Sir/Madam,
1. I purchased a laptop from DELL company on 02 Jun 2011 through online after having a conversation with Dell customer care services.
2. On receiving the Laptop, I found that battery cover lock (latches) not shutting properly. After that I went to Pune, Tilak road Dell showroom they refused for the same and advised me to contact customer care as it was purchased through online,I will get free home service for one year.After repeatedly calling to customer care service technical department , they gave me a complaint no.6802668 and I talked to Mr Gurpreet Singh, he instructed me to forward a mail at his E-mail id and it was done near about twenty days ago and he asked for my personal mob no and it has also given.Taking his words and instructions as a grant, he confirmed me that customer care representative will come to my home address and matter will be solved within 48 hours. After that, again I called to customer care, I talked to Mr Kamal, Mr Rajat Singhal and Mr Vinayak Kr Puri of Technical Department, they also asked me for the same as Mr Gurpreet told, I got a mail from Mr Kamal and his manager that it will be solved shortly. Till now no action has been initiated from service center .
3. Sir/Madam, you are requested to consider the case kindly and they may be directed for further necessary action and an acknowledgement may be forwarded to me through mail or telephonically as appended below:

1. Refer telephonic conversation between myself [Krishna Odari] & you last two- three days ago. Please find bills of my laptop & photographs of the above mentioned subject.
2. I have purchased a Dell Laptop on 02 Jun 2011 (Service Tag Nos. is J0X96Q1) through courier service. On received of the Laptop it has been found that the battery lock of laptop does not working properly.
3. After deliver of my Laptop I found that only 'C' drive is located. The partitions of other drives are also required.
4. So you are requested to resolve my above said problem as soon as possible .
5. Pl find the att and accord an acknowgement on the same through mail or telephonically.

dell inspiron 1564 — hard disk problem
whenever i attach any external devices,after few seconds it shows blue screen automatically always..my system is in warranty period as well. please do something,as soon as possible.
