Today my laptop suddenly not working. It's not booting up and creating constant beep sounds when switched on. I want early solutions my all work lying in laptop. While booting it is sounding beeps. I removed battery and restarted but still it was not started. The sound persist every time

    There Are Horizontal Lines On My Laptop Screen Which I Complaint About To Custmoer Care So They Sended An Engineer To Visit For Repairs So Then Engineer Changed The Display Then After Checking Display The Clearity Wasnt The Same, The Colours Were Dull The White Colour Seem To Be Yellowish That Means The Quality Was Poor Of The Display So I Told The Engineer That There Is Difference In The Colours Then He Checked And Called The Customer Care And Told Them About The Problem That There Is Difference In The Display But The Executive On Call Was Not Agreeing And Telling Engineer To Fit However It Is But Engineer Refused That There Is Difference I Cant Do That So He Gave Call To Me I Asked Him To Provide New Display Of Good Quality He Was Refusing So I Told Him That I Will File A Complaint Then He Was Saying That WHAT CAN U DO WHERE WILL YOU GO He Was Tring To Show That Customers Cant Do Anything They Cant Do Anything So I Told Him To Transfer The Call To His Manager And The Manager Talked With Me And Told Me To Give The Call To The Engineer And He Was Forcing Him To Fit The Poor Quality Display Then Again Engineer Rejected So The Manager On Call Told Him To Call His Senior Engineer To Complaint About Him That He Is Not Doing His Work So The Engineer Called His Senior And Told Him About What Is Going On After So Much Of Discussion The Dell Manager Told Him To Ask Customer That If The Customer Wants We Can Provide This Much Only And We Cant Give New Display And If He Rejects This Display Now We Will Not Provide Further Any Service Wheter In Warranty Or Not But I Rejected Because The Quality Of Display Was Very Poor Then After He Fitted Old Display Which Was Faulty And In Frustation He Even Didnt Fitted It Well Before There Was One Line On Display Now There Are Two And Outer Body Is Not Been Fitted Properly And Now I Am Facing Battery Problem Also Then The Very Next Day I Received A Call From Dell Customer Care They Told Me That The Part May Be Refurbished Or Reconditioned DEPENDS UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF STOCK So I Told Them That I Will Wait Till The New Stock Gets Available But They Are Refusing To Give The Commitment That They Will Provide Me New Lcd Display Not Reconditioned Or Refurbished So I Told Them That If You Cant Change The Display Then Change The Whole Laptop Because It Is Still In Warranty And I Am Facing So Many Issues With That Now They Are Sending Me One Mail Again And Again That Part May Be Refurbished Or Reconditioned And We Are Sorry We Cant Give Any Commitment
    Please sir/madam help me out with solution
    i have attachted a screen recording showing the difference of both the displays, a video showing improper fitting of outer body, image with lines on display & invoice
    AND I WISH THAT THEY WOULD CHANGE MY WHOLE LAPTOP

      I brought the laptop on 9 august 2018 and it started giving me problems the very next day and i wrote mails to dell on 11 august 2018. They have been is constant touch trying to resolve the issues but without much use the heating issues are still there. Bluetooth and supportassist was resolved. There was a problem with the keyboard, a key was popped up, technician visited home and replaced the keyboard. I asked him and even the representative to replace the laptop since i have been facing multiple issues, but they said it was not possible. I agreed for replacement of the part. But now i am facing new heating issues which were not there earlier. The palm rest (Right side) and lower part was getting heated earlier too but now even the lower part of the screen has also started heating along with adjoining upper part of keyboard.

      I am sick and tired of writing mails and sitting with the system calling and talking to he representatives. Almost every other day. Without any proper results. Now they are saying that my warranty is basic and covers only hardware assistance and not software. What kind of mockery is that. A system which is not even a day old starts giving issues which are predominantly software issues, a customer spends her hard earned 60000 rupees and now they want to mint some more by asking to get software assistance which is very conveniently kept paid.
      I am a research student/doctor. Neither i am willing nor i have extra funds to spend on these issues so soon.
      Dell is taking its customers for a ride. Please someone who is seeing this complaint never ever buy a dell product and if possible please help me in getting my money back or getting this useless metal piece replaced.

          Purchased a dell laptop through compuindia in jan 2018, used my axis bank credit card for purchase. Interest free emi offer from compuindia/dell was applied during purchase. As per the policy, within 90 working days, the interest amount had to be refunded. Till date, i have not received the refund.             I have purchased one "Dell Inspiron 13, 7348 2 in 1 Laptop", from *GNG Electronics Pvt. Ltd*, Chennai, India (Invoice images attached), on 17th August, 2015. Along with the laptop I have purchased *Two (02) Years extended warranty (after the One (01) year system warranty) for Rs.2999/- . As My laptop developed on system keyboard problem(Some of the keys stopped responding) on 03rd July, 2018, I have raised a complaint the next day (04th July) "on phone" with Dell Service at Bangalore (Phonetic complaint). They said the warranty got expired on 03rd July. But I argued that since I had purchased it on 17th August, it should live till 16th August. They asked for an image of invoices by email & I did suit. They said since the invoices I sent have "NO Stamp OR Seal" they don't oblige. But these are the invoices I have received, but they declined to support me. Even as I sent an email to the supplier (GNG Electronics..) but they don't respond. Please help me.

              Dear Sir/Madam
              I am Dr SHREESHA MAIYA, Senior cardiologist at Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore.
              I bought the top of the range DELL LAPTOP (Dell Ins 7373) for Rs 1, 00, 000 on June 26th 2018.

              Within a month i.e. on July 28th the there was network issues and took it to local service centre in Bangalore and they said parts need to be replaced. I was shocked that how a top end computer needs parts to be replaced that early.

              I called Dell technical support and they sent an engineer and he then had to open the laptop and Install new drives 30/08/2018).

              Once he left the Microsoft package (word, excel powerpoint etc) stopped working.

              I wrote an e-mail to senior dell service team and explained that this is totally shambolic as how a new laptop (their most high end) computer gives customer such problems.

              I gave him 3 options: 1. Refund the money 2. Replace the laptop 3. or at least even extend the warranty for the product for three years.
              But all I received was another mail saying they will not be able to do any of this.

              I am a senior cardiologist and this laptop was bought for my presentations and research purposes.

              I would really appreciate if you could take this matter and make sure that a responsible company like DELL cannot treat its customers with disdain.

                I am the purchaser and owner of dell venue 8 pro tab type t01d001 imei 35560 with model number st: b86wr02. The service centre of yours mention that its battery needs to be replaced. However the battery is not available in the market.
                I am working in the punjabi university patiala in the department of school of management studies as professor. I have heard lot about your products and purchased this product but the non availability of the battery has surprised me that such a mnc company is not able to cater the needs of the customer. It is creating bad image in the minds of customer and giving bad sense of branding.
                It is requested to make arrangement of the battery for the said model of the tab.

                  My name is avinash joshi
                  I have bought a new dell vostro 3578 notebook (July 2018) but only after 1 month its hard disk is making a grinding noise. Its fan is also very noisy and always spins very fast (Even when the notebook is idle). I'm having no heavy software in my notebook and even not any large amount of data.
                  I use the notebook only for surfing over the internet.
                  I have already tried everything which was under my control like troubleshooting the hardware etc.

                    I am writing this complain after being sick of your pathetic hardware that has been causing problems for me ever since i bought a new dell 5547 laptop. The hinge has been repaired two times now because of the same design flaw (1 time under warranty) and its broken the 3rd time because of your pathetic design defect. I have spent a lot of time and money on this and i want a solution soon. I bought a dell because i thought it will be reliable but it has proven totally opposite and has been a huge headache for me. I do not want to spend any more money of a thing that is only going to be able to survive for 5-6 months and will break again because of your design defect. I have seen a lot of people complaining about the same issue because of the same defect and i wonder if "dell is intentionally shipping laptops with a design flaw only to get more money from its users under repair costs". Shame on you dell i thought you will provide a reliable product but you didn't. I know this complain't isn't going to affect you much nor are your service executives are going to pay any heed to it but still just wanted to convey that your product has been a huge disappointment and i am not going to buy any dell product ever again and i am going to convey it to others too.

                      I have installed npav anti virus licenced version in my system at time of purchase. The npav cleaned computer virus but when i start my computer the virus still exist.                         Technical issue : A Single Row of White Dots appearing halfway on the monitor display screen internally.
                        Period of Issue : Since few months.

                        But in my Dell Account in website showed me the following :

                        But, the Customer Care people said me that in their CRM, it shows
                        15th march 2021 or 4th january 2018
                        which either has to be 30th June 2018 or else extended.
                        If the Dell authorised retailer shop didnt update the Date-of-Purchase at your website, then its not my fault.
                        So I want that to be updated likewise.
                        Now, when I called them ( S. Dey and Sudip Maity ), they are harrassing me saying to come over to their distant venue of :
                        32, C.R. Avenue, Chandi Chowk Jogajog Bhawan or
                        80, Bentinct Street Lalbazar, Kolkata.
                        I talked with my Retail Shop of Dell 'GHG Softech Limited' ( E-Mall First Floor, Shop No. 108/114, 6, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata - 700072, Phone No.[protected],[protected], email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com )

                        Since few months only, I was finding this issue and updated to them. Now, when my date of warranty has been expired, they are telling me, that since I'm out of Warranty, they wont even troubleshoot with me and even I have to pay for getting phone customer support troubleshooting guidelines as well. And moreover, my LCD Screen is absolutely fine and there is no break or leak whatsoever. But there may be an internal Wire issue as I had run the Display test ( Shutting Down the system, turning on alongwith pressing and holding the 'D' key and found the same white dotten horizontal line appearing in the red, blue, white screen ). If its internal issue and the display is faulty, then its NOT my lookout. They are charging me astronomical amount of money ( Rs, 12, 593 ) for that LCD, which is behaving erratic on its own and NOT due to any of my fault, because its an internal error. Even if I'm out-of-warranty, still I wouldnt pay the penalty to get it fixed, even if your warranty guidelines may say so. I want a goodwill gesture to get the resolution of replacement free of charge. The supervisors of the call centre team Arvind Kumar, Hemant B., Avinash ( he even didnt give me his last name even after repeatedly asking for ) and Escalations Team's Senior Resolver Anuj Mishra has been extremely rude and blunt with me in the call. Dell, as a brand, has been jeopardised as it cant even treat their customers as gods anymore and unwelcomes rudely with them. I'm appalled with such a gruesome service from such a brand whom I had trusted, in which their products behave erratically within a year or maximum 13 months from their purchase. Such is their quality ! A Shame !
                        They even forcefully threatened me to close my case, just because they have declined my appeal blatantly. But I dont want my case to be closed like this. Its my democratic right.
                        I'm going to escalate this issue asap to the Consumer Forum that a faulty system has been provided to me which behaves erratically like this and then your company is trapping me to either pay more for the faultiness of the laptop's internal issue, which is NOT caused due to me.

                        I want a callback from the Directorial team ( NOT from the Senior Resolver Team ) to address my issue and NOT just sending me an uncourteous cold mail. Its a grave issue, so I need it to be treatedly sensitively likewise.

                          *poor service of dell customer support*

                          Four dell servers were procured on 14 jun 2014 by our organisation. (Model dell power edge balde 10u chassis m1000e). The servers are presently out of warranty and complaint was rasied as per drs no - [protected] on 23 july 2018. Already
                          ₹ 2781.26 are deposited in name of dell international services india pvt. Ltd. Citi bank account (A/c no [protected]),
                          Refer transaction no imps[protected] dated 28 july 2018, which was the cost of service engineer visit.
                          Inspite of depositing cost of service engineer visit, *nobody has visited* our establishment for attending the complaint of our servers. Dell being a multinational company should avoid such inconvenience to their customers and a quick action is required from your end on top priority.

                              I had worked in m/s rishi computers limited, 4th floor, manjusha building, nehru place, delhi, director name :- mr. Rishi khuranna as a marketing executive for 15 days.

                              Termination date :- 10/07/2018
                              Salary decided :- rs.45, 000/-
                              Pending dues :- rs.23, 000/-
                              Termination without notice = rs.45, 000/-

                              I had contacted them many times to clear my pending dues but they speak in different language and refused to pay any amount. It was their regular practice to appoint candidate for two months and after that they refused to pay any amount. It is a defaulter company in nehru place area who cheats unemployed candidates in large numbers. I request the delhi police staff to help me to take my pending dues from defaulter company. It is a clear a case of 420 ipc act where i am cheated by the director of company, mr. Rishi khurana and his employ name mr. Ashu giri, mobile no.[protected], r/o a-8, navajivan camp, govingpuri, kalkaji, delhi because director told to me on dt.13/08/2018 at 7.30 pm to take your salary from mr. Ashu giri.

Action require from Dell India Limited against such defaulter distributors.                                 I had visited the center on 11/08/2018 to check my dell laptop (Infiron 1545) as the display was not showing when charger is plugged in. The technician over there mr jeetendra told me the issue is with the lcd cable and it has to be replaced, new one would cost rs 2800 and he asked me to come the next day.

                                On 12/08/2018 i visited the center again and i first asked the technician jeetendra to check if its a mere issue like control panel settings and cable might not be the problem. But he insisted on replacing it citing silly reasons that he has already purchased it and his salary will be at stake. And when he replaced the cable the laptop was still not working. So i asked them to give me back my laptop for which they created unwanted ruckus and were giving irrelevant reasons to hide thier mistake. They were about four of them including the head in charge and none of them was was able to exactly diaognise the ptoblem. At the end they even asked me to pay rs 850 for the service charge for doing nothing.

                                My laptop is still not working and they have even damaged the keyboard. I am very dissappointed.
                                Kindly request you to look into this matter and help me resolve the issue

                                  I am Pranav Sakpal. I bought dell inspron 5000 laptop from vijay sales goregoan east for ruppees 54, 000 in month of march 2018.

                                  I'm really fed up and tired of my laptop because since the time i have got it i am facing lot of issues..I'm not happy with the product.

                                  1) my laptop is not working fast its taking so much time to restart & shut down also .
                                  2) battery issues: so i went to Vijay sales & told the problem so they told me that windows is not updated. after doing that still my laptop is not working properly.
                                  3)this time i went to dell service center they checked the laptop & said that the laptop have the hard disk problem. and they replaced my hard disk.
                                  within a month so many issues... and yet doing all this my laptop is not working properly.
                                  i have put my hard earn money into this and my half of the time goes running around service centers to rectify the issues.would request u to look into the matter and give me a replacement of this laptop. it gives me a feeling of second hand product the way so many issues are taking places.. i'll wait for a positive respond and want you to revert back asap.
                                  if this time my query is not resolved ill reach to the consumer court.

                                  My laptop issue has not been resolved. I have written few days back but no one has addressed to it. The company who was repairing is not picking my phone. I need refund as the earliest, the company is incompatible to fix it.

                                    I bought a new battery for my xps 15 l520x laptop through an dell exclusive store located in erode (Tin-[protected] gstin-33avbps9190f1zd). It turns off when the battery level fall below 60%. I have to charge it after that and use it till it reaches the 60% and the story continues. I went to the store and informed them about the issue. They told me to downgrade to windows 7 (Which i did) but the problem never got solved. They told me they will sent it for replacement. After 10 days they called me and told me that the battery was fine and the problem might lie in my laptop. I approached the store where they told me that i have to pay rs. 300 for checking my laptop. I told them it was not necessary and i would like to get a refund for the battery. They told me that refund is not allowed. Now i am stuck with a faulty battery for rs.4900. The only option available to me is giving the laptop for repair to them (I don't trust them as they don't use a dell service unit and they are using a nearby multi-brand shop). I bought the battery on 12-july-2018

                                      The laptop randomly shuts down or sleeps. Pretty much like my grandpa. Only he does better work in between. Here i am in the middle of my online test and it shuts down. Even though the laptop has been plugged. Do not know what is causing this. Please help. I hope it is repaired. Or replaced. Asap.
                                      I have bought it six months ago and this has been the problem form the beginning. Even updating the drivers did no good. Whats the use of buying a high spec laptop when i cant use it reliably. Today was the breaking point and i am totally unimpressed with dell. Would recommend others to skip dell.
                                      I havent out pics because you already know how the laptop looks.
