We got two new dell systems recently. We are facing problem with two new systems. One system encounters problem with os installation. We are not able to open the other system.

      Enable legacy boot.
      Enable CSM .

        Against:
        Dell inspiron
        Sold a faulty laptop of dell. Model dell lt insp 15 (3585) from door computers pvt ltd, city centre. Durgapur-713216. West bengal

        The machine stop working from the 1st day of purchase and had submitted twice to door computer pvt ltd (Aan authorised showroom of dell) to resolve the issue.
        Want a replacement of the said laptop but door computer service is not align for the same.

        Need corrective action on this

          Dear sir/madam,

          I purchased new inspiron 3493 laptop on 10/07/2020 @8:05 pm from dell international services india pvt ltd
          Official web site using upi payment mode.
          Transaction done successful received acknowledgement number in[protected]
          Dell inside sales representative 1
          She can be reached at [protected]@dell.com or via phone at[protected] /[protected].
          She will be my account holder for after sale' s queries.
          Name "keerthana r", sa code " 8406237.
          But she is not replaying and responding after sales.
          Is this is the service we r not expeting from such a international company like dell. Seriously shame on ur service and your customer support team. Every time saying that we r facing spike in the high volumes since last 8 days.
          When i am calling these dell customer service team numbers

          I feel unhappy because i did not even receive any communication mail from dell other than the internet receipt. I called the customer care multiple times, but every time, one will attend the call and ask my internet receipt number and without any further discussion he put my call on hold, i used to wait 50 to 80 mints finally call get cut automatically.
          I am sharing screen shots how much time i am i on hold. Really wasting my valuable time.
          If possible solve my issue if not reversal my amount.
          How many month's no no year's will take to dispatch the order

          Don't replay with copy paste answers. I am pissed of with ur repeated answers i need resolution on my issue.

            Dear mgmt,
            I was a very big fan of dell and was using dell with lot of satisfaction over last ten years.
            This was the third laptop at my home purchased online from dellindia website. But didn't start at all after the receipt on 13 jul. Dell technical team carried out the online diagnosis, but there was no success. finally replacement process was initiated on 14 jul 20.
            The urgency to have laptop at the earliest can be understood well during this pandemic which has put more reliance on online classes and work from home.
            After all this, I still have faith in dell.
            May I request you to expedite the replacement. Till now you have not picked up the defective piece of laptop.
            At the same time, do compensate me for all the trouble, delay and inconvenience caused due to the supply of defective piece of laptop, by supplying a upgraded version of this laptop.

              I purchased a new laptop from dell (https://www.dell.com/en-in) using hdfc credit card on 1st feb 2020. There was an offer of 10% cashback upto ₹8000 on purchase of dell 5590 laptop using hdfc credit card. The cashback was supposed to be processed within 90 days from the date of purchase, however, the cashback is still not processed even after 5 months! I have complained them but they have given me false promises multiple times and keeps delaying.

                I ordered dell laptop inspiron 14 (Order no.[protected] on 9 june 2020 for which the expected delivery date was 4th july 2020. After 20 days my order was automatically cancelled by dell without any prior mail or message. When i tried to check my order status on 30th june 2020 my status was showing cancelled.
                I raised query regarding cancellation of my order and my refund status. It was told that refund will be credited in 1 week. Refund was not credited even on 9th july 2020. After this i mailed them for my refund status and also called them. For my email a support request number ([protected]) was provided and it was told dell will contact in 2 days. Still after 2 days i was not at all contacted by dell. I have been sending mail everyday and calling them. They are transferring my call to concerned section. And there after waiting time of 1 hour, the call is getting cancelled. They are saying that this is due to call congestion.
                My credit card bill for the payment has been generated and i haven't received any refund from dell. So either i shall beg people to pay my credit card bill or i shall i not pay this month and pay a hefty financial charges for late payment of credit card

                  Order number not yet generated (Transaction date 1st july 2020). Sales team is not calling back to give the payment link. 30 min waiting time to talk to customer rep. No way to escalate this issue.

                  I called twice, waiting 30 min each time, and still cannot get in touch with sales. Have to wait 1.5 months to get the laptop. I feel dell is hoarding laptops and increasing the price. They recently increased the price by 5%.

                  Cannot place another order unless they cancel the current on (It is put on hold without any resolution)

                    I purchased a laptop dell inspiron 13 5391 from official website of dell india on 19 june 2020. At the time of purchase, there was an offer for free lifetime access to microsoft office home and student version 2019. Dell website showed that it costs for 5990 rupees but it is free for me if i purchase the above said model. I am attaching the screenshot of the offer with this complaint. When i received the laptop, i did not get the ms office software which is activated. It was supposed to carry an activated ms office when i got it. To get the access to ms office software, i called dell customer support service for more than 6-8 times (Almost 6 hours). On each call, they transferred my call back and forth between their customer care and technical support division. Each time they transferred my call, i explained the problem to their every agent, but they did not help me. They are saying that now they can not help me. I have to pay for the ms office if i want the access. So they are betraying clearly and loudly.

Cash deducted from account.until now I don't get any order information from them.when I call customer service they made me wait for 20to 30mins after that they cut my call.i send 4mail to them, until now I don't get any proper reply from them.it meaned they didn't given value for the customers.hope I will get my information soon.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have been purchase dell laptop on 24th may 2020, and my order no is od[protected], invoice no - #fadzx[protected] and i pay through credit card.

                            I have been received same delivery on 31st may 2020 and when open laptop and checked i have seen the laptop battery is not take charge. Then after i complain for same on 1st jun 2020 and give replace request. Then after i have received information the technical person visit on 8th jun 2020 and he approved return request then after i received my new laptop. Then 16 june i received my replacement laptop. But replacement laptop has also white dots on screen so i complain for refund and on 20 june 2020 then after i show message on 25, june 2020 l technical assistant visit but no one visi for that then i complain on toll free no they give me online resolution. I do all steps but problem is not solve.

                            Sir i m daily complain on phone and they said next 24 hours your complain is solve.

                            Sir today after more then 35 day i have not been received my proper product.
                            Kindly give me refund otherwise i take legal action.

                            Kindly refund as early as possible.

                              I bought the latest Dell xps 13 7390 base model three days back. Firstly, the packaging of the product wasn't neat. There were marks on the inner box packaging. Secondly from day one, my laptop was missing WIFI drivers. Tried to fix the problem over the phone with their customer support but the problem still persists. Along with this, the charger and the system gets heated up with regular use. I found out on the web that xps series has heating issues. Being a loyal Dell customer, I was disappointed. Now, I have requested for refund as I'm not satisfied with the product and customer services. But they say that they will replace it which is unacceptable to me. Even after spending so much money, I have to face all this, I would not buy Dell. Pl help.

                                Service request no. [protected] not attended even after 6 days under warranty. They have not mailed also anything to me. Support helpline number also gave me wrong email id. They have also no email id where you can communicate and complain. Very bad service from dell india.

                                  I have ordered an inspiron laptop last week. I have paid money through upi and my money got deducted in my bank account . It was given that i would receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. But its been a week now. I did not receive any mail regarding my order. And also i called the dell support number. They made me wait for nearly 30 mins. And then cut my call. And this happened two times. I wasted a lot of time but did not get any information about my order. And again i called but the call did not reach them at all. I wonder did they block my number. Please dont do this mistake. Customers wont believe u then. And i hope i will get my information soon

                                    This is regarding my office laptop srno: [protected]
                                    My laptop charger port is not working properly, i have to hold it tight in
                                    Order to charge my laptop. I have complaint to customer care many times
                                    Even after 20 days no action is taken, they are saying shortage in service
                                    Engineers, due to this my work gets affected a lot.

                                    This is a very bad experience from dell. If they not respecting corporate customers i don't know how they will service normal people?

                                      I complained on 4 june 2020 of my laptop adaptor they said it will be replaced within 3-7 days and now it's 19th day but i didn't get my adaptor i complained many times but no one helping me. My laptop is just 3 months old all parts are in gaurantee periods but they are ignoring us.

                                        Dell india is dealing with customer is very casually after sale. It is very bad experience having from dell india. Actually, on completion of moore than 3 months have passed, issue has not been resolved. More often it is inorming that parts are not available and no expected time is advised. With this casual response, it has completed more than 3 months to resolve the issue.

                                        Surprisingly, several service requestes are generated for just resolving the one issue which is also pending since last 3 months. E. G. Some of the service requests are as follows[protected], [protected], [protected] etc.

                                        About 5 days sgo, ms nikita from escalation team from dell india has conveyed message with congratulations that issue will be resolved shortly. But, any technician from dell india has not truned up to resolve this issue. More surprisingly, it is also horrible to note that escalation team of dell india has failed to resolve the issue laying pending since last 3 months. Can we expect that any issue can not be resolved in 3 months but such casual service is providing by dell india is extremely regretful.

                                        They had assured that although there is no service centre of dell in jabalpur, our technician provide service promptly through india. It is not out of place to mention here that other computer companies
                                        Hp, acer, lenovo etc is providing service in timely but at the same time dellindia is some time making solid excuse of covid-19 or most of the times pretending non-avaliability of parts which can easily be treated poor and casual service being provided by dell india.

                                        I would request you to look into the above matter and arrange to resolve it without any more dealy keeping in view of the utmost delay (More than 3 months)
                                        Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Till date, no response from DELL INDIA.
