I’ve just come out of court from the hearing to decide my claim for compensation against Dell Computers.

If you have read my blog, you will know that I chose to take Dell to court at the end of a long dispute regarding two Inspiron 1545 laptops I ordered pre Christmas.

My decision to take this to court was twofold:


First, to receive recognition and some compensation for the appalling...

Order for DELL laptop was booked on[protected] which was to be delivered within 7 - 10 working days. However, it was delivered on[protected] without BLUETOOTH headset.
The reason for delay given by the sales executive on follow up after a week of date of booking was non availability of bluetooth headset. Despite long delay of almost 23 - 24 days, bluetooth headset was not delivered. Same should have been communicated during order...

I purchased a DELL MINI1210 LAPTOP FROM DELL on the 18th of March, 2010. The Laptop started developing problems with its Hard Disk and Display and was inspected and repaired by DELL engineers twice.
