I talked with DellCares Technical Support Person through twitter DM.
I told my laptop screen issue to them
and also shared the images of the damaged screen.
I got the same old answer from them that,
this is a physical damage which is not
covered under basic warranty.
They also refused to send the technician to my house to do the diagnostics of my laptop.
Instead they told me to go to the nearest Service center in order to do the diagnostics.
Before going to the service center,
I called there. At that time,
they said that screen does not break on its own.
So it must be your fault.
Thus, my issue is not resolved yet.
