MOBILE XCD35 HANDSET BATTERY PACK BACK COVER IS NOT GETTING PROPERLY PACKED LOOSED INTACT. AND ALSO GRAPHIC BACK COVER POOR QUALITY BY HAND TOUCH GETTING REMOVE. I HAVE TRIED TO GET HELP FROM DELL LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE AS THIS MANUFECTURING FAULTY REPALCE BACK COVER BUT THEY ARE SAYING KEEP HANDSET FOR 30DAYS WHICH NOT POSSIBLEFOR ME.

KINDLY HELP ME SHORT OUT THIS ISSUE.

I had purchased a mobile DELL XCD28 on 16/12/2011 from M/S. S. H. Mumtazuddin & Co., Kolkata, but I highly regret to state that since the date of purchase I have been facing several problems with this handset.

The defects are as under:

Low Battery Backup
Hanging Problem
Randomly Switch OFF within 5-10 minutes while calling or answering a call.

So if you want to format the computer yourself you will not be able. The sales people are poorly trained and are just interested in closing the deal. I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R (Service tag: 4D6M5BS) one year back and its warranty period expired on[protected].During warranty period ,two times there was Hard disk issue .Both times Service centre has replaced the hard disk.
But now just after the end of warranty period, again the same problem came. When I approached Service centre (Chennai) they are asking 14000Rs for repairing the laptop. They are adamant...

When I checked the order status of the laptops 3 days later (30th June 2011) I noticed one had been cancelled. I emailed Dell and received a reply saying it was an error. Sales person listed Blu-Ray fun bundle in my quote and once I placed my orde he removed that Item from the list. I raised complaint through email immidiately after placing order. He replied through email that I will receive fun bundle with order for sure.

I purchased dell laptop in april 2011, since then im facing freezing problems in the laptop till now. Right now its june 2011. I showed my laptop to dell service centre, their technical support team.
