I have purchased a S2240L monitor on 24/07/2015 from Real Computers, Alappuzha, Kerala. the display of the product has been damaged and I have been replaced my monitor with an older monitor vide delivery note no. [protected] on 29/03/2018.
The replaced monitor is made in 2014 whereas my monitor is in 2015.
According to the warranty conditions, Dell offers replacement with fresh products. And hence I must be given a new product...

I have taken a new laptop battery from dell and from next week it's not working properly. It get discharged within half an hour without any activity. When i visited twice to service center then they say that it's getting charged so its ok.
