Dell has replaced parts, but the problem persists.

Dell is again sending more parts for replacement, which is causing delay & moreover there is no guarantee that the problem will be solved.

I purchased above laptop in 2017 which is made in china. Express service code [protected]. Laptop battery was not charging hence lodged the complaint. Paid rs.14551 in advance. After technicians visit they said that motherboard to be changed. Paid another rs. 10539 as advance. Person came with motherboard but it was faulty.
