    Myself Naveen Kumar from Karol Bagh, New Delhi. I’ve got in trouble with the product of Dell company which is Dell Mobile XCD-28. the actual problem is after purchasing, i.e, many problems like software not respond, restart automatically, so many times it displays insert sim card and sim card registration fail .this happens so many times in a day because of this I lose my plenty of business calls.i could not understand why does this happen again and again.

    I have been to dell service centre noida so many times and every time they had given me refurbished handset. This happens 4 times. Every time t I have used refurbished handset but all those handset has the same problem and not work properly.what should I do. I have to visit dell service centre so many times, called customer care centre and Mr. Mohan #[protected] and Mr. Senthil #[protected].

      DELL XPS M1530 — useless service and company

      I purchased XPS 1530 in U.S with a 9 cell battery and ever since i have had it its been given me problems and my warranty is still Valid... it over heats, the mother board has been replaced the wifi has been replaced also the mouse pad.. the battery only charges to 45 percent and then stops, there is no solution for this apparently.
      I have spent a lot of time over the phone, talked to several managers, on site and finally personally going to the service center in hyderabad begumpet area where the service is horrible... Dell does not respect or have any customer satisfaction
      there is always incomplete work... i will never recommend Dell to any one

        i bought the dell xps-L501x on 2 jan 2011 online directly from
        dell.since the day i got the it i facing many problems with the
        product.
        1.On the very first day of my order delivery i.e. on 14 jan 2011 i
        found out that there is a red spot on my laptop lcd screen,for that my
        lcd screen was replaced.
        2.after some days o[censored]se my USB port stopped functioning,for that
        mother board was replaced.
        3.since the problem was not fixed,again the daughter board was replaced.
        4.now i found out that my laptop does not have physical wi-fi adapter.
        as well it has some internal problems(like operating system crashes often).

        the system given to me is overall very defective and thus causing problem every time.this time when i contacted dell,executive asked me to open the system again to fix the problem.opening up the system again and again caused me a lot of trouble as well as ample wastage of time and as a computer science student my time and data is very much precious to me.for every time contacting dell is also a very long time consuming process.


        within one year three times my laptop parts have been replaced and even now there is no assurance that after expiration of warranty my system will work properly.already my system has been opened thrice by dell team for replacing different parts and i do not want to open it again.due to this my laptop has became very fragile,hardware parts got loose and lifetime of my system is very much degraded.

        i am very much disappointed of dell computers services and now do not want to continue with dell anymore.i want refund of my money or replacement of the whole system as soon as possible.

        kindly register this case in consumer forum.i will be very grateful.

            hi... my name is tenzing and i am staying in Darjeeling. A week before, i ordered a new dell Inspiron 15 R laptop switchable having the configurations said below :-

            intel core i 5-480 processor
            Genuine windows [protected]@ Home Basic
            4 GB ddr3, 500 GB HDD, 1 GB ATI mobility(graphics)
            15.6" screen wide and 1 year home in service
            complete cover including bag, adaptor.

            But 2 days before when it was time for me to go to that shop retailer in Darjeeling here, he showed me the laptop having these configurations:-
            everything is same but windows are pirated and no switchable lid is there with the product.
            At that time, i was with my friend at their shop and i refused to buy his product because i was not getting what i ordered. but along with the cheat about the wrong product, they also forced me to go to my home with their 2 men and took the huge amount of Rs 44,400/- for which i can't resist their man power. my parents were not here in my home as they went to Gujarat for sweater business.

            Overall, I was greatly cheated and forced to pay the amount.

And on 10th October 2011 the touchpad and keypad is not working. I have invested my hard earned money into it. I want a replacement towards it.                 The mobile device has two major faults :
                Screen got Cracks : without any physical assault this mobile device developed multiple cracks on the screen. Almost every user got such complaint and on

                visiting Dell Service Center( Galleria Market, Gurgaon) , I was very confidently told by executive that device screen broke because of misuse or dropped.

                On checking their complaint register it came to my notice every visitor with a Dell streak got the same common complaint and the service center got the

                same REPLY for all.
                Faulty Hardware/Software : Very unstable hardware, mobile phone restarts while a call is going on. I do face problem while answering Incoming calls, the

                screen doesn't get UNLOCKED after multiple attempts. On receiving any call device freezes for 5-8 seconds.

                DELL didn't resolve any of my problem, which I was promised while purchasing. Am still living with this faulty DELL STREAK 5.
                It has been a lot of frustration being an Owner of such expensive( Rs 25000/-) and faulty mobile device.
                Looking for a genuine solution.

                  After receipt of your mail I tried several time to get in touch over phone wit Mr. Rajesh at [protected] but he didn't receive the call simultaneously I sent message also but no result has come up. Lastly day before yesterday( 17.10.2011) one Mr.Debabrata Bhaduri Called and told to collect the phone latest by 18.10.2011 accordingly I went to your service centre at 71, Park Street at 14:16 hrs after taking half day leave I had to wait there till 16:19 hrs. and thereafter the said Debabrata came and told that you have to pay by draft Rs.4050.00 I requested to him to take thru. Credit Card but he was not agreed. In this regard I want to ask you

                  1. FOR WHAT REASON I HAD TO WAIT THERE FOR TWO HOURS ?
                  2. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE THE AMOUNT THRU. CREDIT CARD THEN WHY YOU DID NOT INTIMATE EARLIER EITHER OVER PHONE OR THRU. MAIL..HE TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE PAY BY DEMAND DRAFT -WHO WILL PAY THE DRAFT CHARGE ?
                  3. DO YOU THINK THAT WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER WORK. UNNECESSARILY WE CAN WAIT FOR INDEFINITE TIME IN WORKING HOURS.
                  4. WITHIN WARRANTY YOU HAVE COMPELLED TO PAY YOU Rs.4050.00 THOUGH THE FAULT (MANUFACTURING DEFECT ) WAS AT YOUR END.

                    Sir, I Satish Chandra Jha have purchased a Dell Laptop Tag No(CZXT7N1) & Ser No [protected] from LAPTOP ZONE 104-105, Bajaj House, Nehru Place, New Delhi -110019. Retail Invoice No 1065 dated 27 Mar 2011. At present the Key Board of Laptop is not working proper. Hence, I approch with customer care, but customer care of dell has said that the laptop is not an India region. So they cannot help me. For this problem what is appropriate step.

                      hi,
                      I had handed my Dell XCD28 phone to Dell Service Centre, Andheri W Branch, Mumbai on 27th August,2011 due to touch screen issue which was not working properly.

                      I had told to wait for 15-20 days for replacement but i have not recd the phone till date i.e.more than one month. When i visited personally aftr 20 days to receive my phone the service centre executive first told me that one shipment had come but all the pieces were faulty so they had to return the shipment. 2nd time he told that I have not recd the consignment yet, aftr 5-6 days.
                      And now yesterday when i called to confirm that my phone has come or not, as he promised to give me on Fri 7th oct, he confirmed that please come and collect the phone,so today when I went to collect my phone he said that still no shipment has come.He told that he has not recd the shipment from Banglore Head Office itself.

                      So I am not understanding the reason why there is so much delay in replacing the phone.I think they are just giving me fake reasons.

                      I am facing a real difficulty to remove time from my work and visit the Service Centre again & again.Also its a waste of time & money spent on travelling.

                      So I need you to take the Prompt Action & also I want One month Extended warranty as my one month warranty has been wasted just like that.

                      Awaiting for your immediate response & Strict action.

                      dell xcd28 cell phone is submitted in service centre before a month. they have assured of giving it within a month. but still they haven't given it.

                        dell /laptop — ms word is not working

                        I bought a dell Inspiron laptop worth 42000.from ozone kottayam in jauary 25 2011 .but the ms word of the laptop was not functioning accuratily. but the ozone kottayam ridiculed me. they are not cosidering my complaint.

                          I have placed an order on 25th August 2010 for a Inspiron 15R (N5010) Direct Base Laptop with Targus Top Load Bag. I did receive the Laptop but did not receive the Laptop bag. for which I have paid Rs. 800/- in advance. On inquiry, the sales department ( Mrs Sona Sundaram ) said that they have forgot to deliver the Laptop Bag. After waiting for 1 month I have demanded refund of Rs. 800/- which I have paid for Laptop Bag. Mrs. Sona Sundaram since then continued giving me false promises that she will issue the cheque of Rs. 800/- in favor of JAYESH SHARMA at the earliest. 13 months has been passed by. I have neither received the Laptop Bag nor refund of Rs. 800/-.
                          Currently this is the case with the Sales and After sales service Team of Dell Laptop Co.
                          Its because of sales team member like - Sona Sundaram, the Company's name is getting into the bad books for just Rs. 800/-
                          I am sure that she had taken an undue advantage of this dealing and has made some Personal Profit by taking Rs. 800/- out of my payment.
                          Rs. 800/- per order, you all can imagine what amount she will be taking at home apart from her monthly fix salary....

                            I had brought dell mobile XCD-28 on June 2011 , there was touch screen & speaker problem so I given it to dell service center in andheri on 14/09/2011 , they told me that they will replace my mobile in 7 days but its already more than a 25 Days when I call them they tell me "abhi app ka phone nahi aya ,Stock Me Nahi He"

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have purchased 5010 Inspiron laptop from Telecom Enterprises Faizabad, Utaar Pradesh.,INDIA on 12.01.2011. The product given to me is bad and not working. Since, its mother board has been replaced by your service engineer soon (dated-09/1/2011)& again engineer came on dated-09/07/2011 after purchase, now again the system is out of order and nothing then i submited laptop on dell service center lucknow .My laptop's not working properly, I m always facing Slow processi problem.
                              I am continue co-odinate with dell customercare.
                              My request is to say that the system that has been given to me is defective, at least to the standards of DELL or may be the quality of DELL has gone down or may be the system given to me from the supplier has not been manufactured by DELL. I am totally unsatisfied by the product. I am not able to use the system and recovery of my essential data stored in the system is also under question.
                              I expect from you to kindly take back your system or else take appropriate action against the supplier. Anticipating prompt and positive action at your end.

                                DELL Laptops — charger failed

                                we, around 25 ppl got dell inspiron 1545 last year from devraj computers....... most of our chargers failed working... n v hav some other serious issues. the panel is not strong...

                                  We purchased Dell Mobile XCD35 from Aircel shop at Gaurav Towers in Jaipur on 17th Aug 2011 @ 10900rs.
                                  Actually we visited there to buy Blackberry or Nokia mobile, but your sales man conveniences us so nicely to buy Dell. We did so.
                                  After 3-4 days phone started giving trouble. Its sound was not proper. we visited to shop to inform the same, but he said it is OK. after some time it gone worsen. on 5th Sept 11 we visited again to the shop for the complaint. Then sales man informed us that its speaker has trouble & need to send this to dell service station & he assured us to give the same us back in 2 days. after regular chasing up we got our mobile back after around 15 days & it was not new, it has allot of scratches on screen & on side metal strip. we refused to take the same. then they requested us to visit Dell Service center. we visited the same & meet with Mr. Rahul. He shows us the 3-4 pcs but all has scratches on screen. we refused to take it. we have such a bad experience with the dell phone & you people are cheating with us, we requested many times to refund our money, but you people has made all the rule which benefit only the company not the customer. we wasted around 45 days & still we are bare hands, we lost our money & we lost our phone.

                                  Now we want a quick response from you to solve the problem because it is a high time now. you people are just giving us troubles & playing with emotions of customers.
                                  Either you give us the New Brand sealed packed phone or refund our money back as your representative at store & service center are not trustworthy.
                                  Our first preference is to get our money back.

                                    I (Jitendra Singh) purchased a Dell notebook on 24th aug’11. And its got damege with in a month.
                                    I have raised a complaint and received a call from chennai (Mr. Bharath Naga) He told me that this is your fault. According to him a person purchased the famous brand asset and broken it manualy.

                                    I have spent 19k hardearned money and complany is deniying to replace my unit.As per the Dell this is physically damage and they can’t replace it.

                                      I booked an order with Dell India on 8th August and I could get the delviery after repeated follow ups by first week of September. After opening I could see they have delivered 2 wrong products. since then I hace been following up with them and nobody is responding!!!

                                      my experience with Dell India is pathetic.. Can somebody help me.

                                      no one helped me . I literally felt sorry for my mistake for buying

                                      Only mistake I did was I got Dell notepad from a dealer .
                                      i never received any Motherboard CD's or operating System CD to work with it or any assistance from Dell Helpdesk when I dialed[protected] .
                                      My window is not genuine, that is the message it occurred while I used to scan from Microsoft Essential Antivirus frequently .
                                      Dell supporters could have given me a little bit of support but they bluntly told me, they cannot help, now I have to buy the original window, which will cost me a lot as I had purchased N Series Model .
                                      Authorized Centre was in the Position to help me, they had everything which would have bought a smile on my face, but they refused me bluntly that they are not supposed to deal with N series purchased Customers .
                                      Please tell me is it the customer Services ?
                                      I came long the way to the service Centre, that is what you get “TEARS “
                                      as i have N series dell model, i was not even aware that if i have that model, and Dell treats N- Series model customer that way .
                                      I was literally crying with the Paethic service from dell on the road when I came out from the service center on[protected] in Lajpat Nagar -2 .
                                      I work with HCL tech. but i purchased dell mini 1018 because i felt dell service is much better, more reliable.
                                      now i am planning to have better model.
                                      Do you really think i will really buy dell with such horrible services .
                                      It breaks my heart to tell all this .
                                      Please look into the matter and provide help if any .

                                        I purchase a Dell XCD28 Android cell phone 6 months back with one year replacement warranty, when i started using this phone it gets auto-restarted while am on call & call gets disconnected. i thought this is the problem with only my handset but when i went to Dell service centre there were 5 to 6 customers at that time with the same issue with the same handset.

                                        My handset was replaced with another repaired handset (although company claims phone will be replaced with a new/fresh handset before purchasing), when i received replacement it has the same problem with an additional one which is charging problem, it was not getting charged.

                                        Again i submitted the handset at service centre for replacement & its almost 15 days now i am waiting for a replacement but they are telling me it will take more & more time. i am fed-up calling them again & again & their excuses.

                                        When i asked service centre guys what is the problem with this handset they said its an internal hardware issue & most of the XCD28 phones have this issue & company has stopped its production now.

                                        I want to know in a democratic country like India who gave the right to the company to cheat/dupe people using their brand name & introducing faulty product in the market. If there is an issue with a product why don't company recall all the defected pieces and replace them with some other model which does not have problem or refund the money when company has stopped the production for the same product & can't replace the phone with a new one.

                                        Isn't there anyone who can take action against this company & set an example for the future so that any company will not dupe the customers & common people.
