I purchased a dell lap top from krishna consultancy services, boring road, patna, bihar.
J7fctj2. Model t 14. I gave it for servicing for some minor fault on 8th feburaray, 2020. They told that there is a minor fault and the repair would be done within a week with a budget of rs 3500/ (Thirty five hundred only). But in spite of my regular follow up the laptop was not repaired and they kept it for more than a month. They then started telling that the budget has now escalated to rs 11000 (Eleven thousand). I have taken back my laptop and assume that more damages have been done it. As krishna consultancy services, boring road, patna, bihar is dell registered vendor and servicing centre, i would request you to please compensate my valuable time and harassment that has been done. There was only one call to me from this vendor after one month informing that the budget cost has escalated to rs.11000. I would request you to kindly help me and get my laptop repaired.

I was eating crax corn rings, masala mania when i was about to end it i discovered something hard in my mouth and it was a piece of metal from inside the packet. It was weird to find it there, i would like to register a complaint regarding this. It could've created a hell of a problem for my body and me as well.

    I bought a dell vostro 3578 laptop on 9 feb 2019 from nirvana computers 29/698a, jubilee building arayidathupalam mavoor road calicut, kerala 673016.
    After one year a bright spot appeared on it. I give it to the service centre 'mobile lab puthiyara calicut 'and i got a new disply, but the new display was a defective one with an lcd line. I again return back it to the service centre and i got a new disply but it was also a defective with dead pixels. Also my service warranty was expired on 7 feb 2020. What can i do??? And i want known what is the reason for this issue, whether the company dell producing faulty display?. I want to get the genuine display without any damages please help.

    please resolve the issue as soon as possible, because the service warranty was expired on just 13 days ago and there is no money in my hand for purchasing new display.Otherwise I will realize that dell laptops are useless and dell cheating me by giving defective displays with in the warranty period.

    The display complaint is resolved.But new issues founded that are stuck in speaker and system is extreamily hanging

    I seen some customers have problems with display.

      I orderer the product "new xps 13 7390 laptop", order[protected] worth rs.1, 17, 870.00 from compuindia.com. I was redirected to this website from dell.com. This was a prepaid purchase. I was given a bluedart waybill number and the status said "return to shipper". Compuindia.com has marked my order number as "complete".

      Pathetic service. I'll keep updating this complaint with timestamps to clock compuindia.com's performance.

      09th feb, 2020 [10:51 am]: order placed.
      10th feb, 2020 [12:25 pm]: received an email from compuindia.com saying order was shipped.
      10th feb, 2020 [evening]: checked bluedart website with waybill number. Says "return to shipper - 10 feb 2020 22:07". Order status on compuindia.com is marked as "complete".
      10th feb, 2020 [08:37 pm]: mail sent to [protected]@compuindia.com.
      10th feb, 2020 [11.55 pm]: posting this complaint.

        After from your company an service of my laptop after that it is not working properly its having so much of problems some time keys are not working properly last time when i copy some notes it stop there at the option of copy and a i wait around 15 min but nothing happened. And after that when i restart it again than the laptop is not showing anything like when i click mouse to refresh it than also it is not showing the option of refresh. I m facing many more problem with my laptop. And it hangs a lot and yes when i play a simple game in it it work like 1900s laptop

          Dear sir
          Please note that i am writing you this email after being too irritated and tired. I bought a dell inspiron 13 model 7373 on 13th january from your dell exclusive showroom in nehru place. When i bought this i clearly asked the dealer and the sales person (I guess his name was alam) that i travel a lot. So i need a laptop with long battery back up and light weight. He suggested me this model. I said on internet it is showing that this model has a back up of 10-12 hours. He said that is wrong, truth is that it will give you a back up of at least 7-8 hours in working mode. I asked him may be i can buy 5000 series which is between 40 to 45000. Much cheaper than this model 7000 series. He said no. That series is heavy weight and will give you a power back up of only 3 hours. So eventually i bought this model. I paid money and took bill and went back to home as i was getting late. When i reached home i saw that this piece is of august 2018. Too old. Then i went on internet and saw that warranty expired in 2018 and 2019. I felt cheated. Then on 14th i called dell helpline and they said you send us invoice copy and we will update the warranty. On 13th i charged the laptop for 8-9 hours and used it for first time on 14th and saw battery went dead in 1.5 hour. Then on 15th i called helpline again and told them that i have been cheated by your showroom. To my surprise the technical person said its 3 cell and will give you a back up of only 1.5 hour. And when i spoke to some sales person on dell helpline he said it will give at least 4 hours back up, very surprising that in your own company different department say different words. Then on 16 th again i called and the person chatted with me for more than 2 hours and he updated windows and drivers and even did battery health test etc. He said now you can use and check. I told him i am going to mumbai for my work &will carry my old laptop and after coming back use this and reply. Then when i came back to delhi on 21 and used, battery back up too less. Then called dell and even send email. After that mr abhishekh from out of warranty department called me and agree to get the battery replaced. He got it replaced after 1 week. But next day i realized that battery after reaching 25 % went down to 6% within 5 min. I got so irritated that i send email to mr abhishekh and said that now i don't have more energy and time. I just want my money back. Or else i will go to consumer court,. He refused and disconnected the phone. I regret to buy a dell laptop. Now i think there is no other choice left. But just to go to consumer court.

            We purchased 10 dell laptops on 29th of may 2019 from a dell authorized dealer.

            All 10 devices purchased were extremely slow and hangs very often.
            Windows and other software in the laptop was given along the laptop by the company and are genuine.

            In the series of events post raising the issue with dell india, we have tried everything as per the guidance of dell technical person through telecom and visit.
            Issues with laptop was well understood by the person (Dell representative) who took the remote access. Even she acknowledged the systems are not working fine.

            Right from cleaning of drives to formatting of windows we have done everything.

            In last interaction with your dell we found that you are clearly running from the responsibility by saying it's not a hardware issue.
            We are being given laptops who are malfunctioning and dell india is not taking the responsibility to repair/replace them

            It's been more than 6 months now and we have been trying to reach them, unfortunately dell has stopped responding to our emails.

                Dell has sold me a pirated windows 10 copy.

                I suffered like hell since the day i purchased my aio desktop - inspiron 3277.

                Computer is only 3-4 months old, but has crashed more than 15 times since date of purchase.

                Finally, after many escalations, i came to know through microsoft team that the version of windows in my system is pirated.

                When contacted, dell said a senior membe will call back regarding this issue.

                I feel cheated by dell and am very frustrated with their response.

                Please help.

                  The Desktop PC Model number 3464 PC, F01GZH2 is sleeping during work. The PC sceen is turn off during the time of work. After 5 minute it will be on.

                    There is only one monitor available in dell 4 bangalore
                    There are 30 memebers standing in the queue and the security process is worst.
                    An interview candidate when will he can attend if this the situation.
                    I'm waiting here for more than an hour.
                    It's the worst process that i have ever seen in a company like dell this not accepted.
                    Make the issue a serious one.

                      Sir, basic warranty of my laptop expires on 21 feb 2020 and have purchased laptop on 20 oct 2019 but did not register with dell now what should i do? I have purchased this online on 20/10/2019 they have provided 1 year warranty from the date of shipping (18 nov 2018) even not provided with warranty card. I got only 90 days to register but could not register due to certain reasons.

                          Hello sir,

                          I bought dell laptop in vr mall chennai and they said i can avail 5 % cashback after 3 month fo emi.
                          But i didnt get any cash back. And also monthly due amount also not right one. Am seeing 100-300 rupees coming extra charge for each emi.

                          I have reached dell authorized show room. They are not responding properly

                          So far i have paid 4 emi. I have verified my bank statement, i didn't get any cashback amount. I have all the proof with me.

                            So, i bought this pc from dell showroom some 2-3 months ago for some 35k. The inner specifications of the pc tell that it is inspiron 15 3584 but the sticker near the keyboard says it's inspiron 15 3000. I was told this was the slimmest inspiron ever. I feel a bit cheated. Please see to it and help me asap!. I desire a full explanation regarding it as it's my right and your duty. Also i didn't noticed any problem in the working of the pc, yea sometimes it's speakers do misbehave producing a chirrrreeuupp sound for a second or two. Else everything seems okay but i feel i"m handled with an older version pc while being promised of the latest pc.

                              Hello, i have purchase dell laptop from its official store in tear 2018 and i have purchased system which have preloaded windows and everything. From the day 1 i am having the issue in system performance as system is very slow as its takes very long time when i start and after starting i am unable to use the system as i have went 2-3 times to the same showroom but they said try to update system then use it. I have update system fully but my system is same as earlier. I tried to contact dell service many times but they say to run diagnose every time but its not resolved i asked them to gave me a address to their official service centere so i can go and show my laptop performance to them but they won’t give and always says me something to do by own. I have made multiple request on there call center but they are just ignoring the issue and says to run on safe mode and all. I had tried every measure to make it fix but they are not give me a correct advice but they are also neglecting the same. I had very bad experience with dell really disappointing with there service.

                                On august 24, 2018 i purchased a dell inspiron 3552 laptop for $272.62 while on vacation and had it shipped to our vacation site. The laptop was a lemon: was very slow, had difficulty connecting to the internet and would often turn off for no reason. We consistently had to reboot the laptop for no apparent reason. After 8 months of struggling with these issues the laptop would not even turn on even though the adaptor was healthy because it worked on other laptops. Since it was under warranty, we sent it in for repairs without being charged, later being told the problem was that it needed a new adaptor. When we received the laptop in july the adaptor did turn on the laptop but the battery still never held a charge. Since we were already accustomed to the laptop being slow and having difficulty connecting to the internet, my daughter continued to use it again only to eventually the following month not even having the adaptor turn on the laptop. On october 10, 2019 i called dell again and consistently was being routed to the “out of warranty” department since the service tag showed it expired august 25, 2019. I spoke to dozens of people who were difficult to understand because they had strong indian accents, often was disconnected and eventually charged $42 twice on paypal for a diagnostic to be done. It took six (6) days to receive the fedex box which we returned to dell the same day. Dell received the laptop six (6) later and immediately billed me $229.99 for multiple repairs that should have been done when the laptop was in the shop under warrenty 2 months prior. Hence, the cost of repairs equaled the cost of the laptop that was purchased just one year prior.

                                My main complaint was that customer service was horrible. It required numerous phone calls, numerous hangups, constantly being transferred to “out of warranty” department when the issue was that the laptop was not repaired correctly while warranty, always speaking with a customer service person who had a heavy indian accent who was impossible to understand.

                                We have purchased dozens of desk and laptops through dell in the past couple of decades. They use to be known for their superior customer service. All of that is ancient history. Today it is impossible to speak to a customer service person in english who will be able to help with the issue. Instead they transfer you, put you on hold, disconnect, provide substandard if any service, and leave the customer exasperated spending hours on the phone with zero satisfaction.

                                Dell is a company that should go out of business as it no longer manufactures laptops/computes that function minimally (Battery, internet access) and does not honor warranties by performing adequate repair and instead charge the cost of the laptop a month after alleged warranty expires.

                                  I had purchased a dell inspiron 7373 (2in1) on 5th june 2019. Ths was purchased on corporate booking (Scheme ongc) from mangalam, dibrugarh assam. After about a year the battery backup became very poor. Yesterday i had taken the laptop to the dealer and on checking they found out that the battery is not working at all. They also told me that the battery is not covered under warranty. Having purchased a premium laptop worth over a lakh this is the quality of items you deliver. I am very shocked at the company's policies. Being a corporate client my next purchase will definitely not be dell. I will also share my bad experience with my friends and colleagues. I just hope that you can resolve this issue and restore my faith in dell.

                                    Worst experience ever.

                                    I went over there to repair my laptop, they told me they will check and inform me about the fault.
                                    When i said no and asked to give back my laptop, they gave me with fault and issues and were telling me we cannot give you as it was. (Before repairing).
                                    Now my laptop is not even getting started. They charged me also (1250/-).
                                    I request you to please take necessary action.

                                      From the day one, the system is to slow. I complaint earlier, then one exhaustive called me and remote the laptop. What she did, i don’t know and she told that your laptop had slow for work. After that, i found that the resolution is low.
                                      After that, no improvement has found from laptop. The system is too low to work. I am very much dis-satisfying about the product.
                                      I request you that please refund my money back and take you back your laptop. I don’t want such a kind of slow system.

                                        Address: GM's Office Engg Deptt, West Central Railway, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, 482001

                                        Computer is being shutdown frequently after 10 to 15 minutes from last one and half months continuously. When in morning i start the computer then the system shutdown automatically a duration of 30 to 50 minutes. After restart the system the problem is still continue. Kindly visit personally and rectify the problem.
