Product not delivered

Hi,

I had booked a laptop with Dell India Pvt ltd & they charged the amount of Rs 51827/on to my credit card and the aproval No is 811069.

Inspite of repated follow ups they have not at delivered the laptop and everytime they are giving new excuses.Now the money has also been debited from my credit card account and they are calling me back and asking me for several details like my credit card no expiry date...

Keyboard failure and tourture by customer care

I had a bad experience with Sales rep mr. Jatin Ahuja Inside Sales Account Manager Dell India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon, India. He is very Rude and mannerless . He turned me fully down for buying Dell Laptop . His communication skills was not upto the mark . I never expected such a kind of service from Dell . Laptop Battery

As per the comments logged by all the sufferred customers this seems a very known and common problem that the Dell laptop batteris are fraudulent and the Comapany (DELL) is cheating on their customers. I am among the suffered one, the strange thing here is, exactly after onew year or warranty (for Laptop) the battery is going dead. it has happened with almost everyone.

Some tough action must be taken against it. If not directly...

but that shopekeeper gave me fake or pirated window xp, i was not aware about that dell provides window vista in dell vostro 1014, but when i was just surfing dell.com then i come to know about the reall situation how i fooled by that shopekeeper.
i really dnt knw how such big company befooled the costumers, they taking customers lightly.br...

Laptop found open and mismatch in invoice and actual hardware in the packing

I ordered one dell laptop online which reaches the blue dart warehouse on Friday 05th June and and calling them instead of delivering at my home address they were asking me to come at there place and collect,
After reaching there I found that the packing was open and on matching the hardware details and serial nos with the invoice inside ,it completely differes.
I denied to accept the same.
I am not sure whose fault it...

After 7 month, while purchasing another system for my friend, I realized that the Carry Case (bag) given to me from Dealer was duplicate(local market bag) and not the Original Dell bag. I hade seen the same bag...

Wrong Delivery of Order

I purchased one laptop from Dell Computers in Fen'2010. The system was faulty. So I applied for the replacement of that system. Dell replaced the system but delivered a different model with entirely different hardware and software. Since then I had been contacting Dell regularly, but they are not ready to listen.
