Replacement of Laptop - Inspiron 15R N5010

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R N5010 laptop around 1 and half month back from a dealer in Gurgaon which includes Complete Cover warranty. After using it for 15 days i found there was some manufecturing problems with laptop like internal speakers, palm rest and LCD screen. I contacted Dell India technical support via phone and explained all the issues. Support guy assured me that my laptop unit will be replaced and it will take 25-30 days....

LAPTOP ADAPTOR NOT WORKING

POOR DELL SERVICE

The laptop does not turned on

I have purchased Dell inspiron 1545 laptop with service tag: JKBV4BS in the month of march 2010. The laptop is still having the warranty. Now, it does not turns on.

I had given my laptop to the dealer, where i had purchased for repair. But they gave it back without any repair. Then myself tried to contact the dell customer care online. It is not responding from last week. Please do solve my problem.
