Faulty and substandard quality products

I bought this machine in May of 2010. Firstly the software was not properly installed. The video card, blue tooth and facial recognition drivers were faulty. But I sorted out these driver issues myself. Now in less than 18 months the tech support has diagnosed that the heat sink is bad.
