Bought dell g5 15 se from flipkart. Though it's a gaming laptop, it cannot perform basic designing in sketch up, it returns to bosd error each time i try to do something graphic related. So tried playing cs:go to check if it works fine but to my surprise, bsod error shows up, i tried reinstalling windows, drivers, updated 'n' number of times in 10 days, but of no use. No proper reply from dell, they took out enough time to close my flipkart return window. Now i'm helpless, this laptop can only be used for surfing and nothing more.

The laptop obtained has air vent 100 % left out open which is making my laptop unusable if kept on lap. This is because hot fan keeps on blowing error burning the lap.
My nature of work allows me to keep laptop only on lap as i am mostly on move and many at times i don't find tables.
With this bad design, this laptop has a weak material used in screen bezel to cover it. With minor thumb force, bezel touch screen. The material is so fragile.
Laptop fan sounds more because of long open vent without protection.
I tried to call customer care but nobody picking call or showing me any positive way to express my complaint.

We have submitted complaints for our newly purchased two systems. There was no response from the dell to resolve the problem. Kindly request you to transfer our complaint to dell service centre in thrissur, kerala to deliver the service as early as possible.

Even after many attempt to pursue the case dell is not responding.

As dell team has mentioned above that our technician will reach within 2 to 3 working days but till now i have not got any response from dell team why it is delaying?
So it is my personal request to you that please resolve the issue as highest priority because day by day screen display issue is increasing and my critical work will stop.

I have order laptop on 22nd Jul at that time the delivery schedule date will be 3rd of Aug but still we have not receive the same, i have contact on customer care but no one is giving answer, even dont bother to reply... how inefficient Dell people !!! on any proper status on online/website...also not respond that it will delayed or any thing...

I have dell inspiron 5593 and i am very much suffering with overheating problem, my laptop back side body overheats. And it starts overheating in 10 minutes from starting. Also my son cant play any game at all the games does not run smoothly it lags very much and also heats. Can anyone tell the procedure to replace the laptop with new one because i tried all the solutions which were provided by this community. And the phone service is very annoying. I've ordered a dell laptop on 14 july and paid full amount when they said it will be delivered on 25july.

My laptop was damaged about 2 months ago, the complaint was lodged by me with dell company on[protected], after which the engineer came from the company on july 17 and on july 24.
Both of them have gone away without repairing the laptop, saying that the parts are defective, i am getting information of the said incident on the toll free number [protected], even after that no satisfactory answer is received from the company.
Sir it looks like i have been cheated by the company and are waiting for the warranty to end.
