I have purchased one "Dell Inspiron 13, 7348 2 in 1 Laptop", from *GNG Electronics Pvt. Ltd*, Chennai, India (Invoice images attached), on 17th August, 2015. Along with the laptop I have purchased *Two (02) Years extended warranty (after the One (01) year system warranty) for Rs.2999/- . As My laptop developed on system keyboard problem(Some of the keys stopped responding) on 03rd July, 2018, I have raised a complaint the next day (04th July) "on phone" with Dell Service at Bangalore (Phonetic complaint). They said the warranty got expired on 03rd July. But I argued that since I had purchased it on 17th August, it should live till 16th August. They asked for an image of invoices by email & I did suit. They said since the invoices I sent have "NO Stamp OR Seal" they don't oblige. But these are the invoices I have received, but they declined to support me. Even as I sent an email to the supplier (GNG Electronics..) but they don't respond. Please help me.
