We purchased a bunch of laptops from dell in november 2017. Biggest mistake. Had to return immediately one of the desktop that did not meet our specification.

One of the laptops started giving problem exactly 6 months after purchase. Now a very expensive all-in-one has stopped working. The laptop is with dell last 3 months for replacement. No emails, calls or message. We are a small development team and this was a huge purchase for us. Our work is hampered with 3 of the 7 machines gone. Our deadlines are haywire. On top of it everyday call with dell. I am not even sure what is going to come out of this complaint. I needed a space to vent out and warn others who might go with dell company name and sales pitch. Please dont.

Dell never again. Very expensive mistake which has cost us a lot. Now we have completely shifted to lenovo.

    I have purchased charger & battery from flip-kart last month & both products have stopped working within a month of time. I have called dell service center a lot of time, you guys are taking all the information & disconnecting the calls between discussion. Its happened at least for 5 time & no one have courtesy to call back, literally pathetic services & call center support. No reverts no service very bad experience with call center team of dell also one girl told me that the product is 5 years back assembled, so #!! Why flip-kart is selling this product right now in the market??

      Dear sir/ madam,

      I bought a dell workstation t7810 with service tag 2bnggp2 and express service tag [protected] and it is currently in the warranty period. The workstation has stopped functioning properly 3 times since we have bought it. Whenever it has suddenly stopped working, the following message comes on screen -
      No bootable devices found.
      Press f1 key to retry boot.
      Press f2 key to reboot into setup.
      Press f5 key to run onboard diagnostics.

      Every time with some technical assistance it starts working including the case when whole of my data got erased. And the reason that i get from the technical person for this problem is because of not installing some driver update which i don't understand. Because some normal pc if remains out of internet connection still works fine. Also, when we bought this workstation, we bought another same workstation along with it. And on that workstation, there is no need of installing driver update manually and that workstation is working perfectly fine.
      So what i understand on this basis that there is some problem with this particular workstation only and probably this is some defective piece. As, within one year o[censored]sing this system, it has not been able to function smoothly and 3 times it has caused the same problem.
      And from the attached file also, it is clear that there is no clear reason explained by the dell tech support team for this problem. So this workstation is for sure a defective piece only.
      Also, i don't see a solution that this problem won't happen in future. So, i requested dell tech support and [protected]@dell.com to replace the workstation as soon as possible. But as it is shown in the attachment that i am not getting any reply from dell tech support or [protected]@dell.com.
      Therefore, i look forward to your help to look into this matter.

        Hi,
        I purchased a dell laptop with below details-

        Amazon order number: #[protected]
        Dell vostro 3468 14-inch laptop (7th gen core i3 - 7100u/4gb/1tb/ubuntu
        Serial no. - 91718f2

        When i purchased dell gave me 1 year + 3 months extended warranty. After using it for few months i started facing issue with its key pad and touch pad. While typing keys cursor sometimes move to above lines or below to the current line. Keys are not being pressed properly.
        Talking about mousepad it gets pushed down and does not come up back on press for left and right click. Also pre-installed ubuntu 16 speed is ery slow i am not sure is it due to os or the hard ware.
        But, it was not that frequent.
        But now once the warranty is over this issue in recurring and persistent.

        In crust i have below issues:-
        1:- key pad and touch pad while typing
        2:- slow hard ware
        3:- slow pre-installed ubuntu operating system

        I need help in this with a request to
        1:- change a mouse and key pad in free of cost
        Or
        2:- repair these hard wares
        Or
        3:- provide new machine

          Copy of my email sent to dell customer support is as under:-
          I had purchased a dell 7572 laptop online. My order no was[protected] and the customer no is[protected]. Other details are as follows
          Order dt 3 jan 19.
          Name manu tewari.

          Product has been registered on 9 jan 19.
          I've not received the headphones as per the offer. The customer support says that my registration was not completed and since i did not reply to an email sent by them to reload my details, the offer cannot be honoured now. My contention is as follows:
          I had uploaded all details on the site and also received a confirmation which said that my redemption gift will be shipped in 6-8 working days (I'm enclosing the screenshot of the same). This message would not have come if incomplete details would have been loaded. Hence it is evident that complete details were uploaded and importantly this exercise was done at an authorized dell dealer store (Zee enterprises) at sector 18 noida by their staff and not in isolation of my home pc by me (The same can be confirmed from them too as the shipping address for the product is of the dell store being referred to). If details were not received at the reciever's end due to any technical issue, the customer can not be held responsible for it. Also since the payment for the product has been made during the validity of the offer, the redemption gift cannot be denied for the want of some technical details.
          Kindly reconcile your records and ensure despatch of the headphones post haste.
          Request also intimate progress on the issue on my email.
          Your support email foras - [protected]@delloffers.in, [protected]@dellfestiveoffer.com and dell.[protected]@gmail.com either didn't reply or couldnt help. Also telephone number dealing with the offer as given by the customer care ([protected]) has not responded for over a week.
          Kindly stop this harassment and resolve the issue.

            I purchased dell laptop 2 years back and have had performance and disk 100% usage since the very first day. Could not use it for more than 4 hours in total since purchase. I raised multiple requests and visited service center multple times but it is not resolved. Everytime i want to get it fixed and use my laptop that just drive me crazy and explain that is how it is designed to work. Which is meaningless.

            Spent inr 60000 to purchase and only got more pain every time i tried to get it fixed.

            This is just cheating, could someone please help me resolve this and hold them accountable.

              I purchased my dell inspiron 7572 model, on 2nd jaunary from the dell site and on that time there was an offer going on which stated that on purchasing a laptop before 7 jan the customer will get a free senhiser headphone and after the laptop got delivered i filled up there offer form and waited for there reply. After some days i received a mail asking me for the missing information and i replied to that mail giving all the necessary information...

              I bought a laptop from dell exclusive store patna. I wanted to buy something else but i was brainwashed and convinced that the laptop i m buying has all the features i needed. I didn't have any knowledge about laptops. So trusting them i bought that laptop. I had problem from start but i thought maybe it'll get better and i don't live in patna so i couldn't go back to them immediately. After 2 months i took it to service centre and told them about my problem they told me the laptop i bought doesn't have any of the features i mentioned to them. I was scammed. Now what i'm supposed to do with this? I don't think i will ever buy dell laptops

                  I got the courier details for the dell offers but not yet delivered.
                  Complained 3 weeks before till now there is no proper response about the shipment, every time same response "update shortly"
                  Just to track the courier why its taking such a long time. I really don't know the product was shipped.

                    Hello, i ordered a laptop few days back, my order no is[protected].
                    I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order. But i still haven't received it. I uploaded my mail confirming the order and payment while doing the registration. I also received a message saying that i will receive my gift in 6-7 days after i completed my registration. Later, i got a mail saying that my documents were wrong and that i have to upload the right documents within 72 hours, which i did. And still there is no mail regarding my free gift. This is something unacceptable when you buy something so expensive. I even tried contacting the number given by dell offers. But no one responds. Either to my mails or my calls. I'm very disappointed. Please do the needful.

                      Am using dell 5567 laptop for 1.5 years, from the day 1 am facing lagging issue (Getting disk 100%) when contacted the service center they just formatted the hard disk and close the issue.. This happened again twice... Today 19th jan 19 visited the authorised service center (Regenersis india pvt ltd, chetpet, chennai, india) for the same issue. They suggested to change the os other than windows 10, i have original windows 10 home edition along with the lap... When asking about the solution the customer representative he told to contact the dell support and complain about the product & the service center.. I had a very bad experience with the product and the service... I never suggest people to buy the dell product and i never buy dell... Its a bad experience... They are not providing the service they make fool of the customers.

                        I purchased a dell alienware laptop
                        Within a year the battery was replaced since it has bloated (Swollen). Now the battery is bloated again even before a year of the new battery replaced
                        They are asking me to pay for a new battery. Specially when their replaced parts are refurbished
                        Which do not even last for a year.
                        And they conviently want customer to pay. For a refurbished part that is not designed to last for a year. So the consumer has to pay. It is very unfair considering it is a very premium product.

                        My battery was replaced with a sub standed, refurbished battery. Which did not even last a year.
                        And now dell says i will have to pay the entire price for a new battery..
                        If the part is not coverred under warranty then why do i not get a new battery with a complete year of warranty?
                        Instead i m asked to pay the complete price of a new battery when i will recieve a sub standard refurbished battery with only 3 months of warranty.
                        If the baterry comes wth 3 months of warranty then it is only fair that i pay for the three months.
                        And not for a new battery which comes with 12 months warranty.

                          I bought a dell intel core i3 laptop on 21st sep 2018. And the price of laptop was rs.30500. The laptop had one year warranty from the date it has been purchased. It started showing problems the day i bought it, i am facing problems with the hardware and the system is very slow not working properly.

                          I have visited 2 times dell store, they have updated windows every time and said the laptop is fine but the next day the laptop was same.
                          After all this i have been calling and talking with the customer care executives from last 2 weeks, but there is no response.

                            I gave my laptop for servicing and while submitting my laptop i diagnosed the whole laptop and battery also that time i got message as your battery is working properly but while taking my laptop i diagnosed it again and got message as your battery life span is about its end and after going home i checked everything in my invoice battery ppid was mentioned while collecting and i checked with the one which he added and both the numbers were different.

                              Dell r740 poweredge server was purchased in the month of november from dell bangalore.
                              It was promised before purchase, during delivery of the server installation will be done and that was mentioned in the po which was approved by dell employee mr. Rajanikanth ghorpade. It was very much disappointed to get the server delivered by courier and nobody accompanied for installation as said.
                              As we have been asking for installation, they told it will be done by this week. Still it is not done and on enquiry mr. Rajni told that not to call him in weekdays. Our e-way bill was also billed under an unknown name.
                              It is really very unsatisfactory and unacceptable that a company like dell provide such poorest service and deteriorating response. Please help us with the installation process by this week. If it cannot be done, we are ready to return back the product. Hope to get a reply atleast now.

                                Sir please help me out i have purchased this laptop on june 24, 2018 that was my product ship date after purchasing i have started using this laptop after that i am facing many problems with this laptop i am facing problem with the hardware i have requested customer care. They have changed the parts fan and mother board but after that again i am facing problem with the hardware parts they have not fixed my problem properly.. Entire bezel of laptop came out the technician is unable to fix the problem properly. Sir i have spent 74 thousand on this laptop. I dont know how dell is not taking care of manufacturing sir i need new laptop because i am facing many problems with this laptop even after the third service also they are unable to fix the problem. I am sure it will give many problems in future also kindly help me out.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I bought dell inspiron 15, 5570, laptop in june'18. Unfortunately from nov'18, it was giving issue of slow performance and finally stopped working. After visiting authorized service center, they turned it on and replaced parts as per sr. From then optane memory is not working and they dont even informed me about the same. Till date there is no resolution. 3 sr they were created and two they have closed, without any service resolution. It looks they are not able to find the cause of issue and doing trial and error, with one by one part replacement.
                                  Today the told me, required part is not available in india and not sure about the availability, so they are closing the complaints again. When part will be available, they will replace.
                                  From last 1.5 months i am facing the issue, without any issue.

                                    In addition to my recent complaint about the keyboard, it was also noticed that the screen of my new xps 15, seems to be a bit loose and bouncing while i shut my screen. This seems to be a hardware issue.
                                    Please do the required repair at the earliest. A visit from a service person is much appreciated. As mentioned in the previous mail, my laptop in the most essential part of my every day work.

                                      Hi,
                                      The "e" key in my new xps 15, one week old, pops out after every 20 clicks.
                                      The laptop was purchased in the us. I'm at india now.
                                      Date of incident is 22/12/2018 - the second day o[censored]sage.
                                      Kindly provide the required service to repair it. I'm an architect and the laptop is very import for all my work. With the "e" key not functioning its impossible to work. I've temporary placed it back, but it pops out every now and then.
                                      Dell India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      My product service tag3BDTXN2 is under warranty But the company is not providing me service .They are not providin any heed to me .My pc has been damaged accidently and the company is not giving accidental damage warranty .My warranty can be checked on dell support website.
