I have a dell inspiron 7567 i7 laptop. I used it for approx 2 years. Later it stopped working. It wasn't turning on so i gave to a service centre in thane on 6/4/2019. After two days they gave it to other service centre for repairing which is in mulund. Today it's 31/5/2019 and they haven't done anything. Every time i called them for enquiry they made excuses like they have only one techinician and he is admit in the hospital. I asked them to give their managers contact number but they told me that he is on vacation and he won't be able to talk to you. After this i just asked them to give the laptop back in whatever condition it's in they refused to even do that.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Issue with my laptop: there was some issue with the fan of my laptop
    Dell service center approached by me: byte interface pvt ltd., ahmedabad
    Submitted my laptop at dell service center: 7/5/2019
    First payment for diagnosis done by me: 7/5/2019
    Payment for required laptop part done by me: 15/5/2019

    Incident is as follows:
    My laptop was makinng noices, so i approached byte interface pvtr. Ltd. To resolve the issue on 7/5/2019. He asked me to submit the laptop and make the payment of 999 to start the diagnosis problem and only after payment he will take my laptop for reparing purpose. I did the payment and submitted my laptop to service provider on 7/5/2019. I called him (The representative at byte interface pvt. Ltd.) to ask the situation about my laptop, he said that he had informed dell about the issue. On 14/5/2019, i received a mail that required part is available and i have to make payment of rs. 4669 in dell india pvt. Ltd. Account by neft. I made the requested payment for the required part on 15/5/2019. On 20/5/2019, i called at byte interface pvt. Ltd. To know the status of my laptop. He said the he has not received the required part from dell india. So, i called customer care number of dell india, where the sales person, i had word with informed me that request for required part was delayed by byte interface pvt. Ltd., gave many other explanations for delay and said the required part will be out for delivery to service center today itself. On 21/5/2019, i again called the guy from byte interface pvt. Ltd. To ask dell india to provide the parts asap and he informed me that dell india is delaying in delivering the parts and he has done everything on time. So, i called at customer care number and informed him about the problem i am facing as my laptop is not being repaired on time, where the sales person inform me that atmost by 24/5/2019 i will receive my laptop. But on 22/5/2019, i received that has mentioned that i will receive the required part to repair the laptop by 6/6/2019. I have mailed to every email id that i thought correct to be mailed.
    Now, i am truly disappointed and it is traumatic for me to even thinking that i will be receiving my laptop after 6/6/2019. Dell india has already wasted my 17 days.
    Being a researcher and ph. D student at the advance stage, every single minute is valuable for me. Due to the careless attitude of dell india, my research work is hindered. I was supposed to give my research proposal by end of june, but that will be delayed as dell india doesn't care about the customer.
    I waste everyday by requesting at customer care number to resolve the issue, but only response i receive is that they are trying, where i can see zero efforts from the end of dell india. They are taking their pleasure time to resolve the issue i. E. Just to replace the fan.

    Hi,

    I ordered a new Laptop from Dell from Dell's own website and it was delivered last week. Initially I could not click/ select anything and then it was realized that the laptop's touchpad is not working. I have been trying to raise a service request on their website since then and it does not allow. Have tried reaching their Customer service call centre and again apart from IVR responses nobody else picks the cal. I also raised the request through their whatsapp channel but again only standard diagnostic youtube videos are shared and no once reaches out. This is utterly dissapointing Customer service. I want either my Touchpad to be fixed or my Laptop to be replaced at the earliest. This was bought for my kids classes and my personal requirements which are bioth impacted due to Dell's horrible Customer service. The details of the Laptop is as below:

      Fooling me all day for getting brand new system replaced which does not turn on.

      First they said post pictures of front and back.

      Then they said service tag is in the box you have to paste it on each system.

      Height of misguiding. They said send us invoice we will resolve it. I have sent them.
      Then they said send us service tag of any machine of same lot which i have sent them.

      No faith left in dell. Never buy it

      Then they again said look at bottom

        We given laptop (Service tag # 9nrlsj2, inspiron 13 5379) to waves electronics, secunderabad, hyderabad for repair on 18th april 2019. They informed display cable was damaged. Till date they were unable to repair due to non availability of spare. It is afftecting our children education. How to get it repaired.

          I want to bring to your consideration:
          • I Purchased the Laptop on 17/4/19

          • Went back to shop on 19th April- Slow computer - they said wait for updates.

          • Went again to shop on 20th April that I have to do video editing, why my options not discussed. Why feeling that the customer know everything and

          • Finalized. (Customer fault - why all the options not discussed).

          • Registration for warranty upgrades

          • 23rd April Payment accepted

          • 4 May - Talked with Priyanka at Dell about the issues.

          • 5th May - emailed again got instructions and followed it. Still issues remained.

          • 6th May - again got some instructions followed it. Still issues remained.

          • 7th May - told to reset the set. Reset the Laptop as instructed but still faced issues.

          • 8th May called by Namrita - she said it should not be done as instructed in email, but in another way.

          • 9th May - Did as instructed, took full day setting things in Laptop.

          • 10th May - still issues remain.

          This is to inform you further that in these above process my Business, Time is being affected badly. And I am being harassed for quite long time. I am getting mentally disturbed also.
          And if this is not resolved (Set or parts changed) within 24 hours then I have no alternative than other to move to court.
          Kindly call be between 9:30 to 10:30 AM for the final commitment.

            I had buyed a dell laptop last year and after 2 months it started giving trouble. It works very slowly, as i am a graphic designer i found to work on my laptop very challenging. I thought that dell is a very good laptop manufacturing company but its product itself proved it that it is not a good one. The problems that appears with my laptop are :screen turns black, google does not responds even after having a very good internet connection, it lacks when a game is played on it, speakers produces a noisey sound when earbuds are installed in it, and most of the times the password option did not appears on the screen. This all is happening since last 4 months and this laptop made me feel ashamed in front of my office partners due to these problems.

              On 25-jul-2018, i bought a dell vostro 3559 ci5 6th/4 1tb/2 gb /win 10 from echo computers pvt. Ltd. Sanjay place, agra for rs.49, 800. The company gave a 1 year warranty, but since the very first day it was troublesome for me. The processor was very slow and it was taking a lot of time even in a smallest action of copy pasting and then it started showing me blue screen error. Not only this but the ram also crashed. It caused me a lot of inconvenience as i require my laptop for my study purposes. Still the situation is same, the system is again started hanging and suddenly stops while working and does not start again until the batter is removed and inserted again. After complaining against this situation to customer care they are still advising me to reinstall the windows which has been already installed couple of times since the day of purchasing. And now i am tired of it, therefore request you to kindly accept my complaint letter and file a case against the above mentioned firm.
              I strongly believe dell has taken advantage of me by depriving me of the computer’s warranty. They exhibited stall tactics, dead-end instructions, unreasonable explanations, disingenuous cooperation, and as a final attempt: computer hostage tactics.
              Dell exhibited crafty ways of steering the situation away from the obligation to repair, repurchase, or replace my defective computer.
              Please rescind the purchase of the computer, and provide a refund or facilitate the exchange for another computer.

                I have purchase dell desktop but it is not getting start. Even though i have not use it for a single minute. Dell team are continuously giving me fake commitment. They don't provide me any detail of engineer. And they have call me from the no which only contain outgoing call. Call on toll free no they told me sorry we can't help. What should i do???

                  I have been suffering with my laptop since November. I have a student o[censored]K and it has been devastating for me as my main assignment, my research proposal got stuck because of this. it stopped working for 3 days; word document did not open, my chrome id is always on pause, if i shift the angle or position even slightly, the screen goes to sleep, could not open the screen for 3 days as it kept getting black, did complain in the month of December when i came back for holidays but was of no use as the diagnosis showed nothing was wrong but after that all of this happened. i scored a zero because of this.

                  there are three reasons when screen of screen goes black.
                  1. screen goes black while entering in sleep Mode.
                  2. Integrated graphics card driver is corrupted.
                  3.computer enters into hibernation mode.

                  try to increase the sleep after 60 minutes in power settings .
                  Reinstall the grapHics driver download from dell .
                  disable hibernation mode

                      I bought this laptop with express service code [protected] from online shopping portal on 28th Feb, 2019. from 2nd March 2019 I am raising complaint that the touchpad is not working properly, they suggested some diagnostics checks online over phone, but the issue was still unresolved after 7 straight requests over phone, that ate up good 1-1.5 hours per call. When I showed my displeasure over the service, they sent a technician to chage the part...but the issue remained. they sent another technician who changed almost everything the laptop has, but the issue still unresolved.
                      Now they are asking me to visit their service center which is open only between 10 to 6 on weekdays.

                      If I add all the time I spent on diagnosis and assisting technicians, its over 2 days of my working time and they are now asking me to visit a service center which will eat up some more time also as intimated to me they may keep the laptop for further chack ups

                      In all, I was handed a faulty laptop at a price of new one and now they are making me run for the repairing of the same.

                      Further while talking to customer care they are clarly least bothered and disconnected me in between the discussion many times(not the technical team)

                      There has been a lot of hassle and waste of time in this process, and issue is still unresolved

                      I wish to get a refund or a brand new replacement for the faulty laptop.

                        I mr. Sujit kumar chatterjee age 62+ represent jalpankhi chs ltd (Housing society) the society manager at juhu tara road santacruz west we had taken quotation on 27.02.2019 for dell inspiron 3470 desk top 8th generation intel core rs 37680.
                        The society cheque was prepared on 09.03.2019 and the details was sent by mail to the store.
                        Mr. Anup the store sales executive promised delivery on 13.03.2019 mr. Anup told me today afternoon by 2 pm it will be delivered to the society.
                        As the same didn't arrive till 3.30 pm i called mr. Anup to the store and asked him when will i get the computer, he told me the delivery person has arrived and within 10 minutes he will go for delivery i repeatedly told mr. Anup that i have to go out for an official work where i have to reach i can wait max to max 4.30 pm or else deliver next day. He told me no sir he will reach before 4.30 pm.
                        At around 5.00 pm the delivery man comes for delivery.
                        I told the delivery man and anup please send the same tomorrow morning.
                        Today morning at 11 am when i called the store the owner mr. Sailesh advani says that if the customer is so arrogant we dont want to deal with such customer.
                        Another cheque cant be prepared as the signatories are out of town.
                        I request you to kindly handle the matter and get the delivery done today or tomorrow morning.
                        I will be grateful to you if you get it solved please.

                          I am a tech savvy guy. This is my 6th laptop. Purchased a laptop under the offer bundle along with headphones and initially it was shown in the bill but later bills did not mention it at all. I have registered initially before purchase and bought the item under the account but the item never appeared in my account.in fact there is no electronic tracing of my purchase at all from my side except for invoice showing without offer. They have instead sent me a pc bag i think. I wanted to cancel the order the next day but they say it would incur 15% penalty for their expenses but the order arrived after 10 days without tracking number.

                          The whole process with dell is unexpected. Every transaction they are making sure is untraceable and there is no evidence to fall back. Horrible customer service. They did not respond to my two written complaints even before the laptop arrival. This is a serious scamster company, indian branch at least. Stay away from this of any type of transactions.

                              We purchased a bunch of laptops from dell in november 2017. Biggest mistake. Had to return immediately one of the desktop that did not meet our specification.

                              One of the laptops started giving problem exactly 6 months after purchase. Now a very expensive all-in-one has stopped working. The laptop is with dell last 3 months for replacement. No emails, calls or message. We are a small development team and this was a huge purchase for us. Our work is hampered with 3 of the 7 machines gone. Our deadlines are haywire. On top of it everyday call with dell. I am not even sure what is going to come out of this complaint. I needed a space to vent out and warn others who might go with dell company name and sales pitch. Please dont.

                              Dell never again. Very expensive mistake which has cost us a lot. Now we have completely shifted to lenovo.

                                I have purchased charger & battery from flip-kart last month & both products have stopped working within a month of time. I have called dell service center a lot of time, you guys are taking all the information & disconnecting the calls between discussion. Its happened at least for 5 time & no one have courtesy to call back, literally pathetic services & call center support. No reverts no service very bad experience with call center team of dell also one girl told me that the product is 5 years back assembled, so #!! Why flip-kart is selling this product right now in the market??

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  I bought a dell workstation t7810 with service tag 2bnggp2 and express service tag [protected] and it is currently in the warranty period. The workstation has stopped functioning properly 3 times since we have bought it. Whenever it has suddenly stopped working, the following message comes on screen -
                                  No bootable devices found.
                                  Press f1 key to retry boot.
                                  Press f2 key to reboot into setup.
                                  Press f5 key to run onboard diagnostics.

                                  Every time with some technical assistance it starts working including the case when whole of my data got erased. And the reason that i get from the technical person for this problem is because of not installing some driver update which i don't understand. Because some normal pc if remains out of internet connection still works fine. Also, when we bought this workstation, we bought another same workstation along with it. And on that workstation, there is no need of installing driver update manually and that workstation is working perfectly fine.
                                  So what i understand on this basis that there is some problem with this particular workstation only and probably this is some defective piece. As, within one year o[censored]sing this system, it has not been able to function smoothly and 3 times it has caused the same problem.
                                  And from the attached file also, it is clear that there is no clear reason explained by the dell tech support team for this problem. So this workstation is for sure a defective piece only.
                                  Also, i don't see a solution that this problem won't happen in future. So, i requested dell tech support and [protected]@dell.com to replace the workstation as soon as possible. But as it is shown in the attachment that i am not getting any reply from dell tech support or [protected]@dell.com.
                                  Therefore, i look forward to your help to look into this matter.

                                    I purchased a dell laptop with below details-

                                    Amazon order number: #[protected]
                                    Dell vostro 3468 14-inch laptop (7th gen core i3 - 7100u/4gb/1tb/ubuntu
                                    Serial no. - 91718f2

                                    When i purchased dell gave me 1 year + 3 months extended warranty. After using it for few months i started facing issue with its key pad and touch pad. While typing keys cursor sometimes move to above lines or below to the current line. Keys are not being pressed properly.
                                    Talking about mousepad it gets pushed down and does not come up back on press for left and right click. Also pre-installed ubuntu 16 speed is ery slow i am not sure is it due to os or the hard ware.
                                    But, it was not that frequent.
                                    But now once the warranty is over this issue in recurring and persistent.

                                    In crust i have below issues:-
                                    1:- key pad and touch pad while typing
                                    2:- slow hard ware
                                    3:- slow pre-installed ubuntu operating system

                                    I need help in this with a request to
                                    1:- change a mouse and key pad in free of cost
                                    Or
                                    2:- repair these hard wares
                                    Or
                                    3:- provide new machine

                                      Copy of my email sent to dell customer support is as under:-
                                      I had purchased a dell 7572 laptop online. My order no was[protected] and the customer no is[protected]. Other details are as follows
                                      Order dt 3 jan 19.
                                      Name manu tewari.

                                      Product has been registered on 9 jan 19.
                                      I've not received the headphones as per the offer. The customer support says that my registration was not completed and since i did not reply to an email sent by them to reload my details, the offer cannot be honoured now. My contention is as follows:
                                      I had uploaded all details on the site and also received a confirmation which said that my redemption gift will be shipped in 6-8 working days (I'm enclosing the screenshot of the same). This message would not have come if incomplete details would have been loaded. Hence it is evident that complete details were uploaded and importantly this exercise was done at an authorized dell dealer store (Zee enterprises) at sector 18 noida by their staff and not in isolation of my home pc by me (The same can be confirmed from them too as the shipping address for the product is of the dell store being referred to). If details were not received at the reciever's end due to any technical issue, the customer can not be held responsible for it. Also since the payment for the product has been made during the validity of the offer, the redemption gift cannot be denied for the want of some technical details.
                                      Kindly reconcile your records and ensure despatch of the headphones post haste.
                                      Request also intimate progress on the issue on my email.
                                      Your support email foras - [protected]@delloffers.in, [protected]@dellfestiveoffer.com and dell.[protected]@gmail.com either didn't reply or couldnt help. Also telephone number dealing with the offer as given by the customer care ([protected]) has not responded for over a week.
                                      Kindly stop this harassment and resolve the issue.

                                        I purchased dell laptop 2 years back and have had performance and disk 100% usage since the very first day. Could not use it for more than 4 hours in total since purchase. I raised multiple requests and visited service center multple times but it is not resolved. Everytime i want to get it fixed and use my laptop that just drive me crazy and explain that is how it is designed to work. Which is meaningless.

                                        Spent inr 60000 to purchase and only got more pain every time i tried to get it fixed.

                                        This is just cheating, could someone please help me resolve this and hold them accountable.
