I am Ankit Kumar Saini purchase dell product (Laptop Inspiron 15 3000) on dated 23 Aug 2023. But from the starting product is not working properly. Many times I connect with customer care they only process some setting bios update load defaults etc. not fruitful. After some time touch pad is bad they replaced after many days. Again 1 day blue screen is there laptop dead again I connect customer care they said HDD corrupted...

I had bought my laptop on August 7, 2022 from Dell Exclusive Store-Tilak Road, Dombivli. My laptop is DELL G15 5511 invoice no- Aug/025/2022-23
Since then I have been continuously having problems with the battery and the laptop would thus not switch on nor will it show charging when plugged to the charger.
The same problem has happened numerous times and I have contacted the dell customer service also a number of times.

Here is the timeline of the problems that I have been facing:

November 2022, I first had the problem where the laptop completely shutdown but it was quickly solved by the technician at the retail store so I thought it was a one time issue.

December 2022, I again have the same problem and this time I visited the service center near me in Dombivali. They opened the laptop and repaired it on the spot and so I did not lodge a complaint. They told me that my laptop wasn't updated and that they had done it and that there wouldn't be any problem.

22 February, 2023, [case no:[protected]] I have the same problem once again and so this time I went again to the service centre and they lodged a complaint and took my laptop to repair.
I got the laptop back a few days later on february 27th and they assured me that the problem has been resolved.

30 March, 2023, [case no:[protected]] With the same problem again this time, they scheduled a technician for march 28 which later was delayed to march 30th.Before getting it repaired I spoke to the Dell executive from your company who promised us that if we face the same problem then they will replace the faulty laptop. The technician then came and replaced the motherboard as well as the other parts and assured that the laptop had been completely repaired.

24 May, 2023 [case no:[protected]] This is the latest complaint that has been lodged by me when the laptop stopped working once again. I also talked to the dell tech support and they were very unhelpful and couldn't provide a single bit of help.

We have an extended warranty over our laptop and thus you should replace the laptop this time and not the parts as I have faced the same issue a number of times and I am tired of running to the service centre again and again.
I am a student as well and I need the laptop continuously. This problem causes a lot of difficulties so I hope you will take action quickly.

      - Went to Dell Exclusive Store (Cyber Point) with a Dell Laptop working rather slowly.
      - Were told to replace HHD with SSD. The employee then named a price of ₹4000 for SSD + ₹2000 for installing windows (questionable).
      - The SSD had a storage of 256GB and is of a company called "Silicon Power".
      - Upon later research, it seems that the SSD costs ₹1500 on the upper end.
      - It was clear there is something amiss here. When asked for a bill, they respond with silence.
      - We do not expect any compensation of any sorts since our lack of knowledge is partly responsible. But we intend to simply shine light at the pathetic state of affairs.

        Dear Customer Service Department,

        I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have faced with the laptop I purchased from Amazon on October 17, 2022, under order number [Order Number]. Despite my attempts to resolve the problems, I have experienced ongoing overheating and subsequent malfunctions, leading to significant inconvenience and frustration.

        On November 25, 2022, just a few weeks after purchasing the laptop, it started to overheat. I promptly contacted Dell support, and their initial response was to update the drivers. Following their advice, I updated the drivers, but the issue persisted. Subsequently, I registered a complaint on December 13, 2023, and Dell support requested I update the drivers again.

        February 13, 2023, so they could investigate the issue further and potentially replace the motherboard.

        Despite their assurances, the problem resurfaced even after the motherboard was replaced. I registered another complaint on May 4, and this time, Dell support replaced both the motherboard and the LED panel.

        I understand that occasional technical difficulties can arise, but the frequency and severity of the issues I have faced with this laptop are unacceptable. I have invested both time and money in attempting to rectify the situation, and the continued malfunctioning of the device has greatly disrupted my work, I respectfully request that the entire unit be replaced. My laptop is still under warranty.

          The trackpad is very erratic. The cursor guts stuck suddenly and sometimes starts working within a few seconds and sometimes won't work the whole day. Also when its working the movement is quite sporadic and highly sensitive. It will open the right click options even when not click for. Highly unpredictable behavior. I have complained about it within the first month of purchase but the issue has not been fixed yet. Acknowledging the issue they went for 4 time part replacement after so much drama and also I had to reinstall windows twice. I am after them for replacing the whole system but they just keep saying that they don't SUPPORT "cross-country" system replacement. I had purchased the system in China and when I reported that issue, they told me that the system has global SUPPORT and they assured me incase the issue continues they will fix it until my warranty expires. Now they are deceiving me by saying cross-country ### and so they can't provide me with a new system

            I bought a laptop from Dell at the beginning of February of this year. I had registered for Dell offer and it's been around 3 months since then and more than 2 months since I paid the amount for the goodies. There is no updates on what happened to it and whenever I email them they brush away with stupid responses. Even though it's already been more than 45 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) they reply as mentioned below:
            "We would like to acknowledge that we have successfully received the payment against your approved claim "090223FO515190" on Mar 03, 2023.
            Please note that the delivery of the goodies requires 45 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and gazette holidays) from the date of payment realization."
            It's like some auto-response message! Dell should stop giving such offers and I would not recommend anyone to fall for such a scam as probably by the time you get the goodies it might be already cheaper on online shops. And Dell should start working on their support team for offers as it's one of the worst experiences as they don't provide the necessary details. Also, I have no clue why something like an earphone takes more than 2 months to be delivered !!! The delivery people could have walked from the factory and reached my home by that time!!!

                I purchased Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7620 Laptopn on Feb 24th and i am facing heating issues and fingerprint issues. These issues are still not fixed

                I am annoyed using this laptop and again and again i cant keep calling tech support team for support for a brand new laptop(just 3 months old).

                So i am sure they have provided the faulty laptop and expecting me to be in the infinite loop and calling tech support.

                So i want them to refund my amount and take back their faulty laptop (which works like microwave oven) and refund my amount so that i can buy some other company's Laptop.

                    I recently bought dell inspiron 15 3511. The overall specifications are nice, but the colour used on the outer surface gets scratched and gets removed easily. All i wanted to complaint that the outer surface should be more scratch resistant as i am always in care that it does not get scratched.

                      Few days back (around 6-7 days) I give my laptop to service center for a damage repair purpose. After 4 days dell service center told me that our request is being rejecting by dell for service. So, I contact dell customer care,
                      and tell them about my issue with my laptop and about rejecting request.
                      They told me that there is some hold on your product service, and they do not know the reason of hold and tell me mail them my laptops in voice and they will remove the hold in 24 hours and bring back my laptop process in work. But it is being 3 days and no action is being taken by dell to remove that hold and when I ask them about the status, they tell me that they do not know anything. So, right now I am lying in between customer care and my damaged laptop. Down below images of my damaged laptop and service tag number is given.

                        Dell Inspiron 3511 laptop mouse pad is not working. Even there is no response from Dell support website. Simply time wasting by doing troubleshooting. But no solution for issue. In my view, Wasted 45k for this laptop. Please do support or give solution

                          Mis-selling of laptop

                          Dear Team,

                          Request support on captioned complaint as I have purchase new laptop from Croma Ghaziabad (Pacific Mall) on 16th October 2022. However, your Windows and Office both were activated before the purchase date. Concern points below mention.

                          1. During purchase it has been told that only some scratches are in laptop body rest everything you will get as new one.

                          Dell Dnies warranty only on the ground that the Amazon Invoice doesn't bear a serial number, while on their site they claim to have a special support regarding buyers from Amazon. While the date of manufaturing is less than three years old. For three years warranty, had it been another company, they would have happily replaced the product, but Dell's intention is malicious. They even tried to false claim in my more than 13 emails and calls that we want to serve you. They lied that they wanted to connect and deliver the product but couldn't, because when I asked them what's the issue now you can send the product now. But no, they are crying the same old Invoice rules. They infact never called and lied to me that they called. Actually they are a bunch of crooks. Cheater Dell. Never again Dell. You can't fool Indian Consumers, go sell in U.S.
                          I am resorting to Indian Judiciary now, and once I win the case. Will publish it all over the Web. Cheater Dell. Their 1.3/5.0 speaks volume about cheater Dell.

                            I purchased DELL 3511 laptop a year. And now its warranty has been ended last month.
                            As dell hasnt provide a genuine product to me because after buying the laptop after 2 or 3 months its hinges were broken . And currently i am facing the same issue again .
                            I also faced the issue related to the display and toucpad a few months ago. And again this time i am facing the same issue.
                            As a customer of DELL i request you to give me refund or replacement as it was yours manufacturing defective piece.

                                I bought Inspiron 15 3000 Laptop on 22 Aug 2021. The paint finish started peeling off so I ordered laptop sticker to cover the problem. But due to improper application I had to remove the sticker. After the removal of sticker the paint totally got peeled.

                                  My laptop stopped working within 4 months of purchase and it was not even turning on so I went to the authorised service center at Pimpri and they kept it for a day. Next day, it was repaired but when I took it home, it did not turn on. I went to the center again but they did not repair but only turned it on and gave it back. When I went home, it stopped working again. I asked for replacement so they asked me to call the customer care. The customer care told me that as per their records, my motherboard is faulty and this was not informed by the service center. Next day, a guy came to change the motherboard in my office. After repair, he left. I observed that the battery was draining faster. I turned it off at 21pc battery and when opened it the next morning, it did not turn on. I called Dell to replace as the problem was not sorted even after 3 attempts but they simply refused and said that they will call within 3 working days for repair. I asked them to send a guy the same day as i had already suffered a week of time loss but they did not. I had purchased laptop from Chroma and even took extended hardware warranty for 3 years. Despite that, the service is so bad and even chroma people are not touching it saying that it is under manufacturing warranty and if i go through them, repairs will take a minimum of 8 days. Since my first discussion with them, it has already been 8 days and four times repairs and yet, the laptop is not working at all. The laptop is defective and the company is refusing to replace it.

                                    A Dell XPS 9550 was given in for general service at the Dell service Center in Domlur. There were only 2 issues with the laptop.
                                    1. Speaker not working properly
                                    2. Right and left mouse button not working.

                                    But as they cleaned the machine to pull out the dust, they are now saying the motherboard is unresponsive. The system was working perfectly fine before the technician opened it up.
