    I bought one of top model of DELL laptop, next day only I realise that audio jack is dead. Opened a ticket they sent technician to change the Mother Board and from this day my tension starts. Surprisingly their technician do not know how to pack the laptop. 2 more issues started from this date, laptop lid was not opening properly, and windows was unable to activate.
    Again complaint, they sent another technician, he changed the mother board again, windows was registered again, but 2 more problems Click sound still there when closing or opening the lid of laptop and Audio jack again dead.

    Did complain again, they change mother board again, but sound of opening closing lid was still there, even this time screws of laptops was not closed properly.

    Again called Dell support they sent engineer again tried to fixed, after 5-6 days again same problem came again, screw was opened and click sound continue again.

    In 4 months only my laptop was opened 5 times, now 6th time DELL again asking to repair the laptop, but laptop looks like old as they have opened my laptop 5 times in 4-5 months.

    They are not even to listen me, I have sent emails to 15 top most peoples of DELL including MR. Dell CEO, but surprisingly there is no reply till date.

    Then I have seen there facebook page and lots of forums many people are suffering due to bad services of DELL. Friends please invite as many people you can to save peoples from bad products and services of DELL.

        Hi Team,
        My Name is Babu Somani & have bought a "DELL INSPIRON 3148" on 25th Jan, 2016 from Vasai.( DEALER CODE:-BCEA5JAA ) but things did not go, according to the plan. As, i started having issues with the Touch Screen From the 2nd day itself. I have visited the said store around 5 times till date with the same problem but issue still persist.

        Poor, Pathetic, Non Helpful, & Highly Unlikely for Recomendation

          For the past 4 months I haven't use my laptop due to hardware issue. The Express Service Code of the laptop : [protected]. I dialed so many times to dell customer care but not getting proper reply. I am really unhappy about the service/response. Even the technicians are answering with very slow voice and in hindi language instead of English.

              I am very disappointed with the way things have happened with my Dell Laptop since I purchased it in March 2015 in terms of the hardware quality and performance of the system. Both have been very poor which is not in line with Dell's quality assurances.

              After multiple replacements of hardware parts like touch pad, hand rest, motherboard, keyboard and visits by the dell service technicians still the issues are not getting resolved in which I am wasting my time for each visit.

              This time again on Jan 30th 2016 the mouse touch pad is replaced and the technician himself could not work and found faults in laptop to get the touch pad fixed. The problem still persist and I am not sure what should be done to get all issues fixed. Either you CHANGE/REPLACE the laptop completely with a brand new one because I cannot keep following with Dell each month to get things fixed and not getting resolved finally.

              I will wait for a satisfactory solution asap.

                  I bought a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series 3137 from Lalani Infotech, Emall, Kolkata on 8th Jan 2016. As there was some problem with the laptop on 20.1.2015 I contacted Dell India customer care and gave them my laptop's Service Tag: JF4GPY1 & Express Service Code: [protected]. I was told that the warranty of my laptop had expired on 18.03.2015. I was shocked to learn how the warranty can expire before the date of purchase. They told me to contact the dealer and get the warranty updated and only then they will provide service. I also checked the warranty status of the laptop through Dell India website link and there too it shows that the warranty of my laptop had expired on 18.03.2015. I have spoken to the dealer who said that they are taking up the matter with the concerned and the warranty will be updated shortly. Till the time of submitting this comlaint the warranty has not been updated.
                  Why should the customer suffer for the fault of the seller/manufacturer? I want immediate refund. Please help

                      I have purchased the above mentioned laptop which has keypad issue, the said keypad has been replaced twice within 15 days of purchase, but the prblm didnt solve. The dell has replced the system with the new one, this system now has problem with the "Graphics Card". Now its been almost 2 month tht I am not able to use the system and wasting my time and my money, I have paid 44000 for the system still I am not able to use it and I am suffuring so much of trouble because of Dell.

                        my name is ashutosh pandey. i am using laptop dell inspiron 15 3551
                        and i am facing many problems in it.

                        Incident details:

                        1. currently when i restart my system then it takes 4-5 minutes and then boot screen comes again so it takes 4-5 minutes for restarting.

                        2. sometimes its brightness key F11 and F12 does not work means brightness does n't change using F11 and F12 so it consumes a more battery.

                        so i called for dell support so i told by dell technician that i have to update my BIOS so i update my BIOS and download some drivers(like- Video driver, Network Driver, Chipset driver, BIOS file) going on your website www.dell.com/support but my problem does not resolve completely.

                        when i update by BIOS from A00 to A05 from that time restarting takes a lot of time and the time when i had not updated my BIOS then brightness did not change using F11 and F12.

                        so i again installed windows 8.1
                        i download all the drivers(network, video, chipset and more for my model)
                        i update the bios but unfortunately my problem could not be resolved till now.

                        so i want please check my new system as soon as possible.you can contact me

                            Dear Dell/ Nikhil/ comexcell,

                            I am following on this case since more than four months. Initially Nikhil has promised me to get the replacement o[censored]nit ASAP. Later he told me get it replaced after Festival (Deepawali).
                            Now after Deepawali, Nikhil is neither picking my call nor he is calling back. I have called him more than 25 times in a day n he never responded, nor call back.
                            Nikhil is keep on postponing this since last three months.Now Imran you are telling me to visit Customer Care again. Despite the fact they tried to repair my laptop many time. They have replaced "Pamrest", Bottom Base, Touch pad, Speakers, Battery Base, etc. Customer Care technicians (in various visits) has opened the entire laptop more than ten time to rectify the problem. Details of most of the calls are attached in mail trail.

                            They have formatted my laptop three time to rectify the system hang problem, which still persist. Customer care technicians were not able to help me to create recovery media even after three hour session. Than they had sent the recovery DVD for same.

                            I am fed up with the services provided by customer care. Don't want to call them again and again. Instead of providing the solution these guys are keep on changing the parts every time. Further i don't want to replace the parts of product, rather than replace the entire unit now.

                            I So either process for change of laptop, or i will complain to higher authorities in DELL for your support till date.


                            I will case against Dell, Nikhil and comexcell, that both of you are only waste my time . I will see you on court.

                                I bought a Vostro 3546 laptop on 27 march 2015. I faced a problem around august as it was getting off when moved even a little and on charging sometimes says battery not detected . As i was near a servive center those days i got it repaired and they said it was due to hardware displacement problem. Now for past two months i am facing the same problem. I have called Dell customer care and they told me my laptop is out of warranty as it online says was warranty got over in august 2015 but as per bill its not, So they told me to send a copy of bill to a mail for update of warranty. I did that but even then they didnt updated and told me i need to send a scanned copy as that was a clicked photo. I did that again and even now my warranty isn't updated. I have called Dell around 30 times and each time they transfer my call and i need to repeat the same thing around 40 50 times but they are still not supporting. On 27 march my warranty will get over and service center isn't near me to visit. Please take some against against Dell service and help me as my work is getting affected and i need it to be reapired as it is in on site warranty.

                                  I know the mail is too long for you to read. So, in short : LAPTOP STOLEN FROM DELL Service Center (attached receipt) and no support- just 7.5K in return to compensate. Problem: The laptop has been purchased by Neha Agarwal (my wife) . There were some problems in laptop mainly BSOD appears after few minutes. We gave the laptop to Dell service center ( Digital Compusystems pvt. ltd., Nehru Place, New Delhi) on May[protected]. They told us they have rectified the problem. 3-4 times we went to the shop, but the problem persisted. Our location was far from our residing place, so we urge them to call us only when whole problem has been rectified or give the laptop back to us if they can't. they gave the laptop to the different outlet of their own and ask us to collect the same.After many calls they used to pick up the phone and when we said we are coming to pick up the laptop they said laptop has been stolen. Now, we again went to Nehru place, after a week they replied (on our regular call/pinging to them) that they can give us just 7500 rs. back to us. (estimating 15K total price of that laptop and 7.5K price as the price charged for the rectification of the problem- they say they had replaced the RAM, hard disk and all- we never had seen it unsure emoticon ) we purchased the laptop in around 2011/12 (don't remember exactly the date) from Aligarh. It costs us around 36K. It was working fine except that BSOD problem. product name: inspiron n4010 service tag: 6LX61Q1 Could you please help us out here? This is something unfair to customer. I have been purchasing so many items of DELL. and Dell service center is doing such things to us. I see you could be of my help.

                                      DONT BUY DELL PRODUCTS AS THEY DO NOT GIVE SUPPORT TO THE END USER. I brought a Dell Inspiron model 3537 on 02nd june 2014. My computer would not start (dead) on 04.01.2016. I called Dell and explained the problem and informed them i had a genuine bill for the same and they said they would get back to me. I got a call on 11.01.2016 and they informed me that the dealer from whom i brought the product had purchased it from Thailand and had registered the product in India. Now kindly tell me how is that my problem. I have a genuine bill and the product is a genuine Dell. The Dell will say anything to ward of the warranty. So kindly beware before making any purchases of Dell products. They are worse than the chinese counterfeit products we buy off the street.
