Hi I purchased a computer and they promised me goodies worth some money.
They send the following mails which are below and I never received the products.They are luring the customers without delivering the goodies.I registered on August 17 2011 and its more than a month.

customer — Undelivered purchased

I ordered for 2 Nokia batteries (BP-4L) since 14th May 2010. Order Number was 630725 paid for (£19.00 plus £3.99 for delivery).
I never received the batteries and and cannot manage to get arefund from Nokia. I have made several aclls to the Customer service[protected] to no avail. They will put me on hold each time I call for several minutes and at the end just end the call without telling anything about what they would do or when they are going to refund my money.
My complaint is that I am seeking for a refund of my money from Nokia Company. I never thought Nokia would treat a customer this way for such a minor amount of money (£41.99).
I will continue to search for an answer to my complaint. Why is Nokia not prepared to refund my money for a purchased that was never delivered. The delivery agent (Ups) made three attempts without meeting, each visit he dropped a note for me (I all 3 notes as evidence) but I still cannot get a refund.

    I had registered a complaint about a dell monitor after holding my call for about an Hour and multiple transfer. I had to call them for more than one week continuously to reach the right person. unfortunately no one has come to service for the registered complaint. I was given reference number by which i could do nothing but wasted my time again calliing them everyday. Can anyone help me to resolve this issue?

        i had purchased dell streak 3 months ago , and i an have faced many times a same issue regarding the touch , the phone gets strucked while touching it does not responses the touch doesn't works this problem regarding was faced by me 4 times in this 3 months face and i have passed it on to dell service station an they had assured me of phone replacement but they had assured me they will take 10 working days for its replacement but now 20 days been passed but i have not got satisfied and when i had called them the gaved ,me answer that the company have not passed it on to them the phone will be there in next week and they have answered me this 3 times in this 20 days so i m facing the serious issue and i want it solved in this week

          I bought Dell Laptop few months ago, I had a problem with 1 of the USB portal, its not reading when I try with my pen drive, I went to authorised Dell laptop service center, they have formatted my laptop without notice, now I lost free trial usage of McAfee anti virus valild for 1 year, now I am pushed to buy a new anti virus software which cost about Rs 2,500, not only that many software are an all lost....!!!!

          The worst service I have faced with DELL...........!!!!!!!!!!!!

          I request you all beware on the DELL laptop service center's

          DELL — No buses

          Dear Sir,

          Kindly take up this with high priority, their no buses by the 8:30AM to 9:00AM.at Muneshwaranagar, T.C.Palya Main Road, Ramurtynagar, Bangalore
          we get the buses very late/we need to wait till 9:00AM/we need to walk till rammurtynagar Ring road.

          When you sign the form, its mentioned in that, they can format the Hard drive. Whats the issue? Have you ever gone to service station first time?

          Also ample of Free and good antivirus are available? If you have no idea about things going on, why write a complaint?

            Hi all,

            I want to raise a complaint against dell authorized dealer Mr. Alum Khan ,TouchStone Technologies Marathalli Bangalore (Confirmed from dell help line no [protected]).

            I have paid the money 24500 INR (24000 k for laptop,500 for courier at my Gurgaon Haryana address-See the attached Bill) for the laptop Dell vastro 1014 (details in bill)).

            I paid from my hdfc credit card(HDFC CREDIT CARD STATEMENT for verification),

            Now from one month he did not send the laptop via courier (The time I Paid I was in Bangalore working there , got transferred from Bangalore to Gurgaon Haryana So he had to Courier it to address given in bill).

            But He is not picking the call or replying to SMS.

            He wants to take all the money without giving the laptop.

            Please help me getting back my laptop or Money(if laptop is not exactly the same configuration he gave in the bill)

              We purchased a Dell inspiron all-in-one desktop in July,2011. A week after it was purchased the desktop gets crashed. after 2-3 times calling the tech support, an executive comes & changes the MBD & HDD, but OS disk is missing. We are advised to purchase it from Dell. We buy it, and get it couriered. The tech support executive over the phone gets the operating system installed on the system, but since then there's no sound in the system and there's no TV card. We are tired of calling up Tech Support guys and lodging complaints, but its for no avail. Basicaly, the desktop is in no working condition since the day it has been purchased. We just tired and are wondering why the hel we invested 50K rupees and bought this junk.

                Hi,
                This is regarding the service rendered by one of the service center at Kolkata. Our laptop is in warranty phase. We deposited our laptop to get repaired the motherboard. Same part has been replaced by the service center. However immediately it stopped recognizing the battery. There was absolutely no problem with the battery. It was working fine before we handed it over to the service center. I’m sure the problem started only after replacing the motherboard and I feel it is a compatibility issue between new motherboard and battery. I’ve approached and discussed with the support center several times. But I did not get any resolution. They have said they don’t have any similar laptop to test the battery. Hence I w'd suggest DELL to take necessary action and rectify my issue immediately.
                I would also highlight that service center manager and engineer behaved VERY RUDELY. I have been shocked to see a representative from such a reputed organization is handling a customer so badly. I’ve been using many Dell laptops and always been satisfied with the service I’ve received all over the world. But this time it has been a pathetic experience. I hope DELL's higher management will take necessary action to improve the behavior of customer facing units

                      This is to inform you that I still do not have any corrected version of the invoice. DELL ORDER NO:[protected]

                      The explanation of the following mistake in your invoice copy has been given to Ms Gayatryi then to Ms Anooja at large and there has been absolutely no revert.

                      The End date reads as:[protected] and the start date:[protected]

                      However as accepted by your good offices the correct version should be
                      END DATE:[protected] and the START DATE:[protected].

                      This shows the kind of harresment the Dell as a company can give to his customer. I have made enough efforts and I dont think that your good offices or system or people are ready to move and solve the issue on a faster pace.

                      Now it seems that there is no other alternative rather than informing your international offices and even filing a consumer case for compensation against mental and emotional harresment. Please note the i will advice my bank to stop all your future installments till you resolve this issue now.

                        I am a customer of Dell laptop, model no Insp5110. I bought a Dell laptop, and it is on 25th of this month I opened the carton box and used it for the first time. I am from India, kerala, ernakulam , cohin for those who want to trace out my location. I bought the computer from abroad which was before 2 months. As I mentioned I used the laptop this 25th only. However at first everything was running smooth and safe. I used it for the first time and was satisfied. I kept it for charging and had a good night sleep. The next day as every1 i was excited to use the laptop and try to On it. But no matter what I did the laptop was not turning On. When I tried to charge the battery again the battery charging indicator LED was On for sometime and was off after a bit. I tried unplugging and pluging the adapter and change the battery and tried to switch on... But nothing worked for me.

                        The next thing I did was to take it to the nearby Dell service Centre, and here is the result :

                        Voltage Fluctuation.. I have to provide Dell a sum of another 1364 rs as their Service charge becoz the Laptop is from abroad. I am Irritated nw. I tried to Contact Dell via chat and e-mail and surprised to know that "DELL IS ONLY INTRESTED TO SELL THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY CARE LESS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS".

                        This can be considered as a questionaire too. That I have some questions to Ask

                        1. What is the function of so called 'Adapter' provided along with the Laptop??
                        I have no Voltage Fluctuation issues at my home, and no products are affected before. If I had any Voltage issues, the Adapter would have maitained it. If the voltage fluctuation is that bad, the first thing to get damaged was the adapter itsely.. But it is working fine. That's my point no 1.

                        2. If Dell is saying that voltage fluctuations could easily damage their products, why won't they tell the customer's while selling the product, to Use a UPS or Invertor and take those with them everywhere they go??????

                        3. My Dell's product is nw in due to change it's motherboard as a Dell service centre executive's instruction and what the Hell... A motherboard for a Single use???? I don't know.

                        4. I would have felt better if atleast i could have a word with the Dell associate, Bt Service is somewhat The TERRIBLEST of 'em all.

                        Nw, I can use my Laptop as a Demo unless I spend 1400 Rs and change the motherboard and then use it as a 2nd Hand Laptop.

                        DELL — Poor quality products

                        Hi,
                        I've purchased a Dell laptop(inspiron model) and i feel that these are very very poor in quality and does not give much satisfaction, I have a problem in my laptop from the day one and cusotomer care is least bothered to resolve the issue. they only assist us over phone in case of OS re instatllation. they send a engineer in case of part replacements, and i find they are not much skilled to do. Laptop is a sensitive item and it requires lot of care while handling which does not see in their engineers. I suggest every one not to buy " Dell Laptops ".

                        DELL — LOW BATTERY,TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

                        Subject : Request for replacing of dell inspiron which was purchased on 26 – 06- 2010


                        On the 26th of June 2010 , I had purchased Dell Inspion from a Computer warehouse MG road , Banglore. The level of battery is very poor, when we approched the dell Company in Domloor they changed the battery and handovered the laptop saying it is fixed. I regret to inform you that after changing the battery & after 12 hours of continous charging like mentioned in the manual its battery condition is very poor , as it only gives me an hour even after hours of charging . I request you to replace the laptop given to me at the earliest.
                        I belived that your company provides quality service to the customersC and gives each customer its care and attention. I request you to take an immidiate action.
                        I have attached the bill that was provided to me after the purchase of Dell Inspiron from the respective dealer mentioned above.
                        Looking forward for a favourbale response.

                        My cousin bought a Dell Notebook from Singapore in 2008 and presented it to me. Within 6 months, the network card burnt out . I made a complaint to customer care and they just asked me the tag number. There was no fuss just because it was bought in Singapore. They said they are sending a service engineer with the spare part within 2 days. Mind you, I was about 50 Kms away from Chenglepat, away from civilization, in a garments factory . But the service engineer came searching for me and immediately repaired the notebook free of cost. Within the next month, due to some reason, the hard drive crashed. I contacted customer care again. within 2 days, I got a brand new hard drive installed - again free of cost. Just before my warranty period expired, the keyboard malfunctioned - and they replaced it with a new keyboard. After this, my Dell has been operating flawlessly for the last 3 years. I am very happy with Dell Customer Care, and I am surprised with your experience !

                        Dell Laptop — POOR PRODUCT

                        I had purchased a Dell Inspiron 15r Laptop in August 2010. The laptop is an additional set purchased solely for home use. I basically use office laptop [old HCL model]. While the office laptop is utilized for very long hours and is carried to and fro from residence TO office, the Dell laptop is sparingly used. However to my utter disbelief the Dell Inspiron developed trouble in the 14th month and when taken to the DELL service centre at Kolkata, it was found that the hard disc had crashed!! And since the expiry date had expired, which went unnoticed, I had to shell our Rs.16,000/-, for replacement and one year’s warranty. A hefty amount by any standard, which translates to around 40% of the initial price!!! On top of that, now the laptop has slowed down considerably. Incidentally the office laptop is 6 years old and not even for a single day any mechanic has touched the set.
                        Upon enquiry I have learnt that there are indeed large numbers of complaints against this set and there are several instances of hard disc getting crashed. Is this the reasons for the Company’s frequent advertisements of this model/series, which I can only assume that the Co want to push up the sales before the public at large get to know the truth. I must say that I am greatly dissatisfied with the product and feel cheated by DELL.

                        It is a matter of great concern that on dated 03.01.2012, I have purchased your Laptop ( Tag No. BGC1BR1) vide Invoice No. : 3823 dated 03.01.2012 from M/S Achates System ,Bishan Saroop Colony ,Panipat , Haryana ,India.

                        Sorry to mention that within a period of one month, it has failed to give satisfactory service. Whenever, any key of the “Key board” is pressed, it makes a noise ( From speaker side) hence difficulty to use.

                        Under the above circumstances, I would prefer to get its replacement with a new Laptop instead of repairing it to avoid any problem in future. This kind of service will maintain the creditability of your concern for which is known in the market.

                        I hope you will take an early action in the matter so that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.

                        DELL — Poor Quality products and Customer care Service

                        I had purchased Dell XCD35 in July 2011. Only in ten months it has stopped functioning. It got hanged and is not even starting.

                        On contacting Customer Care number, (which I found busy for 7 hours since morning), they keep on transferring the call to another person, which is really annoying. On contacting the dealer (Kalptaru Mobile Store, Surat) he asked me to contact the Dell Service Center. On contacting the service center, they said they have no idea about what to do with it and will have to send the handset to the company and I have to wait for a month to get the handset back. The company does not have the provision of giving an alternate handset to its customers, not even when their own company's handset doesn't work properly.
                        You can't expect all people to carry or buy more than one mobile.

                        Both the dealer and the Service Center did not even care to give a proper response or solution for the problem. Dell, being a reputed company, is not expected to employ such persons who can not even tell what the problem is, and don't even know how to talk to the customer.

                        I recommend that never go for Dell products as they do not care to provide a proper customer care service or an after sales service, once they have pocketed our money.

                          I purchased a Dell Inspiron 2310 All-In-One Desktop costing Rs. 47000/- from Care India Pvt. Ltd. which deals for Dell products on 28/04/2011 with the invoice number 000919 ZRI. Hardly a month had passed and my computer started crashing frequently and showing hard disk error. I complained about this issue on their toll free number[protected]. After lot of arguments and following up, my hard disk got replaced on 22/06/2011. After this was replaced, hardly two weeks had passed, I started getting the same problem and since then I have kept complaining about this and have requested to replace my computer and give me a working piece. I have called them several times and all they do is ask for my details everytime and give me a new complaint number. The complaint numbers are 6841396,[protected] and[protected]. They even hesitate to forward my calls to the department which is responsible for replacing faulty computers by stating that they do not have any direct contact with that department which is really hard to believe. They also say that the department will call me and replace my computer. But that hasn't happened so far. I am really frustrated by their service and am not able to work on my desktop since two months. I hope I will get something positive from you.

                            Dear Sir,

                            As per my last discussion regarding problem in Laptop (10/08/11),customer care executive suggested me to go service centre in pune for further assistance.I went their and kept laptop one week over there when i came back to home and worked on laptop upto 2hrs again the problem was started and right now i am facing this problem very critically.

                            As service eng.told me that we have changed your hard disc and DVD writer.Can you tell me how can i know if they have change on not?

                            I am facing this problem again and again now what should i do?

                            As per your warranty policy (my laptop is in warranty) if any problem in parts then you people will send eng,to home for solving that one.As we know that i am facing this problem due to badly functioning of my parts.So i am liable for on-site warranty.

                            Dell people not responding my question any how.I have written numers of mails and call to customer but still they people not answering me..

                                I had ordered a laptop from Dell India Pvt Ltd for my brother Omkar on 11th August 2011.

                                The estimated delivery date given by you was 19th August 2011.

                                So far I haven't received the laptop, On 22nd Aug 2011 I had called the Dell customer care executive(Name: Azba) about the delay and she told me that there was some technical glitch in the laptop and had to be taken back and fix and then send it to me.

                                I got an assurance from her that she will update me on it by 23rd Aug 2011 end of the day.

                                on 23rd I did not receive any call from from Dell.

                                Then I again called Dell Customer care about my order delay, the customer care executive (Name: Aruna) told me that she will see that it will be resolved ASAP and also Azba will get in touch with me by 24th.

                                On 26th Aug I again called the customer care as I didn't get any update from you again, Also this time I was given the same assurance that I will be updated on it soon.

                                So far I haven't heard from Dell about my order.

                                So each time I am calling up Dell and asking for the updates rather than Dell updating me.

                                I don't know how further I need to follow up this issue in what manner?

                                And how Dell is going to compensate for the time delay of more than a week?

                                I have lost trust in you and I very much doubt that the laptop will be delivered anytime soon.

                                I am totally frustrated,irritated and dissatisfied by the response given by DELL.

                                  We had purchased a Dell Inspiron One 2310 Desktop ( tag no. J36B3P1, Invoice no. DS / 0393 / 11-12, supplier reference 0393) on 16th May 2011 from ISERVE SOLUTIONS and SERVICES PVT LTD, P- 47 C.I.T. Road, Kolkata - 700054. Just a fortnight after the purchase, there started a problem during start up. it was intermittant in nature. We contacted customer care, they sent a OS DVD, and asked us for reinstallation. nothing rectified. on first week of august they send one service engineer, who changed the hard disk. nothing encouraging....
                                  on 19th august we take our machine to kolkata service centre of dell, in 71, park street. they kept the machine for 3 days. But same problem recurs again. on 27th august thay again sent a service engineer, who changed the RAM but problems persisted. He said that problem is in the slot. we are still waiting for the problem to be solved and we think thatchange the total system can do that.

                                    I had bought myself a Dell studio laptop from a shop called Horizon in Nagpur about 11 months ago. The laptop gets a blue screen whenever I use an eStick like reliance netconnect,etc. I tried 2-3 of them to check whether it was problem with the netconnect but the laptop always stopped responding. The service person at Horizon is always fooling my dad that he had contacted dell and fitted a new motherboard and same things but when I checked myself he did nothing like this.The people at Horizon keep my laptop for months and then say that it was some kind of virus which did the problem and then return the laptop to us. When we check the laptop ourself we see that the problem still exists. I think today is the 10th time I'am doing this.

                                    I am a "Dell A840 Vostro" user and I am facing a technical problem with it. Whenever I use my laptop for 2-3 hours continuously, It automatically shuts down and after that this problem occurs after every 10-15 minutes. Regarding this I called to the customer service center of Dell to fix the problem then they asked me to update the BIOS but the problem was still persisting. I called them again and ask them to send their engineer at my home and it is the service that I can avail till the warranty period but they refused to send their engineer at my home and asked me to go to a Dell service center. But I don't have time to go to the Dell service Center. It is their duty to send the engineer to my home and this service is including in their after sales service. Please take some action against this so that the customers don't have to face any problem.

                                      Dear All,
                                      I had placed an order for a Dell Inspiron 14 R on 15th August,2011 from their Shipra Suncity Dell Exclusive Store. Since I stay in Ghaziabad, I was told that due to certain taxation reasons they will not be able to deliver the laptop in U.P. and therefore offered that they will give their address( Delhi) for delivery and I can collect the laptop from them. I agreed to on their proposal, as I was unaware of what was in store for me. I paid the entire amount with my credit card on the same day.
                                      I had informed them well in advance that I would require the laptop before September 1, 2011, since I would be out of country from September 2, 2011 and there would be no one to take the delivery. The salesman there told me that it will take maximum 15 days for the delivery to happen and I'll definitely get the laptop before September 1, 2011. After placing the order I had only recieved an acknowledgement from Dell with an internet reference number(IN[protected]. I kept waiting till August 22, 2011 for any response from them, and finally I called up their customer care and was shocked at their response. My call was recklessly transferred from one workstation to another and finally it landed at Mr.Srinivasalu A. After I explained him the entire situation, he told me that my order no. has been generated on 21/08/2011, since they recieved the payment on that day. It is hard for me to believe that it took good 6 days for a payment to get credited to their account as I am an ex bank employee and know the procedures in and out. Even a Forex transaction doesn't take this long. He also told me that the order has gone in production and it will take 3 business days for the production to get complete. After that it will be shipped to me. I had requested him to get the process expedited as I needed the laptop urgently. He confirmed that he'll write a mail to the production team to get the order expedited. I had also demamded a mail from him confirming that he had made the request to the concerned team.He promised that after putting the request he will mail me the details. I never recieved any response from him.
                                      On 25/08/2011, I called up their customer care again and after the same juggling my call was transferred to Mr.Srinivasalu A. I reminded him about his commitment and he blankly denied that he made any such commitment. I asked for a supervisor and after arguing for over 10 minutes I was transferred to Ms. Anooja Dhawan. I demand for an order cancellation and refund. She said that she'll get the same expedited, which I believe is their favourite excuse. She said that if I'll give her a day's time she'll get back to me with the exact date as to when I can get the laptop.
                                      On 26th again I called up and spoke to her. She is still wasting my time. For cancellation they say that it will take around 15 days for the refund to take place, however, they are still requesting me to wait till 29/09/2011 when the laptop will be transferred to the carriers. Then only she'll be in a position to give me an exact date.
                                      I have made several complaints regarding this on their website but I have not recieved any response from the company.
                                      At the moment, I am forced to believe that Dell is probably the worst company I have ever come across in my life.
                                      I have been in the service industry for several years now, but have never seen such irresposible behaviour.
                                      The customer is left with no options than going ahead and making such complaints on forums like this. In my entire career I have never come across such a "pathetic"company.
                                      Hope this effort is of some help for me.

                                      DELL INDIA — Delay in delivery

                                      I have ordered two dell laptops on 3rd of april. Dell promises to delever each order in 12 working days but now they are saying to delever one laptop (order no. 0563415 ) on or before 23rd april and the second one (order no.0563658 ) on or before 3rd may. I am disappointed with their services as I needed my laptops very urgently as they are must for my business but now I have to wait for full one month for the laptop.

                                        My name is Deepa. I have purchased a Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop. It is still under warranty and laptop is giving number of issues. I have to call dell support or submit the laptop almost every week for repair. Last time I have submitted the laptop for web cam issue & they returned it back. But still the webcam issue still persist. At the same time motherboard was replaced and just not more than 2 days the display drivers started giving issues, now they say that motherboard needs to be replaced again.

                                        I asked for laptop replacement as its still under warranty, but dell support is directly denying that it cannot be replaced.

                                        I just want the laptop to be fixed and given back to me without any issues in it henceforth. No matter if you want to replace the motherboard or replace the entire hardware in it.

                                        I need the email email address for the zonal head and national head customer service to escalate this.
                                        Laptop may be giving problem to u but as such service should not be issue with Dell. as far as my own exp. 3 tyms i logged call to dell customer care and every time they deputed their technician at my place and they have replaced display card, hard disk and motherboard resp.. i am quite happy with the support
