptop in order to fix it.
                    I had an international warranty.
                    Here are the details of my laptop:
                    Laptop Model: Inspiron 14Z (N411z) and the warranty started from February.
                    Issues: Lanport Issue and LCD screen issue (White spots on some areas of the screen.)

                    I called Indian Dell technical support at [protected] and talked to one of the technician and he lodged a complaint on the Laptop and said that an Engineer will be visiting my place with the parts. ( This happened not on the fist day when I called. It happened after 50 to 60 times I called them and after speaking to managers).

                    After one moth dell Engineer came to my place with parts.
                    Here are the parts that he bought:
                    # Instead of bringing a lanport he bought a card reader port.
                    # bought a defective LCD screen for which brightness is too low so I refused to accpet the that LCD screen because of it's defective. So, I asked him not to change.
                    and in addition the engineer gave me additional complaints.

                    He handled my laptop very roughly and I lost my camera( Unable to use the camera, he messed up some cables and
                    they got damaged).
                    The body of the laptop has become loose.

                    and again I called them for 100-110 time now, it took around 45 days in order to visit the engineer to my place.
                    This time same thing happened.
                    He brought
                    # Lanport
                    # MotherBoard
                    # LCD screen
                    #LCD screen cable which connects to mother board.
                    This time he tried to change the screen and same thing happened, LCD brightness is too low. I rejected it. Engineer asked me to accept it and then complaint again to Dell.
                    He change the mother board and lanport and the laptop didn't turn on.
                    Finally, he removed the laptop for 40 times and he kept the my old mother board and new lanport in my laptop.
                    So, Finally he changed LCD screen and lanport.
                    But, LCD is defective again and Lanport is not even working now.
                    Even this engineer bought me additional problems.
                    Don't know what happened he completely made the system such that the operating system is corrupted and it is not able to turn it on. He formatted my laptop and I lost all of my files and setups.

                    I formatted the system and I called the dell laptop support and this time I asked to rep;lace my laptop as it was already repaired twice from the day I brought it and I am unable to use it.
                    They told me that it is not possible and they escalated this case to
                    Sujan J (Senior Support Resolver),CSMB - India Customer Support,Dell | Consumer, Small and Medium Business

                    His way of talking on the phone is like as if I had done a crime. I explained the entire story to him and he simply said
                    " If you explain the same, I will keep your phone on speaker and you can shout, I will just listen, once you are done, I will explain the same thing".

                    I just told him to replace my laptop and asked him if in additional if I want to pay anything for a new laptop I am ready to pay.
                    He said it is not possible.
                    Finally he told me that he is going to send an other Engineer.
                    after few days, today ( 9th june, 2012) another engineer came to my lace with a LCD screen.
                    He changed the screen and even it is defective(brightness problem).

                    So, this time I finally rejected. The engineer tried to call the dell support team to inform the same. They didn't responded.
                    He left for the day with the LCD screen he bought.

                    So, I don't know what to do now.

                    Here are the current problems of my laptop:

                    ## LCD screen issue
                    ## Lanport issue
                    ## laptop body (outside ) has become loose as it was opened many times.
                    ## scratches while removing the laptop such that it lost the color at some places.

                    Coming to dell support, when I call them they keep the call on hold and they will end the call. I keep on talking with them for hours and they just end the call. And when I call again they say that this is the first time I am calling them that day even though I talked with some other agent for couple of hours. There will not make any documentation. I need to explain the entire story to everyone.

                    I am not able to use my laptop from the day I bought it. This escalation in Dell keeps on going and it is already 4 months I am not using my laptop.

                    My laptop is not usable any i don't want to use this defective one anymore as this is opened this many of times and they messed up everything. I just want the laptop to be replaced.

                    I wasted almost 4 months with the Dell support, I don't want to spend even a second discussing about the issue. So, I decide to go legally and file a complaint against the Company.
                    I want some legal advice in this case what to do next. I hop[e best can be done from your end.
                    Please do the favor.

                      i had purchased a dell laptop from the USA almost a year ago. now i am residing in india. i am receiving some problems recently in the laptop. the dell support team has been very helpful but they insist on the invoice which i am unable to provide as the laptop was purchased from the USA and so they are not providing me with the parts. i am ready to provide almost any information they require regarding the purchase etc. of the laptop to prove my ownership of the laptop. also my warranty is expiring from 5th of june after which i will have to pay more money to renew the warranty. please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible

                        HI Sir,

                        I had purchased a DELL adaptor slim 90 Watt from flipkart.com, which offers a 1 year warranty on the product directly from DELL. Recently, the jack of the adaptor ( connecting the adaptor to the laptop) has been behaving strangely. I have to wriggle the cord to get the charger to supply to the laptop uninterrupted. I called up DELL customer care to inform them of the issue.

                        However on listening to the complaint, they chose simply not to help and were not able to explain exactly why. I got ridiculous reasons, saying that this is a normal wear and tear issue and is not covered under warranty.

                        My adaptor is still under warranty and it has not been long since i have bought it. I do not understand their reason for not replacing/repairing the adaptor and not covering it under warranty. The customer care was not at all helpful and at times even slightly insulting in this regard. I do not understand the whole point of providing a replacement warranty/guarantee of 1 year,if the product is so poorly designed that it can wear out in a few months.

                        I feel really cheated and harassed by DELL at this, and their one year guarantee is just a farce. Seek your help in this regard.

                          this is kumar here i have ordered a product from times of india dell venue pro mob Order Number :[protected]
                          Suborder Number :4382265 their was a fault in the model that i have got the mobile use to get stuck and hanged up,some times all the data stored use to get automatically erased ,i have made a complaint for the replacement on 11/05/2012 and it was promised that the product will be replaced within 15 days of time but today is 28/05/2012 almost 1days but still i am without a mobile in ma hand i have suffered a lot of inconvinience and mental torture dealing for the product wchich i have already paid for. this is the wrst cm experience i have come across kindly help in suing the company and i want a proper place wer in i can put forward my bad experience.

                            Hi,

                            This is to bring into your notice that I bought a dell xcd35 mobile handset online. After one month of normal usage the set the display malfunctioned. I spoke to Dell customer care and they asked me to take the set to Service Center in Delhi. (Sir, I stay in Dehradun and Delhi is about 250 kms away) I took the set to service center in Delhi, the service representative, Mr. Mukesh took the set and said that it will take about a month for the set to be replaced, he also said that he cannot courier the set to me at Dehradun and I have to come personally to collect the same. (So again I have to spend Rs. 2500 for staying overnight and travel 500 kms).

                            I had sent a mail to dellindia telecoms informing them about the delay and my in ability to travel again to delhi. Fortunately I got a reply and they said that the set will be replaced by next week but I have to collect the same from the service center as they dont have courier facility( they also informed me that they will send the sets from Bangalore to Delhi, I fail to understand when they can send couriers half way across the country, why cant they do the same for just 250 kms).

                            Anyways, I sent my cousin to delhi, but then they told me that all the handsets which were dispatched from Bangalore to Delhi were utilized by the service center as they have some old cases pending, despite the fact I informed them about my case before the sets dispatched from Bangalore

                            Now they are telling me that fresh units will be dispatched again by next week and then they will contact me.
                            I gave my set to the service center on 07/05/2012 and today is 24/05/2012, 2 more weeks and it will be a month, I guess the guy at service centre was right when he said one month.

                            I am really disappointed by the kind of service Dell is providing to its customers.

                              I have recently bought a dell venue which cost me around Rs. 15,000 and i must say that the phone has a very very poor battery life. I have to charge my phone very frequently. The battery doesn't even last 3 hours even after charging the phone for 7 to 8 hours. I request to everyone who is reading this complaint NOT TO BUY DELL VENUE... AND OTHER DELL MOBILE ALSO................

                                Hi Team,

                                I lost my LAPTOP in Train Kacheguda Express as follows:
                                17652 KCG MS EXP (Kacheguda to Chennai)

                                I was get into train at Kurnool at 8PM on 1st January 2012 in General Coach due to Waiting list of my ticket.I kept all my lagguage under the seat and i'l enter into sleep at 10:30 PM.Suddenly i got wake up at 2PM, train has crossed Koduru station.I saw my laguuage,My laptop bag was missing.I was shocked and searched entire coach but unsuccessfull.

                                Next stop Renigunta Junction,i have get down there and asked one of police he said drop us a complatint we will take care about this.

                                As per his suggestion, next week(7th Jan 2012) i went to rengunta junction police station along with my brother.

                                They have taken details and complaint.But they did not given any FIR for me.The Ci said we will get to you soon if the laptop recovery happens.

                                I used to go monthly twice to the police staion of renigunta but they will give the same update.Still we did not find any laptops like this.

                                Recently i went last week but same response.I got frustrated.Please help me as soon as possible to recover my laptop.

                                  Dear Concern,
                                  I have purchased mobile dated 22/03/2012 bearing serial/IMEI No.[protected]
                                  Since then it is creating Problem in charging ,i thought it is new that's why it is creating problem but when taken to service centre Sec-18 ,Noida branch
                                  Mr.Juganu Chauchan entertain us and told that the charger port has some malfunction (its pins are one side) that's why it is doing this problem
                                  when asked to rectify the problem he has demanded Rs 5500/-to replace that charging port of mobile
                                  it is very strange when it is under warranty then why that guy has demanded money,How can anyone is playing with such a huge brand
                                  it is requested you to pls do the needful else i have to escialate this matter .

                                  pls find photograph attached of that portion too.

                                    I had purchased a Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop in the month of September,2010. The hard drive crashed just in six months and I suffered from huge data loss. It was under warranty period and the service person came to my location to change the hard drive.

                                    The new drive which they claimed was new was getting overheated by the palm rest area. Now I again suffered from hard drive crash after an year of replacement.

                                    I contracted the technical support of Dell and they confirmed for the crash and said that they would be unable to replace the hard drive due to lapse of the warranty.

                                    As of what I know, the hard used is from Western Digital and it has a warranty of five years from the date of purchase. But when I visit the site, it says that the warranty of the hard drive is in the hands of Dell.

                                    The person whom I talked to from customer care is refusing the warranty on hard drive and is asking me 10000/- for the replacement.

                                    This is very poor after sales service by not providing warranty for the original parts.
                                    yes western digital hard disk getting this problem again and again, i had replaced my hard disk to Thoshiba @2800 in cohin

                                      AS PER SUBJECT MY COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED EVEN AFTER REPLACING THE PART THREE TIMES {PARTS REPLACED MOTHER BOARD TOUCH PAD & DAUGHTER CARD} AND THEIR IS NEW ISSUE OCCURS EVERY 15 OR 20 DAYS. plz help me to get out of this. all the time when we call to customer care they always says do this and do this or wait for 48 hrs our senior will call u up after calling they will ask for windows reinstalling or driver reinstalling but nothing would happned so plz let me know abt this how could we do abt this matter. i had bought it {dell inspiron n5110 service tag f1jvtq1} on 15th of oct 2011. problem started from jan 2012

                                        The fan of laptop is creating lots of noise all time continuously, the system also get in sleep mode itself while I am working on it. I bought the laptop in Aug, 2011,but within 2months the RAM, Hard Disk gets replaced and In Feb, 2012, the fan & heating pad gets replaced. But the problem is till continue. When I ask regarding the noise of FAN when your technician came he said the noise will come, but my other laptop of Dell is not creating such kind of noise. It also gets heat up very early. The Fan is just creating noise like Exhaust Fan. Now, I don’t want any replacement of any part. I want the whole system to be replaced because all the hardware gets replaced in just 10months. I want to resolve this issue to be resolved as early as possible as my work is getting suffered.
