I bought this machine in May of 2010. Firstly the software was not properly installed. The video card, blue tooth and facial recognition drivers were faulty. hello, i brought dell xcd 35 mobile on 25 oct. on receiving mobile i observed two dead pixels on center of the screen. so i tried dell mobile support and after ringing for 2 to 3 days i accepted to live with fault and stopped trying. after 2-3 days i observed my mobile getting switched off automatically around 5-6 times a day even when i was kept in idol mode and within week from purchase its dead. nothing happening on pressing power button....
