It is to bring to your notice that i am using your laptop for last 10 month and i am facing a lot of problem in your laptop.

Dell is the most respected company in Computer industry, and i am suprise to see the services offered by your respected company .

I have been constantly trying to reach your customer care number ,but after a lot of try only , i am able to talk to customer care executive.

After talking to customer care executive ,he constantly hangs up my phone to some other line and i like a foolish is stranded to my phone

It is my humble request to kindly look into this matter as i am really fed up with your kind of service.

    sir i purchased the Dell Laptop Inspiron (cost in Indian Rupee 41000=00)N 5010 from Mars Computers Bageshwar Dist-Bageshwar.(Uttrakhand) on 3 july 2010.On 10 july 2010 the charger Adapter was not working properly.The contract no of Mars Copmputers is [protected]/[protected].I go to the Mars Computers and said the problem.The shopkeeper said that the Adopter will go to the Company and back with 7 days.I belived the Mars Computers and back after 7days.The Mars Computer has not retuern the Adopter after 50 days till 30 july 2010.When i purchase the Laptop all the programme was out of date because the Laptop was so old and company software programme cd date was March 2010.Company has charge me with software 41000=00.I purchsed the Laptop to Mars Computers because it is near my town Bageshwar.I told the Mars Copmuters to update the Programme,But he was not sucess to run Internet in the Laptop.Finally the Mars Computers has formate the Original Windows 7 home basic and install the windows 7 Proffessional.E ven than he was not sucess to run Internet in the Laptop.Tha n a person suggested me to call dell costomer Care.The customer care told me that your sustem is out of warranty .Your warrenty period was expired on March 2010.But the warrenty should be 3 july 2011 because the Laptop was purchased on 3 july 2010.The company has any solution for this problem?Will the company replace the Laptop and give the new updated Laptop to me because i pay to the company 41000=00.on 3 july 2010.If you have any solution please call me [protected].

      Pls. see the below my comments' & reply me back as a professional manner. according to the Customer point view & keep your foot in my place

      1. Ref.to the above my desktop i have purchase last three year ( not yet completed 12 sep 2010 ) backs.
      2. Further next Two years Warranty extended & All the necessary payment made pls. see the attached your confirmation copy
      3. Fm the day one after purchase above desktop i have start making complained for technical support But has on date i am not satisfied because all your support particular time period only
      4. Each & Every alternative Two month's i has to make call for technical support for new Hardware problem's
      5. As on date you are replaced to the below :-
      More Than 15 time's Ram
      7 time's Mother Board
      2 time's Display
      4 time's Power Cord
      3 time's Hard Disk
      3 time's Graphic Card
      6 time's re install all the program

      6. To the above update my desktop i have spend more than 60 day's in home & more than thousand of call ( STD / Toll Free No. & E-mail Correspondences' )
      7. After continues flow up with DELL TEAM no body ready to resolve my Problem ( Pls. see the attached some correspondence for your ready ref. )
      8. So many Dell Technical in charge committed to me they will take up my problem with senior management & revert back with proper response BUT AS ON DATE I AM NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

        I ordered a dell inspiron studio 14 laptop on 10th aug '10. They gave me the order confirmation only on 20th aug. When i checked the order status on 21st the "estimated delivery date" was 30th aug. But they failed to deliver and never informed the status of delivery. Till today(1st sep '10) they didn't provide any reason and apologise for their delay. Currently, they changed the "estimated date of delivery" as "To be Advised". I dont know , what kind of customer service center they are having without the service to customers.

        WORST AMIT CHHABRA!!! (I think whole organization 'll be like this...)

          After 1 year 7 months i got major problem in my laptop.I went dell service center Hyderabad(A.P,India) .They told me we do not repairs DELL laptop and your laptop is not in warranty .I told I will pay repair charges for my laptop . They gave me a local laptop service centre address(They have printed address cards) and asked me to go there. After this I am trying to repair my leptop with local service center.

          After one month I sent mail to dell service center . they proposed me Rs 17000 charges to repair my dell laptop. I cannot pay this mount to repair my laptop.

          So I have some questions?

          1) Is this DELL company service and support to leave the customer after saliling a product ?
          2) Is the dell leave the costumers After one year(warranty) . and do not care for further serveices?
          3) If I take warranty again and pay RS 17000 is there any warranty that this DELL leptop will not have problem after one year because then i have to pay RS 17000 again.

          After a short peroid of warenty expirartion if this much big problem comes that means the product is not good quality and over this company does not have good service and support

          Thanks to all Technical Teams those Developed this DELL product and Sale Team those are selling this product. No comment on Service and support Team they are out of my mind.

          DELL LAPTOP — wifi connectivity gets lost after every 2-3 min

          sir, i have bought a dell laptop just 2 months back and since then wifi connectivity problem is there.
          now they are saying that that's not our problem its an environmental problem and thereby they are hiding themselves from their responsibilities.
          they are not ready to replace my system.
          i want you take some tuff steps to tackle them and help me out.
          hyderabad dell service center in SP ROAD ARE big cheaters they take my laptop and told to change mother board there was no issue and i fixed with my friend with 0 money..big cheaters dont go them dell service center hyderabad in sp road, near annad theatre.

            Re: Faulty Machine, atrocious after sales service

            I received the delivery of the above mentioned machine on 06.08.10

            Engineer visit on 08.08.10; installed the machine

            Machine stopped receiving power supply after a loud blast; Complaint registered on 10.08.10; req no.:[protected]

            I was communicated by the customer care executive that the faulty parts (mother board, panel board and BOMS power supply) will be replaced 'as soon as possible'. As this seemed rather unusual (them not providing me with accurate replacement date). After further probe I was informed that the specific parts were not available at all. It was shocking because before buying the machine, the executive at CHROMA, JUHU had sworn about the fantastic after sales service and all grievances being rectified within one working day. So I categorically informed the call centre supervisor-Mr. Melvin that my business involves a lot of computer usage and it would suffer drastically if they deliver later than a couple of days. To my utter disbelief they could offer little help.

            I kept calling Melvin regularly who did nothing more than giving me false assurances. Since the 15th of August i have spoken with all the following names : Avneet, Alvin, Kumar, Chitru, Sanjay and Geeta who finally told me that the parts re delivered and asked me to speak with some ‘Sangeeta’, which I did. To add insult to injury, Sangeeta informed me on Aug 19 2010 that the parts are delivered to ‘Logistic’ who are not delivering it to her company due to some internal rift going on between the two companies and failed, yet again, to address my issue. She categorically mentioned that parts will not be delivered to me until ‘Logistic’ hands it over to them.

            Thereafter, on 25th August, i spoke with the then present floor supervisor, Mr. Rajan at DELL s customer service centre who assured me that he ll take care of the problem. After three days or so i got a call from engineer, Abdul that he was assigned to come fix my computer and whether i was home, to wich i informed him that i never received any parts as yet. He gave me Sangeeta's contact number again. She had no clue as to where the parts were as she had already received a delivery report. I did receive parts the same evening and called up the enginer, Abdul the next day but he was not assigned to come to my place but to go somewhere else. I called up Sangeeta again on Fri Aug 28 and to my utter shock she mentioned that she could not send the engineer before monday.

            The most unbelievable part of the story is that everyone related to this organisation that i spoke with was clueless about what to do. No one ever bothered to call me up and let me know whats going on and they all were completely unprofessional in satisfying my grievance. Its Aug 28 today (its been 18 days since my complaint vis a vis their promise of a 24 hours grievance solution) and the machine that i bought for app. rs. 30,000 is just sitting at home in no working condition. I am sure that others are suffering at these hands as well and i am also sure that DELL and its support network is not being able to address their grievances as they promised to.

              Dear Sir,
              This is note that I had purchased DELL laptop Model-studio 1558 through online on 07.04.2010. But after 3 months, my notebook was not working correctly due to uneven virus. So I did format my system by My Genuine operating system –windows 7 home premium CD (first time used). System has been formatted successfully by CD but when I do install window then expending files option are not complete successfully, it remains 0%. After 15 min, one error shows that:- “Please insert the CD/DVD in drive G”.
              Sir I have also tried to install windows with another new Genuine CD of my friend but problem is same. Then I have talked to dell technical support centre. I have Debug the system according to support centre but after even that they are unable to solve my problem and problem persist same. They say that your genuine window CD is not working properly. They are saying to send another Genuine CD but I have not received yet.
              Sir, I ask you that how can send dell worst windows CD with my notebook. How can I believe on Dell for already installed any other hardware/software that they shall be installed original.
              Sir, my system has been totally dead from past 20 days. System is very needful for my daily life and I am suffering from 20days. Please suggest solving my problem under warranty.

                I have a Dell Vostro Laptop which was having some problem relating to system getting heated up.I showed at the Kolkata Dell Service Centre where I had to pay around 1400 for complete checking of the system. Post this I was told that the Fan,Cooling Pad etc have to be replaced.When asked for whether they can provide the same separately they kept insisting that I have to extend AMC which will cost me 6k+ Through a friend of mine I got the same crosschecked with a local guy who deals in laptops. He checked the same for free and confirmed that there is no problem and that no replacement is reqd. I was very surprised how these service centres are actually trying to fool customers like this..

                  I ordered a laptop battery on the 14/07/10 and i still havent recieved it. i have called the company alot of times and they say it will reach in the next 5 working day and its been over a month now and i still havent got it. The person who was attending me gave me her direct line number and she never answers it. And now i just want the company to give my money back as it is not at all a satisfactory service.

                    I’ve just come out of court from the hearing to decide my claim for compensation against Dell Computers.

                    If you have read my blog, you will know that I chose to take Dell to court at the end of a long dispute regarding two Inspiron 1545 laptops I ordered pre Christmas.

                    My decision to take this to court was twofold:

                    (01) The Complainant has been receiving numerous E-mails, offers from i.e Dell Products regularly as a prospective possible customer due to recession, declining Sales and/or might be struggling to dispose their dumped stock by their promotional offers.

                    (02) The Comaplainant by Internet receipt Number GB[protected] Dated. 29th August 2009 placed an order and it was confirmed by the Defendant on 31st August-2009. In view of the offer received on e-mail, the Claimant wanted to change the product and contacted the Defendant.

                    (03) The Complainant has phoned to Defendant on a specific number tried to contact the customer services to replace the Products , the specific telephone number to talk with customer service, is very costly and it’s a profit sharing telephone line to gain Defendant Dell Products, it deliberately transfers the line from UK to India.

                    Complainant on Thursday, 3rd September 2009, has called 4 times and each time they put Claimant on hold, after nearly 2 Hrs ultimately in 4th final attempt, Claimant got through but protested of illegal withholding for no reason, because they wish that the customer discontinue the call and the last executive, who has summarised the conversation said that “The Dell Products, Manager will call you(Complainant ) to resolve your complaint regarding your cost for loss of time and cost of the telephone call charges.”

                    My issue is with the out-sourced Dell customer support process that not only takes many minutes to navigate, but yields nothing but phone transfers. The first round of customer no-service resulted in over 4-8 transfers and eventually a lost connection. For the second round, Complainant again called the Customer Services and had to endure 6 transfers. Each time a new person would come to the phone and each time the same information had to be provided (order no. Etc.) it is absolutely evident to Complainant that (Dell products Ltd) has a strategy of making customer service so difficult that it is impossible to ever return goods or anything they messed up.

                    The aforesaid experience has no words to express the humiliation felt at the unwanted fraudulent way of transferring the UK calls to India without being conveyed to the consumers is similar to the Supreme Court findings against Dell Inc.

                    (04) The Complainant has been greatly insulted, humiliated by false deceptive promises made by Dell and had to wait for the calls on many occasions turn down by specific timings, therefore ask for the compensation for waste of time.

                    (06) The Complainant has sent an e-mail thereafter. Rather than changing the product Complainant has canceled the order finally due to unethical business behaviour of Dell customer service. The Complainant due to vigorous mental tension, misbehaviour of customer services of Dell later on within the set time as per Consumer Protection (Distance selling) regulation 2000 Act cancelled the order which was accepted by Dell and thought the matter has been closed once for all.

                    BREACH OF DUTY CASES (negligence, deficient professional services and the like)

                    What is said by the Complainant was done negligently by the Dell / Breach of terms ;

                    (07) The Dell has supplied the computer without any confirmed order, concurrence or as accepted cancelled order. and later used the complainant’s, debit card account. This is a direct breach / violation of law which states the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) regulation 2000 Act.

                    The case pending before county court.

                        Myself Mradulata verma has purchased Dell laptop on date[protected]. the service tag number of laptop is [protected]. the laptop has replacement warranty n it is in warranty period. the laptop has irregular screen flickering problem. n from almost 20 days it has brightness problem. the screen brightness of the laptop is very high and can't be reduced , because of this high brightness i m suffering in my eyes using this. i have complaint same, their engineer came once and didn't solve my problem. and after that company has not provided any support in the issue. i m continuously suffering in my eyes. i make them call regularly but they make the call unattended by delaying it , saying make a call again after an hour or like. finally in my last call one technical attended and said ' u do what u can do '. i m very much in suffering after this laptop purchasing . i have invested a large amount of money, n paid extra amount for the replacement warranty. now the laptop itself is giving me lots of problem n i want the replaced laptop. the company is not replacing it. i want my laptop to be replaced as soon as possible because day by day my warranty period is elapsing, although it has still almost more than 6 months warrranty period. please help me. my phone number is [protected].

                          i have purchased a laptop having service tag 8sgw5bs. after 6 days, it has created problem ac adaptor & battery. After 3 days dell send faulty adaptor & after 14 days may complaint solved by replacing adaptor
                          & battery by engineer. after some days, there is problem in bios and i complaint on 3rd august,2010 and engineer attend my complaint on 13th august,2010 after replacing motherboard, the engineer told me that the hard drive also faulty. I remarks his call log that i want a new laptop so that there nothing in this laptop because almost all main parts has been changed by dell. But the dell wants to replace hard drive, i denied to do so & again I demaned a new laptop. I insist the dell official to intimate me on my email id. After call attend they contact 3 or 4 days after. i log two compalint, one on 30.06.2010 and rectified on 14.06.2010. Second logged on 03/08/2010 and still pending on 19/08/2010.

                          i think that the dell inspiron n5010 is a faulty laptop and it creates many issues.
                          dell service quite very poor as the retailer told me that the complaint attended on next day.
                          the call attended on fifteen days and the dell not replacing the laptop even after faulty motherboard, adaptor, battery, hard drive

                            My name is Mayuresh and i want to lodge a complaint against DELL India pvt ltd which is a computer Manufacturing company which manufactures Dekstops,Laptops. I have taken vostro 1015 laptop and they were suppose to send an enggineer and motherboard as laptop is not working. BUt they are not giving me the status of the same and i have mailed and contacted several times.

                            I request you to please take a following action if possible as they are not providing proper service, no parts and no engineer for service, i used to think that being a professional and biggest giant in computers they would give proper service, but unfortunately they are worst in all the scenarios.

                            I bought dell studio 1555 laptop, after few days the lcd screen broke up. I emailed the dell guys several times but they did not provide me the new screen.
                            Now I cannot use my laptop & there is no service from dell guys.
                            i am getting line in my lcd i need service station no.

                              Order for DELL laptop was booked on[protected] which was to be delivered within 7 - 10 working days. However, it was delivered on[protected] without BLUETOOTH headset.
                              The reason for delay given by the sales executive on follow up after a week of date of booking was non availability of bluetooth headset. Despite long delay of almost 23 - 24 days, bluetooth headset was not delivered. Same should have been communicated during order booking money should not have been collected for the BLUETOOTH headset. We would have procured some other brand of laptop instead of DELL.

                              Further, just one day before delivery of the laptop, an email was sent by DELL to avail of any one of the following options.

                              1) Receipt of Headset by end of September
                              OR
                              2) Receipt of Bluetooth mouse in lieu of headset upon receipt of your confirmation.
                              OR
                              3) Upgrade of your existing NBD warranty support to Complete cover

                              By email and call from customer care, we have expressed our wish for giving us all three options or refund of the amount. However, since then DELL executives have not bothered to reply despite our several reminders.

                              Now after lot of emails to DELL customer care and phone calls to sales executive of DELL, Pune, we are approaching you for compensation. Kindly help us.

                              DELL — bluetooth

                              Since i have purchased a laptop its bluetooth is not working , due to this i m facing problems so kindly accept the complain and see to it ... thank you
                              I completely agree, Service from dell is very pathetic. Intially at the time of ordering they tell that system will be delievered within 7 to 10 business days. They collect the entire amount and only after your payment they start processing your request. But the point is they keep on changing the delivery dates. they will just mention abnormal situations as reason for delay. i don't understand what are those abnormal reasons for gaint company like Dell. Not only that they don't even give proper response to your queries.I feel that they should pay an interest on the paid amount to the consumers if the delievry is delayed. This will be some how advanteous for the consumer.if they won't agree for this kind of principle i believe people should not go for Dell. In long term this kind of consumer attitude will make company's to improve their process and services.

                              DELL — Bluetooth Headset not Delivered

                              i have a dell xps 15 laptop. while placing the order dell promised me to give 1 year extended warranty and a bluetooth headset. they have given me the extended warranty but not the bluetooth headsets yet. my laptop was booked on 5th april 2011 and still i don't have not got the headphone. i have a written email from dell that they will give me an extended warranty and bluetooth headsets. the concern person is Gayatri Bopatrao.

                                I have called Dell many a times and the customer care did not respond to
                                us.....I am fed up of dell customer care.....I am receiving a bluescreen error on my
                                Dell Inspiron 15R laptop and its going to be about 1 month and tried whatever dell told
                                me to do but i receive the same error again and again and the error code is
                                0x0000000A. Still the same problem comes.......

                                  sir , i comlain my laptop at 16 june 2010 lcd ,adapter volume problem & some other problem but i didn't get any service till now,.i ask toll free nomber they ask me first time u get service within seven days but after seven day not reply me then i again call him they tell me not part avaible in india & ask whait for me 19 july.in this intervel call many time but any helper did not get me any satisfie answer.after 19 july i call then they tell me u get ur service next seven days but i have not get it. then call toll free number([protected]) but any helper did not get me satsfie answer that when i get my servie.now before one week call toll free they ask i send your part and give me a nomber([protected]) ask him about your parts bit tish nomber did not recive my call ,few time recive they say let's me chek& say i will call you after some time but any call i didn't get.

                                    I placed an order for a laptop with Dell . Order number for the laptop is[protected].It was to be delivered at my address
                                    on Last thursday. But, in the meanwhile my address changed . So , consignee at my old address refused to accept the order.
                                    Now, I made a request in Dell to update my address but they said it can not be changed now. I said in that case give me an authorization to collect the order myself.I talked with Rathi K (from Customer Care) but , she has not taken any action to update my address or send a communication to bluedart
                                    people that I will collect the order from blue dart myself.RAthi Said that she has sent the Blue Dart people mail but Blue dart people
                                    has refused to do so.

                                    I have been following up with your customer care from past 7 days. But , There has been no action taken.

                                      i am from India.
                                      have ordered for inspiron lap top on 22 of last month and i
                                      have paid all the amount on the very next day.
                                      my Order number is[protected].
                                      now its 12 of
                                      augest.till now the item is not delivered and no body in the dell are telling the
                                      exact date.
                                      in between this i got a problem with pin code change.actually i
                                      have forwaded the correct pin code to dell,but it was the fault
                                      arrived from dell side that resulted in the entry of wrong pin code in
                                      the delivary and shipping adress.
                                      regarding this i contacted Dell customer care on 27 of july it was told
                                      that the problem will be solved within 3 days.
                                      now when i am calling the costomer care,everybody are telling that the
                                      request for pin code change is still processing..it is very strange
                                      that it takes more than 2 weeks just to do change in the pin code.even
                                      some of Dell were telling that it is being delayed because some
                                      software and upgradation issues are there in dell.

                                      even then i know that Dell is having the ability to overcome the
                                      problem within a short time.but there no body are condidering my
                                      problem there.every body are just telling that "i can understand your
                                      problem"but no body are working any thing on this.


                                      i have forwaded the same complaint to many of the dell
                                      officials in india but i have not recievd any solution till date from any of them.

                                      now i have forwaded the complaint to some of the adress that i found in the dell website.i am waitiig for their response.

                                      DELL — Not delivering the order

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I had purchased DELL VOSTRO Laptop on February .But it is having a lot of problems.So on 28th of August my laptop was went for replacement.i had been told that within 10 days i will get my laptop back.But when i contacted them after 15 days they told on 17th of September i will get my laptop.But i had not get my laptop till now.And when i try to make a contact to them they never reply to me or they cut the calls.I am just fed up.Please try to solve my problem and look on this case as i need my laptop urgently.

                                      i have to request to send me WIN7 cd`s...b`coz my window was crash...i was request on 22nd june...but still not deliver cd`s to me...when i talk to dell customer care they say...cd`s has been deliver but not my address..it has been deliverd on NASIK address...what a stupid servies...
