Dell Inspiron 15 3000 1 week life

I bought this laptop on 2nd October on Amazon and got it delivered on the 11th. Within a week the touchpad of the product started hanging up, and in two weeks, it stopped responding completely. (mind you for a week this laptop was anyway not being put to use because i was setting it up for use)
I complained and got a technician to replace it and during replacement itself I told the technician that the hinges seem lose since his service...

Laptop

We bough Dell laptop 5 months back and it is suddenly stopped and the nearby dealer informed us that the SDD card is not working and the same will be replaced at our door step within 2 days. Now it is
2 week passed and no proper response from the Dell dealer and he
has not replaced the SDD as on today. What kind of bad service after sales by this Dell company.

New laptop is defective

I recently purchased dell inspiron 3511 i3 gen. since day 1 laptop is taking too much time to boot. also takes too much time to load every single app. i tried all troubleshooting with dell support but my issue is not fixed. escalation team is only giving 48 hours eta every time. its been more than a week since i am contacting their support but still no luck...

NEW Dell Desktop not working

I had purchased a DELL desktop (service tag 2BCFG92) on 22nd November and have been suffering ever since.

Dell 15 Inspiron 5510 laptop

I had ordered dell 15 Inspiron 5510 laptop on 4 November 2021, received the same on 10 November 2021 and from the day I am issuing the touchpad issue. I had called de tech support team and spent my 2 hours daily to troubleshoot the issue. Finally, dell sent a technician to check my laptop on 15 November 2021. Crack in Laptop screen

Hi,

I purchased Dell Inspiron 14 5418 Laptop on the
date 13-Oct-2021 through Amazon.in website.
The laptop was working fine till yesterday.

On the date 26-Nov-2021, I charged my Laptop

Dell lost credibility

Please dont buy dell laptops, huge display problems, burning eyes, you cound not work more than 10 mts..Check inspiron or dell display or dim issues in google. So many people affected, no solution for many customers

and ***no return allowed once delivered **mis leading with dell.Com and dellstroe.Com different return policies and old return policy descriptions in portal. Dell is no more dell....

Replacement of brand new unused laptop parts with old and refurbished part

I have purchase Dell laptop Lattitude 4 months ago in last week of June 2021 and after 2 months a white bright dots appears at screen and one o[censored]SB port was broken due to plug out of pen drive, which damage pen drive also.
Tried to lodge a complaint at Dell online but after struggling a months and limited working hours of Dell (Mon to Fri 9 to 5 pm only) unable to lock a service request. No email address or link available online....
