I placed the battery replacement order for my company provided laptops, made the payment 4 weeks ago. There is still no update from the team and the status is showing as cancelled. I tried reaching the customer service but nobody is able to provide a reason why my order is cancelled, also there is no update about my refund. Customer service just picks up the call and keeps routing it to different teams and none of the team provides a proper solution.
Dell provides worst customer service and is not at all user friendly. Buying battery from local shops is better than ordering from dell support.

    I purchased an Inspiron 5410 2-in-1 in June last year. I found an issue with the keyboard very soon and raised a complaint through Dell Technical Support on Whatsapp. Only after giving them a thorough description of the issue and sending a dozen pics, they could finally understand what the problem was and arrange a service for me. After some days they sent a service technician to my home and got the keyboard replaced. Althoug it was quite a lengthy process and took quite some days, I was satisfied that the issue was resolved in the end. That was the last time my experience with Dell's service ended on a happy note. After that, the experience has been no less than pathetic. With the passage of time, I noticed issues with the Hinge and the Headphone Jack. I tried to raise the complaint over Whatsapp like usual. But the Dell Technical Support on Whatsapp is so annoying and useless. The agents available for chat are extremely incompetent and inexperienced. You have to put in so much energy and effort to explain your issue. If anything they know about is Driver Updates. Thats it. Nothing else. You tell them any damn problem from software to hardware, their one and only solution would be to update the drivers. What adds to the misery is that after every certian amount of time interval, the agents keep changing and you have to explain the damn entire sitiuation to every new agent, even though they do say that they will review the case history. Coming back to my case, I had to spend days of tiresome conversation with dozens of agents and provide detailed verbal and video explanations. I also installed every damn software and driver update which I they told me to. After all of this time consuming and so lengthy process were they able to probably understand the issues and set up an onsite service for my laptop. I was given a certian amount of days to wait until the parts needed for replacement were available. After over a week, I get a message from them that the delivery of the parts has been delayed and it is now gonna take some time. After about one more week I get another message that the parts have been further delayed and it is going to take about two months to arrive. And alternatively I was offered a replacement against my faulty system with a refurbished one. I was a bit hesitant at first to accept a refurbished unit, but having no choice I decided to proceed with it. They gave me a 40 days timeline for the replacement process. Can you believe it? 40 days? I mean this is 2022 we are living in. I expressed my disappointment but again, being helpless and having no choice, I gave the approval with a heavy heart. Weeks passed and I received no response from them. Finally, afer about a month I received a mail that they could not find any refurbished unit with the required specifications and will be therefore providing a brand new unit. At this point I was a bit suspicious and skeptical, and I expressed my concern and denied the offer and demanded that my existing laptop be fixed. They again gave me a 60 days timeline for that and since I had already waited for over a month I didn't want to wait any further. I hesitantly accepted the offer and was assured that the new system will be delivered shortly. I had to wait another 10 days approximately before I recieved a call from a Dell retailer informing me that the system has arrived. After recieving the laptop, I immideately found issues in it within a few hours o[censored]sage. These issues were worse than what were present on my old laptop. I was feeling so angry and disappointed. I rightaway got in touch with Dell Techhnical Support on whatsapp and expressed my frustration. Again I had to deal with their sheer incompetence and a deep lack of knowledge and understanding for days. Again I was asked to install every damn driver and software update. Again I had to give detailed verbal and visual explanations. Again they set up an onsite service and again they are sending me daily texts that the delivery of the parts has been delayed. Again I'm stuck in this horrible cycle of their pathetic service. It has been more than 2 months now since I raised my service request for my old laptop and here after 2 months I have ended up with a laptop in a much worse condition that my old one. You can understand the level of my frustration. I'm done with Dell. I want them to please take the laptop back, give me my refund. I have lost all trust in Dell. My next step will be to take a legal action against Dell.

      Very regret to inform that the Dell Support Team couldn't fix my issue where my Dell Inspiron 15 3000 with Service Tag-FPTB8F3 is repeatedly getting hanged & restarted with BSOD error as "Machine Check Exception Error". Though I have visited the nearest authorized service Centre but they can't solve the issues with giving stated advice as to contact Dell Toll Free Customer Service. But after repeated follow-up with the customer care executive the issue hasn't been fixed as yet thereby raising the complaint in customer forum. Requesting to replace a new Dell Laptop of the same model and replacing the faulty one.

          Since the day, I purchased the laptop, Inspiron 7591, I have periodically encountering issues. On multiple occasions, I have reached out to the dell support team for resolving issues which were never really resolved. The various issues as documented in multiple mail threads is testimony to the fact of how faulty my product and the amount of inconvenience i faced with my laptop. My entire dell experience was limited because I was told that i couldnt install windows 11 because some outdated driver was installed on my system to rectify another issue. Recently the laptop started overheating alot and keypad, mouse etc stopped functioning. An engineer was sent who too was delayed by a good 2 weeks to replace certain parts. On replacing the parts, my laptop wouldnt open and I contacted the dell service team. The team was not reaponsive. Mails were ignored and on many times when calls dropped from the dell exectuives side, they didnt care to call back. Finally when i got in touch with someone, i was told that my eniltiee device needed to be reformatted. This was an extreme inconvenience since it would cause me loss of data. But since there was no option lefr due to the negligence of the dell team, i agreed to go ahead with it. Now the tell team keeps changing timelines for when they will schedule a slot to format my system. Yesterday, i was committed a time today at 12 noon but reveived no call back or revert as usual. This is the worst customer experience i have ever encountered. This entire journey with dell has left me harassed, frustrated and disillusioned. My laptop right now is a piece of metal and nothing else until it gets formatted. All claims of great customer experience fall flat.
          I want to have a word with someone in the senior management who not only can resolve my issue but also take action against all those who have caused me this pain. Call recordings and email threads will give a clear idea about the issues i have faved with dell.

            In February of this year, I acquired a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 model. Within 2-3 weeks, I complained about a keyboard problem that I hadn't noticed at the time of purchase, and they replaced the keyboard. However, my touch pad stopped working after about 2-3 weeks. So I filed a complaint, and they told me they will assist me online via message to verify with the system, but it didn't work. They finally chose to replace the item and requested me to wait a month for it. They later decided to replace the system, which has taken more than 2-3 months. There is no replacement procedure in place. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING THAT THEY ARE INFORMING ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT EVEN LONGER FOR A REPLACEMENT. terrible service not even understanding the issue facing due to their service

              I purchased a DELL Inspiron 5510 Laptop through Dell website on April 12, 2022. A month later, It was seen a white dot on display, and it was replaced. After the replacement, The side bezels were quite shaky and not sturdy as it should be. As it didn't bothered with my day to day usage very much, I neglected it, But the display is showing some kind of problem which they call Image Retention, It is very much affecting my usage, because it affect my privacy, as even though I close a screen, It can be still seen on the display. It all started after the replacement. I was given a faulty display, and now when I have informed them about this, They are telling me its because of my wrong usage, and it doesn't cover under warranty. I have only used the laptop after the replacement, less than a week until the issue appeared.I haven't faced anything like this on the stock display I got, which I used a month. I was given a faulty display and they are not taking any responsibility. I need the lcd to be replaced with good lcd, not a faulty one.

                  I've done paid service for my Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7567, from the authorized Dell service center, [Topserve Infotech (P) Ltd, Edapally-Thrippumithura Road, Palarivattom, Ernakulam] in Kerala. After service, they said chip level service was done, and need to change the battery and charger also. After the service Laptop gets slow to boot up than before and the battery is drained off within minutes that they offered 4Hrs of backups we will get. I was unable to reach the service shop due to being out of station and covid-19. I used the battery for some months and no changes in battery performance, I requested them to replace my battery under the warranty period When I came back to Ernakulam. They got a few weeks to replace the battery, and after a few weeks of waiting I got a defective battery they didn't check before replacing, The executive said they don't have an option to check whether the battery is good or bad before installing. So my wait was wasted, need to wait another few days to get back a new battery (that may be working, not sure to them). and I got the same result after replacing the battery. I was using that battery because no scope in dells service. After a few days, my battery was completely dead, can't start the laptop then, I returned to them, That time they said the warranty period is over, and how they promise they will replace the battery without any cost due to the defective battery they given to me. and there is a chip-level problem in the laptop. So I requested them to fix it. After a week they said laptop service is done with a new battery and charged me 3000/- for chip level service(They didn't specify the exact complaint). I paid and I realized that the laptop is in the same condition before I was servicing it. So I called the Topserve Dell Service executive, and he promised the service warranty is one month, and they can fix the problem for free. Again I gave the laptop back to them to service, After 3 days, they responded to my call that they cant fix the laptop, they can't Identify what's the problem exactly, and they will return the price. When going there, they said the manager is not here, He'll call me and they will refund 3000/- by tomorrow. I agreed and bring back my damaged laptop. Then after they didn't return my money. They didn't pick up my calls. Nobody calls back to me. irresponsible Experience from DELL INDIA, Please support me !!!

                      I bought a new laptop from Ganpati Services (DELL EXCLUSIVE STORE)
                      Durga Vihar, S P Verma road, Patna on 12th December 2021

                      The description of the product is DELL INS 3511/238 BLK/I3 - 11 GEN/8/1 + 256/W10 + OFF
                      Batch : 2CL50H3
                      Even after handling it delicately and carefully it got damaged within 1 year. The side panel of the screen got detached all of a sudden on its own. It breaks into pieces and the screen got detached from the keyboard area. The back portion also gets damaged completely.
                      i didn't expected such service from a reputed company like DELL.
                      Please resolve my problem on urgent basis as i'm already facing problems. In regard to solving the problem i want complete refund from the company so that i can buy new DELL laptop.

                        In my dell inspiron laptop mouse touchpad not working while doing scroll down it goes scroll up again and again for a single click it goes back and forth for multiple times.i have been facing this problem since one month.

                            My dell laptop got damaged due to accident. I submitted it on 24.02.2022 in your service centre Bhubaneswar. The manger told me he will repair it in 15days. But even after passage of 3 months it has not been repaired and now the manager is not reposting to the phone. Also when I visit the service centre he is not reposting properly and not telling me when he will repair the laptop. My office work is hampering badly. I think I have made a blunder by purchasing a Dell product. I will never made this mistake ever in my life.

                              I brought and new dell g15 laptop and turned out the display got problem and dell offered replacement, the faulty unit collected then nothing really happen, no reply to any of the mail

                                The laptop is not working properly. and I am facing so many problems [like heating, hanging problem, display issue, hardware issues] while using it from day one and I have complained so many times to dell customer care but they do not solve my problem. and I do have not much time to speak on calls as I am studying for CA, therefore, I want to replace my laptop as it is in warranty period. please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I am Ayyanar from Chennai. I have purchased the dell product laptop last Jan 2022. it will be completed 4 months and i has paid 4 EMI so far. Last 1 month i have problem with dell laptop about mouse touch pad not working, the Mouse cursor suddenly hide and key board not well condition. I am suffering this problem many days. Then I have provided the laptop to Service Center more than 15 days and still they did not resolved my problem. Kindly you should take my complaint and resolve my problem as soon as possible and provide replacement for new laptop.

                                  So Far the Company did not taken any action against my complaint. still i am suffering in problems with the dell laptop. I have been first impression with the dell company but now i fed up. How i suggest this product to others. i am worried about this.

                                    I bought my dell laptop on 3rd of April and within a one month the patch of the screen had been plucked off. On 20th May the side of the screen was bulged out and please mark my word it was neither mishandle nor fallen down from anywhere. Till 22nd the part of the screen pilled off and I cannot open my laptop. I have shown it to the shop from were I purchased it and they said it was a manufacturing defect.

                                    Please help as it is still in the warranty period.

                                      I have purchased a new Dell Laptop (Model - Inspiron 15 3000) on 14th March 2022 for price Rs 46000/-. This laptop was kept unused for next 3 weeks as I was using already working on my old laptop. when I started using this new laptop, initially no issue was noticed but gradually when working time on this laptop was increasing, I use to notice that touch pad is started getting hanged many times.
                                      then I contacted to Dell center from where it was purchased. they checked it and told that this issue may arising because of Ms Office software so need to re-install Ms Office again.
                                      For re-installing the same version of MS OFFICE they required my outlook id and password which was first time created when laptop was purchased. otherwise this MS OFFICE version will be lapsed and then other pirated version shall be installed. I tried to retrieve the outlook login detail through dell customer support. unfortunately it could not get retrieved and this exercise took more than a week.
                                      now I again contacted to Dell Center and this time they told that there is issue in touch pad which shall be replaced by Dell team after creating complaint ticket at their Support System. I register this issue on 4th May 2022 and from 4th May till today the issue has not been resolved, but only they are sending message through whatsapp that Parts is not available in the market. I requested to change my laptop but they have not responded.
                                      My job work is much suffering due to this. Its company responsibility to change the problematic part or replace this laptop with new one.

                                        I purchased this product in October end and by Jan i see the display panel frame started coming out and the performance of the laptop started going down from 3rd month onwards and it is becoming impossible to manage with such a poor performance. Visited Dell authorized dealer in April they said they will replace the parts in 3 to 10 days but it is more than a month and no sighs of replacement. The purpose of taking laptop is not met and neither i am getting replacement nor a refund. I am using Dell for last 3 decades but for first time i had see such a hopeless product and service and customer concerns are not heard yet.
