The dell has replced the system with the new one, this system now has problem with the "Graphics Card". my name is ashutosh pandey. i am using laptop dell inspiron 15 3551
and i am facing many problems in it.

Incident details:

1. currently when i restart my system then it takes 4-5 minutes and then boot screen comes again so it takes 4-5 minutes for restarting.

2. sometimes its brightness key F11 and F12 does not work means brightness does n't change using F11 and F12...

Hi, Dell service center people are Chor. I had problem in my laptop I called service center, They told me that for non warranty I have to go another center . I went there and gave 5000 rs for repairing my laptop. Again in 25 days I had the same problem then I went to original service center there was 1 person named Sunil he told me that he own that another center.
