Hello,
This is gokul raj from bengaluru, i just bought a dell inspiron 5570 on august 1 2018, after a week i came to know that it has some hardware issues, so i contacted the dell and complained about it and they troubleshooted online via call and they found the hardware issues. As they confirmed it they agreed to replace the whole unit and this case was handled by mrs. Geetali chakaraborty. As my laptop was picked up and i got the replacement unit after a month. I received the replacement unit on[protected]. After a complete investigation i found many issues in the replacement laptop, the issues are mentioned below:
1. Scratches in the backside of the laptop
2. Precision touchpad is upside down and its shaking
3. Display is shaking
4. Electric shock (When not connected to adaptor)
5. Crackling sound when playing a song
6. Automatic restart when using for than 30 minutes
7. Battery is draining in minutes like if i charge the laptop before sleeping next day morning it is only 5 percent without any usage
8. Over heating even when using ms word
These many issues im facing with the replaced laptop, so contacted the dell support again and i was sharing all my issues to them and one of your support executive mr. Sourav has confirmed that the laptop i received a refurbished laptop and really shocked on hearing his words. I did not expect this from dell. Dell is a international brand and moreover my friends recommeded my to buy dell, so i spent 75k on this laptop. But they provided me a refurbished laptop, they did not inform me before that they will provide a refurbished laptop
The dell support says they are ready to service the laptop, i dont need any part replacement or service, its a new laptop not even 2 days old before that i came to know all this issues. I dont want any part replacement or service. I need a full laptop replacement with brand new laptop from a factory or refund me the money i paid
. It looks like dell has cheated and made me fool and looted my money.
I have all the call records from dell support i spoke and sourav has confirmed that its a refurbshed one and i have that call record, if you want all the call records i can share via mail. Your escalation team mrs. Shalu was very rude to me and still now my issues are not solved. My last try is writing a mail to director if this does not work, im going to lodge a police complain against the dell store and dell.
Im not a fool to get fooled, you people will cheat me and im not a mad to get cheated. Kindly provide me with a proper resolution as soon as possible
