MANUFACTURING DEFECT

MOBILE XCD35 HANDSET BATTERY PACK BACK COVER IS NOT GETTING PROPERLY PACKED LOOSED INTACT. AND ALSO GRAPHIC BACK COVER POOR QUALITY BY HAND TOUCH GETTING REMOVE. I HAVE TRIED TO GET HELP FROM DELL LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE AS THIS MANUFECTURING FAULTY REPALCE BACK COVER BUT THEY ARE SAYING KEEP HANDSET FOR 30DAYS WHICH NOT POSSIBLEFOR ME.

KINDLY HELP ME SHORT OUT THIS ISSUE.

Manufacturer failure in DELL XCD28

I had purchased a mobile DELL XCD28 on 16/12/2011 from M/S. S. H. Mumtazuddin & Co., Kolkata, but I highly regret to state that since the date of purchase I have been facing several problems with this handset.

The defects are as under:

Low Battery Backup
Hanging Problem
Randomly Switch OFF within 5-10 minutes while calling or answering a call.

Even if you buy an official version of the Windows OS & MS Office from Dell they will not send you the CD's; you will not be informed about this. So if you want to format the computer yourself you will not be able. The sales people are poorly trained and are just interested in closing the deal. Hard disk issue - 3 times

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R (Service tag: 4D6M5BS) one year back and its warranty period expired on[protected].During warranty period ,two times there was Hard disk issue .Both times Service centre has replaced the hard disk.

This is the height of insensitivity...

Peoples money has to be refunded , not be kept...

I wish I had read your advice sooner. I too have bought 2 laptops online on the 26th June 2011.. Alienware and Inspiron. When I checked the order status of the laptops 3 days later (30th June 2011) I noticed one had been cancelled. I emailed Dell and received a reply saying it was an error. I was then called by the finance department rep who said they couldn't verify who I was. He said no one answered my home phone and he had trouble...

Fraud - Not received item listed in my Quote

Faulty laptop & Bad after sales service

I purchased dell laptop in april 2011, since then im facing freezing problems in the laptop till now. Right now its june 2011. I showed my laptop to dell service centre, their technical support team. All the time, they ask for formatting the windows and i have done that twice. But, still there is no problem. They are not able to diagnose what is the fault. Each time, calling them and visiting their service center is irritating....

Laptop not working

I am Nikita. I am really disappointed with Dell Laptop. First it crashed. The Service centre replaced the hard-disk. That turned out to be faulty as I got blue screen error and my computer was unexpectedly shutting down. RAM and hard-disk was replaced again. I want my laptop to be replaced. I have had enough with Dell for last 3 weeks....

Faulty Hardware and Ignoring Problem of customer
