From last 20 days i am trying to replace my monitor in under warranty
But still not get any assurance from dell side their technical support team. Every time i call them they give a new date of delivery but noting happen on that day. They not response our mails and even some times they hold my call for hours.

    This is regarding the report of the worst customer support to clear a fraudulent deliver of laptop. I have a very bad experience with my laptop. Within the warranty period of purchase, i have experienced two series issues. The recent issue is the flickering of display.

    I have submitted my laptop in an authorised service center and the response is too late. They reported the ppid is mismatching so we cannot do the service at free of cost. And dell takes no responsibility. If a person who has no knowledge on laptops buys one from a authorised showroom will he open the screws and note the cable and wires present in it. So this means that dell is not a trustworthy brand. Even for laptop worth rs.65000.00 there is no assurance of safety.

    And i am very much disappointed with the response and irresponsibility from dell. My son s project work is delayed due to this. I need my problem to be cleared soon. It is nearly threes weeks. My time is wasted and dell is the reason for my loss. This flickering happened again and i gave the laptop to service center once again. They tool just few minutes and gave the laptop stating the problem was clear.

    As i have my (Son) project work i took it back in hury, but the problem is back within aweek.in this regard i have sent a complaint mail to concern authorities of dell concern. They also said the above reply.

    I have decided to take this issue to consumer court and publish into the media unless if you have not taken any action against this complaint. Just replace theaptop as a compensation.

    I downloaded battery assistant from Dell website while installing process my laptop goes to black screen then when I turned on beep sound is coming.what should I do now?????

      I got a new 4 cell battery for my dell latitude e5400 (Original battery from dell). While purchasing the battery, it was written that i would get backup for 2 to 2.5 hrs but i am not getting more than 2 hrs of backup. While performing my daily activities (Mainly over internet), i get a maximum backup for 1hr 45 minutes or so. Please let me know the general back up time.

        I have purchased one dell 18.6 flat panel monitor (Model no. E1916hvf) manufacturing date july 2015 and serial no. Cn-ommk[protected]d-dneb-a00. The purchasing date was on january 2016. Last week when i tried to operate the computer (Domestic use) it was not working. That is the monitor not displayed anything. It seems to be faulty or dead. So please consider this request and do needful for the same.

          While buying the dell machine i was told that the memory can be expandable. I bought a dell machine in 2014 with 8gb ram. The dell support application which runs on the laptop also shows 8gb, supported 16gb.
          On getting a memory error i contacted dell several times and in the process also asked for an upgrade. I was told that a new motherboard has to be purchased as the memory chips are built on the mother board, and i cannot upgrade to 16gb.
          I would like to ask dell as to why they take customers for a ride while purchasing laptops. I also want to know why the support software shows supported 16gb.

            I have bought dell inspiron laptop from croma store in the month of may this year. Since 2 months i have been facing an issue of wi-fi connectivity in laptop. I have raised incident 2 months back with croma and dell but there was no response from either ends. Looking for a fix asap or exchange of laptop.

But today when i called to dell customer he told me that online there is no ownership transfer plz...

              I had a problem with my laptop and tried to reach tech support several times but couldn't get their service.

              Firstly i'm in germany and tried to reach the tech support from here. I will be connected to the tech support team and they will get all the details from me. After getting service code, they will say your warranty needs to be updated and we will transfer your call but my call will go for some other section and ask me to select the services but didn't take the input and finally call will be disconnected. My warranty will expire tomorrow and didn't get good support from dell to use this service.

              This complain is against premier computers B26-225 model gram. Ludhiana. They said we are not interested to deal with your problem after buying laptop.
              I buy a laptop of dell from ernamkulam, kerala.before warranty date I called dell customer care.they said I will call you.but no response.after warranty date I called they said you don't get warranty.after it they didn't give any help or service.i hope good response from dell company.

                Hello

                I placed 2 laptops order dell inspiron 3567 i3 6th gen on sep 27th 2017, and the order #[protected], invoice # is[protected]. When i placed the order the website compuindia had included the laptop bag for price tag 36590, see the attached product details pdf that i downloaded on sep 27th 2017 which has bag included for the same price quoted above. Now compuindia and dell both say that order invoice doesn’t include bag pack. This absolutely cheating, they changed the pricing details on the website and now they say its included. I couldnt include pdf but i added screen shot, as this page not allowing me to add pdf
                Please look into it, people come to dell with a trust but with your partners like this you are losing that trust.

                  I bought dell in 2013, big issues coming on my system so dell replaced it.
                  After that i got another year of warranty. On ending on warranty i renewed for 10000.
                  Around 25-30 services made on my system and the issue which is coming from march is 3 beeps sound. They keep sending parts again and again but their engineer not able to identify how the problem coming again and again. Issue reported on 3rd march continued till october2017
                  I asked for replacement or refund, but they said u r system is out of warranty now.
                  Then i requested collect the system and when u get issue fixed send it to me, but they are not willing to do so.
                  But issue coming from within the warranty.
                  If some better action not taken i will go to consumerforum with all services reports done till now.
                  I m really fed up of again and again sending same parts.

                  Uploaded pic of last 3 parts replacement.
                  And around 20-25 more such eorf i have.

                    Hi team,

                    I have had a bad experience from the time i purchased dell 7560, for which dell replaced it in may 2017 for mouse pad issues as when the mouse pad was replaced with refurbished part it became more worse.
                    Anyways the laptop was replaced aftr may 22 2017 approx and it was a good journey for june july august and issues again popped up in september with the sound and led battery notification.
                    On reporting a motherboard issue was found in just 3 months o[censored]se of a new laptop even after replacement.

                    Currently they are ready to replace my motherboard with a refurbished motherboard but what's the gaurantee that it may not ruin as you cannot trust a refurbished part.

                    When the new motherboard itself gave an unexpected issue.

                    The solution given to customer has been not satisfactory because the customer has been suffering and its not even a usage of 1 year.

                    No stability at all.

                    If the solution had a bit of security it would be called a good resolution for the customer but here the customer is left to. Suffer.

                    No courtesy.

                    It's a waste to invest 80, 000 and buy such laptops. Wherein the product is not stable for even a year.

                      My dell service tag no-7xb21g2. I register a service request regarding keypad and touchpad problems after that engineer came at my home exchange it. After that some another problems detected by engineer that battery issue, and wifi card. Then he replied me another service request logged but after that no any acknowledgment received on email or mobile. The most bad service provided by dell. I never choose again dell or suggest to others. Hp and acer and some others companies provide best services than dell.

                        Jwellers is cheater they duped me when i have submitted my above laptop for the problem of low battery back up.
                        1) they took six days for giving me the 1st reply about what is the problem
                        2) the problem of week battery support is as it is and not solveed
                        3) the lady at the counter (Heena) will first frighten you that all your data will be lost, your problem will not be solved then they are not repsonsible
                        3) amd graphics driver was missing bu they did not take care to install it instead they are frightening you that your data will be lost. Will require to format the drive. But i dont understand how all the drives are formated when the problem is amd graphics drivers
                        4) they took 1000 rupees from me bu the problem was not at solved.

                        Is this the service of dell. I have purchased the laptop at rs. 75000 from your authorised dell shopwrrom in ahmedabad.

                        Lady named heena is a bloody # she does not anything. She know only statement your data will be lost.

                        Dell service centre in ahmedabad near kalyan jweller is the worst service centre they have cheated me. They dont solve your laptop problem.

                        I am very sorry to say that the dell service is the rubbish service. The product is also rubbish dont purchase dell laptops

                          I bought dell inspiron 13 7000 series on amazon in us. I'm in india now and my warranty is expiring on oct 12. My product's service tag is 5jtmb2.
                          The problem is that my touch screen got a crack when i closed the lid.                             I bought dell laptop sometime back and frequently have issues with the system. Everytime dell resolve one issue something new comes up. It looks like dell have sold faulty system to me. Within a month time 4-5 complaint have registered by me and yet to get system completely repaired. I have requested dell to replace my system but dell prefer to keep on repairing it above its reputation.
                            These days dell system are becoming non-reliable. My work is getting seriously affected. It looks like customer satisfaction is last preference of dell.
                            Hope dell dosent become like nokia which failed to address customer demands/issues.

                              As per terms and conditions i should get 5 gb for 12 months. And 10 gb for 6 months extra data.

                              But dell is not obeyed this. Whenever i sent a mail to dell, they were answering some irrelevant offers

                              Never believe dell offers. It is absolute fake.

                                Chat call started at 1208 pm 9/27/2017) contacting dell basic warranty support. My name is deepali.) could be helped after not being able to get a straight answer. Was told the needed the order number. Tried for an hour to get an answer if there was a number they could use to cross reference it. Eventually was given a number (Custimer support number[protected] \[protected]. Spoke with john, who didn't listen to what was stated and spoke over me. Tried to transfer me to a different department when i asked to speak with his manager (Stated there were no managers in, in his department) received the inbox of the department he had transferred me to.

                                it's been only three months of purchasing Dell Inspiron 15 5000 series and I am having the problem at the start up . when I turn on the pc it takes 5 to 6 minute come in normal condition and there is a tremendous amount of lag.

                                  I already complaint for the same and the technical engineer reached me at gwalior and my service is swifted to agra due to certain situations.

                                    The laptop is not charging when the charger is connected. The green signal light glows even when the power supply is off but still connected to laptop. The laptop shows a message that it is unable to recognize the charger.

                                      Bought the laptop in april 2017 in mumbai.
                                      From day one it sucks up all the wifi so no other instruments can be used and inspite of that cannot log into my email nor any browsing site.
                                      Called customer care was shocked to learn they don't have service centre nor any service to resolve the problem.
                                      They try to resolve the software problem by giving instructions over the phone and wasting your entire day.
                                      Unfortunately till date the problem is not resolved and i have a dumb box which can be used only as a typewriter.

                                      When I am working in my computer automatically one line has came it's coming and going sir what can I do for solving my problem please help me out of this problem...
