Dear All,
this is regarding my dell laptop with Service tag 33YRK1S Inspiron 6400 Model.
I am Owning Dell Laptop since many years and i gave approx 9-10 K every year to dell for increasing my warranty.
my laptop is covered under complete cover accidental coverage for which i am paying huge premium.
approx 2 months back my laptop was accidentally damaged..
since then i am chasing dell and laptop is still not resolved. although my service contract is On site , but still they sent me to service centre, still issue not resolved.
every time part coming from dell is fabricated part which is non-functioning.
i have wasted my 2 months in giving time to technician, lots of call . service is pathetic and call customer is full of complains.
last time i spoke to them and ask for Refund, Manager advised me that i can process the refund but my advise is to give us one more chance to resolve the issue, and if not then we will refund, even after that when part reached it was faulty.
today when i called same thing they said, and said no for refunding amount.
Kindly Help Me.

DELL — not working well
I purchased one DELL laptop Inspiron N5010 4 month ago with service tag F9QY5N1 AND ORDER NUMBER[protected] but my laptop having some problems now.It become restarts when some small shaking occurs.I went dell service center in Hyderabad.they told me to pay 1500 rupees service charge.But my laptop having 3 year international warranty.But it bought from Dubai so the warranty location is Europe Middle East or Africa now .I already requested to change my warranty location to India but it exceed 15 days now.I didn't get any responds from DELL.you suggest me what I will do next.please contact me urgently my phone number [protected] and mail id [protected]@gmail.com
