Sir, basic warranty of my laptop expires on 21 feb 2020 and have purchased laptop on 20 oct 2019 but did not register with dell now what should i do? I have purchased this online on 20/10/2019 they have provided 1 year warranty from the date of shipping (18 nov 2018) even not provided with warranty card. I got only 90 days to register but could not register due to certain reasons.

      Hello sir,

      I bought dell laptop in vr mall chennai and they said i can avail 5 % cashback after 3 month fo emi.
      But i didnt get any cash back. And also monthly due amount also not right one. Am seeing 100-300 rupees coming extra charge for each emi.

      I have reached dell authorized show room. They are not responding properly

      So far i have paid 4 emi. I have verified my bank statement, i didn't get any cashback amount. I have all the proof with me.

        So, i bought this pc from dell showroom some 2-3 months ago for some 35k. The inner specifications of the pc tell that it is inspiron 15 3584 but the sticker near the keyboard says it's inspiron 15 3000. I was told this was the slimmest inspiron ever. I feel a bit cheated. Please see to it and help me asap!. I desire a full explanation regarding it as it's my right and your duty. Also i didn't noticed any problem in the working of the pc, yea sometimes it's speakers do misbehave producing a chirrrreeuupp sound for a second or two. Else everything seems okay but i feel i"m handled with an older version pc while being promised of the latest pc.

          Hello, i have purchase dell laptop from its official store in tear 2018 and i have purchased system which have preloaded windows and everything. From the day 1 i am having the issue in system performance as system is very slow as its takes very long time when i start and after starting i am unable to use the system as i have went 2-3 times to the same showroom but they said try to update system then use it. I have update system fully but my system is same as earlier. I tried to contact dell service many times but they say to run diagnose every time but its not resolved i asked them to gave me a address to their official service centere so i can go and show my laptop performance to them but they won’t give and always says me something to do by own. I have made multiple request on there call center but they are just ignoring the issue and says to run on safe mode and all. I had tried every measure to make it fix but they are not give me a correct advice but they are also neglecting the same. I had very bad experience with dell really disappointing with there service.

            On august 24, 2018 i purchased a dell inspiron 3552 laptop for $272.62 while on vacation and had it shipped to our vacation site. The laptop was a lemon: was very slow, had difficulty connecting to the internet and would often turn off for no reason. We consistently had to reboot the laptop for no apparent reason. After 8 months of struggling with these issues the laptop would not even turn on even though the adaptor was healthy because it worked on other laptops. Since it was under warranty, we sent it in for repairs without being charged, later being told the problem was that it needed a new adaptor. When we received the laptop in july the adaptor did turn on the laptop but the battery still never held a charge. Since we were already accustomed to the laptop being slow and having difficulty connecting to the internet, my daughter continued to use it again only to eventually the following month not even having the adaptor turn on the laptop. On october 10, 2019 i called dell again and consistently was being routed to the “out of warranty” department since the service tag showed it expired august 25, 2019. I spoke to dozens of people who were difficult to understand because they had strong indian accents, often was disconnected and eventually charged $42 twice on paypal for a diagnostic to be done. It took six (6) days to receive the fedex box which we returned to dell the same day. Dell received the laptop six (6) later and immediately billed me $229.99 for multiple repairs that should have been done when the laptop was in the shop under warrenty 2 months prior. Hence, the cost of repairs equaled the cost of the laptop that was purchased just one year prior.

            My main complaint was that customer service was horrible. It required numerous phone calls, numerous hangups, constantly being transferred to “out of warranty” department when the issue was that the laptop was not repaired correctly while warranty, always speaking with a customer service person who had a heavy indian accent who was impossible to understand.

            We have purchased dozens of desk and laptops through dell in the past couple of decades. They use to be known for their superior customer service. All of that is ancient history. Today it is impossible to speak to a customer service person in english who will be able to help with the issue. Instead they transfer you, put you on hold, disconnect, provide substandard if any service, and leave the customer exasperated spending hours on the phone with zero satisfaction.

            Dell is a company that should go out of business as it no longer manufactures laptops/computes that function minimally (Battery, internet access) and does not honor warranties by performing adequate repair and instead charge the cost of the laptop a month after alleged warranty expires.

              I had purchased a dell inspiron 7373 (2in1) on 5th june 2019. Ths was purchased on corporate booking (Scheme ongc) from mangalam, dibrugarh assam. After about a year the battery backup became very poor. Yesterday i had taken the laptop to the dealer and on checking they found out that the battery is not working at all. They also told me that the battery is not covered under warranty. Having purchased a premium laptop worth over a lakh this is the quality of items you deliver. I am very shocked at the company's policies. Being a corporate client my next purchase will definitely not be dell. I will also share my bad experience with my friends and colleagues. I just hope that you can resolve this issue and restore my faith in dell.

                I went over there to repair my laptop, they told me they will check and inform me about the fault.
                When i said no and asked to give back my laptop, they gave me with fault and issues and were telling me we cannot give you as it was. (Before repairing).
                Now my laptop is not even getting started. They charged me also (1250/-).
                I request you to please take necessary action.

                  I would like to you bring notice that i purchased dell laptop, model – “inspiron 14 5000 2-in-1” on dated – 25.05.2019 from reliance digital, axis mall, rajarhat of cost rs 53248.
                  From the day one, the system is to slow. I complaint earlier, then one exhaustive called me and remote the laptop. What she did, i don’t know and she told that your laptop had slow for work. After that, i found that the resolution is low.
                  After that, no improvement has found from laptop. The system is too low to work. I am very much dis-satisfying about the product.
                  I request you that please refund my money back and take you back your laptop. I don’t want such a kind of slow system.

                    Computer is being shutdown frequently after 10 to 15 minutes from last one and half months continuously. When in morning i start the computer then the system shutdown automatically a duration of 30 to 50 minutes. After restart the system the problem is still continue.                       I purchased dell alienware 15 r2 by paying 157000 rs. For 3 years there were very small issues once the warranty is over i purchased another year of warranty & after that, all the problem begins. I attended almost 30 plus executive calls, a long mail trail, visited service center 10 times, engineer visited my home 6 times. My laptop opened almost 15 times. This laptop is having complex hardware, so to open it a highly skillful person required. These are the list of hardware changed, 2 times the motherboard changed, 3 times the battery changed, 3 times d port changed, keyboard changed but still issue is there. My laptop was in the service center for 2 months. No proper solution is given from dell. Why these big earning corporate companies don't care about customer issues?

                        I purchased one dell laptop from dell exclusive showroom from dehradun uttarakhand. The address is shop no. 36, old cannaught place, chakrata road dehradun. My only requirement was 8gb ram, as i needed laptop for programming. I choose one laptop with 8 gb ram with price around 48k. But the owner then convinced me for another laptop which was of 56k saying that it has 8gb ram with some additional features.
                        But when i purchased that laptop and checked it's specification it's of 4 gb ram.
                        I am facing trouble in coding as it's not suitable for coding.

                        Please give me solution for this.

                        I purchased this laptop on 29th July. I have model dell inspiron 5570 core i5 laptop. You can even check with the CCTV if they have, that I only asked for 8gb ram, nothing else. I am disappointed with the trust that I put in this brand name. I have been cheated.

                            I have purchased a dell laptop from dell.co.in. I received it on 31st august. After receiving the laptop i found out that the laptopp had heating issues. Then i contacted dell customer care. They told me that i can return the laptop with 15% restocking fees.

                            So i returned it and it was received by dell on 16th september. First the customer care representative told me that i would receive refund in 6-7 working days. But now its been 20 days but i have not received refund.

                            When i contact customer care they tell me that refund i processing. But its taking too much time.

                              I happen to buy a dell inspiron 15 5000 series product at kamanhalli branch (Dell exclusive). My one and most important criteria before i bought the product was to have a "international warranty". I did visit hp where the sales person of hp clearly mentioned of the unavailability of the international warranty. However the dell representative in kamanahalli branch claimed to have a international warranty for model inspiron 15 5000 series. After buying the product and checking on dell portal with the service code, it was crystal clear that there is no international warranty for this model. Upon raising my concern to the sales representative, i was informed that it was a mistake from their side as they weren't aware of this. Why was the product sold with incorrect information if the sales representative wasn't sure of the warranty availability? I was asked to pay extra 1000 ruppes for upgrading it to international warranty. Why would one buy a product that doesn't serves the purpose and buy extra money so that now it serves the purpose. Dell service center should take the ownership for the mistake and secondly of not being aware of the product details. I am not quite sure, how many people have been duped with such incorrect information for the purpose of sales. I see a major integrity issue here. Expecting a call back from dell to resolve this concern.

                                I had purchased a dell inspiron 5370 laptop service tag b1w1m42 in december 2018 with a warranty of one year. Since then there has been numerous problems with the set and the service center kept replacing parts like the keyboard, battery, form base etc. I requested them to change the set however every time they replied that the next time any issue happens they will replace the whole set. I also lodged complaint with consumer forum and dell escalated this to the advance resolution centre at bangalore from where i was contacted by mr sujay jadhav. He promised to change the system however that didn't happen. Mr sujay told me to use it till such time more issues arise. The battery which was changed in april 2019 has again malfunctioned. I am now approaching you to press upon the company to change the set with a new one. All the complaints registered with them is on records and the replacements of the various components with dates are available with the company under service tag b1w1m42/39678365. The set is under warranty.

                                  After several visits and phone calls at dell store in alfran plaza, mg road, panaji - goa, no steps has been taken in resolving the issues with my laptop.

                                  I had purchased my laptop in october 2018 and it has a 1 year warranty but i am informed that the warranty is expired in march coz they have not updated it in their system that i had purchased it in october (Bills of purchase on record), after our 4th visit to the store.

                                  This is our 3rd dell laptop but has never faced such an issue, but i doubt if i should continue with the dell products henceforth.

                                  And now after continuous follow ups they are juat delaying it over and over.

                                  P. S. Laptop keys arent working and so also the touch

                                    Three years back we purchased a dell server under the company name "dmd service pvt ltd" for entire premises cctv recording. Now the server is out of warranty.                                       Dear sir/madam

                                      A service was been requested to my dell g3 model for replacement of fibre body of my laptop screen which was been done. The laptop was given in working condition and the service engineer has damaged the mother board. Later he has committed with the customer care and tech support team for free replacement and also make me pay money for the lower fiber body of the laptop. It is almost 3 months since he visited and the battery is getting drained.in this regard i need a replacement of the whole system. A working laptop was made dead by service engineer which i feel the most miserable service i received which is not yet resolved.

                                      I want replacement of my laptop immediately. Else i would file a consumer case against dell.

                                        I own an inspiron 5570 which is a refurbished laptop i received as a replacement for my first laptop inspiron 5555. The inspiron 5555 showed issues within 2 months after purchase. The hard disk had some problem which was diagnosed with support assist application. But when i requested service on the issue the representative asked me to run diagnostics from the bios. Unfortunately, it showed everything is perfect. So they denied any further assistance. But i was unable to read or write anything on the hdd (Actually it was too slow. 5+ hrs to copy a film which has about 900 mb). So i visited carry in the centre near me. From there, they replaced the hdd and fan (I lost all my data, photos, study materials etc.). After two months it again got issues and repaired again. Almost every part including the motherboard and body covers were replaced (Hdd and display were replaced 3 or 4 times). Last time i faced multiple issues i was asked to visit the carry in the centre which i refused because the last time they repaired the laptop. I lost some screws and got scratches on the body and display (Even on the edges of the touchpad). But the representative mr satnam singh said he will take care of it this time. But after one month i received the laptop with furthermore problems it was heating more than 100 degrees while idle. I mailed mr satnam singh about the issue but received no response. After about 10 or more services done on the laptop, they agreed to provide me with a refurbished laptop as a replacement (Which i own now). I was told it has some tiny scratches on the body. To be honest it was really tiny. But there was a tiny part broken from it too. A small part at the air vent (Which i wasn't able to notice first, my fault should have checked it properly) and some missing screws. But the main problem occurs later the new laptop started to show what the old one was showing. I got multiple issues just after two months o[censored]sage. The fan stopped working, the display started flickering while watching videos (It flickered even while idle, but my bad it occurred very rarely when it was idle) and some keys stopped responding (It responded when i click it really hard or when pressing continuously). Since the latter two was intermittent i recorded both and mailed it to dell service escalation team (Because satnam singh was the one responded to my mail at first). They scheduled service and the engineer visited me. He fixed the fan issue. But my bad the flickering and keyboard issue doesn't show. I showed him the recorded video but he wasn't convinced. He called the escalation team. After some arguing, they said they will replace the display. But i refused to do so (I was really angry and frustrated) and dropped the call. But after the engineer left. I used the laptop properly. I was almost convinced that the flickering was due to overheating. But the same occurred again. The bad i got really frustrated, i closed the lid really hard. That's it the flickering was solved it got broken. But i really thought i might get an exception after all that they did but nope they want me to pay to replace the display. But i don't want to waste (Warranty extension is another story) any more money this trash. If they would have done what they are supposed to do in the first place. I lost my money and laptop (I know i broke the display, but you don't have any idea what i feel when you are getting cheated for two years from a global company like dell).
                                        When i requested for warranty extension through their website i didn't receive any replies. After one month i mailed to one of their executives later two executives from dell told two different prices for the same plan (Even the executives don't know what they are doing). First ms rani mandal showed two plans 1 yr for 5499 rs and 2 yr for 6499 rs (Both were premium supports). After i agreed for the 2-year plan another woman jyoti anand mailed me another plan which has 9500 rs 2 yr premium support and 8500 rs for 1 yr. When i enquired about the above offer she said she don't have that offer. When i asked what is the difference between her and the other executive i didn't receive any response. I had no other option since only 1 day was left on my warranty (I can't even imagine what it would have happened if i didn't extend the warranty).
