In addition to my recent complaint about the keyboard, it was also noticed that the screen of my new xps 15, seems to be a bit loose and bouncing while i shut my screen. This seems to be a hardware issue.
Please do the required repair at the earliest. A visit from a service person is much appreciated. As mentioned in the previous mail, my laptop in the most essential part of my every day work....

My laptop is in warranty period (Basic hardware warranty). But inside my laptop some internal damage is found by the onsite engineer. This damage is occurred by the authorised service center and onsite engineer also. Yet i am not responsible for those damages, so that should be covered within warranty. I received dell monitor a separate order for my dell laptop to have dual screen connectivity. While both orders placed same day i was sent an incompatible cable with the monitor and the vga cable was missing.
