I am having a very poor service with dell team and they are making me pay for the mistake by them. Providing me a faulty system that crashed in just two days and it has been a month but still the case is unresolved. They don't even accept to compensate my loss and already i have explained what a loss i would face without laptop but no use they are not even taking any responsibility for their customers and i am not even temporarily replaced with a laptop to work, i had to borrow from friends and taking a lot of to process any improvements. Dragged a lot of time in the name of resolving the issue guided me through hardware replacement first, then refund, then again replacement but still didn't even have a clear update whether atleast replacement is confirmed. Staking a lot of money on dell's premium laptop and now i am going through all complaint forums to somehow get a help. Worst responsibility they take on customers and i am paying for the mistake of choosing such a flagship in dell. I used to love alienwares but with these incidents i don't even go for dell anymore. I have lost patience and extremely distressed. My money can be much more productive if i had it now. But now it is sitting useless in a corner.

    I called dell around 10 am this morning and was asked to furnish details which is reasonable, then i am put to another person and had had to furnish details and this went on for some time till i was told that i would get the information i wanted so i waited for a long time and the line was cut. I called again and again and its past one hour that i am doing this, this is absurd. Still i call again as the problem. Is not solved, looks like dell is trying to make my life hell. All i want to know is if a technician can come to check my laptop.

    My laptop is in a warranty period ryt now and am still facing some problem in my laptop like speed and response time in it, my mouse pad is also not working well as well as the speed of my laptop is not verry well it is not giving me a full satissfication as much i want ... so plzz kindly help me out from this problem...

      I gave my dell xps 13 laptop (Premium laptop - cost around rs. 1 lakh - out of warranty) to dell authorized service center - laptop store, 210a, vijay sai towers, kukatpally, hyderabad - 500072 for keyboard replacement on august 20th 2019. It had no other issues except keyboard issue. (Receipt attached).

      I collected my laptop today on august 23rd, 2019. After keyboard replacement, they found the battery to be dead when a diagnosis was run. The service center is claiming that they did not perform diagnosis before keyboard replacement. So, they don't know whether the battery was working or not working prior to replacement. But i am very confident that the battery was working perfectly fine when i submitted my laptop to them. The cost of the battery is rs. 12999 on amazon (http://tiny.cc/qmrmbz)

      So they may have either destroyed the battery during the keyboard replacement process or simply stole my good battery and replaced it with a defective one.

      Attached is final bill for keyboard replacement.

      They have cctv footage of the service center, so i would like to get access to the footage to figure out what happened to my laptop's battery from august 20th 2019 to august 23rd 2019.

          I have purchased dell inspiron 15 7000 on 16th july 2019. Started using the pc on 9th april 2019 as i reside in hostel and the pc could be used when i returned to home.
          In my family this is the second dell pc, as we were very satisfied with the first dell pc.
          But unfortunately this pc is not up to the mark of my expectation, as the battery is not getting charged over 55%.
          Till 55% the battery gets charged, and when it reaches till 55% the symbol shows "plug in not charging".
          This much of the costly piece of a pc, delivering the technical mistake gave a mental shock to me as i never expected this kind of mistake in the company like dell.
          I request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
          Replace the defective piece will be appreciated.

            I have booked the Laptop 3579- G3 on 24-July-2019 made advance payment for colour Dell G3 i5 White and 30-July-2019 made full payment attached receipt for your reference.

            Note: Delivery committed on 03-Aug-2019 but not delivery on the same. This laptop use for college student project purpose because of he missed his project marks and mentally upset.

            After multiply follows & walk-in store myself now saying will delivery on 08-Aug-2019. Not even inform the before the same .

              Sir i have bought a dell laptop from reliance digital crown interiorz mall my laptop modol is inspiron 5570 after costing 75000 i have promised that my laptop will provide me the battery of 3 hours but it is providing me a battery of 45 mins i visit dell service center many times and even called many times all the times they are fooling us and even disconnect the call many times. Dell is a fake brand they even doesn't provide me in written that my battery is giving 45 mins after sending a battery report to them they are just wasting a time so i request you to take a strict action against them

And they are claiming good thermals on the laptop but my laptop is getting too much hot like 100 degrees and when i called them they asked me to try after sometime and they suggested me to buy a cooling pad...                     Several complaints regarding blue screen dump have been registered.
                    Dell has replaced parts, but the problem persists.

                    Dell is again sending more parts for replacement, which is causing delay & moreover there is no guarantee that the problem will be solved.

                    A simple solution would be provide a replacement & take the existing unit back for thorough testing!

                      I purchased above laptop in 2017 which is made in china. Express service code [protected]. Laptop battery was not charging hence lodged the complaint. Paid rs.14551 in advance. After technicians visit they said that motherboard to be changed. Paid another rs. 10539 as advance. Person came with motherboard but it was faulty. I have paid rs. 25100 as advance already& my laptop is still not repaired after close to 2 months hampering my work as well as peace of mind. The technician with less experienced as well as substandard parts from reputed co. Like dell is shameful. The laptop got problem in less than 2 yrs speaks the worst quality of dell products. The laptop is very slow in functioning & not to the standard. I want my laptop to be replaced or compensated. I have already paid half the price of laptop as advance without being functional till now. There is no coordinations between their dept. S regarding arrival of parts & visit of technician. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from dell india. Disgusting.

                            problem not resolved under warranty period

                            My dell inspiron 5000 series laptop had this issue with its back flip cover, it hasn't undergone any physical impact in any manner but the hinges began creaking and soon the back flip cover started coming off from one side of the laptop. I contacted the dell support team as it was under warranty period (Less than a year since i bought it) and they refused to undertake the repairs under warranty citing that it's not covered under the said...

                            In august 2018 i've bought dell inspiron 15 3000. And from the very first day laptop was functioning very slow. Though it is updated with window 10. And i various times i visited dell stores to complaint this. But every time they are formatting my laptop and returning to me which was not at al helpful. This is becoming a really headache in my work now. My laptop is still under warranty. Kindly resolve this issue.

                              Dear Sir/Maam,

                              Myself Shubham Jhawar, I purchased Dell Inspiron 5480, Order No[protected], Service Tag number- HWXK9W2 and Express Code No- [protected], on 24th May 2019. I am a resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and the purchase was made from official dell website i.e, dellindia.com

                              Opening my laptop for the very first time on 20th June 2019, the pc opened up very slow, I thought it may have had happened because the laptop was operating for the first time. But as of today, after updating the windows and doing all the necessary formalities, my laptop works very slow.

                              Basis applications like Microsoft word, excel takes up several minutes to load up. The system app takes several minutes to load up. Screen shuts down automatically even when I have turned screen off and the power option to never. Application hangs up.

                              I had bought my first laptop ever and as your company enjoys a huge popularity in the market decided to try it even when I was getting laptops with same configuration at much cheaper rates.

                              Contacted the dell authorized service center and they told me that my windows was faulty and needed reinstalling for which extra money had to be paid. Then I contacted dell customer care and they said me windows is fine and they will not replace it.

                              I am tired of all this, visiting customer care several times. It was my first laptop and I decided to go for dell and this was the biggest mistake that I made. No support no nothing.

                              Is this the way you guys treat your customer??

                              Very disappointed by purchasing this product. Had researched so much before buying my first laptop and it works pathetically slow.

                              Thank you for hearing me out.

                              Please solve this issue at the earliest, if not then replace my product. Its only been 7 days using it.

                                Purchased dell system may 9th 2019
                                From then on i'm purchasing lots of issues i contacted dell person at ashok pillar, chennai, india (Purchase showroom) but no response as well called to your customer support team twice.

                                Call 1: they check for hardware software issue all cleared but after that only 1 hr i used.

                                But again today the issue strtd...

                                Call 2 : display grains issue as well system got switched off nearly twice in between the work time of 30 min... Later now the system is permanently off...

                                Tech support replied: no response but to escape transferred the call to nearly 5 -6 people and again asking for same questions...

                                Hope you reply and let me know the procedure for replacement or money back

                                When I get my laptop dell India inspiron 5368 out from bag...how to get it out...I pick it from side ..it damages its touch scrreeen..as when on the laptop from touch screen from that side working automatically...so much problem...so I have to off the touch screen from device manager with so much difficulty...

                                  Myself Gokul from Bengaluru. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 with me after 3 months of the purchase im facing issues like the laptop is getting heated like hell and fan is not rotating a correct rpm, the system is getting turned off automatically, display is getting heated much.
                                  i have paid a huge amount for the very worst laptop. but the product is very defective and it seems to be fake.
                                  I want dell to take this laptop back and refund the full money i paid. So that i may go for any other good brand other than dell.

                                    I purchased my dell laptop in jan 2017 but due to performance issues i had to take it to a nearby shop to get it rectified. The technician had observed and told me that the Toshiba hard drive (1TB) which is factory installed in my dell inspiron 5567 (service tag no. 8SW5ZL2) has a problem due to which it is neither getting formatted nor partition is getting created on it as it is showing a error message while trying to make a partition through command prompt as well as diskpart method. So, please see to it and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Sir i have a all in one pc in this pc i face auto shut down problem i complaint in dell engineer came and replace hard drive second day same problem occurs they said motherboard problem i said ok change but they said we change refurbished(repaired motherboard) parts i denied after 3 months i again call in dell and same thing said and also said sir refurbished parts are dell lab tested i agreed bez i puzzled when technician change refurbished part in pc is not working properly i said what is this they said sir we order again and wait and now i m not agree to change refurbished parts and dell agree to at time parts recived in dead on arrival if dell lab tested parts send so how its possible
