Here is the sequence of events for recording purpose for Shipment #[protected] for Order #[protected]

Day 1 – Called you at 1800 # on 2nd July – No update and it is Invoice issue you said and you mentoined it will be delivery tomorrow
Day 2 – Called you at your 1800 # on 3rd July – No update and it is same Invoice issue you said you will try your best to ship it end of the day
Day 2 – Send you the email to get update. No response except Acknowledgement message
Day 3 – Called you again on July 4th and you mentoined that it will be shipped evening and it will be delivered either on Thursday or Friday
Day 4 – Did not call you
Day 5 – After 5 attempts with the Dell Customer care they had conference and now I get this message it will be shipped today but I see no update to the system and same ERP issue is continuing. What is your back up process for order processing, don’t you have one ?.

This is a very shabby service. Payment is already done and still product is not delivered.

Your famed 24 hours delivery is impacted now you crossed more than 1 week now and how are you going to compensate now and how are you going to get my confidence back. The only reason the order has been placed because of your esteemed delivery which has dented your image

    We went to a dell exclusive store to correct the problem of the keyboard. The service person told that the keyboard has to be replaced and he told he has placed an order online. The next day he fixed a keyboard which was old but to our luck that keyboard did not work and so we questioned him back and then we found that he was trying to fix a old keyboard.
    The service centre s authorised by dell cannot be trusted. The service centre is in hosur tamil nadu, india

      I have purchase laptop before 3 months when me purchase laptop 2nd day restart problem then we escalate to dell team to replace the piece bit he denied now 4 time laptop different type part issue in laptop and dell replace refurbished part of new in warranty period time so i want to replace laptop because frequently hardware fail issue so old do need full.

        I purchased a dell inspiron 7559 (6th gen. Core i7) from dell exclusive store, kankurgachi (P 47, cit road). After checking the system at home, i found out it was out of warranty! The dell website mentioned that the warranty expired on september 2017!

        I contacted dell customer support, and was told, that its most likely that the warranty information is not updated by the seller. The support personnel i spoke to asked for the express service code, which i provided. She said that she will escalate the request for updating the warranty information on my behalf. She also confirmed the said details via email.

        I was assured that it will be done within 24 hrs.

        My real complaint here is, it irresponsible for the seller/dealer not to update warranty information in a timely fashion. I urge the appropriate authorities to take note of this.

        Lastly, i would like to thank ms. Smitanjali of dell customer service for her prompt response.

        My inspiron 15 3000 is slow in process it usually shows program not responding. It also takes time while opening window. It is also not opening SupportAssist software while opening it shows not responding.
        My Dell Monitor (E2215HV) IS UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
        A horizondal line is found on the display part.

          Dear sir/madam

          I purchased inspiron 7570 on 24 february 2018. After a month the knocking sound problem occured in speaker when i connect the system to internet after this many times i contact to customer care but i didn't get any solution they told me that my complaint is in progress but i didn't get any solution. Finally i frustrated with my dell inspiron 7570 laptop i spent much money because of dell but i didn't get any solution. Its worst service and worst laptop i seen if i have one option to return this laptop or i broke this laptop. Sir please take any right action against dell to provide me a perfect solution or exchange my laptop at the earliest because i am a engineering student so please sir taking my complaint seriously.

            I purchased an inspiron 5578 laptop from dell's online website in december 2017. Within 3 months there was a hard disk failure and i had to go through the tedious process of reinstalling all my software and data. A refurbished hdd was installed. This hdd has failed again in june 2018 within 6 months. Dell refuses to replace the hdd with a new hdd inspite of escalating the issue and they are extremely rude about it.

              My dell laptop inspiron 3543 service tag: 36gfl52 by on 25/05/17 that give some problem o[censored]sb3.0 and the bigest problem the laptop doesn't start only showing then dell symbol, that laptop i show in wardha showroom where frok the laptop is buy, they say that is doesn't possible to start then the laptop send in nagpur, that sir name ashishi sir, and that problen is occur in month of april, and that laptop totally complete now 2months there is not repair, and they told that processing processing how many time take till two months are delay, and we have send that laptop before 1 month of expired but they doesn't proceed for my laptop and till now 2 months are finish, now i also call then they said its take time and now they switch off the mobile phone, main think is that laptop not in my hand that laptop is in dell showroom.
              If i known before buying dell laptop that the service of dell is very poor then i dont buy that dell laptop,
              I want to repair my dell laptop within 2 days otherwise refund my 46, 500₹ (Price of laptop) or delivered me same new laptop...

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                As per the telephonic conversation with customer care, I would like to bring your knowledge that we have received the quotation for Inspiron 3268 model ( Pdf attached) on 06.03.2018 from Dell Exclusive Store, Velachery, Chennai. When we received the quote we requested the tax reduction to 5% as per DSIR and also informed dell store in Velachery your quote is not valid because of 18% GST and we requested the revised quote as per DSIR tax reduction. They asked us to submit the DSIR certificate, DSIR GO copy and University GST document to reduce the GST from 18% to 5% in various oral communications. Immediately we submitted the requested documents on 7th and 23rd March 2018 as per the oral communications. In meanwhile, we have visited so many times to dell store in Velachery and called them numerous time (last three months), there is no proper response. Two weeks before dell Velachery asked us to call Dell head office in Nungambakkam, Chennai regarding the same issue. Unfortunately, their also no proper response for our issues.

                May I know,

                1. What is the reason behind not accepting our request? and why they are not clarifying this to us?.
                2. Are they any rules and regulations in Dell not to obey DSIR tax reduction implemented by Government of India?.
                3. If it so, please send us the copy of the proof for not accepting DSIR regulations. This will be helpful to purchase aforesaid item with 18% GST.
                4. If not, please send us the revised quote as per DSIR tax reduction (We already lost three months because of poor service provided by Dell Exclusive Store, Chennai)
                5. How long we have to wait to receive the revised quote?

                  I bought my laptop from office max store number 6182 on 22 august and transferred it warranty to india and now i discovered that they have changed it to 1 april that was store warranty, i don’t have invoice now mr. Santosh yadav handled my case that time and he didn’t ask for it at that time and cause of that i am the looser.                     I bought inspiron 5000 series laptop: i7, 8 gb & 2tb hdd and assuming the highest and fastest computing. Within 3 months of purchase it doest work. Even my core2 duo works faster: i spent almost 80k for this laptop. Feel like cheated.

                    Extremely slow.
                    Heating issues
                    Customer service guys doesnot know what to do. Sucks big time.

                    Never buy a dell product.

                    Highly disappointed.

                      I submitted my dell laptop at secunderabad service centre on 21/5/18 for repairs which was to be informed to us by 25/26 may 18 sbout the problem. But they have not informed us & when we called to the no given on our report/invoice, the given no is not working. I visited on 28/5 covering s distance of 20 kms, the people at centre told us to come at 4 pm.
                      The attitude & service is ridiculous.

                          I have purchased laptop online on 28.11.2018 i faced problem on same and given for service at service centre on 12/5/2018 they told hard disk to change but till date i have not received my laptop after hard disk change.Even after 12 days.

                            I purchased abovesaid laptop in the moth of june 2017. From the first day this laptop is working very slow, without usage disk usage shows 100 percent. I have raised this issue before you many times, you changed the hard disk of my laptop but still laptop is very slow performer. Now i have decided to go consumer court. Kindly change this laptop if you can. This is th daulty product given to me by dell.

                                I bought dell inspiron 5577 laptop from amazon on 6/4/18 and received it on 11/4/18 (On installments, product price rs. 77, 895.00). I started noticing problems in the laptop since the very first day, like, sound distortion, google chrome freeze, groove music freeze, films & tv freeze and ultimately overall windows freeze. Dell premium support was in contact regularly and they tried everything but problems didn't go away. They even asked me to reinstall the windows and download all windows updates, which i did, but still problem of freeze kept happening.in mid-may, dell requested me to visit a service center and deposit my laptop there for fixing. I did so and got my laptop back, without seeing any major difference in the performance. The problem of windows freeze is happening again every minute or two. Sometimes it freezes for a 2-3 seconds and sometimes for 30 seconds.
                                After i told this to dell (Problems happening again even after service center fixed it), they asked me for evidence of sound distortion problem. I sent them the recordings and they asked me to send in another format because they were not able to play the files. I did again and dell has not replied so far.

                                When i told this to amazon on 26/4/18, they told me that the last date of return/replacement was 22nd. I requested them to do something and they asked me to obtain "service denial letter" from dell in order to get return/replacement request accepted. Dell bluntly rejected my request of that letter saying that they were not denying me service.

                                Dell has failed terribly to solve any of the issues that i have been facing. Neither did they solve any of the issues, nor did they help me in getting this defective laptop returned/replaced. That letter from dell would help me in saving my money. I am unable to use this defective laptop. I have been sitting helpless for last 40 days.

                                    The system we have purchased online dated 16.01.2018Dell Inspiron 15 3567 (Core i5 (7th Gen)/4 GB/1 TB/39.62 cm (15.6)/Windows 10), the performance of this system is WORST, DELL support team have been performed several service steps to make it perfect but it is still not working fine.

                                    The system will stop working sometimes, sometimes the color of the screen will change to other colors. please refer the image attached herewith, we have been reported this to DELL several times since the March 2018 but it seems that the people in DELL don't care about this or they are not willing to replace the system.

                                      Unfortunately i met with an accident on 16th december 2017, in which my laptop (Dell vostro 15 5568, express service code - [protected] and service tag - 79xmsf2) got damaged. I immediately called up the technical support for help, they suggested me to go to service center where service center asked me to submit the laptop and come after 1 week. I did the same and got a call from dell client resolution team (Mr. Krishna dutta mishra) asking me to replace the laptop with a refurbished laptop, i denied and asked for the repairing of the same laptop. They first agreed and wasted around 2 weeks and forced me to agree for the replacement. I agreed on that as well.
                                      Dell picked up the faulty system from my home on 18th of january 2018 and promised me to replace the laptop within 2-3 weeks. (Copy of email and phone records must be strong proves, which i am having)

                                      They provided me with a quotation with contradictory features stating vostro 14 is going to replace my vostro 15. I asked what this 14 and 15 in the name means? I called different departments of dell to know the truth. All were saying that it means that it is the screen size, now if it is a screen size that it must not replace my laptop as it was 15inch screen and 2-3 people who were frequently in my contact replied that it's just a series and none other than that, don't worry you will get the right laptop for which you have paid.

                                      They were taking unnecessary time and keeping me on hold. I tried to get the correct status so that i can save my studies, but they always used to say that i will receive the laptop within next 4-5 days. (Again i have copies of the mail).

                                      Finally they replied that there is some government interaction (They did not specify what it is) so they are unable to do the needful and cannot ship the laptop directly to me and mentioned the location of purchase. I asked them, in order to control the already harmed studies and didn't want to harm it anymore, i replied that i am ready to pick the laptop from the location of purchase which is gwalior (M. P.).

                                      Then they asked me to go to location of purchase for collecting your system to indore or mumbai. I was shocked but somehow to save my losses without a system i agreed for indore as well but then they asked me to go to pune and now they started mentally harrassing me. They were literally making me a fool, i agreed for pune as well but they were not happy with that much of problem created to me they wanted to harrass me more so they ordered me to go and collect from delhi, this time i denied and as the distance was 1000km from jabalpur where i live and study and studying without laptop is not possible at least for me. I was having many projects which needed coding and many needs simulation and modelling all this requires a laptop, but due to not having laptop i lost at every stage. I even asked them, if you are unable to provide me then let me know, i will somehow arrange and purchase a new one but they kept their fake promises and trying to mentally harass me. They still don't want to give me the laptop.

                                      Now my semester is over with many defeats just due to laptop case and their fake promises. Only the number of persons handling this case has increased but the case has got no end.
                                      According to them, they have shipped the laptop to indore but the owner of the company to whom they have shipped is not ready to give me the laptop as he is not clear with the process to close.

                                      I am unable to understand that how does these people handle a such a big company. They still don't know the process how to close any case.

                                      This is why, i am exhausted and feeling mentally harassed and want to file a case against dell and these people involved in this case.

                                        I received my dell optical mouse yestreday when i opend today the mouse was open from the plastic cover bag n left key of the mouse is not working wen i called dell n complaint thy said the mouse warranty of 9 mnths has already expired and flipkart cannot sell such products which r more than 3 mnth above warranty period. My complaint no with dell is[protected]
                                        I need a urgent reply on this v dont pay to get such products
                                        And none of yor toll free no r grievances nos r reachable wat kind of after sell service is this
