Dear sir,

I have been purchase dell laptop on 24th may 2020, and my order no is od[protected], invoice no - #fadzx[protected] and i pay through credit card.

I have been received same delivery on 31st may 2020 and when open laptop and checked i have seen the laptop battery is not take charge. Then after i complain for same on 1st jun 2020 and give replace request. Then after i have received information the technical person visit on 8th jun 2020 and he approved return request then after i received my new laptop. Then 16 june i received my replacement laptop. But replacement laptop has also white dots on screen so i complain for refund and on 20 june 2020 then after i show message on 25, june 2020 l technical assistant visit but no one visi for that then i complain on toll free no they give me online resolution. I do all steps but problem is not solve.

Sir i m daily complain on phone and they said next 24 hours your complain is solve.

Sir today after more then 35 day i have not been received my proper product.
Kindly give me refund otherwise i take legal action.

Kindly refund as early as possible.

    I bought the latest Dell xps 13 7390 base model three days back. Firstly, the packaging of the product wasn't neat. There were marks on the inner box packaging. Secondly from day one, my laptop was missing WIFI drivers. Tried to fix the problem over the phone with their customer support but the problem still persists. Along with this, the charger and the system gets heated up with regular use. I found out on the web that xps series has heating issues. Being a loyal Dell customer, I was disappointed. Now, I have requested for refund as I'm not satisfied with the product and customer services. But they say that they will replace it which is unacceptable to me. Even after spending so much money, I have to face all this, I would not buy Dell. Pl help.

      Service request no. [protected] not attended even after 6 days under warranty. They have not mailed also anything to me. Support helpline number also gave me wrong email id. They have also no email id where you can communicate and complain. Very bad service from dell india.

        I have ordered an inspiron laptop last week. I have paid money through upi and my money got deducted in my bank account . It was given that i would receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. But its been a week now. I did not receive any mail regarding my order. And also i called the dell support number. They made me wait for nearly 30 mins. And then cut my call. And this happened two times. I wasted a lot of time but did not get any information about my order. And again i called but the call did not reach them at all. I wonder did they block my number. Please dont do this mistake. Customers wont believe u then. And i hope i will get my information soon

          This is regarding my office laptop srno: [protected]
          My laptop charger port is not working properly, i have to hold it tight in
          Order to charge my laptop. I have complaint to customer care many times
          Even after 20 days no action is taken, they are saying shortage in service
          Engineers, due to this my work gets affected a lot.

          This is a very bad experience from dell. If they not respecting corporate customers i don't know how they will service normal people?

            I complained on 4 june 2020 of my laptop adaptor they said it will be replaced within 3-7 days and now it's 19th day but i didn't get my adaptor i complained many times but no one helping me. My laptop is just 3 months old all parts are in gaurantee periods but they are ignoring us.

              Dell india is dealing with customer is very casually after sale. It is very bad experience having from dell india. Actually, on completion of moore than 3 months have passed, issue has not been resolved. More often it is inorming that parts are not available and no expected time is advised. With this casual response, it has completed more than 3 months to resolve the issue.

              Surprisingly, several service requestes are generated for just resolving the one issue which is also pending since last 3 months. E. G. Some of the service requests are as follows[protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

              About 5 days sgo, ms nikita from escalation team from dell india has conveyed message with congratulations that issue will be resolved shortly. But, any technician from dell india has not truned up to resolve this issue. More surprisingly, it is also horrible to note that escalation team of dell india has failed to resolve the issue laying pending since last 3 months. Can we expect that any issue can not be resolved in 3 months but such casual service is providing by dell india is extremely regretful.

              They had assured that although there is no service centre of dell in jabalpur, our technician provide service promptly through india. It is not out of place to mention here that other computer companies
              Hp, acer, lenovo etc is providing service in timely but at the same time dellindia is some time making solid excuse of covid-19 or most of the times pretending non-avaliability of parts which can easily be treated poor and casual service being provided by dell india.

              I would request you to look into the above matter and arrange to resolve it without any more dealy keeping in view of the utmost delay (More than 3 months)

              Till date, no response from DELL INDIA.

                  In continuation to the trailing mail, this is to inform you that technician came to attend the laptop but issue has not been resolved. Laptop is getting switch off.

                  This is further informed to you that technical assistance was earlier provided by dell but not resolved the issue. Thereafter, technician came to attend has also not resolved this issue.

                  Kindly do the needful at the earliest as it is creating embarrassing situation for me.

                  No action has been take by Dell India. Again and again the are pretending the non-avaliability of parts and issue Not resolved BY DELL INDIA ON COMPLETION .OF 3 MONTHS. Message received from [email protected]
                  Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Reset the bios settings to default and then try to use.
                  Firstly boot the windows into safemode, use for 4 hours. If not switch off means, then might be problems in some device driver
                  I have earlier registered complaints around 3 months ago in DELL India. 3 days ago, when this issue again raised then I have been advised that issue will be resolved immediately. Ms Nikita also informed that this problem will be resolved shortly. Since it has completed more than 3 months when I conveyed the technical problem raised but rather than taking immediate step, it has been informed by text message -

                  "This is once again requested you the earlier Dear Dell Customer, for Svc Req No: [protected] the part(s) are unavailable. Regret the delay, our rep will contact you in 24 hrs with an updated status."

                  Dell india is such a reputed brand and non-resolving issue laying pending since March 2016 is highly regretted. More surprising, it has been informed that parts are not available . Previously, I was also advised that parts naveen booked but the technician arrived has not replaced any parts and issue is still persisting and creating problems . Kindly look into the same.

                  I would request you to go through the above utmost delay of 4 months and service has not been provided by DELL INDIA IS REALLY REGRETFUL.

                    I have placed an order through internet vide in[protected] dated 5th june. Neither the order confirmation is received nor have any clue on when the delivery will be made. I have made payment through net banking and now worried! Call center is of no except saying that your order will be confirmed soon. @ days have passed saying that also!

                    I want to know when the laptop will be delivered else dell can refund the money and i can buy it from somewhere else. Amazon or flipcart would have delivered it long ago!

                    I had raised the complaint on 10th June and today is 29th! I am yet to receive my refund!

                    Is this some kind of a game by Dell. Collect the money, then say the product has reached end of life (then why did you have it on sale?) and don't respond to queries (I have sent 3 mails since 12th June and no response from Dell). Neither the desk no given by the sales support person is being picked!!

                    I think I am left with no option but to go to consumer court, Now! I m giving this week for the refund to hit my bank account, else going to the consumer court and also going to ask penalty for harassment and holding onto my money!

                      We have logged the complaint to dell cc and after all process they have informed that we are currently not supporting in your area due to covid-19, but as per govt. Currently all the mandatory services are opened (Computer related are also included).

                      As we have asked them to extend the warranty of this particular desktop as you are not able to provide the support from your own end.

                        I purchased a new laptop from dell (https://www.dell.com/en-in) using hdfc credit card emi on 2nd january 2020. There was an offer of 10% cashback upto ₹8000 on purchase of dell 5590 laptop using hdfc credit card emi. The cashback was supposed to be processed within 90 days from the date of purchase, however, the cashback is still not processed even after 5 months! I have complained them but they have given me false promises multiple times and keeps delaying.

                          I have purchased a laptop of dell from authorised dealer. It is not working as getting switch off and touch mouse is also not working as several occasions. Several times i contacted over phone and got technical assistance in the month of march & april 2020 but issue mot resolved. Thereafter i have been advised that due to lock down imposed, issue can be resolved on getting relaxation from govt.

                          After some times, relaxation has been given by concerned authority and i also forwarded the letter of collector, jbp through mail but no action has been taken. Although there was clear cut order issued by administration to provide home serice of technician, engineer etc.

                          A complaint number also generated after 15 days of conversation over phone. Complaint number is as under-

                          Dell service tag: fp7q4l2 [case number : 54164380/service request: [protected]] [ ref:_00d0bgamp._5002r188cum:ref ]

                          Now, govt is making efforts to restore most of the activities and services regarding technician, engineer has been freely permitted. I pointed out this facts through mail several times but fixed reply is still continuing by reverting the message "services will be provided once situation get normal" i just convey my view and many responsible authorities made clear that we have to leave with corona with taking care of all precautions and it is not expected to normalise the situation in some times.

                          The dell customer care is just denying with making excuse of covid-19 and not taking interest to resolve the grievances. My last interaction through mail 3 days ago reveal the facts about excusing without taking taking care of the facts of govt provided relaxation in such type of activities.in fact, in jabalpur, such services at home has been provided about month ago.

                          It is therefore requested to go through the above issue and arrange to resolve it on priority keeping in view of the utmost delay.

                          Not ATTENDED LAPTOP. IT IS REQUESTED TO DO NEEDFUL IN THE MATTER AND RAISE THIS POOR SERVICES

                          In continuation to the trailing mail, availability of fell services is being find out even after restoration of the services alround nation. In fact, It is being seen that other company provided services in jabalpur city whereas Dell India whose name is reputed is just searching the scope of availability of services is highly surprising.

                          In fact, it has been expressed my views through trailing mail that Lock down situation will not completely open in near future but to carry out work with precautions to fulfill the meaning of 'JAN BHI HO AUR KAHAN BHI' but simply receiving reply ASAP is very disappointing and creating embarassment for the customer like me. Kindly note that it is going to be completed about 3 months to create problems in laptop and I am constantly chasing this issue with you but not resolved yet taking the hard test of Patience as reiterated by you and appreciated my patience.

                          I would request you to take all action to attend the above grievances without further delay.

This laptop new new purchase more configuration but not benefit to used because working is very slow

                                i just recently bought dell inspiron 15 3593 (service tag :9JN3S53 ). and it's not performing up to mark .it's very slow it takes about 1 min to load MS Office and i have downloaded nothing in this laptop . and i have resetted this pc twice but all in vain. please help i'm getting frustrated ...
                                it's have been two months of purchasing this pc...

                                    Dear team i had a buy a new laptop on 31st dec 2019 to gift my wife on new year, when i open the laptop after few days it had stop working i logged a complaint at dell service center and requested them to replace my laptop. The laptop cost is around 30k after many follow ups dell company provide me the service of laptop after 25 days even the lapop is under warranty. Now again laptop is troubling me as it hang at many stages and it also got heated. I am scared might be it would burst one day and casuse me sever injury or lead to any mishappening i also requested dell company for replacemnet they totally dined for the same and i did not spend my 30k for the defaulty product, requesting you to kindly interven nd resolve my issue and i can not accept this default product thanks & regards nishant bansal

                                        I had bought a new dell inspiron laptop and the laptop is not working well. I mean the display of laptop getting off automatically and so much lag on normal use like web browsing and listening music. The laptop doesnt have hard-drive and this is neccessary for laptop? I didnt know i had said to your service center and they send the worker nd the boy open the laptop and said that hard-drive is not there.
