The human resources director named rajeev rajan of dell company with contact number [protected] and named as jagdish dayal in truecaller .he cheated by taking money as security deposit for trainer kit and verification of documents and now they are not refunding money and isr please help to get back my money as refund they took 21900 rs from me.sir please help me

    I purchased a laptop on 26/11/2021 and the billing person has entered the wrong bundle code that too it was clearly visible on the box and now he not picking up the call and if he is picking up the call then he is telling to call me on a toll free on which I called but it is not giving me proper response.

      I have purchased the Dell laptop in April 2021 and I. 3 months it stopped working and till I have faced many issues and finally they approved to replace the laptop. From last 6 months I have not used the laptop. I have been calling customer care multiple times no response or update from there end and not even from replacement team.
      I have not purchased the laptop to keep in locker. I have booked course to learn and for that I need laptop to practice. Now it has became joke to them.

      So when this will get resolved. I don't have trust on Dell company and it's products.

        I had recently got Inspiron 14 5000 model and it dint even took 3 months for keyboard to stop working properly. Now, every time I need to copy paste certain letters while typing which is a very hectic work as 1 letters are not working. I complained dell service center and they agreed to replace the keyboard as it comes under warranty. Its been over 2 weeks, I was informed it might take another 10 days and all of a sudden I get a mail reporting that keyboard will arrive in June/2022. If a company is selling so many defective laptops (I'm telling it only after going through customer reviews over dell products), they should take immediate responsibility in replacing default parts.
        Never expected such a product from Dell service. Would really recommend people never to try with dell products as there's a 50 % chance that you might end up with faulty product.

            First day they told us to allow dell technician to check the system before raising for system replacement later they are telling no replacement for this system if it exceeds more than 30days but I raised complaint for replacement within 20days since I bought the system.

              Hi Team,

              Full description of the incident: We brought Dell Inspiron 3593 on September 2020 from Amazon India. The Laptop was without issues hardly for 6 to 7 months. After that there were lot of issues continuously. First time in the month of April 2021, there was an issue like when the laptop gets shaked the screen went out blank. We raised it to the dell customer care, service person came on 15 April 2021 and changed some Lvds cable. But even after the cable was changed the issue did to get resolved completely. Again a new complaint was raised, again the service person came on 29th April and he replaced Motherboard and a Lvds cable again and did some software update. With this replacement of motherboard, the laptop camera stopped working completely. When we raised complaint again with Dell customer care, the dell service person changed the laptop camera first. After changing camera also the camera did not function. Dell service person checked and asked us to update some bios. Even after doing it the camera did not work. Then we used without camera for 2 months. Again when we raised the camera issues to Dell customer service, they told us the motherboard installation had some issues and please take the laptop to the Dell authorised service center in the 7th street, 100 ft road, coimbatore. We took the laptop there on August 2021, there they told us again the motherboard is having issues and need to be replaced they have informed Dell and asked for a replacement motherboard within the warranty period. After that again the motherboard was replaced in month of August newly for the second time. In the month of September 2021 the warranty got expired. But one week back now in the month of November 2021 the laptop stopped working again, when we took it to the Dell Authorized center in 7th street. 100 ft road, Gandhipuram, the service person informed us that the motherboard got repaired again and we need to replace it newly. This time since the warranty is over we need to pay around 27000 INR it seems. This is not the kind of quality we expected from a company like Dell. The laptop was bought for 41000 INR and now after a year after sequence of services which was very painful, now again they are asking us to spend 27000 INR on it. This is very painful and not fair from a consumer perspective.

              Desirable resolution: Please do the necessary action in getting this laptop replaced with a new one or at least get all the issues resolved completely once and all for free so that we need not again and again get these problems and run to service centres. I have all the required documents and mail communications for all the issues that happened and services thats been done from Dell official service.

                I purchased a Dell NB 5567 i3/4/1/15"W10 Gry - Serial No .67N1ZL2 - HSN Code - 8471 /MFG Yr 2017 from Lulu Connect, Edappally, Cochin on 17/12/2017 with extended Warranty for 2 years . ref Invoice No. 49/103732
                for Rs. 40, 818/-

                Within months it started to show complaints on Switch Key, the Key Pad, then Board, etc etc . All these were in the Warranty Period . All these parts were replaced too . Now for the past one month It was with a service agent and he told the Board is gone again.

                I am very SORRY to say that during the past 4 YEARS I was not able to use the laptop for not more than 125 days .

                I hope you can trace the service history from your end .

                Any way I have been given advice to approach CONSUMER COURT for damages . Before that I am raising this complaint, in the hope that I wont be forced to go in that route.

                  I have a Dell Desktop All in One Model which i purchased about 5 years ago.
                  Its been working all fine and I use it for all my personal work as well preparing IT returns for myself and my family, Kids school work etc. Kids have their online classes in this computer. All of a sudden one fine evening few days back while I was working, 'Dell Assist' (a default remote support application) pushed an update. next morning the computer stopped responding and when I hard rebooted it gave error for Keyboard initialization. I took it to dell service center since its 'Out of Warranty' to Dell Service centre in Sector 27 Noida (Sidhhartha Technologies), I am told that the BIOS is updated but it was corrupted and since its now not responding to keyboard or any other USB port, it needs motherboard replacement. But Dell says since its out of warranty they cannot provide part. Does out of warranty mean you will stop selling parts to customers? have they discontinued this model? Even companies like chevrolet are supporting they sold products with spare parts availability. Dell Customer support has been totally non helpful for a problem created by themselves by unnecessarily meddling with customer PCs remotely. if its out of warranty then they have no right to even update it from backend and then not take responsibility. I am in a fix as I cannot afford a new computer at this point and desperately need this PC to work as my kids are having hard time to attend their classes as well as for me to prepare by income tax returns and obligations.
                  Dell India office has not even been forthcoming to tell me an alternative part that I can use to make it working. This was bought for 56000 with licensed MS Office copy and has been working all fine till they made it non functionality intentionally forcing customers to shell out money.

                  The customer support executives are freshers with no experience to handle these kind of issues and they are blunt in their replies. request for Manager to come online has been met with reply that you will get a call back in 48-72 hours. That is not very helpful as I running out at pace to get it fixed before the end of IT filing date. I have taken the hard drive to save the data but that's not very helpful as I cannot use this drive without a PC. We cannot connect personal drives to office PC as it gets encrypted due to data security applications.
                  I would request your intervention and help out with part availability or an alternative part availability or refund my money for this machine damage caused by their unsolicited update from backend

                    I bought this laptop on 2nd October on Amazon and got it delivered on the 11th. Within a week the touchpad of the product started hanging up, and in two weeks, it stopped responding completely. (mind you for a week this laptop was anyway not being put to use because i was setting it up for use)
                    I complained and got a technician to replace it and during replacement itself I told the technician that the hinges seem lose since his service and unless he fixes it, i will not sign the customer copy. He assured me that they were fine and any other replacements or repairs would require a new request through the central team. Immediately after, the laptop started heating up within 10 minutes of good usage and in another week the laptop screen started peeling off from where the screen hinge joins the keyboard.
                    Inspite of complaining to the customer care of such a pathetic product they refused to replace it saying I have already crossed the 1 month mark beyond which replacement is not possible. So I went ahead reluctantly with a repair request only to be informed after 10 days that the parts are not available until January 2022. Now, while I'm waiting for another 45 days for laptop repair or replacement the left half of the screen is also starting to peel off and I have to hold the screen with both hands to keep it even open.
                    Even a INR 2 popsicle is sold with a better shelf life than this ridiculous 60K worth laptop. Would never ever again make the mistake of going for Dell.

                    Apparently this behavior is quite common, conscious, planned and expected by Dell - See attached screenshots of the exact same complaint they have received from another consumer a month back for the exact same product with the same useless, pathetic troubleshooting mechanisms they make the customer keep repeating without taking any concrete action.

                        We bough Dell laptop 5 months back and it is suddenly stopped and the nearby dealer informed us that the SDD card is not working and the same will be replaced at our door step within 2 days. Now it is
                        2 week passed and no proper response from the Dell dealer and he
                        has not replaced the SDD as on today. What kind of bad service after sales by this Dell company.

                        I need some action to be taken on top priority to replace my SDD since our office works have been pending for past 2 weeks

                          I recently purchased dell inspiron 3511 i3 gen. since day 1 laptop is taking too much time to boot. also takes too much time to load every single app. i tried all troubleshooting with dell support but my issue is not fixed. escalation team is only giving 48 hours eta every time. its been more than a week since i am contacting their support but still no luck

                            I had purchased a DELL desktop (service tag 2BCFG92) on 22nd November and have been suffering ever since.
                            The Desktop is slower than the 10 year desktop I was previously using.
                            After paying 60K, the customer experience has been a nightmare.
                            I have reached out to Dell exclusive store (Velachery, Chennai) from where I'd purchased and he simply states to reach out to the technical team.
                            The technical team is highly inefficient. After speaking to them for over a week and following the troubleshooting steps, they are not assigning a technician to come and check even though ideally they should be replacing the desktop with a 'new' working one.
                            Dell's customer carte is a joke. They route the calls and I have to keep repeating my issues to everyone.

                            It has come to a point where I ask myself, how did DELL get to where it has with the kind of customer service that it provides?

                            At this point, I am looking for the following

                            1. Refund the full amount
                            or
                            2. Replace the desktop with a new one

                              My service tag is 6X4KSH3. Ever since my laptop arrived on 18 Oct 2021 my touchpad wasn't working properly. Finally they agreed to send a technician to replace it but it still wasn't working. I contacted them and after much debate they sent a technician who sealed it and told me someone would pick it up within 2 days. It has been a month since then and my laptop has been collecting dust in it's original packaging. My refund was confirmed through whatsapp and a call but since then they are repeating the same message that they are waiting for an update from the internal team and are not responding to my emails. I already told them I needed this laptop for my college which has started over a month ago but they have wasted more than one month of my time and nor can I buy another until they confirm the refund.

                                    I had ordered dell 15 Inspiron 5510 laptop on 4 November 2021, received the same on 10 November 2021 and from the day I am issuing the touchpad issue. I had called de tech support team and spent my 2 hours daily to troubleshoot the issue. Finally, dell sent a technician to check my laptop on 15 November 2021. He checked the laptop and told me that there is some hardware issue. I had called dell and tol d them to return my money but they refused and agreed for replacement in 35 working days. After so many daily calls and emails conversation dell tech support team agreed for refund on 22 November 2021 in 25-30 working days. Today is 28 November and still dell have not collected my faulty laptop an d not intiate the refund. Worst services. Regretting for choosing dell.

                                    15 December 2021: I continuously pin Dell Care on twitter they always used to say " That they escalate my case and their concerned team will contact me" but in reality their replacement as well refund team have not contact me since 22 November 2021 after confirming my refund on email. Dell team and their services is horrible. Don't go for dell ever.

                                      Some softwares are not working and while charging if we touch we get shock
                                      major problem is softwares are not working properly

                                        Hi,

                                        I purchased Dell Inspiron 14 5418 Laptop on the
                                        date 13-Oct-2021 through Amazon.in website.
                                        The laptop was working fine till yesterday.

                                        On the date 26-Nov-2021, I charged my Laptop
                                        and then shut down the PC.
                                        After this, suddenly a crack appeared in the middle
                                        of the screen.

                                        I immediately contacted Dell Technical Support through chat.They asked me to share the images of the Laptop screen.
                                        After seeing the images, customer support person
                                        told me that it is a physical damage and you will get screen replacement but it is a paid service.

                                        After this, I talked with the Dell Sales Team.
                                        They told me the estimated cost of 4, 425.00 Rs.
                                        for the replacement screen.

                                        I always take the necessary precautions while using the Laptop like:
                                        I always keep my Laptop in Laptop sleeve
                                        and padded Laptop Bag,
                                        I never place any object on Laptop keyboard.
                                        Also, I have not dropped the Laptop.
                                        I am very careful in handling my Laptop.

                                        Thus, the crack on the screen is developed on its own.It is not due to my mistake.This is a design flaw.

                                        I want Dell to investigate this issue and give the free replacement of the screen as the product is still under warranty.

                                        Hi,
                                        I talked with DellCares Technical Support Person through twitter DM.
                                        I told my laptop screen issue to them
                                        and also shared the images of the damaged screen.

                                        I got the same old answer from them that,
                                        this is a physical damage which is not
                                        covered under basic warranty.

                                        They also refused to send the technician to my house to do the diagnostics of my laptop.

                                        Instead they told me to go to the nearest Service center in order to do the diagnostics.

                                        Before going to the service center,
                                        I called there. At that time,
                                        they said that screen does not break on its own.
                                        So it must be your fault.

                                        Thus, my issue is not resolved yet.
